Purpose : The purpose of this study was to not only examine the importance and performance status of patient safety nursing activities in the intensive care unit but also to understand nurses' educational needs in this respect. Methods : In this descriptive study, 196 nurses working in the intensive care units of university hospitals located at B City and G Province were enrolled. They completed the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) questionnaire, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results : Mean±standard deviation item scores of importance and performance of patient safety nursing activities were 4.75±0.33 and 4.48±0.38, respectively. In the IPA results, a total of 10 items were included in the second quadrant, including 1 item related to 'transfer,' 1 to 'infection,' and 1 to 'firefighting surveillance.' As the second quadrant contains the high-importance, low-performance items, these 10 items resemble the nurses' educational needs that should be prioritized. Conclusion : The results of this study can be used as a basis for the development of nursing educational programs for patient safety in the intensive care unit.

이 연구에서는 활동보조인 교육 실시 결과를 바탕으로 중점적으로 개선되어야 하는 요인을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 중요도-만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 활동보조인 교육 중요도만족도 측정 문항의 요인구조, 상관성을 검증하고 IPA 메트릭스를 통해 각 요인들이 중점 개선, 개선 요망, 노력 지속, 현상 유지 중 어느 위치에 해당하는 지를 알아보았다. 또한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 경기남부권의 활동보조인 교육에 참여하는 231명이 대상이었다. 연구결과, 활동보조인 교육은 '교육 운영'과 '교육과정'의 2개의 요인으로 탐색되었고, 대부분 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석결과 활동보조인 교육 운영에서는 '교육기간'이, 교육과정에서는 '실기수업'과 '이론수업' 요인이 중점 개선될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육기간은 활동보조인 교육 운영 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이론수업은 활동보조인 교육과정 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 경기남부권 활동보조인 교육운영 기관에서 교육을 받은 대상자를 중심으로 중요도-만족도를 조사한 것으로 연구 결과를 일반화하는 데는 제한가 있을 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 활동보조인의 업무수행능력 제고를 위한 활동보조인 교육 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 교육의 질을 개선하고자 하는 방안을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the job performance, importance, and difficulty in Surgical Clinical Practice Nurses (SCPNs), and to identify the priority of job tasks using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Methods: One hundred SCPNs were recruited from two university hospitals and two general hospitals during November 2021 to April 2022. A total of 97 data were analyzed excluding 3 data due to missing responses. The data were analyzed by two groups, with Ward-Based SCPNs (W-SCPNs) and Operation Room-Based SCPNs (OR-SCPNs) according to different characteristics of job tasks. Results: There were differences of job performance between W-SCPNs and OR-SCPNs. As a result of the IPA, tasks of 'working practices in the ward' for W-SCPNs and those of 'surgery and treatments' for OR-SCPNs were included in the first quadrant (keep up the good work). 'Resarch' and 'leardership' were included in the third quadrant (low priority). Conclusion: Since there are differences in job tasks between W-SCPNs and OR-SCPNs, health care institutions should consider the differences in defining the scope of job performance. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop customized continuing education program based on our findings of IPA.

본 연구는 경기도 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도 간의 차이를 분석하고 이러한 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관 차원의 전략을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 지역사회복지관 54개소 사회복지사 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대응표본 t-검증과 IPA분석기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역사회복지관 사회복지사의 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도는 높게 인식하고 있으나 현재 수행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도-수행도 차이 검증 결과, 가족중심실천의 6개 하위요인 영역과 18개 세부 항목 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족중심실천의 중요도-수행도 IPA분석한 결과, 하위요인별 유지영역(가족의사결정, 포괄적서비스), 과잉영역(가족초점), 저순위영역(가족강점, 개별화), 집중영역(가족과의 협력)으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 가족중심실천에 관한 중요도와 수행도의 차이를 개선할 수 있는 기관차원의 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 IPA를 활용하여 한국인과 몽골인이 원두 커피 및 인스턴트 커피 품질 중에 중요하게 생각하는 품질 속성을 파악하고자 하였다. 2012년 4월 16일부터 5월 12일까지 한국의 서울, 경기 지역과 몽골의 울란바타르시의 20-30대를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 각각 253부, 250부를 통계 분석에 사용하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0으로 빈도 분석, 독립표본 t검증, 대응표본 t검증을 실시하였고, IPA를 실시하였다. 한국인과 몽골인의 원두 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 비교한 결과, 커피의 맛, 향기, 양, 가격, 위생, 신선도, 유통기한 등은 한국인이 몽골인보다 중요하게 생각한 반면, 커피의 영양, 성분표시에 대해서는 몽골인이 더 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 수행도는 몽골인이 한국인보다 커피의 가격, 영양, 온도, 성분표시 등에 대해 더 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 한국인과 몽골인의 인스턴트 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 비교한 결과, 한국인은 몽골인보다 커피의 양, 가격 등을 중요하게 생각한 반면, 몽골인은 커피의 영양, 온도 등을 중요하게 생각하였다. 몽골인이 한국인보다 커피의 영양, 온도, 다양성, 신선도 등의 수행도에 대하여 더 높게 평가하였다. 커피 품질 속성에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석 결과, 원두 커피 품질 속성에 대하여 한국인은 '커피의 가격', '유통기한', 몽골인은 '커피의 영양', '커피의 위생', '성분표시'를 중점적으로 관리해야 한다고 하였다. 인스턴트 커피 품질 속성 중에서 한국인은 '커피의 위생', '커피의 농도', 몽골인은 '커피의 농도', '성분표시'를 중요 관리점이라 하였다.

This study utilized importance and performance analysis (IPA) in order to improve and plan tangible (menu) and intangible (service) products at dumpling shops. Menu attributes for tangible products were classified into sensory factor, health factor, hygiene factor, and external factor. Attributes for intangible products were classified into response factor, visual factor, spatial factor, package factor, and promotion factor. In IPA analysis of tangible products, sensory factor and hygiene factor were located in Quadrant I (Keep up the good work). Health factor was located in Quadrant III (Low priority for management) and the external factor was located in Quadrant II (Possible overkill). In IPA analysis of intangible products, response factor and visual factor were located in Quadrant I, whereas promotion factor was located in Quadrant III. The attributes related to kindness of staff and space for customers in the store were more important, but due to their low performance level, they were located in Quadrant IV (Concentrate management here). Thus, the product planner should improve attributes of the related product immediately. As a result, the development of competitive products within the market is possible.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is a technical study to understand the relationship between the recognition and performance of core basic nursing skills of nursing college students who are ahead of clinical practice, and satisfaction with their major. Method: The subjects were 208 second-year students enrolled in the four-year nursing department located in J City and C City. General characteristics, characteristics of clinical practice, and recognition of the importance of core basic nursing skills, performance, and satisfaction with majors were investigated. Descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis and IPA are performed for data analysis Results: The results are follows. The results are follows. First, the performance was lower than that of the core basic nursing skills (p<.001). As a result of comparing the importance recognition and performance of the core basic nursing items, the importance recognition was significantly compared to the performance level in all 20 items. It showed high results. Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation (r=.40, p<.01) with major satisfaction in core basic nursing performance. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop education. It is necessary to establish a learning strategy through various learning guidance methods and self-directed learning that can improve the performance of items with low performance, although recognized as important through the Core Basic Nursing IPA for nursing students who are about to practice clinical practice. It is suggested to do repeated research applied.

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 인권의 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도와의 차이를 비교하여 이러한 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 경북, 전남지역 시설장 114명을 대상으로 장애인거주시설 인권의 인식 수준과 실행수준은 어느 정도인지, 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도 간의 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 거주시설 인권이 중요하다는 인식을 공유하고 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거주시설 인권영역의 중요도와 실행도 수준의 차이분석에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 수립하고자 IPA matrix 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 고속도로 휴게소 이용의 만족과 중요도 요인을 분석하고 고속도로 휴게소에서 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아내고자 중부고속도로 음성(하남방향, 통영방향) 휴게소 및 영동고속도로 여주(강릉방향)휴게소의 이용객을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 22개의 고속도로 휴게소 환경단서에 대한 요인분석에서 '휴게소의 음식', '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '상품', '넓은 공간', '종업원 및 공중전화', '규모 및 시설' 등 7개 요인이 도출되었으며, 7개의 고속도로 휴게소 평가요인 중에서 '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '종업원 및 공중전화' 요인이 전반적인 방문객 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 다양한 만족도 요인 중에서 이들 3가지 요인이 상대적으로 전반적인 휴게소 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 기법을 활용하여 사립대학 기록물관리전문요원의 직무를 분석하여 직무의 중요도와 실제 업무 수행의 성취도 차이를 분석하는데 있다. 또한 전문적인 교육을 통해 기록물관리전문요원의 자격을 갖춘 집단과 그렇지 않은 집단의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 우선, 연구 목적 달성을 위해 법령과 지침 등을 통해 기록물관리전문요원이 수행해야 하는 업무를 도출한 후 실제 기록물관리전문요원의 검증을 거쳐 세부 업무를 확정하였다. 이를 기초로 사립대학 기록물관리업무 담당자에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 데이터는 업무의 중요도와 실제 성취도를 알아보기 위해 IPA기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기록물관리전문요원과 전문요원이 아닌 경우 모두 기록관리 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문에 중요도에 대한 이해는 높은 편이었다. 그러나 실제 성취에 있어서 기관의 인식과 같은 환경적인 요인이 상당 부분 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
