인공 지능 기술의 발달과 소프트웨어 중심 사회로의 변화로 누구나 접근 가능할 수 있으며 안정적이고 지속 가능한 다양한 오픈 콘텐츠 속에서 어떻게 접근, 이해, 활용하고, 또한 새로운 오픈 콘텐츠를 어떻게 만들고 공유하는지에 대한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문은 디지털 리터러시를 데이터, 도구, 장치 요소에 대한 각각 하위의 리터러시 개념인 컴퓨터 리터러시, ICT 리터러시, 정보 리터러시로 계층화하고 인지적 능력과 비인지적 능력을 포함하는 개념으로 정의하였다. 또한 오픈 콘텐츠는 OER(Open Educational Resource)과 Open Access 운동과 같이 누구나 자유롭게 사용하고 공유할 수 있는 교수-학습 자료로 정의하고, 두 정의를 기반으로 한 디지털 리터러시 요소 활용 방안으로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 위한 3단계 전략을 마련하여 디지털 환경에서 오픈 콘텐츠를 선정하고, 다음으로 디지털 리터러시 교육 방안을 제시하며, 마지막으로 디지털 리터러시 역량을 함양하기 위한 교육 활동을 실시하는 교육 프레임을 제시하였다.

The core purpose of the paper is to explore perceptual displays of rural India towards the role and impact of ICT in transforming the lives through education and telecommunications. After meticulous review of pertinent literature on ICT, and its policy framework, the researcher administers both quantitative and qualitative field data collected from the villages of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu with a sample of 250 from each state. More than 90 percent of respondents from the four southern states in India clearly thought that the role and impact of ICT is very momentous. Predominantly, cent percent respondents from Kerala evinced that ICT is the major reason for achieving the tag of "100% Literacy State". And also in the remaining three states viz., Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, the literacy rate has crossed mind-boggling figures only because of ICT's reinforcement. Even in the arena of telecommunications, these four states average telecom density is more than the country's average. The paper concentrated only on how ICT function empirically to build human capacity in rural south-India through the sectors of only education and telecom. This study is first of its kind and precious to all stakeholders of the ICT sector like educational institutional, telecom firms, customers, employees, and governments, etc.

디지털 리터러시는 ICT 기술이 고도로 발달한 디지털 사회에서 일의 능률을 높이고 삶을 영위하기 위한 필수적인 역량이 된다. 세계의 선진 국가들은 국민의 디지털 리터러시를 향상시키고 디지털 격차를 해소하기 위해 많은 노력을 수행해왔다. 본 논문은 이들 중 노인을 포함한 성인의 디지털 리터러시 향상을 위한 미국 공공도서관의 사례를 조사 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 프로그램 우수 사례 도서관을 중심으로 디지털 리터러시 교육 프로그램 유형, 교육 방식 및 내용 현황을 조사 분석하고 담당사서들과의 인터뷰를 통해 운영 실태를 파악하였다. 다수의 교육 프로그램이 기본적인 컴퓨터나 인터넷 기술에 관한 것이었고 Micro Office, 이메일, 소셜미디어, 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 사용에 관한 교육 프로그램의 비중도 높게 나타났다. 가장 빈번하고 일상적으로 이루어지는 교육 방식은 비공식적인 현장교육이었고 그것의 교육 내용과 수준은 매우 다양하게 나타났다. 추가로 디지털 리터러시 교육을 위해 공공도서관 담당사서들은 사서의 디지털 역량과 이를 위한 재교육을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었고 디지털 리터러시 교육 프로그램 운영에 적합한 도서관 시설과 최신 장비 도입, 시기적절한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 홍보의 중요성도 함께 제기하였다.

정보사회에서 학습자가 자기주도적으로 학습을 수행하기 위해서 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있는 능력은 중요하다. 실제로 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있는 능력이 높은 학습자의 학업성취도가 어떠할지 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 2010년-2018년에 시행한 서울교육종단연구의 1-9차년도 자료를 활용하여 컴퓨터 활용에 대한 인식과 빈도의 종단적 변화 패턴을 비모수 통계방식인 종단적 K-평균 군집(KML)을 통해 도출하고, 종단적 패턴에 따른 학업성취도를 분석하였다. 분석결과 컴퓨터 활용과 사용 빈도가 높은 종단적 패턴이 그렇지 않은 패턴에 비해 학업성취도가 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 고등학교 3학년의 대학전공 선택에서 컴퓨터 활용과 빈도가 높은 종단적 패턴이 공학계열을 선호하는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 날로 관심이 커지고 있는 ICT교육에서 한축을 담당하고 있는 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 학습자 요인이 무엇인지 확인하고자 하였다. 선행연구에 기초하여 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 잠정적인 변인을 인지적 영역(메타인지, 창의성, 선수학습), 정의적 영역(자아개념, 성취동기, 컴퓨터에 대한 태도) 6가지로 선정하였다. 도출된 변인을 바탕으로 ICT소양교육의 학업성취도를 예측하는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하였다.

The present research investigates the factors influencing the elderly adults' life satisfaction in the era of information and communication technology (ICT). Specifically, we examine whether the elderly individuals' digital literacy skills (i.e., ability to use PCs, ability to use mobile devices, and ability to distinguish information) and perceptions (i.e., perceived usefulness of digital technology, self-efficacy in using digital devices, and social interaction) predict their life satisfaction. To answer the research question, we performed a hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the elderly Korean adults aged 55 or older. The results indicate that (1) females (vs. males) are more satisfied with their life; (2) the higher individuals' age, education and monthly household income, the higher their life satisfaction; and (3) their perceived usefulness of digital technology, self-efficacy in using digital devices, social interaction, and ability to distinguish information are positively associated with life satisfaction. The findings provide important implications to enhance life satisfaction of the elderly adults in the ICT era.

본 연구는 유아교사의 ICT 수업매체 활용 능력을 양성하기 위해 ICT 중심 교사 교육과정 구성안을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위해 유아교사들의 교사 역량에 대한 중요도와 현재 역량 수준을 조사하고 ICT 수업매체 역량 교육의 필요성을 확인한 후, ICT 중심 교사 교육과정 내용 구성안을 설계하였다. 207명의 유아교사를 대상으로 교사역량에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 결과 ICT 수업매체 역량에 대한 교육 필요도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, ICT 수업매체 역량에 대한 하위 지표들의 분석결과를 기초로 ICT 중심 교사 교육과정을 ICT 수업매체 소양교육과 ICT 수업매체 활용교육으로 분류하였다. 각 영역은 교사의 역량수준에 따라 인식, 적용, 확산의 3수준으로 위계화 되며 수준별 설정된 목표에 근거하여 교육내용을 제안하였다. 연구에서는 ICT 수업매체와 관련한 교사 전문성 개발을 위해 ICT 활용 교육정책 이해, ICT 교육과정의 목표와 평가 이해로 구성된 ICT 소양교육과 교수학습방법 활용, 디지털 기술의 적용, ICT 학습 환경 구성 및 관리를 포함한 ICT 활용교육으로 구성하여 ICT 중심 교사 교육과정 안을 제안하였다.

2015 소프트웨어 교육 운영지침의 기본 방향은 ICT 교육의 관점을 확장하여 학습자들이 문제를 해결하는 역량을 기르는 것으로 한다. 그러나 정작 이 지침에는 ICT 교육 내용이 포함되어있지 않다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 활용교육을 위한 초등학교 정보윤리와 창작도구의 교육과정 모델을 개발하는 연구이다. 세계 여러 나라의 컴퓨터 교육과정에서 정보윤리와 창작도구 관련 교육과정을 조사하고 우리나라에 적절한 교육과정을 제안한다. 연구 결과로 초등학교 현장에서 바로 적용이 가능한 정보윤리와 창작도구에 대한 내용체계와 성취기준을 수준별 7단계로 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국가 수준 교육과정에서 정보 활용 능력의 위상을 분석하고, 범 교육과정으로서의 역할 강화방안을 제시하는 것이다. 분석 결과 현행 교육과정에서 정보 활용 능력은 교육적 인간상 중 하나인 창의인이 갖추어야 할 기본 능력인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교 지식 측면에서는 새로운 지식을 생산할 수 있는 방법적 지식이며, 교육 방법 측면에서는 학제 간 연계성을 갖는 사고 능력이다. 따라서 미디어 교육과 정보 통신 활용 교육을 포괄하는 정보 활용 교육이 선택 과목이 되기 위해서는 국가 수준의 교육과정에서 중요한 범 교과 학습 주제에 포함되어야 한다. 그리고 정보 활용 능력의 정의가 정보 탐색과 접근, 정보 분석과 해석, 정보 종합과 표현과 같이 구체적인 학습 기술로 명문화되어야 한다.

Consumer innovativeness plays a vital role in explaining consumer dynamics, such as adoption, usage, and behavioral intention, in the new world of disruptive online media. This empirical study aimed to examine the importance of consumer innovativeness and digital literacy in the adoption and expansion of new technology-based media services, focusing on OTT services. Extending the theory of adoption of new technologies by innovators to new media environment centered on OTT services, it examines the influence of the four dimensions of motivated consumer innovativeness on OTT service usage. The Korea Media Panel Data of 2019, where overall ICT usage and media consumption of a broad panel of respondents was collected, was used for the analysis. From the data of 10,864 respondents, 4,031 (37.1%) were found to have experience in using OTT services. To clarify the mediating effect of digital literacy on the correlations between cognitive innovativeness of consumers and their use of OTT services, Process Macro Model 4 was used. The bootstrap method was applied to reveal that all four dimensions of consumer innovativeness have a significant indirect effect on new media usage through digital literacy, thus indicating how digital literacy plays an important role in the spread of new digital services in addition to consumer innovativeness. The findings are important in that they can help in the efforts to introduce new technologies to the public and educate them to improve their digital literacy so that they can enjoy the complete experience of using these new digital products.
