Recently, BIM has attracted attention as a technology to improve the construction productivity. The BIM standards to be applied to the BIM project are necessary for using or connecting the current 2D-based drawing standards. To develop the standard for BIM-based QTO and cost, this paper focused on using QDBEx, which was applied to road project cost management and connecting QDBEx with IFC, which is the BIM data delivery format. The IFC schema was evaluated to determine if it is possible to use the converts to the QDBEx XML file. As a result, 66% of the whole was available to connect directly, and 17% was available to connect through the processing of instance. The remaining 17% was evaluated to determine if it was available to connect. In the future, improvements in the schema will be suggested based on these results.

As the fourth industrial revolution 4.0 era arrives, the role of smart factory is emerging, which establishes a communication system between production devices and products through the Internet of Things and optimizes the entire production process. Germany wants to use smart factory technologies and data to upgrade and standardize the industry as a whole to create factories around the world, and the United States is aiming to create new business models and revenue streams by analyzing big data and improving productivity based on the technological prowess and innovation across ICT. In addition, Japan and China are also working to change and upgrade their manufacturing industries through smart factories. Accordingly, Korea is attempting to introduce smart factory based on the production industry 3.0. Therefore, this study describes the industrial trends of the fourth industrial revolution and smart factory and compares the major underlying technologies and introduction cases of smart factory.
Recently, many difficulties have been faced in all parts of the world due to the impact of COVID-19. Personally, household income is decreasing sharply as many jobs disappear, and economically, many SMEs are increasingly going bankrupt. It is known that this phenomenon is highly likely to continue for the time being. In such a situation, the smart factory support project provides opportunities for difficult SMEs to improve productivity and change the corporate structure. In this study, the current status of smart factory promotion was examined, and problems occurring in the process of promoting smart factory support projects were identified. The improvement plans were derived so that more efficient projects could be promoted in the future.
The present study made an empirical analysis for investigating the competitiveness of technology trades in Korea. In particular, the study deduced the correlation between technology export and technology import using the variables of Gross Domestic Expenditure on R&D and Per capita industry value added Productivity and employed fixed effect model in panel linear regression model. It is found that the R&D expenditure of OECD countries made a significant effect on the technology import and the value-added labor productivity made a significant result on both technology export and import. Therefore, it showed that the technology trade in Korea made a sensitive response to labor productivity in OECD countries. By panel analysis, machine, construction, ICT, and service industry affect most on technology export in Korea for recent 5 years. For technology import, electric-electron, chemical, service, and construction industry have significant effects. This study contributed to understanding of industrial characteristics affecting technology trades in Korea and empirical analysis to show correlation between the factors affecting technology trade.
There are continuous and tremendous attempts to apply various sensor systems and ICTs into the dairy science for data accumulation and improvement of dairy productivity. However, these only concerns the fields which directly affect to the dairy productivity such as the number of individuals and the milk production amount, while researches on the physiology aspects of dairy cows are not enough which are fundamentally involved in the dairy productivity. This paper proposes the basic approach for extraction of daily behavior pattern from hourly behavioral data of dairy cows to identify the health status and stress. Total four clusters were grouped by k-means clustering and the reasonability was proved by visualization of the data in each groups and the representatives of each groups. We hope that provided results should lead to the further researches on catching abnormalities and disease signs of dairy cows.

This study was undertaken to develop a cascade-type continuous culture system (CCCS) that combines both ICT and biotechnology (BT), for the mass production of microalgae. This system is capable of maintaining the essential culture conditions of pH, temperature, carbon dioxide, and illuminance control, which are key parameters for the growth of microalgae, and is economical for producing microalgae regardless of the season or location. It has the added advantage of providing stable and high productivity. In the current study, this system was applied to culture microalgae for 71 days, with subsequent analysis of the experimental data. The initial O.D. of the culture measured from incubator 1 was 0.006. On the 71st day of culture, the O.D.s obtained were 0.399 (incubator 1), 0.961 (incubator 2), 0.795 (incubator 3), and 0.438 (incubator 4), thereby confirming the establishment of continuous culture. Thus, we present a smart-farm based on ISMC (in-situ monitoring and control) for a mass culture method. We believe that this developed technology is suitable for commercialization, and has the potential to be applied to hydroponics-based cultivation of microalgae and cultivation of high-value-added medicinal plants as well as other plants used in functional foods, cosmetics, and medical materials.
It is now widely recognized that new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been changing the way tv which firms conduct their businesses. Examples are the application of enterprise resources planning (ERP) and business process reengineering (BPR) to increase the efficiency of internal resources management, adoption of Business-to-Business e-commerce (B2B e-com) to integrate supply chain, and invention of new marketing channels such as Business-to-Customer (B2C) e-com. These new ways of conducting businesses are believed to help firms to reduce transaction costs and increase productivity. As a result, new ICTs have played an important role in recent growth of many small firms into multi-functional and multi-product corporations and in their spatial expansion towards internationalization as well. This paper takes Haier in China as a case to study the role of new ICTs in the growth of firms and reveal how the new technologies have facilitated the expansion of Haier into a transnational corporation (TNC) by examining the internationalization process of the firm in relation to its adoption of new ICTs in the period from 1990 to 2002. The study reveals that the adoption of new Ins has helped Haier to integrate its functional units located in dozens of places across the world, which is essential to the internationalization of a firm, and to link closely together its worldwide suppliers and customers to achieve just-in-time (JIT) production and delivery. As such, the authors of the paper argue that, without the facilitation of new ICTS, Haier could not have developed into a TNC in less than ten years. It is now widely recognized that new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have been changing the way tv which firms conduct their businesses. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) has seen as the potential to improve profitability and productivity in many areas as well as gaining notable attention in many countries. Despite, there has been some uncertainty about the e-commerce impacts for developing countries. The sufficient basic infrastructural deficiency, socio-political, economic and the lack of government public ICT policies have formed the significant barriers to the adoption and e-commerce growth in developing countries. Even though there are many researchers have found the common barriers to e-commerce in the developing nations, all business models targeting those countries are not equally successful. Small companies' persistence failed to challenge the e-commerce barriers in Cambodia because the firms didn't know the correct business model to succeed in this country online market. Therefore, this study will discuss the existing barriers which lead to limit e-commerce growth in Cambodia and the suggested solutions with the suitable business model for the e-commerce business in the country too.
It is very important, if necessary, to remotely monitor and control the body conditions and behavior of livestock as well as the environment of stall using ubiquitous ict, in order to improve the health and productivity of livestock. With the aim of developing a stall management system, this study investigated users' needs, analyzed them to design systems, developed a web-system and an app for stall management, then applied them to a test-bed. The use of the app developed will make it easy for livestock farmers to easily monitor and control environment of stall using their smartphones and allow them to take care of stall more efficiently.

The online education platform market is developing rapidly after the coronavirus infection-19 pandemic. As school classes at various levels are converted to non-face-to-face classes, interest in non-face-to-face online education is increasing more than ever. However, the majority of online platforms currently used are limited to the fragmentary functions of simply delivering images, voice and messages, and there are limitations to online hands-on training. Indeed, digital transformation is a traditional business method for increasing coding education and a corporate approach to service operation innovation strategy computing thinking power and platform model. There are many ways to evaluate a computer programmer's ability. Generally, piecemeal evaluation methods are used to evaluate results in time through coding tests. In this study, the purpose of this study is to propose a comprehensive evaluation of not only the results of writing, but also the execution process of the results, etc., and to evaluate the programmer's propensity habits based on the programmer's coding experience to evaluate the programmer's ability and productivity.
