21세기는 지식과 정보량이 폭증하여 방대한 정보를 신속하고도 체계적으로 전달할 수 있는 정보통신 기술의 중요성이 그 어느 때보다 강조되는 지식정보화 시대이다. 지식정보화 사회는 무엇보다 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술(ICT: Information ＆ Communication Technology)이 주도하는 사회로서 정보와 지식의 생산과 소멸이 급속하게 이루어지기 때문에, 이러한 변화에 적극적으로 대처하기 위해서는 자신에게 유용한 정보를 찾아내고 분석하여 활용하는 능력이 필요하다.(중략)

Advances in information communication technology (ICT) require new paradigms in every aspect of our society. In this sense, schools are supposed to educate students to solve real-world problems with ICT. However, schools have not provided quality education to students for learning ICT and applying it. It is thus necessary to develop various ICT instruction models for creative students to lead the information society. One of the popular instruction models using the Web is the project-based model. The model includes inquiry activities of areas, such as variety of subjects, real-world problems, issues, and presentation activities of study results. The model also encourages interactions among students for achieving common goals. In this paper, we present an ICT application instruction which provides four major enhancements to the existing project-based model. The stages of model consist of eight activities type and supporting tools. Also, we implement our proposed model for some elementary school courses.

본 연구의 목적은 개인정보 개념을 재검토하여 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 주는 새로운 개인정보 활용 비즈니스 기회들을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 개인정보가 ICT 활용 비즈니스에 이용된 배경에 대해 살펴본 후, 이러한 비즈니스 환경에서의 불신요인과 파급력을 파악해 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 줄 수 있는 새로운 개인정보 생태계 비즈니스모델들을 제시한다. 새로운 비즈니스 기회로는 옵트인 방식 적용 범위의 확대, 데이터 수집 없는 앱의 출시, 이용자 통제 기반의 개인정보 부가가치화, 그리고 신뢰 추구 업체 친화적인 개인정보 생태계 조성등이며, 이와 관련한 비즈니스모델들은 기존의 블록킹 툴 무료 제공 및 데이터 수집 없는 앱 외에 개인정보저장소 앱, 신뢰 기반 브랜드화된 쿠키 앱, 게이미피케이션이 가미된 자가분석 앱, 평판관리 앱, 개인정보 기부 앱 등으로 무한 확장이 가능할 것이다. 또한, 이러한 앱 생태계가 마련되기 위해서는 신뢰를 추구하는 앱 개발자들의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 있는 업체 최적화 플랫폼(VOP)의 역할이 매우 중요할 것으로 보인다.

While great efforts are being exerted on the reform of teacher training to provide integrated use of ICT in a teaching-learning process with educational informatization, it is still indicated that a teachers' training school fails to prepare leachers for incorporating information Communication and Technology (ICT) properly into an instructional process. Based on this awareness, this study aims at examining and analyzing the ability level of In utilization training for preservice teachers and thus at providing basic data to perform ICT utilization teaching-learning according to the seventh curriculum in a school. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with preservice teachers (seniors) in a college of education, Kongju National University and the collected data were analyzed using a Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 12.0 program.

According to the administrational guidelines of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) for elementary and middle schools" shown by the Ministry of Education in 2000, it suggests using eight types of ICT such as information search, information analysis, information guidance, web discussion, joint research, expert interchange, web pen pal and information making. But the result of this research shows that teachers think the eight types of ICT are not proper to apply in a school and teachers also have difficulties to use them on their classes. Therefore, this research proposed to improve the basic functional types and have concrete functional plans for normal operation of information education from now on. This research also proves that the functional types developed through teachers' opinions are more appropriate and realistic. I expect that this research will help teachers to utilize ICT and organize the process of information education hereafter

This study is a study for the utilization of marine information and communication technology of Masan port in order to play a pivotal role in the economy of Masan port as a base port for entering the southern coast area. It aims to examine the utilization of marine information technology to be pursued in the mid- to long-term based on the current status of Masan port and the ICT being applied.

지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in education systems. In this paper, we examine the effect of the instructional models for ICT on the practical ability in the application of information with relation to the levels of self-regulated learning strategies. Students were divided into 3 groups, according to the instructional model for ICT which were problem search learning, problem solution learning, and discussion learning. As an experimental tools, we did pretest using self-regulated learning strategies measurement questionnaire and did pretest and posttest using practical ability in the application of information measurement questionnaire. The results show that higher level of self-regulated teaming strategies group has high practical ability in the application of information than lower level group. Other interesting results are also provided.

The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) technology has been widely applied in agriculture, with the development of science and technology wireless sensor network applied to agriculture is one of the best intelligent means for information detection in crops. This paper investigates ICT convergence technology and analyzes the use of ICT examples and problems in the agricultural sector to grope a development program of ICT agricultural convergence technology.
