현재 IC 카드는 통신, 금융, 교통 등의 여러 응용 서비스에서 널리 사용되고 있는데, 계속적인 하드웨어 기술의 발전으로 인한 메모리 증가, CPU 성능 향상과 통합된 정보 가전을 위한 다양한 형태의 네트워크 연결 인터페이스 구축 노력이 다중 응용 프로그램 사용 요구 및 개방형 운영체제(open-platform operating system)와 맞물려 도약적인 기술 발전을 이루고 있다. 본 고에서는 널리 사용되고 있으며 향후 시장성이 가장 클 것으로 예측되는 자바 카드 플랫폼 탑재 IC 카드의 기술 현황을 H/W 및 S/W 측면에서 살펴보고, 자바 카드 기술의 발전 동향을 조망하고자 한다.

This paper represents the electronic money market forecast. The cash, check and traditional settlement means transfer the electronic money with information technique. This paper forecasts not only the use of electronic money markets but also the scale of electronic money. So, the purpose of this study is to forecast and analyze the present situation of electronic money market.

Credit card is means of payment used like cash in terms of function and its users have increased consistently. With development of Internet and electronic commerce a role as payment method of credit card has been growing. But as the risk which results from centralized information and online increases, credit card fraud is also growing. Card theft and loss are decreasing due to countermeasure of card companies and financial supervisory authorities, while card forge and identity theft are increasing. Recently because of frequent personal information leakage and deregulation of financial security following easy-to-use payment enforcement, customer's anxiety about card fraud is growing. And the increase of card fraud lowers trust on credit system as well as causes social costs. In this paper, the security problems of card operating system are addressed in depth and the measures such as immediate switch to IC card terminals, introduction of new security technology, supervision reinforcement of the authorities are proposed.

웹 상에서의 전자 상거래는 고객과 상인간의 정보 보호와 대금 결제의 신뢰성이 보장되어야 한다. 스마트카드는 자체내의 메모리기능과 연산기능을 가진 IC 카드로써 사용자 인증과 개인정보 보호 기능이 탁월하다. 따라서, 신용 카드 기반의 전자 지불 프로토콜의 표준인 SET을 사용하여, 보안 기능이 뛰어난 스마트카드를 지불 수단으로 하는 안전하고 효율적인 스마트카드 전자 지불 시스템을 설계하고 자바로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 지불 시스템은 지불 정보와 주문 정보의 기밀성을 제공하고, 공개키 기반의 암호 체계로 데이터의 무결성을 보장한다.

The aim of this study was to assess the antitoxic compounds, flavanones(Leachianone A=LA and Sophoraflavanone G=SFG), from Sophora flavescens(S. flavescens). We investigated the possibility of antitoxicity of LA and SFG against NIH 3T3 fibroblasts cell lines using calorimetric MTT[3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl -2H-tetra-azolium bromide] assay. The results were as follows : After cadmium was treated against NIH 3T3 cell lines, we determined IC$\_$50/. Accordingly we have examined the detoxification effects of S. flavescens, LA and SFG under cadmium IC$\_$50/=12.5$\mu$M and was carried out to observe morphological changes by the light microscopic study In NIH 3T3 cells, Sophora flavescens, LA, SFG and LA + SFG showed inhibitory effects on the cytotoxicity of cadmium and these detoxication effects increased in proportion to the concentration of these drugs. These results suggest that LA and SFG from S. flavescens retain a potential antitoxic activity.

Final biomass yields(cells/ml) and growth rates(divisions/day) of 4 clones of marine diatoms isolated from the Korean coastal waters were measured in media with 6 different levels of added cadmium concentrations. A neritic diatom, GS-12(Chaetoceros sp.), showed no growth at 0.1ppm cadmium, and its $IC_{50}$ for final biomass yield and growth rate was 0.03 and 0.02ppm, respectively. Two clones isolated from tidal pool, NC-37 and NC-29, showed enhanced tolerance to cadmium toxicity. Extremely high tolerance to cadmium addition was found in J-21 from a eutrophicated bay, with its high $IC_{50}$ for biomass yield(1.07ppm) and growth rate(1.92ppm). Present results implied a habitat related pattern of coastal diatom clones in the cadmium tolerances. Except GS-12, the other three diatom clones are considered to be highly tolerant to cadmium stresses.
