  • 포장상태에서 인삼생육의 최적광양을 알기 위하여 상대조도 5%(관행볏짚). 15 % 및 20 % (백색불섬포) 하에서 5년근 개체군의 재식위치별로 해가 림내 조도, 미기상, 광합성 및 호흡속도, 근수량등을 조사한 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 해가림 내 맑은날의 온도는 10~14시경에 상대조도 5 %구에 비해서 15%구가 2$^{\circ}C$, 20 %구가 3$^{\circ}C$정도 각각 높았으나 흐린날은 상대조도 처리간에 차이가 거의 없었다. 2. 해가림내 맑은날 상대습도는 10~14시경 상대조도 5%구에 비해서 15 %구가 5%, 20 %구가 8%정도 각각 낮았고, 흐린날은 차이가 근소하였다. 3. 해가림내 맑은날의 일중 조도는 10~15시경에 상대조도 5%구는 5,000 lux 미만이었으나 15%구는 15,000 lux, 20%구는 20,000 lux로 이논치와 비슷하였으나, 흐린날은 조도의 변화폭이 심하여 대개 상대조도 5%구는 3,0001ux 미만이었으나 15 % 및 20%고는 각각 10,000 lux, 15,000 lux 였다. 4. 포장하의 광합성속도는 맑은날의 경우 상대조도 15% 및 20%구가 5%구에 비해 현저히 빨랐고, 흐린날의 경우도 비슷하였다. 5. 일중 광합성 총양은 맑은날과 흐린날 공히 상대조도 15%구가 가장 높고 20%, 5% 순으로 높았으며. 맑은날이 흐린날보다 광합성량이 많았다. 행간 광합성량은 상대조도 15% 및 20%구는 비슷한 반면 5%구는 차이가 컸다. 6. 근중은 15%, 20%. 5% 순으로 상대조도 15%구가 가장 무거웠고 행간의 근중차이가 15%, 20%구는 비슷한 반면 5%구는 컸다.

  • 첩 신호는 그 양호한 코릴레이션 특성으로 인하여 전통적으로 레이더에서 주로 사용되어 왔으나, 최근에는 ISO/IEC 24730-5와 IEEE 802.15.4a 등에서 위치추적을 위한 표준규격으로 선정되어 여러 회사에서 이 방식을 구현하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선채널을 라이시안 채널로 모델링하고, 신호대 간섭 잡음비를 S/I = -30[dB], -20[dB], -10[dB]의 세가지 경우로 고려하고, 각 경우마다 라이시안 팩터 K=10과 K=20를 적용하여 성능을 시뮬레이션하여 평가하였다. 성능평가 결과, S/I = -30[dB]에서는 K=10에서 K=20으로 신호조건이 변화하면서 25%의 성능이 향상되었고, S/I = -20[dB]에서는 약 27%, S/I = -10[dB]에서는 약 50%의 성능이 향상되었다. 결과적으로 S/I=-20[dB] 미만인 경우 가시성분이 성능을 향상시킨다고 하더라도 신호의 전력은 필요한 최소값이 요구된다. 한편, 신호대 잡음비가 S/I=-20[dB] 이상으로 유지되는 경우 신호의 가시성분을 강화시킨다면 시스템의 성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

물고기 기름의 가수분해에 대한 수학적 모형개발 (Development of Mathematical Model for the Hydrolysis Fish Oil)

  • 물고기 기름을 구성하고 있는 15종류 지방산에 대한 mol수와 가수분해 시간 사이의 함수관계를 대수함수식, $S_i=-{\alpha_i}1n(t)+{\beta_i}$로 나타내었다. 동일 가수분해 시간에서 각 지방산에 대한 대수함수식의 $S_i$ 값과 실측치 사이의 오차가 15 종류 지방산 모두에 대하여 $5\%$ 이내에 분포되었다. 각 지방산의 mol수 $S_i$와 가수분해 시간 사이의 대수함수식으로부터 각 지방산에 대한 가수분해 반응속도를 지방산 mol 수의 지수함수 관계식, $v_i={\gamma_i}exp(\frac{S_i}{\alpha_i})$로 유도하였다. 또한 유도된 $S_i$와 t 사이의 함수관계식으로부터 물고기 기름을 구성하는 15 종류 지방산 각각에 대한 가수분해율을 분석하였다. 가수분해 시간 48시간에서 가수분해율이 $70\%$ 이상인 지방산은 C14:0, C16:0, C18:0, C16:1, C18:1(n-7) 및 Cl8:1(n-9)이였으며, 가수분해율이 $40\%$ 내지 $60\%$ 사이에 분포되어 있는 지방산은 C20:1, C22:1, C18:3, C18:4, C20:4 및 C20:5이였으며, 가수분해율이 $30\%$ 내외인 지방산은 C2l:5와 C22:5이였으며, $20\%$ 이하인 지방산은 C22:6이였다.

배추흰나비(Pieris rapae L.)의 휴면 유도 및 타파에 대한 호르몬의 조절 (Hormonal Control of Induction and Termination of Diapause in Pieris rapae L.)

  • Pieris rapae의 휴면 유도 및 타파기작을 알아보기 위하여 비휴면기 유충과 휴면중인 번데기에 20-HE과 JH을 처리하여 변화를 관찰하는 한편, 체내의 각 호르몬의 농도도 측정하여 보았다. 비휴면기의 종령유충초기에 20-HE과 JH을 주입한 결과 어느 경우에도 휴면이 유도되지 않았다. Pre-diapausing 종령 유충에서는 20-HE 농도가 매우 낮았으며, 비휴면기용 2일의 20-HE peak가 휴면기에서는 나타나지 않았다. JH-I의 농도는 두 시기에 있어 뚜려한 차이가 없었다. 휴면중인 번데기의 초기와 말기에 20-HE, JH-I, JH-III을 주입한 결과 0.1-0.5 $\mu$g의 20-HE에 의해 휴면이 타파되었으나, JH-I과 JH-III에 의한 휴면 타파는 일어나지 않았다. 위의 결과로 배추흰나비의 휴면은 20-HE 농도가 저하됨으로 인해 유도되며, 휴면이 진행되는 동안 20-HE 농도가 점진적으로 증가하여 휴면이 타파되는 것으로 생각된다.

Chicken Insulin-Like Growth Factor-I Stimulates Protein Synthesis of Chicken Embryo Myoblasts Cultured in Serum-Free Medium

  • The effect of chicken IGF-I on protein synthesis of chicken embryo myoblasts cultured in serum-free medium was examined. When myoblasts were expanded to approximate 20-30% of well, the medium was changed to the serum-free medium including 0, 2, 20, 200 or 2000 ng/ml of recombinant chicken IGF-I. The culture medium including 10% fetal calf serum (FCS) was used as positive control. After 1 day of incubation, protein synthesis was measured by the incorporation of [$^3H$]-L-leucine. Thereafter cells were continued to incubate for further 18 hours, and the radioactivity in the protein was measured as an index of protein synthesis. The values for protein synthesis cultured in the serum-free medium without chicken IGF-I or with 2000 ng/ml of chicken IGF-I were the lowest. Protein synthesis was elevated with increasing chicken IGF-I concentration from 0 to 20 ng/ml. The values for protein synthesis in the 20 ng/ml and 200 ng/ml IGF-I groups were about half of that of the FCS group. The present study revealed that the potency of chicken IGF-I at the levels of 20 to 200 ng/ml to stimulate myoblast protein synthesis was about half of that of 10% FCS.

신장 근위세뇨관세포에서 고포도당이 IGF-I 결합과 포도당운반계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of high glucose concentration on IGF-I binding and glucose transporters in renal proximal tubule cells)

  • Diabetes mellitus is associated with a wide range of pathophysiological in the kidney. This study was designed to examine the effects of high glucose concentration on IGF-I binding and glucose transporters in renal proximal tubule cells. The results were as follows : The binding of $^{125}I-IGF-I$ reached the peak at the 30 minutes and gradually decreased by the time dependent manner. The binding of $^{125}I-IGF-I$ was inhibited by the unlabelled IGF-I($10^{-14}{\sim}10^{-8}M$) in a concentration dependent manner. The relative affinity of IGF-I receptor for IGF-I, IGF-II and insulin exhibited typical type 1 binding(IGF-I > insulin > IGF-II). However IGF-II did not compete for the cultured cell membrane $^{125}I-IGF-I$ binding site at $10^{-14}{\sim}10^{-8}M$. Under optimal conditions, IGF-I binding to the membranes from 5mM and 20mM glucose treated cells was analyzed. It was found that 20mM glucose treated cells exhibited higher binding activity for IGF-I. In order to further substantiate this increase in IGF-I binding sites, we performed affinity-labelling studies. The cross-linked cell membrane subjected to SDS-PAGE; labelled material was detected by autoradiography. 20mM glucose treated cells exhibited higher levels. The initial rate of $methyl-{\alpha}-D-glucopyranoside({\alpha}-MG)$ uptake was significantly lower($74.41{\pm}6.71%$) in monolayers treated with 20mM glucose than those of 5mM glucose. However, 3-O-methyl-D-glucose(3-O-MG) uptake was not affected by glucose concentration in culture media. IGF-I significantly increased ${\alpha}-MG$ uptake in both 5mM and 20mM glucose treated cells. However, 3-O-MG uptake was not affected by IGF-I in both conditions. In conclusion, 20mM glucose increased binding sites of $^{125}I-IGF-I$, inhibited Na/glucose cotransporter activity. But 20mM glucose did not change facilitated glucose transporter.

  • Ginseng total saponins (GTS) injected intracerebroventricularly (i.c.v.) at doses from 0.1-1 vs inhibited the i.c.v. injection stress-induced plasma corticosterone levels in mice. The inhibitory action of GTS was blocked by co-administered NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME; 1.5 us, i.c.v.), an. inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Of the ginsenosides Rbl, Rba, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rgl,20(S)-Rg3, and 20(R)-Rg3 injected i.c.v. at doses from 0.01 to 0.3ug(or 1 uE),20(5)-Rg3 and Rc significantly inhibited the o.c.v. injection stress-induced Plasma corticosterone levels. The inhibitory actions of 20(S)-Rg3 and Rc were blocked by co-administered L-NAME (1.5 n, i.c.v.). These results suggest that G75, 20(S)-Rg3 and Rc may inhibit the i.c.v. injection stress-induced hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal response by inducing NO production in the brain.

Classification of whole body shape of the early 20s male

  • In this study, I analyzed the measurement data of the early 20s male who are emphasizing the importance of good clothes in the fashion of body-contact clothes. Through this, I tried to provide basic data necessary for making clothing for early 20s male. Using data from Size Korea's 7th Human Body Survey, 588 people aged 20-25 years were analyzed and classified into four types. Type 1 have a thick and short body, narrow ankle and calf, thin legs. And the hip is not sagged, and height is a little short. So I named it 'short & thick body with bird legs'. Type 2 have a broad shoulder, slim and long body, and no sagging shoulders. So I named it 'slim inverted triangular figure'. Type 3 have a small height, thin and short body, and a thick ankle and calf. So I named it 'short & thin body with thick legs'. Type 4 have a tall height, narrow shoulder, and sagging hip and shoulders. So I named it 'Long triangle'. In order to improve fit of body-contact clothes reflecting the trend of men's wear in recent years, it is necessary to develop clothing prototypes by body type. 20s have the most ideal body shape after completion of growth, but differences in the length, thickness, and thickness of the trunk. This is reflected in the apparel pattern system, and it can be expected to increase consumers' satisfaction if they are used to make excellent ready-to-wear patterns.

P & I 보험의 보상한도에 관한 고찰 - 최근의 변화 및 쟁점을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Recent Changes of Level of Club Cover in P & I Insurance)

  • P & I Clubs are mutual and non-profit making insurers which offer shipowners cover for the contractual and third-party liabilities. Whereas most shipowners obtain P & I insurance to cover for their legal liabilities, they also obtain hull insurance to cover against damages to the hull of their vessels from commercial hull insurers. P & I insurance was distinguished from hull insurance in respect that it offered non-limited cover to shipowner member, but there was a serious debate between P & I Clubs in respect of the non-limited cover. A compromise by International Group of P & I Clubs eventually emerged under which, with effect from 20 February 1997, a financial cap was placed on the obligation of each shipowner to pay catasrophe calls to his club(20% of each ship's property limitation fund under 1976 Limitation Convention). Nevertheless many shipowners felt that this new cap on their potential catastrophe call had been set still too high, while others resisted any reduction in the figure established by the compromise. In the Meantime, the European Commission issued a Statement of Objections in June 1997, in which it indicated its objections with a compulsory single limit common th all the Group clubs as high as the 1997 compromise. Eventually the board of all the Group clubs decided that the figure of 20% of the Limitation Convention per ship property funds should be dropped down to 2.5% from 20 February 1999.
