Analysis of High School Teachers' ICT literacy and Intention to use (고등학교 교사의 ICT 활용 리터러시와 활용 의도에 관한 분석)

  • This study focuses on the ICT literacy, the perceived value of ICT utilization, and the perceived use of ICT environment as the factors influencing the activation of ICT using classes, in order to identify how these differences affect intended use of ICT. A total of 3,942 high school teachers participated in the survey. Two factor analyses were conducted to verify and check the validities of measurement items for independent and dependent variables. With the research questions, a multiple regression analysis was implemented to verify the predictive power of the independent variables on the teachers' ICT utilization. All the independent variables set in the research issue had a significant influence on the intended use of ICT, which is a dependent variable. ICT utilization was found as the most influential variables followed by the perceived value of ICT utilization, the affective domain of ICT literacy, and the psychomotor domain of ICT literacy, the cognitive domain of ICT literacy, and the perceived use of ICT environment. In order to enhance teachers' ICT utilization in school settings, teachers should understand the educational value of ICT utilization and recognize its necessity and importance.

  • 본 논문에서는 딥웹 환경에서 사이버 범죄 활동에 대한 정보를 중심으로 분석한다. 분석된 정보는 사이버 수사기관에 범죄 분석을 위한 보조정보로 활용될 수 있도록 지원하는 것과 청소년들의 사이버 범죄에 대한 위중성 및 범법성을 인지시키기 위한 교육을 목적으로 활용될 수 있도록 연구되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 크롤링, 파싱, 시각화 3가지 과정을 기반으로 딥웹 환경에서 활동하고 있는 정보를 키워드를 중심으로 수집하고 분석하는 솔루션 환경을 구현하였다. 분석된 정보는 사이버에서 일어나는 많은 범죄활동 가운데 가장 일어나기 쉬운 범죄 유형과 주의 깊게 수사가 이루어져야 할 범죄들을 정리하며, 수사의 방향성을 캐치 할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능을 포함한다.

A Study on the Difference between the Importance-Performance of Parents' Perception in an ICT Environment for Young Children (가정에서의 올바른 유아 ICT 활용환경에 관해 부모들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the difference between the Importance-Performance of parents' perception in an Information and Communication Technology(ICT) environment for young children. The researchers reviewed the literature looking at activating factors in an ICT setting such as young children, teachers, parents, physical environment, social support and administrative supports. As a result of Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) matrix participating with 459 parents, it was noted that the young children, physical environment and administrative support factors are the most crucial in activating ICT environment at home. This implies that fostering individual children's ICT ability is required as soon as possible to access the right information and to work on line certainly for their future.

  • 도시에서의 쓰레기 무단투기는 주민들의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 사회 문제이다. 환경 및 공기 오염이 큰 문제로 나타나며, 시민들은 시각 및 후각적 불편을 겪는다. 무분별한 쓰레기 투기는 해충의 서식지가 되어 다양한 질병의 유발 가능성을 증가시키며, 정상적인 분리수거 시스템을 방해하고 환경을 더욱 악화시킨다. 따라서 무단투기 쓰레기는 사회, 환경, 건강 측면에서 다양한 불편함을 초래한다. 이 연구는 서울시 자치구를 대상으로 쓰레기통의 개수, 무단투기 건수, 거주 인구수, 무단투기 감시 CCTV 개수, 전체 CCTV 개수, 주택 수 등의 다양한 변수 간의 상관관계를 분석하여, 도시 환경에서의 쓰레기 처리와 무단투기 감소에 대한 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 본 포럼은 ICT의 편익과 이를 확대하기 위한 정부의 정책적인 노력에 관련된 행사로서 포럼에서는 무엇보다도 ICT 이용확산을 위한 정부의 주도적인 역할의 필요성이 확인되었다. 이러한 ICT 편익의 확대를 위해서는 ICT에 우호적인 환경 조성이 요구되며, 이를 위한 콘텐츠 공급, ICT에 대한 기업과 정부의 마인드 변화, ICT 사용자를 위한 정보보호, 보안 등 신뢰환경 확보 등이 강조되었다. 또한 본 포럼을 통해 ICT 편익 확대와 이용확산을 위한 지속적인 ICT 투자가 요구되지만, 모든 ICT 분야에 투자하는 것보다는 특정분야의 선택과 집중이 필요하다는 공감대가 형성되었다. 한편, 현재 ICT 편익에 대한 긍정적인 측면이 너무 강조되고 있으나, 여러 연구에서 살펴볼 수 있듯이 ICT에 대한 부정적인 측면 등이 있음을 인식할 필요가 있으며, 향후 지속적인 연구와 벤치마킹 분석을 통하여 ICT의 문제점을 보안하고, 핵심 애플리케이션을 개발함으로써 ICT 편익의 확대가 강조되었다.

  • 최근 우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 농작물은 지구 온난화 등의 영향으로 점점 북상하고 있다. 이러한 농업 환경의 변화에 적극적으로 대처하기 위해 본 논문에서는 농업 재배지의 환경 데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 현재 농업 재배지에 최적화된 농작물을 추천할 수 있는 농작물 추천 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 위해 농작물 추천 서비스에 활용하기 위해 농업 환경 데이터의 모니터링과 농작물 데이터 관리 스마트팜 모형을 설계 및 구축한다.

  • The purpose of environmental education is to cultivate democracy citizens suitable for sustainable society. Suitable citizens for sustainable society are fostered person of environmental literacy, environmental sensibility, ecological and synthetic sights of environmental problems, decision making of environmental problems, and environmental responsibility etc. by environmental education. To achieve this purpose of environmental education effectively, it is desirable that produces and utilizes ICT(Information and Communication Technologies) works and methods that can show efficiently special sides(inter-relation, long-term effects etc.) of environmental problems. ICT environmental education materials and methods are raising the interest and participate of teenagers to environmental education because they are accustomed to the Internet in South Korea. Students can easily conversation with the person of similar interests and environment experts through cyber ICT environmental education. The directions of developing ICT teaching materials for environmental education to enforce self-directed learning, cooperation studying etc.

A Study on Environmental research Trends by Information and Communications Technologies using Text-mining Technology (텍스트 마이닝 기법을 이용한 환경 분야의 ICT 활용 연구 동향 분석)

  • Thisstudy quantitatively analyzed the research trendsin the use ofICT ofthe environmental field using the text mining technique. To that end, the study collected 359 papers published in the past two decades(1996-2015)from the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) using 38 environment-related keywords and 16 ICT-related keywords. It processed the natural languages of the environment and ICT fields in the papers and reorganized the classification system into the unit of corpus. It conducted the text mining analysis techniques of frequency analysis, keyword analysis and the association rule analysis of keywords, based on the above-mentioned keywords of the classification system. As a result, the frequency of the keywords of 'general environment' and 'climate' accounted for 77 % of the total proportion and the keywords of 'public convergence service' and 'industrial convergence service' in the ICT field took up approximately 30 % of the total proportion. According to the time series analysis, the researches using ICT in the environmental field rapidly increased over the past 5 years (2011-2015) and the number of such researches more than doubled compared to the past (1996-2010). Based on the environmental field with generated association rules among the keywords, it was identified that the keyword 'general environment' was using 16 ICT-based technologies and 'climate' was using 14 ICT-based technologies.

  • The development of information and communication technology(ICT) has made our lives more convenient and has caused many changes in various areas of our lives.. In particular, ICT enables information and physical accessibility of people with disabilities and eliminates the inconvenience of entry into the labor market, and ICT-based teleworking has improved employ-ability for people with disabilities by facilitating physical accessibility away from traditional work environments and job assignments. This paper presents some domestic and foreign cases of teleworking for the people with disabilities. Also it states several suggestions, as developing jobs in ICT field, educating and training of its field, and making related documents and supporting systems for activating ICT-based work environment and job placement.

  • The purpose of the present study was to identify how and how much teachers utilize ICT in their instruction and to analyze teachers' perception about the environmental factors to promote ICT implementation after their participation in a teacher training for Project-Based Learning (PBL) with ICT. The results showed that there was a significant change in the application of PBL into classroom and the class preparation before and after the training. Lack of time to prepare the instruction using ICT was identified as the most important reason not to utilize ICT in their classroom. While teachers perceived time and rewards among the environmental factors were lack, dissatisfaction with status quo, incentives, knowledge and skill, participation and leadership were perceived as being present in their school.
