적분보상형 가변구조제어기법을 이용한 유도 전동기 위치제어 (Induction Motor Position Control Using Integral-Compensating Variable Structure Control Algorithm)

  • This paper proposes a variable structure position controller for an induction motor(IM) which uses a reaching law and an integral compensating nonlinear switching function. With the integral compensating nonlinear switching function, both very low overshoot and high steady state control accuracy can be obtained by compensating the states chattering problem due to the unmodelled dynamics of inverter and feedback sensors. With the reaching law, reaching mode can be established quantitatively during transient state so that dynamic control performance is improved. For experiment a digital servo driver which consists of a DSP and an IPM inverter was developed. With the various experimental results, IM position control performance was verified.

  • Two major obstacles in the utilization of electrical vehicles are their price and range. The collaboration of direct torque control (DTC) with induction motor (IM) is preferred for its low cost, easy implementation, and parameter independency. However, in terms of edges, the method has drawbacks, such as variable switching frequency and undesired current harmonic distortion. These drawbacks result in acoustic noise, reduced efficiency, and electromagnetic interference. A feed-forward approach for stator-flux-oriented DTC with space vector pulse-width modulation is presented in in this paper. The outcome of the proposed method is low current harmonic distortion with fixed switching frequency while preserving the torque performance and simple application feature of basic DTC. The method is applicable to existing and forthcoming IM drive systems via software adaptation. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed by simulation and experimental results.

상호작용식 메트로놈 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 관리기능에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Interactive Metronome(IM) Training on Executive Function of Stroke Patients)

  • 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 상호작용식 메트로놈 훈련이 관리기능에 미치는 효과에 대해서 알아보고자 실시하였다. 뇌졸중 환자 20명을 대상으로 실험군 10명, 대조군 10명으로 무작위 배분하였다. 실험군은 기본적인 재활치료와 상호작용식 메트로놈을 적용하였고, 대조군은 기본적 재활치료와 전통적 인지재활을 실시하였다. 훈련 전 후 관리기능을 검사하기 위하여 Kims 전두엽 관리기능 신경심리검사 II를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 실험군이 대조군에 비해 스트룹 간섭시행, 단어유창성, 지연회상, 관리기능지수에서 유의한 향상을 나타냈다. 따라서 상호작용식 메트로놈 훈련이 관리기능 향상에 효과적으로 것으로 나타났으며, 상호작용식 메트로놈 훈련이 관리기능 향상을 위한 중재방법으로 유용할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 차세대 이동통신은 고품질의 멀티미디어 서비스가 요구되고, 이중 서비스간의 호환이 주요한 특징이 된다. 이러한 이동통신의 과도기적인 위치에 IMS가 서비스 된다. IMS는 기존의 통신망을 토대로 다양한 망과 연계를 한다. 하지만 AS(Application Server)의 서비스가 다양해지면서 S-CSCF(Serving-Call Session Control Function)는 역할 과중이 발생한다. 따라서 S-CSCF와 AS 사이에 Gateway를 설계하여 S-CSCF의 기능을 분담한다. 그리고 사용자 서비스 기반의 로드 밸런싱을 통하여 속도를 향상한다. 논문은 IMS 모델에서 S-CSCF의 역할을 분석한 후, Gateway의 구조와 설계 모델을 제시한다.

Small-Size Induction Machine Equivalent Circuit Including Variable Stray Load and Iron Losses

  • The paper presents the equivalent circuit of an induction machine (IM) model which includes fundamental stray load and iron losses. The corresponding equivalent resistances are introduced and modeled as variable with respect to the stator frequency and flux. Their computation does not require any tests apart from those imposed by international standards, nor does it involve IM constructional details. In addition, by the convenient positioning of these resistances within the proposed equivalent circuit, the order of the conventional IM model is preserved, thus restraining the inevitable increase of the computational complexity. In this way, a compromise is achieved between the complexity of the analyzed phenomena on the one hand and the model's practicability on the other. The proposed model has been experimentally verified using four IMs of different efficiency class and rotor cage material, all rated 1.5 kW. Besides enabling a quantitative insight into the impact of the stray load and iron losses on the operation of mains-supplied and vector-controlled IMs, the proposed model offers an opportunity to develop advanced vector control algorithms since vector control is based on the fundamental harmonic component of IM variables.

바이너리 외란관측기를 이용한 유도전동기의 위치제어 (The position control of IM using the binary distrubance observer)

  • A control approch for the robust position control of IM based on the binary disturbance observer is described. The conventional binary observer is used to remove the chattering problem of variable structure system. However the steady state error may be existed, because the conventioal binary observer etimates external disturbance with constant boundary layers. Thus in order to overcome this problem, the improved binary observer is proposed. By employing the proposed observer, the robustness is achived and the continuous control is realized without the chattering problem and the steady state error. The effectiveness of the proposed observer is confirmed by the computer simulation.

  • In general, the electromagnetic transient phenomenon always exists in induction motor(IM) with the torque change. The control performance of IM is very worse than that of D.C motor owing to this transient phenomenon. So many studies about the elimination methods of the transient phenomenon have been making progress. Interesting methods of them are the Field acceleration method(FAM) and the method of impulse addition on the input voltage at the time point of torque change. In this paper, first, the circuit equation of IM is derived from the phase segregation method. The torque equation consisted of the stator and rotor currents is derived from the solving of the circuit equation. As we well known, the transient terms exist in this the torque equation. The method of impulse addition on the input voltage at the instance of torque change is confirmed theoretically for the elimination of the transient phenomenon. With the base on it, the author proposed a real time algorithm to eliminate the transient terms. The control system is consisted of the PI controller with the feedforward of torque change. The author could confirm that the quick stepwise responses of torque and speed can be obtained from response simulations.

  • 기존 DGPS는 고가의 장비인 RF방식의 무선 모뎀을 사용함으로써 사용자의 무선국 허가, 전파의 지리적 장애물에 의한 영향, 전송거리의 제한, 주파수 혼신, 주파수 자원의 유한성 등의 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 각 DGPS 수신기의 무선 모델을 대체할 수 있는 방법으로 휴대전화를 이용한 DGPS 수신기와의 보정신호 전송기법을 제안하고, DGPS 수신기와 휴대전화 간의 연동을 위한 IM(Interface Module)의 개발에 관한 연구이다. IM은 DGPS 수신기와 휴대전화 간의 인터페이스 모듈로서 RS-232 포트와 모뎀 통신 제어를 통한 보정신호의 전송을 가능하게 한다. 기준국의 IM은 DGPS 수신기와 휴대전화를 통해 이동국에 보정신호를 전송하기 위하여 RS-232 포트와 모뎀을 초기화하고 응답 모드로 대기하며, 이동국의 IM은 RS-232 포트와 모뎀을 초기화 한 후 기준국과 연결(Hand Shaking)를 요구하고, 연결 선정이 완료된 후 송수신 된 보정신호를 이용하여 이동국은 상대 측위를 통한 정화한 측위가 이루어진다.
