LIN (local interconnect network) is a standard low-speed serial communication protocol, and it was developed as an efficient sub-bus for automotive electronic modules. In this paper, a LIN controller was implemented in Verilog HDL, based on LIN ver. 2.2A. The implemented LIN controller was verified in FPGA, and it can be supplied as an IP to be integrated into SoC system. Its size is about 2,300 gates when synthesized in 0.18um technology.

This paper deals with implementation of middleware using CAN(Controller Area Network) network and TCP/IP for real-time distributed control system of a humanoid robot. Existent system using CAN network is available. But, there is problems in extensibility and flexibility. In this raper, the new system using TCP/IP for solution and improvement of problems is proposed. The new system is applied to ISHURO-II, real-humanoid robot. The performance is verified through experiment.

This paper presents a Prototype system developed for a Bluetooth interfaced VoIP system. The VoIP phone is developed based on tile implementation of a CELP coder on the TI 16bit DSP Processor A PC interfaced with Bluetooth module is used to designing a access point system. Host controller protocol stack is implemented to realize gateway between the wireless and wired line networks. A server application program for user management and call processing, which is based on TCP/IP peer to peer connection, is implemented for tile evaluation of overall interface system.

인터넷 서비스의 수요가 급증함에 따라 통신서비스 제공기업에서도 VoIP 시스템 도입의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. PSTN 교환기는 호 처리 기능과 회선 스위칭 기능이 하나로 결합된 단일 시스템인 반면, VoIP 시스템에서의 MGC 는 하드웨어 부분과 소프트웨어 부분을 물리적으로 분리하고 둘 사이의 인터페이스를 표준 프로토콜을 적용한 것이다. 이때 MG(Media Gateway)는 회선 스위칭 기능을 담당하고 MGC(Media Gateway Controller)는 호 처리 기능을 수행한다. 최근 국내 외 업체들에서는 VoIP 시스템 제공이 시작되고 있으나 국내 IP 기반 통신서비스 제공업체에서는 VoIP 시스템 제공이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 시스템에서 MGC 간 라우팅 방법을 최적화 함과 동시에 사용자들에게 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 라우팅 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Work environments within the firm with a concept of mobile office is growing divided into two sections. It's Wi-Fi FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) field Which are implemented in a telephone service available from existing fixed-line service in the center of the smart phones and the EMS(Enterprise Mobility Service) field to make people will be able to handle PC the center of the information system within an enterprise using a smart phone instead of terminal facility connects to a system in the workplace and external. This paper developed FMC controller to allow execution IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) services to complement the issues of the FMC corporation, telephony service associated. The controller includes FMC automatic enrollment services, voice quality enhancement of the mobile phone, anywhere within the firm on his mobile phone calls can provide mobility and is also implemented FMC LCR function that use status information from mobile soft-phone within the IP-PBX.

IP speed controller is used as a main controller and it makes the system low overshoot and easy controllability. Load torque is estimated by Kalman filter algorithm and parameter controller is used against a rotor inertia negative variations. Parameter Controller (PC) is equipped with a torque observer implemented by software of a digital signal Processor. PC is a parameter controller which selects a moment of inertia J in responding to a load torque to control the system response.

In this paper, we propose a SDRAM Controller. The SDRAM is often used a mainstream memory as embedded system memory due to its short latency, burst access and pipeline features. The proposed Controller provides essential functions for SDRAM initialization, read/write accesses, memory refresh and Burst access. Furthermore, the proposed controller is implemented in the form of SOFT IP. Therefore, it reduces the designer's effort greatly.

Many industrial equipments use RS-232C interface. But Ethernet using CSMA/CD was widly spread recently. This interface is not compatible with RS-232C and requires PC based system. So In this Paper, We decribe a Internet control and monitoring system that control and watch plants without PC. We developed IP controller consisted of microprocessor and NIC and monitoring system using VC++ and SQL database. The protocol used this system is UDP/IP because it is applicable for real time system.

Embedded Controller which controls whole system is most important part of embedded system. Nowadays, new technique called SoC is more using than ASIC. But SoC have some problems. Because of long development time and high cost, it is hard to applying SoC to small and medium enterprise. So many companies use IP technique combined with embedded processor. High resolution inkjet marking system is printing system with embedded controller. It is used in various part of industry. But it has many problems such as printing quality, marking errors, system faults and so on. In this paper, we designed and implemented IP that can solve the printing quality problems. We analyzed total-logic-elements and timing by simulation. As a result of simulation, we could verified that output signals satisfied reference timing. Appling IP to high resolution inkjet marking system, we could get good quality printing message.

This paper presents a 32-bit RISC Micro-Controller which is useful in the dedicated DSP and communication areas. The designed processor has 5 stages pipeline architecture, and 28 instructions. This RISC Micro-Controller consist of 22,100 gates and has 5.95 ns data arrival time, and 437 ㎽ total dynamic power. The RISC Micro-Controller is a IP (Intellectual property) Core module which can implement a number of protocols by and is applicable to DSP and data communication.
