퇴적토 배출을 수반한 연직수문의 수리특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for the Hydraulic Characteristics of Vertical lift Gates with Sediment Transport)

  • 하단배출 형태의 연직수문에서의 퇴적토사 이동을 수반한 유량계수, 수력도약 높이, 수력도약 길이의 수리특성을 분석하기 위해 수리 모형실험과 차원해석을 수행하였다. Froude 수와 수리특성의 상관관계를 퇴적토 이동 유무에 따라 도식화하고, 무차원 매개변수와 수리특성의 상관성을 분석하고 다중회귀분석식을 개발하였다. 퇴사의 이동을 수반한 수리특성은 퇴적토의 이동이 없을 경우와는 다른 양상을 확인하여 퇴적토 이동을 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 변수의 도입이 필요함을 확인하였다. 유량계수, 수력도약 높이와 수력도약 길이에 대한 각 다중회귀분석식의 결정계수는 유량계수 0.749, 수력도약 높이 0.896, 수력도약 길이 0.955로 높게 나타났다. 개발한 수리특성식의 적용성을 평가하기 위해 실제 측정값과 회귀분석식에 의해 계산된 값의 95%의 예측구간 분석을 수행하였고, 유량계수, 수력도약 높이와 길이에 대한 예측의 정확도 분석차원의 NSE (Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency), RMSE (root mean square)와 MAPE (mean absolute percentage error)는 적절한 것으로 판단되었다.

하도 합류부의 기하학적 특성과 유량조건에 따른 수리학적 특성 해석 (Analysis of Hydraulic Characteristics Depending Upon the Geometrical and Discharge Condition at Channel Junctions)

  • In this study, we took the geometrical character of the river channel junction and hydrologic conditions as independent variables, and hydraulic behavior characteristics as an independent variable. The result, after multiple analysis was carried out, proved that, except for the generating area of the accelerating zone of velocity the accelerating zone and both the main channel and the tributary zone of stagnation the stagnation zone, there was correlation of over 90%. Also, derived presumed expression of the hydraulic characteristics of the junction was applied to the real natural channel - the river channel of the Guem-ho main channel(the A-yang bridge to the Guem-ho bridge). As the result, it proved that it represented hydraulic characteristics relatively well.

  • For the purpose of optimal control of anti-lock brake systems, precise dynamic characteristics analysis of hydraulic modulator, especially solenoid valve is necessary. However, most of researches so far have dealt with dynamic characteristic analysis of valve itself, and the results have been restrictively applied to the actual ABS modulator, where hydraulic pressure is acting. In this study, mathmatical modeling and experimental analysis were peformed in order to evaluate the valve dynamic characteristics when the hydraulic pressure is applied. High pressure on the master cylinder that affects on the valve dynamic characteristics have been analyzed quantitatively, and performance improvement methods have been suggested through parameter study. Consequently, results of solenoid valve dynamic characteristics analysis derived in the study can be utilized as criteria for the optimal control of anti-lock brake systems.

  • The established mathematical modeling methods have limitation to know the hydraulic characteristics at the wastewater treatment plant which are complex and nonlinear systems. So, an artificial neural network (ANN) model based on hydraulic characteristics is applied for modeling wastewater quality of a full-scale wastewater treatment plant using DNR (Daewoo nutrient removal) process. ANN was trained using data which are influents (TSS, BOD, COD, TN, TP) and effluents (COD, TN, TP) components in a year, and predicted the effluent results based on the training. To raise the efficiency of prediction, inputs of ANN are added the influent and effluent information that are in yesterday and the day before yesterday. The results of training data tend to have high accuracy between real value and predicted value, but test data tend to have lower accuracy. However, the more hydraulic characteristics are considered, the results become more accuracy.

  • In this study, the effects on hydraulic characteristics are discussed as the permeable underlayer thickness of the rubble mound structure changes. A series of hydraulic experiments were performed and wave run-up, reflection and set-up were investigated. Result indicated that wave run-down was affected by the water out from the permeable underlayer during down-rush. As the thickness increased, relative wave run-up decreased.

  • This paper presents studies on the design of water hydraulic system and components to replace oil with tap-water as the pressure transmission medium in hydraulic systems. In order to improve the performance of water hydraulic system, the thermal and hydraulic properties of tap-water are first investigated. Based on these characteristics, the design parameters, such as the clearances of the moving parts, the cross-sectional area of pipes and relative roughness, are proposed so that the performance of water hydraulic system is the same as that of oil. In addition, the operating ranges, which show the possibility of using water hydraulic system, are examined.

국내 시설농업단지의 수리지질 특성을 고려한 인공함양 민감도 분석 : 수리전도도 및 주입정과 양수정의 이격거리 (Sensitivity Analysis of Artificial Recharge in Consideration of Hydrogeologic Characteristics of Facility Agricultural Complex in Korea : Hydraulic Conductivity and Separation Distance from Injection Well to Pumping Well)

  • In this study, the sensitivity analysis of hydraulic conductivity and separation distance (distance between injection well and pumping well) was analyzed by establishing a conceptual model considering the hydrogeologic characteristics of facility agricultural complex in Korea. In the conceptual model, natural characteristics (topography and geology, precipitation, hydraulic conductivity, etc.) and artificial characteristics (separation distance from injection well to pumping well, injection rate and pumping rate, etc.) is entered, and sensitivity analysis was performed 12 scenarios using a combination of hydraulic conductivity ($10^{-1}cm/sec$, $10^{-2}cm/sec$, $10^{-3}cm/sec$, $10^{-4}cm/sec$) and separation distance (10 m, 50 m, 100 m). Groundwater drawdown at the monitoring well was increased as the hydraulic conductivity decreased and the separation distance increased. From the regression analysis of groundwater drawdown as a hydraulic conductivity at the same separation distance, it was found that the groundwater level fluctuation of artificial recharge aquifer was dominantly influenced by hydraulic conductivity. In the condition that the hydraulic conductivity of artificial recharge aquifer was $10^{-2}cm/sec$ or more, the radius of influence of groundwater level was within 20 m, but In the condition that the hydraulic conductivity is $10^{-3}cm/sec$ or less, it is confirmed that the radius of influence of groundwater increases sharply as the separation distance increases.

  • 수리계수는 하천의 수리학적 특성을 대표하는 인자라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 하천정비기본계획에 의하여 하천을 측량하고 그 측량성과를 바탕으로 수리계수를 산정하여 왔다. 이러한 수리계수는 하천의 홍수위, 유사량, 수질 산정을 위하여 중요한 매개변수로 활용할 수 있다. 하지만, 하천 측량성과가 없는 미계측 유역의 경우 수리계수를 산정할 수 없는 한계가 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하고자 SWAT 모형의 방법론을 검토하고 미계측 유역에서 수리계수를 산정하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • In this study, a AGV(Auto Guide Vehicle) is presented and the dynamic characteristics of AGV driving device is investigated. The design factors of hydraulic pump and motor is an important component for it's performance characteristics. the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic pump and motor is simulated by using commercial code AMESim. Simulation results show that each behavior can be predicted with changing the various parameters.

유압 실린더의 쿠션특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Cushion Characteristics of Hydraulic Cylinder)

  • The paper describes a characteristics analysis for cushion pressure and cushion stroke time at hydraulic cushioning cylinder. In hydraulic cushioning cylinder, an inertia exaggerates a kinetic energy at a reciprocation that collide with an end of stroke and generate a destructive shock, noise and vibration within the structural and operating member of machine of equipment. In order to reduce which cause to undesirable noise, vibration and fatigue in hydraulic control system, it is indispensible measure a cushion parameters at cushion region of hydraulic cushioning cylinder. A cushioning device is applied to absorb high impact energy and to decelerate a fast travelling object, too. At an experimental results, it turns out that cushion pressure is mainly a function of the external load and cylinder input flowrate rather than the supply pressure.
