  • In recent years, advanced in digital technologies have created significant changes in the way we reproduce, distribute and market Intellectual Property (IP). DRM for multicast contents is complicated risk, the further technology development and human demand, this approaching is still being researched by the scientist and all by the company which is conducting in piracy management reduced, and every country has national policy to make this consortium to limit piracy properties, based on this paper research development, just only two approaching to reduce piracy in DRM they are Industrial Property (IP) and Copyright. In this paper, we are not only figuring and analyzing about the processes to reduce and limit the piracy and unprotected copy law but also describing about the encryption process, watermarking and digital signature process algorithms. The basic concepts of this encryption process for web-based multicast content in DRM are implemented in Java. We conduct this method is a computerized through web based application system approaching to reduce unprotected copy and piracy. Which is used in DRM for multicast content in every section, by providing a fundamental in information technology development, we believe this research is reliable to prove that is unprotected copy, and piracy can be reduced by protecting with this paradigm.

  • There are many algorithms to improve the network traffic and to avoid losing packets in the network. This paper proposed determining the shortest paths for hops, which are in the middle of the source and destination. The shortest path in this paper means the fastest path between them. Recently, dynamic routing algorithm is currently used now but this paper suggests the fastest paths between the source and the destination is by using the record of the network traffic history. People are using the networking and the network traffic is always corresponding to how many people use the networking in specific time. Therefore, I can predict the network condition by referring to the history of network traffic record, and then the shortest path can be produced without using RIP too much. It will be helpful to improve the network traffic.

  • It is need to control network access that a user personally change own IP or network devices in managing network address. Also, When we use new network devices or assign network address, we do them by design, not arbitrarily. And then, we can immediately control network's problems. It could be used network management and security in low level. But most of managers do this works by hand not automatically. This paper propose the solutions that improve the security by network address authentication in VLAN environment, such as corporations and public offices.

  • The overlay multicast that has been recently presented as an alternative for the IP multicast has been getting much persuasion by the system resource and the network bandwidth and the advancement of the network cost. we propose a overlay multi_casting network policy for efficient multimedia services with P2P join scheduling. In order to evaluate the performance of proposed scheme, We test the performance of multi_casting nodes with average join count, the maximum guaranteed waiting time and buffer starvation ratio with similar techniques. The result of simulation shows improved about 15${\sim}$20% of performance.

  • In the current Internet system, there are many problems using anonymity of the network communication such as personal information leaks and crimes using the Internet system. This is why TCP/IP protocol used in Internet system does not have the user identification information on the communication data, and it is difficult to supervise the user performing the above acts immediately. As a study for solving the above problem, there is the study of Policy Based Network Management (PBNM). This is the scheme for managing a whole Local Area Network (LAN) through communication control for every user. In this PBNM, two types of schemes exist. As one scheme, we have studied theoretically about the Destination Addressing Control System (DACS) Scheme with affinity with existing internet. By applying this DACS Scheme to Internet system management, we will realize the policy-based Internet system management. In this paper, required functions in the PBNM Scheme for multiple domains as cyber physical system that utilizes data science and AI is examined.

  • The Internet succeeded because of the end-to-end principle which allowed anyone to add functionality to the network. However, as the internet is increasingly becoming the platform for smart IT applications such as VoIP, IPTV, Cloud Computing and Smart Phone, networks are now under increasing strain of traffic congestion and the absence of quality of service insurances. To date, the debate over internet rules has focused on network neutrality rather than network efficiency. This article emphasizes the well-functioning role of market mechanism for the efficient use and further development of the network. To maximize the value of the network, this article proposes a differential treatment to packets based on customer types, and a two-part tariff pricing rule to secure funding to expand and upgrade networks.

  • While the internet has evolved in terms of information sharing and efficiency, it is still prone to security attacks and remains vulnerable even when equipped with a security mechanism. Repeated patching against hacks involves excessive wear of system equipment and high costs. Methods of improving network security include the introduction of security equipment and network partitions, but they have not been fully effective. A fundamental solution is the Operation Content Network (OCN), which enables the strengthening of authentication. In this paper, Instead of following the existing TCP/IP system, OCN establishes an immunity-based security system through content-centric communications. Data transmission occurs over a Content Centric Network (CCN), which is provided with a protocol verified by the CCNx group. Areas protected by OCN rely only on CCN for communication without using any IP. As such, it defends the system against unknown attacks, including zero-day attacks.

  • The objective of this paper was to cope with the verification of the message transfer protocol that integrates the electronic signature and the distribution and authentication of public key in TCP/IP using fuzzy integral. They were classified into the security technology, the security policy, the electronic document processing, the electronic document transportation and the encryption and decryption keys in its function. The measures of items of the message security protocol were produced for the verification of the implemented document in every function.
