제7차 교육과정에 적용되는 ICT 교육은 정보 통신 기술 교육 운영지침에 의해서 모든 교과에서 10% 이상의 수업에 ICT를 활용하도록 하였다. 그러나 초등학교 6학년 교과서에서 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 실태는 매우 저조하고 단순한 형태로 나타났다. 또한 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 수준이 ICT 교육 운영지침에 제시된 2단계까지의 내용만을 제시함으로써 ICT 소양 교육과 교과 활용 교육 간의 연계가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않는다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ICT 운영지침에 의한 ICT 교육과 ICT 확용 교수-학습 방법에 대한 이론적 연구와 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 교과서 실태 분석을 실시하고, ICT 활용 도구별 교수-학습 유형을 제안하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있는 예 를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 예비 교사들의 ICT활용 교수 학습과정안 개발 능력 및 ICT활용 교육의 전문성을 제고하고, 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 ICT활용 교육방법의 도입을 촉진시키며 ICT를 활용하여 교수 학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하기 위하여 초등학교 수학 교과 3,4학년에 대한 ICT활용 교수 학습과정안을 개발하였다.

본 연구는 ICT를 활용하여 수학과 교수 학습 과정안을 만드는 과정을 통하여 교원 양성기관의 교육과정에 ICT활용 교육방법의 도입과 함께 예비 수학 교사들의 ICT활용 능력을 키우고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 이로써 ICT활용 교수 학습 과정안을 학교 수업에 적용함으로써 단순히 방법적 측면에서의 도구적 교체가 아닌 교육의 패러다임 변화를 통한 학습과정의 질적 개선을 추구하는데 궁극적인 목적을 둔다 수학교육론시간에 학부생을 대상으로 직접 ICT활용 교수 학습 과정안을 만들었으며 중학교 수학 1, 2학년 교과 내용을 211개의 교수학습 과정안으로 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 교과서 및 교육과정 분석 교수학습 모형정립 등의 과정을 거쳤으며 내용적 연구와 함께 과정안의 구현을 위한 기술공학적 실습 과정을 병행하였다.

정보통신기술(ICT : Information and Communication Technology)은 멀티미디어 정보를 교실에 실시간으로 제공함으로써 교실 수업에 매우 다양한 방식으로 응용이 가능하게 되었다. 특히, 국가 주도하고 있는 ICT활용 교육은 교사 중심의 전통적 수업보다 학습자 중심의 수업을 가능하게 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 따라 교사들은 ICT활용 능력을 갖추고 이를 수업에 적용할 수 있는 지적, 경험적 노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 현장에서 연수를 통하여 이루어지고 있는 ICT활용 교수-학습 과정안 개발을 예비 교원까지 확대하여 이들의 능력을 계발하고 전문성을 제고하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 교원양성기판의 교육과정에 ICT 활용교육방법의 도입 및 활용을 촉진하고, 교수-학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하는데 목적이 있다.

The purpose of the study was to integrate Information and Communication Technology(ICT) into elementary mathematics instruction and to help prospective elementary school teachers understand such integration through developing lesson plans and implementing them in classrooms. Specifically, pre-service elementary school teachers in two universities participated in the study for a semester. While taking the course of elementary mathematics teaching methods, the teachers analyzed pre-developed lesson plans, developed lesson plans using ICT in mathematics for grades 5 and 6, and implemented them. This paper includes how the teachers conceive integration of ICT to mathematics teaching and what are the implications of such integration.

정보통신기술(ICT: Information & Communication Technology) 활용 학교 교육을 활성화하기 위해 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형과 과정안을 개발, 적용하고 ICT를 활용한 자기주도적 학습 능력을 신장할 수 있는 수업 방안의 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 이와 같은 필요성이 있는데도 ICT가 교육헌장에서 효과적으로 활용되고 있다고는 보기 어렵다. 기존의 강의와 학습자료를 단순히 인터넷으로 제공하는 형식의 기능적 ICT 활용교육이 어느 정도의 학습 효과를 창출할 것인지 문제는 결국 ICT를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 교수-학습을 설계해야 한다는 과제를 제시하고 있다 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제의식에 따라 먼저 ICT 활용 교육에 대하여 고찰한 결과를 학생 중심 학습환경을 제공하는 프로젝트 학습에 적용하여 ICT를 활용한 프로젝트 학습 모형을 설계하고 학습을 지원해 줄 학습 시스템은 상호작용 기능과 피드백에 중점을 두어 설계하였다

This study focuses on the ICT literacy, the perceived value of ICT utilization, and the perceived use of ICT environment as the factors influencing the activation of ICT using classes, in order to identify how these differences affect intended use of ICT. A total of 3,942 high school teachers participated in the survey. Two factor analyses were conducted to verify and check the validities of measurement items for independent and dependent variables. With the research questions, a multiple regression analysis was implemented to verify the predictive power of the independent variables on the teachers' ICT utilization. All the independent variables set in the research issue had a significant influence on the intended use of ICT, which is a dependent variable. ICT utilization was found as the most influential variables followed by the perceived value of ICT utilization, the affective domain of ICT literacy, and the psychomotor domain of ICT literacy, the cognitive domain of ICT literacy, and the perceived use of ICT environment. In order to enhance teachers' ICT utilization in school settings, teachers should understand the educational value of ICT utilization and recognize its necessity and importance.

본 연구는 예비 초등학교 교사들이 수학과에서의 ICT활용 교육을 이해하고 수업설계 부분을 강화한 ICT활용 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 과정안을 개발하는 능력을 키우기 위한 목적을 지닌다. 구체적으로, 예비 초등학교 교사들의 필수과목인 초등수학교육방법에 관한 강좌에서 수학과 수업 모형을 공부하고 ICT의 적극적인 활용 사례를 분석하며 기존의 과정안에 관한 비평 능력을 바탕으로 한 학기 프로젝트로써 초등수학 5학년과 6학년의 과정안을 개발한 사례를 논의한다. 교육과정 운영 및 과정안 개발 측면, 예비교사들의 ICT활용 교육에 관한 인식 등의 측면에서 연구${\cdot}$개발의 결과를 서술하고 본 연구로부터 얻을 수 있는 시사점에 대해서 논의한다.

학습자에게 학습의 자율성 및 유연한 학습활동 제공, 자기 주도적 학습환경 제공, 창의력 및 문제해결력 향상, 다양한 교수학습 활동 촉진, 교육의 장 확대를 위하여 범국가적인 차원에서 ICT교육을 실시하고 있다. ICT소양 교육에는 교사들에 대한 연수기회가 많고 멀티미디어 콘텐츠가 많이 개발되어 효과를 보고 있지만 ICT활용 교육은 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 부족으로 교사들이 부담감을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 인식하여 ICT활용 교육에 바로 투입할 수 있는 2분 이내의 짧은 동영상 콘텐츠를 개발하고 이를 공개 CGI를 활용하여 VOD로 구현하였다. 아울러 10분 내외의 다큐멘터리 형식의 VOD로 방송학습이 이루어지도록 했으며, 동영상 콘텐츠 개발에 필요한 사전 지식 및 방송학습에 대한 올바른 인식을 갖게 하고자 텍스트 연수 자료도 함께 탑재하여 교실 수업 개선에 이바지하고자 하였다.
