A Study on the Effectiveness of Skin Care Solution System using Non-Invasive Air Technology

  • The effectiveness of an innovative skin treatment system that delivers an anti-aging solution deep into the skin without invasiveness and pain using a non-invasive air technology was investigated. In addition, an effective change using a non-invasive technique for delivering a solution for skin improvement was confirmed. The equipment named Cellre Jet is an effective skin care and drug delivery equipment that instantly opens the skin epidermis by using a maximum output pressure of 6 bars and high-pressure purified oxygen of 75-90% purity to deliver various nano-sized vital substances deep into the skin, and it uses the method of precisely controlling the equipment through an 8-inch digital touch display to accurately dispense the prescribed dosage. In this study, changes in skin condition were analyzed using this equipment and nano ampoules on subjects with actual skin problems through a related comparison and effectiveness judgment program. Through this study, skin care and drug delivery are possible, which will contribute to verifying the effectiveness of this non-invasive drug delivery equipment in the future, and is expected to establish the systematic effect in observing and studying changes in the skin.

  • As ICT ecosystem changes, security-related threat on individuals and corporations has increased. With the recent sophistication of hacking strategy, hacking serves commerce and its scale becomes larger than ever. Accordingly, the analysis on cyber intrusion is required. As a number one electronic government around the world, the government's role for security solution for realization of safe electronic government. This manuscript analyzes cyber intrusion cases, speculates the government's measures and suggests political recommendation for the current phenomena.

  • The ICT policy domain is one of the most important policy domains in terms of national development and continuity. It is primarily because the contemporary society has been continuously developed and changed based upon the advanced information technologies. Recently, the Moon Jae-in Administration reorganized the Ministry of Science and ICT, and transferred a few of the key ICT related functions to other ministries as an attempt to develop the national ICT policies. However, critics in this domain argue that various problems still exist in the ICT policies in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to verify the empirical validity of the existing problems in the ICT policies in Korea, and develop alternatives to solve those problems. In order to serve the research purpose, this study employs multiple methods; a quantitative method which is a survey involving experts in ICT policies, and a social network analysis involving public officials in ICT related ministries. Research results show that the Korean government needs to enhance its capacity to make adjustments in ICT-related policies as the current decentralized system continuously creates various types of problems. The second possible solution to the problem is to change the national ICT policy system to a centralized one. However, this requires various efforts such as cooperation among ICT related government agencies, separation of ICT policies from science and technology policies, and increased government capacity to implement the ICT policies.

And even if it has leaked internally it's impossible to analyze so hackers can't analyze vulnerability, also it can't be abused as hacking tools.

  • Donor-$\pi$-acceptor (D-$\pi$-A) type chromophore-based polymers were newly synthesized. These polymers exhibited absorption peak due to intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) in a visible range as well as absorption peak due to carbonyl group in both solution and film state by measuring UV visible spectra. The addition of $Eu^{3+}$ ion into the polymers induced red-shift in absorption due to ICT and the color changes from yellow to red in the solution and film were observed by naked eyes. The contents of crosslinking agent influenced the features and solubility of the polymers. In addition, the contents of crosslinking agent and the $Eu^{3+}$ ion addition improved film-forming ability.

ICT Agriculture Support System for Chili Pepper Harvesting

  • In this paper, an unmanned automation system for harvesting chili peppers through image recognition in the color space is proposed. We developed a cutting-edge technology in terms of convergence between information and communication technology (ICT) and agriculture. Agriculture requires a lot of manpower and entails hard work by the laborers. In this study, we developed an autonomous application that can obtain the head coordinates of a chili pepper using image recognition based on the OpenCV library. As an alternative solution to labor shortages in rural areas, a robot-based chili pepper harvester is proposed as a convergence technology between ICT and agriculture requiring hard labor. Although agriculture is currently a very important industry for human workers, in the future, we expect robots to have the capability of harvesting chili peppers autonomously.

Micellar Effects on Intramolecular Charge Transfer Emission from Biphenylcarboxylic Acids

  • The intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) phenomena of the photoexcited 2-biphenylcarboxylic acid (2BPCA) and 4-biphenylcarboxylic acid (4BPCA) have been investigated in some surfactant micellar solutions. The ICT emission of 4BPCA and 2BPCA in aqueous solution at sufficiently low pH (1-3) has been observed to be markedly quenched and blue-shifted upon addition of a cationic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) in contrast to little change in anionic sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and neutral Brij 35. An anionic emission band has been observed to be enhanced at expense of the ICT emission as a function of the concentration of CTAC. These results with the micellar effects on the fluorescence decay kinetics of 4BPCA suggest that formation of the ICT state of the excited acids is inhibited by CTAC-induced proton transfer as well as the decrease in the polarity and/or hydrogen-bonding ability of the micellar microenvironment entrapping the acids.

  • This study aimed at analyzing the real situations and problems related to the performance assessment and surveying the relationship between performance assessment and teaching-learning in schools. Especially, It focused on the performance assessment through ICT teaching method. Next, by suggesting performance assessment patterns in Math, this study tried to approach solution as follow: difficulties in setting up evaluation items, objectiveness or impartiality in evaluation, complexity in putting them into practice, time modulation related to evaluation, reduction of teachers' heavy burden in teaching and achievement to specific aims in each period. Finally, some suggestions were made as follow: more concerns and efforts were needed to establish better math teachers and physical environment with regard to teaching math in schools.

  • In this paper, we propose an ICT-based smart farm design. At present, the decrease in rural population is naturally inevitable due to the decrease of the total population. The economic burden on each farm grows with increasing labor costs. As a solution to this, the necessity of spreading smart farms using computing resources is emerging. The proposed system utilizes the ICT technology emerging from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We will use big data analysis to collect a large amount of data and propose a platform for managing collected data and providing efficient services. The proposed platform consists of SOA service layer, middleware layer, resource pool layer and physical resource layer. ICT-based smart farm service can reduce costs and be easy to install and manage because ICT-based smart farm service provides only necessary functions from the user's point of view.

Improvement of Electromagnetic Environment Effects in aLift System by Installing a Mobile-Communication Repeater (이동 통신 중계기 설치를 통한 승강기 시스템의 전자파 환경 개선)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest installation methods of a mobile-communication repeater into a lift system with consideration of EMC. Two approaches, one(Solution 1) is realized with a repeater installed in a lift hoistway and another(Solution 2) installed inside a lift, were proposed. It is confirmed that the Solution 1 is more effective than the Solution 2. And it is suggested that the EIRP of a repeater must be limited to be ${\leq}$-5 dBm by considering electromagnetic immunity level for a lift and safety margin of 20 dB. This limit can provide suitable electromagnetic environment inside a lift with precise power-control mechanism of mobile communication systems. This study could be a good example of Green ICT by improving electromagnetic environment in spite of radio use.
