고효율 유압 브레이커의 성능 향상을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Improvement of a High Efficiency Hydraulic Breake)

  • In this study, the hydraulic breaker system was analyzed and the analysis tool using GUI was developed. The analysis on the system with the accumulator was included. From the parametric analysis, the effects of each factor were revealed. Through the simulation with varying parameters, the method to improve the performance of the hydraulic breaker system was presented. The analysis tool will help a man without special knowledge about programming analyze the hydraulic breaker system. The result of this study will help improve the hydraulic breaker system in sight of Blow energy and Blows per minute.

  • 본 논문에서는 유압 비례 제어 밸브로 구동되는 유압모터 부하계에 존재하는 정지마찰토크와 점성마찰토크를 해석하였다. 이에 기초 실험으로 유압시스템의 에너지인 압력과 유량에 대한 특성실험을 수행하였고, 공압브레이크 시스템을 이용하여 브레이크 압력의 변화를 인가하여 마찰토크의 변화를 실험하였다. 비선형마찰과 선형마찰에 대한 해석은 유압 시스템의 마찰특성에 대하여 수행하였다.

  • In light of the environmental challenges, energy-saving strategies are currently under investigation in the construction industry. This paper focuses on the energy-saving method used in the hydraulic system based on independent metering (IM) technologies, which can overcome the lost energy at the main control valve of the conventional electrohydraulic servo system. By scientifically arranging the proportional valves, the IM system can individually control the flow rate of the inlet and the outlet ports of the actuators. In addition, the IMV system can be used to effectively regenerate energy under different operating modes, thereby saving more energy than conventional hydraulic systems. Therefore, the IMV system has a great potential to improve the energy efficiency of hydraulic machinery. The overall IMV system, including the configuration, proportional valve, operation mode, and the control strategy is introduced via state-of-the-art hydraulic technologies. Finally, the challenges of IM systems are discussed to provide researchers with directions for future development.

자동차 수동 클러치 유압 실린더의 마찰 특성 (Friction Characteristics of an Hydraulic Cylinder for an Automotive Manual Clutch)

  • A clutch hydraulic system for automotive manual transmissions transfers hydraulic pressure generated by driver's pedal manipulation to the clutch mechanism. The foot effort when the clutch pedal is pushed is different than that when the clutch is returned. The effort or load difference, called hysteresis, is caused by the friction produced between rubber seal and inner wall inside the hydraulic cylinder. This clutch pedal travel foot effort hysteresis is essential for a clutch hydraulic system design and analysis. The dynamic model for a clutch hydraulic system is developed and a simulation analysis is performed to estimate the fiction coefficient as a function of the cylinder pressure. The simulation result is then compared to the measurements obtained from a clutch hydraulic system tester to ensure the reliability of the dynamic model and the coefficients estimated. Also the estimated friction coefficients at various pressure values are compared to those reported by an independent study.

소형 유압 쇼벨암을 이용한 목표궤도추종제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on Desired Trajectory Tracking Control by Hydraulic Shovel Arms)

  • This paper discusses automation of a small-scale hydraulic shovel and its trajectory control. To move an end-effect (grinder) along a desired trajectory, the controller uses PID(proportional-integral- defferential) control and internal pressure of hydraulic cylinder. To apply PID control in the present hydraulic system, the system model is derived physically and its system parameters are obtained by actual measurement. To show the effectiveness of the PID controller and propriety of system model, the computer simulations and experiments are performed. These results of the simulations and experiments indicate that the PID trajectory control of robotic deburring by hydraulic shovel is very effective.

트랙터의 전자유압식(電子油壓式) 히치제어 시스템에 관한 연구(硏究)(I) -위치제어(位置制御)- (Electronic-Hydraulic Hitch Control System for Agricultural Tractor -Position Control-)

  • This study was attempted to develop the electronic-hydraulic hitch control system for position control of tractor plow and investigate the control performance of the system through experiments. Experiments were carried out to investigate the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in position control. The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, reference deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. The following conclusions were derived from the study; 1. For the position control system operated on on-off control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}{\sim}{\pm}1.46^{\circ}$ in rockshaft angle to the reference position when the hydraulic flow rates were 5~15 l/min. For the position control system operated on PWM control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}$ to the reference position regardless of hydraulic flow rates. It means that the implement could be positioned more accurately to the reference position on PWM control mode than on on-off control mode. 2. As results of the frequency responses of the position control systems, no clear difference in control performance between on-off control and PWM control modes was found. As the hydraulic flow rates increased, the corner frequencies of amplitude attenuation and phase-angle change increased. It means that the control performance of the system could be improved as the hydraulic flow rate increases.

  • The hydraulic pressure pulsation has on the effected on the acoustic nosie and control performance of the hydraulic-servo system. The Helmholtz attenuator introduction on the hydraulic line is an efficient device to reduce the hydraulic pulsation. The salient feature of causing hydraulic pulsation and the frequency characteristics of Helmholtz attenuator are studied. The hydraulic filter design parameters such as the locating position, connecting orifice area and accumulator volume are mathematically analyzed. The instrumental works are carried out with the remarkable reduction of the hydraulic pressure pulsation magnitude and the acoustic noise level.

  • Control systems using a hydraulic cylinder as an actuator are modeled to a nonlinear system owing to varying of moments and nonlinearities of hydraulic itself. In this paper, we want to control nonlinear hydraulic systems by adopting the fuzzy PID control technique which include nonlinear time varying control parameters. To do this, we propose the design method of fuzzy Pm controller and in order to assure effectiveness of fuzzy PID controller, computer simulations were executed for the control system.

  • A neural net based generalized predictive control(NNGPC) is presented for a hydraulic servo position control system. The proposed scheme employs generalized predictive control, where the future output being generated from the output of artificial neural networks. The proposed NNGPC does not require an accurate mathematical model for the nonlinear hydraulic system and takes less calculation time than GPC algorithm if the teaming of neural network is done. Simulation studies have been conducted on the position control of a hydraulic motor to validate and illustrate the proposed method.

  • KSLV-I의 킥모터의 추력벡터제어용 구동장치 시스템은 전기-유압식 서보 구동장치 형상으로 설계되었으며 가동노즐을 구동하는 구동장치, 유압동력을 생성하는 유압동력 생성장치, 유압동력을 구동장치에 전달해 주는 유압동력분배장치와 관성항법장치에서 입력되는 제어신호에 따라 구동장치를 제어하는 제어장치 등으로 구성되어있다. 그중에서 유압동력을 생성하는 장치는 전기모터를 이용하여 유압펌프를 구동하는 EMDP(Electric Motor Driven Pump) 방식을 채택하고 있다. 일반적으로 전기모터는 구동이 편리한 브러시 방식의 직류모터(BDC 모터)를 사용하는데 일정 고도이상에서는 사용이 용이하지 않다. 그래서 고고도에서 사용하기 위해 브러시없는 직류모터(BLDC 모터)를 이용하여 유압펌프를 구동하는 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 브러시없는 직류모터를 구동하기 위한 제어기 설계에 대하여 자세히 설명하고자 한다.
