This paper presents a centralized adaptive control scheme based on perturbation equations in the vicinity of a desired trajectory,which are used to design a feedback control about the desired trajectory. This adaptive control scheme reduces the manipulator control problem from a nonlinear control to controlling a linear control system about a desried trajectory. Computer simulation studies of a two-joint manipulator are performed on a IBM-PC to illustrate the performance of this adaptive control scheme.

In this paper, we study the convergence of both relaxed multisplitting method and nonstationary two-stage multisplitting method associated with a multisplitting which is obtained from the ILU factorizations for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is an H-matrix. Also, parallel performance results of nonstaionary two-stage multisplitting method using ILU factorizations as inner splittings on the IBM p690 supercomputer are provided to analyze theoretical results.

Thus paper deals with a study of the automatic machining and measurement system based on Features. The system includes following 5 modules : a feature-based design module, an automatic NC programming module, an automatic measurement programming module, and a simulation module. The system is developed by using IBM-PC in the AutoCAD and the BORLAND c $\^$++/ environment. A vertical machining center equipped with FANUC 0MC is used for experiments. Performance of the system is confirmed by a large amount of experiment.

최근 높은 컴퓨팅 파워를 요구하는 응용문제 처리를 위해 고 비용의 슈퍼컴퓨터 대신 인터넷상에 분산된 다수의 일반 컴퓨터들을 이용하는 병렬처리에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다중 에이전트 시스템을 기반으로 하여 이질적인 성능을 갖는 컴퓨터들을 병렬 컴퓨팅 환경으로 구성하고 각 호스트의 성능측정 결과에 따라 효율적으로 작업을 분산하는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 다중 에이전트 시스템인 IBM의 AgletsTM을 사용하여 실험적으로 성능을 평가하고, 기존 연구와 비교한다.

Bluetooth는 기기들간에 고정된 제어 장치를 갖지 않고 각각의 이동 기기가 스스로piconet 이라는 불리는 네트워크를 구성하게 되고, 이 piconet을 확장하여 scatternet을 구성하게된다. 이 scatternet의 형태는 Bluetooth 망 전체 성능에 큰 영향을 미치게 되는데. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 제시된 scatternet의 구성 방법들을 알아보고 scatternet을 구성하기 위해 piconet간에 공유되는 bridge 노드의 숫자를 2개까지 늘려서 원활한 통신과 안정적인 망 구성을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 성능 분석을 위하여 Bluetooth 전문 시뮬레이터인 IBM의 BlueHoc을 사용하여 bridge 노드수와 scatternet을 구성하는 piconet수의 변화에 따른scatternet의 성능을 모의 실험을 통해 측정하여 보았다.

하드웨어 기술이 발전하면서 단위 노드당 집적되는 CPU 수와 메모리량이 증가되어 단위 시스템의 성능이 크게 개선되었다. HPC 시스템도 SMP 시스템과 같은 고성능 노드를 사용하는 클러스터 시스템 위주로 발전하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 IBM Power 595 기반 슈퍼컴퓨터에서 집합 통신이 갖는 특성을 알아 본다.

Computing the interior spectrum of large sparse generalized eigenvalue problems $Ax\;=\;{\lambda}Bx$, where A and b are large sparse and SPD(Symmetric Positive Definite), is often required in areas such as structural mechanics and quantum chemistry, to name a few. Recently, CG-type methods have been found useful and hence, very amenable to parallel computation for very large problems. Also, as in the case of linear systems proper choice of preconditioning is known to accelerate the rate of convergence. After the smallest eigenpair is found we use the orthogonal deflation technique to find the next m-1 eigenvalues, which is also suitable for parallelization. This offers advantages over Jacobi-Davidson methods with partial shifts, which requires re-computation of preconditioner matrx with new shifts. We consider as preconditioners Incomplete LU(ILU)(0) in two variants, ever-relaxation(SOR), and Point-symmetric SOR(SSOR). We set m to be 5. We conducted our experiments on matrices from discretizations of partial differential equations by finite difference method. The generated matrices has dimensions up to 4 million and total number of processors are 32. MPI(Message Passing Interface) library was used for interprocessor communications. Our results show that in general the Multi-Color ILU(0) gives the best performance.

Purpose: Finding out major factors on motivation to purchase Korean products through the analysis of overseas direct purchase in China and through empirical analysis, strategic implications or specific action plans and significance of the overseas direct purchase are investigated out. Research design, data, and methodology: In the process, to make more effective analysis, several analysis tools and analysis programms are used, IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 with 264 questionnaires. Conclusions: Among the factors of the overseas direct purchase, all variables (product diversity, brand image, information validity, convenience, easy payment) are available on satisfaction and repurchase intention. They have affirmative impacts on the satisfaction and repurchase intention. And the satisfaction has a positive impact on the repurchase intention. The brand images and the product diversity of Korean products can induce consumers to visit again and improve managerial performance. In the future, the brand image and ways of purchasing behaviors improve the truthfulness of consumers. Results: The significance of this study is to find out 5 key factors through overseas direct purchase. And we should try to apply the implications drawn from the findings as marketing strategy. So finally we should focus on widening, enlarging and enriching China market gradually.
