The purposes of this study were to develop ICT consumer education program for the second grade middle school students using in the Home Economics and Technology class and to test the effect of this program in terms of learning the knowledge and forming the attitude to be a wise consumer. The contents of a middle school Home Economics curriculum and 10 different textbooks were analyzed. Based on these analyses 5 ICT lesson plans on consumer education were developed. The second grade middle school students as an experimental group participated in 5 ICT consumer education classes during the middle school Home Economics and Technology classes. The control group of students who had same condition with the experimental group were taught by traditional instructional methods. After experiment, the changes in knowledge and attitude to be a wise consumer of both groups were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance. The significant improvements of knowledge and attitude of it were found among the experimental group of students compared with control group of students. Thus the conclusion is that the ICT consumer education program conducted in this study was found to be more effective than traditional one in terms of learning the knowledge and forming the attitude to be a wise consumer.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이 미래학교를 어떻게 변화시킬 것인가 예측해 보며, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크기술을 중심으로 지식사회에서의 e-teaming 과 In (Information Communication Technology) 활용한 학습 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 e-school 의 모형과 협동학습을 기반으로 하는 블렌디드 러닝(Blended-Loaming) 활용 교수-학습 과정 안을 제안한다.

세계는 산업화 사회에서 순식간에 초고속 정보통신사회로 급격하게 변해가고 있으며 이러한 시대적, 환경적 변화는 교육분야에도 일대의 전기를 맞이하게 되었으며 변화를 요구하게 되었다. 그 결과 지식 정보화 사회에 적합한 소양과 적응력을 기르기 위한 대안으로 정보통신기술(ICT)을 활용한 교육이 등장하였으며 이를 위한 다양한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 진행된 측면이 인프라 구축이라는 여건 조성에 초점이 맞추어 졌으며, 개발 보급된 소프트웨어도 교수적 측면의 단순 제시용 프로그램이 다수였으며, 보급된 소프트웨어에 대한 학습자와 교사의 평가나 체계적인 관리 체계가 미흡한 것이 문제점이라 할 수 있겠다. 그래서 본 연구는 학습자 중심의 적극적인 학습 참여를 이끌 수 있는 학습용 게임에 대한 교사들과 학생들의 환기를 주의시키고, 이들 학습용 게임형태의 소프트웨어에 대한 체계적인 관리와 평가를 겸한 서비스에 대한 제안을 함으로써 현재 교육현장에서 진행중인 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Individual studying that compose knowledge and improve efficiency of studying through collection of information by various class strategy which takes advantage of web, and Cooperative learning that can elevate sense of responsibility and solve the problem through communication with another person have been developed actively. But, individuation tutoring materials that is developed present doesn't fit of causing learner's interest, and stimulating curiosity about problem because mostly studying is gone in presentation form. Also, cooperative learning materials are lacking connection with actual course of education, application is difficult in real class spot. So, this research has applied self-directed learning, centered with interested operation activity, aimed at improvement in various thought. Also, we have developed social studies tuition-learning system, purpose to the management is possible with on-line project studying which could improve mind-decision ability and ICT application ability. This system is developed for flexible management could be possible in various class circumstance, and level learning could be done through accomplishment-test and the result could be applied by feedback process.

Responding to this rapid trend in the society, the pedagogical paradigms have also picked up the pace. But the situation around the ICT using education is not supporting enough. Thus this study set out to design a system to improve the ICT using ability of beginner.

In this paper we are investigating how ubiquitous revolution in knowledge society changes the education system. By the help of ubiquitous computing and networking techniques we estimates the configuration of e-teaming in the age of knowledge -based society, and we examines Education Model with e-teaming and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at e-School. We also suggest the feasible design of the e-School and a Blended-learning scheme based on cooperative education as a way of teaching Education.

현재 제 7차 교육과정에서는 1학년부터 정보통신소양교육이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터 교수-학습방법에 대한 체계적인 논의가 다른 일반 교과에 비해 대단히 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교육의 특수성을 고려하여 교육현실에 맞는 교수학습방법 가운데 하나로 STAD협동학습모형을 적용한 정보통신소양교육의 교수학습 방안을 제시 하였다. STAD협동학습모형을 적용한 교수학습방법과 전통적 교수학습방법을 서로 비교하기 위해 학업 성취도, 활용도 면에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다.

The need to support the ICT-using teaching and learning at elementary and secondary schools has led to various digital content service systems. The systems are designed to target the teachers and the students as the major users. The problems involved in them is that they do not provide such services as the integrated search and the systematic use of interface in terms of actual users' use of teaching and learning digital content. It's because they have been created at demands at each time. In an attempt to solve this problem, this study set out to suggest the integrated meta-data items of a teaching and learning digital content, which reflects the Dublin Core Education, the international meta-data standard. It also aimed to design an entity-relationship model to realize the digital content. The results of the integrated meta-data and the entity-relationship model will be utilized as a basic research to help the users to search for various teaching and learning digital contents on an integrated basis and to realize a consistent user interface. Furthermore, they are expected to contribute to the development a service system the teachers and the students can make better use of.

지식정보사회 흐름에 따라 우리나라에서도 '교사 정보화 사업'을 기반으로 초 중 고 학교 현장의 정보화가 활성화되도록 다양하게 지원하고 있다. 하지만, 교사의 ICT 활용 능력 향상이나 ICT 교수.학습에의 이용, 교사의 정보화 연수 참여 등의 정보화 사업의 실효성은 크지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육 정보화 사업과 관련된 현장의 실질적인 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 초등 교사를 대상으로, 교사의 경력과 ICT 연수 참여 횟수가 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 교사의 ICT 활용 수준과 ICT 활용 빈도의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 교사의 ICT 활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 변인과 ICT 활용 빈도를 알아봄으로써 향후 교사 정보화 연수 프로그램 개선점을 제공해 보았다.

Recently substantial learning model is strongly demanded through which ICT could be effectively used at PBL, teaching and learning method, based on constructivism putting an emphasis on learner centered education. This thesis is designed to introduce the way to make the most of ICT when teachers try to make teaching plan applying PBL to science class. PBL courseware is designed to make teacher and student use by applying traditional science class model to the model for problem solving of PBL. analysing class according to the degree of connecting ICT with contents of learning. This paper suggests 8 stages of PBL package development and 5 stages of teaching pattern to grasp whole procedure.
