In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of 511 agricultural districts through statistical data, and classify these districts as the vulnerable area to drought through correlation and cluster analysis. The criteria for classification was related to ground-water recharge, irrigation water demand, and water supply. As a result, 8 types of agricultural districts were extracted. For example, the type 1 indicated the high priority area for ground-water development, thus the districts which were classified as type 1 showed ground-water use was less than 80 % of maximum capacity, and irrigation water supply was only 37.5 % and 76.5 % of irrigation water demand in upland and paddy field, respectively. As a result, 44 of 511 districts were classified as type 1.36 districts (types 5-8) were areas where groundwater development is limited. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.

The aim of this study is to assess the potential for fusion and convergence in industrial agriculture. First, we analyzed the types of industrial agriculture and applied the agri-business and ICT agriculture. After then, we analyzed the Project Potential Index (PPI) of the agri-business and ICT agriculture using the agricultural enterprise database provided from Rural Research Institute in Korea. The results revealed that Haenam have a high potential for agri-business project because of large number of farmers and annual sales. Wanju was considered as the suitable place for ICT agriculture project because of large area of greenhouse. This study was applied only 7 study area but the methodology suggested in this study could be widely used for assessing potential project various types of industrial agriculture.

운송수단은 시대별로 요구되는 성능과 기술 수준 그리고 사용 가능한 에너지의 형태에 따라서 변화되어 왔습니다. 1900년대 초 전기자동차의 고질적인 제한적 운행 거리 문제는 내연기관의 발명으로 인해서 쉽게 해결되었다. 이 후 내연기관의 급속한 보급과 도심 과밀화로 인해서 공해 문제가 대두되었는데, 공해 문제 역시 배기 가스 환원 촉매의 발달과 자동차 전자 제어 기술의 발달로 대부분 해결된 상태이다. 최근에는 사용 가능한 화석에너지의 절대량 측면에서 하나의 커다란 시대적 전환점에 서게 되었다. 즉 아직도 사용 가능한 석유의 절대적인 양적 측면에서는 적당한 공급이 이루어지고 있으나 그 가격 면에서는 급격한 상승이 이어지고 있으며 이는 석유의 채굴이 점점 어려워지고 있음에 기인한다. 에너지의 현황을 객관적으로 살펴 보기 위해서 자동차에 있어서 절대적인 오일을 중심으로 그리고 통계자료 위주로 문제를 분석해 본다. 그리고 수소 연료 전지와 전기자동차 등 여러 가지 대체 에너지 운송기술이 많이 거론되고 있으나 널리 대중화 되고 있지 못하는 근본적인 문제점들이 어디에 있는지 분석해 본다. 이어서 소위 대체 에너지들이 자동차에 있어서 석유의 대체 수단으로 적합하지 않다면 과연 에너지를 가장 많이 쓰는 영역중의 하나인 운송 분야의 현재와 미래의 나아갈 방향은 무엇인지 그 해법을 생각해 본다. 석유를 대체할 에너지의 공급 방안이 충분하지 않다면 마지막으로 생각할 수 있는 것은 에너지의 소비 측면이다. 다행히도 그간 소비 측면의 개선 방안이 많이 소홀하게 취급되어져 왔다. 즉 에너지의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 여력이 충분하고도 많이 있다는 희망적인 소식이다. 이에 따라 에너지 효율 향상에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 다양한 제어 기술을 소개한다. 에너지와 운송수단의 문제를 거시적이고 동시에 현실적으로 바라볼 수 있는 안목을 갖게 되기를 기대한다.

The recent revival of phenomenology and aesthetics is deeply connected to the development of neuroscience which studies the nervous system and the brain with particular regard to cognition and memory. How are those fields gathered into building up the basis for the communication not only between human beings but also between humanity and its environment? This paper examines the human mind considered unseparable from the body, with reference to Merleau-Ponty's two major works: Phenomenology of Perception (1962) and The Visible and the Invisible (1968). While reading these texts, I investigate the way he overturns the Cartesian cogito and establishes the body as the ground of perception. According to him, human perception is chiefly obtained through the body rather than consciousness. Influenced by William James, who produced the unique concept of cognition and memory through his experiments with the brain, Merleau-Ponty extends Heideggerian Desein to the field of the embodied mind. James also anticipates Bergson, who regards memory as the product of interaction between consciousness and matter (or the body). The intervention of the body which stores the past experiences makes it impossible for us to capture the present moment in itself. This failure, however, is viewed as positive by Merleau-Ponty because the human body is not only a medium of social interaction, but also that of ecological communion.

Ancient masonry towers constitute a relevant part of the cultural heritage of humanity. Their earthquake protection is a topic of great concern among researchers due to the strong damage suffered by these brittle and massive structures through the history. The identification of the seismic behavior and failure of towers under seismic loading is complex. This strongly depends on many factors such as soil characteristics, geometry, mechanical properties of masonry and heavy mass, as well as the earthquake frequency content. A deep understanding of these aspects is the key for the correct seismic vulnerability evaluation of towers and to design the most suitable retrofitting measure. Recent tendencies on the seismic retrofitting of historical structures by means of prestressing are related to the use of smart materials. The most famous cases of application of prestressing in towers were discussed. Compared to horizontal prestressing, vertical post-tensioning is aimed at improving the seismic behavior of towers by reducing damage with the application of an overall distribution of compressive stresses at key locations.

This study examines the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the role of Malaysian local wisdom called "Ugahari" in managing Work-Life Balance (WLB) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia. Data was obtained through online and offline surveys which were distributed to the agencies in the public and private sectors spread across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Pura Jaya. Overall 466 respondents were found to have given valid and complete responses. This research utilized the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. It was found that the use of the ICT during Work from Home (WFH) helped workers to have relatively high flexibility where they could easily expand or contract one domain to meet the demands of another domain. At the same time it also offered high permeability where aspects of one domain entered another domain. This encourages workers to integrate their roles and achieve broad work autonomy. Furthermore, this situation then gives rise to a high level of interference at the boundary between work and family domains. On the other hand Ugahari reduces the level of interference caused by ICT use and encourages workers to compartmentalize their respective roles. Thus, ICT and Ugahari's behavior can play a role and complement each other in the context of realizing worker well-being.

This article examines the historical view of Benito $P{\acute{e}}rez$ $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ in his historical novel named "Zaragoza" and "$C{\acute{a}}novas$" by comparing with Numancia of Cervantes. In front of the national survival crisis, $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ recognizes that it is necessary that Spain should recover humanity and morality on basis of the krausist ideal. The krausists warned subjective idealism, stressing on free-will and moral conscience in a harmonious balance of rationality. Without refusing patriotism, they warned egoistic patriotism deformed by national selfishness or nationalism. Giner de los Ríos insisted on a necessity of harmonizing national inclination and universal one. $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ emphasizes that the identity of Spain is not possession of privileged class but sweat and tears of the mass of people in daily life. He represents Efemera as the ideal history on the basis of Unamuno's 'intrahistoria', by which, instead of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs^{\prime}$ progressive history, we can peep into a historical poetics of human free nature and vividness of discontinuous and endless shifting. According to the sub-history, we come to the conclusion that $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ and Cervantes would lay emphasis on sub-history, aiming to essence of Spanish soul originated from national landscape and people's daily life.

관용에 대한 여러 가지 중요한 비판 가운데 주목할 만한 견해로 19세기 말 독일 철학자 니체의 입장이 있다. 니체는 인간 자신을 위축시키는 노예도덕, 즉 약자와 희생자의 도덕을 강하게 거부하는 것과 동일한 맥락에서 관용 역시 비판한다. 그래서 니체가 비판의 대상으로 삼는 관용이란 일차적으로 약자들이 자신들의 비겁함이나 무력함을 감추고 그러한 치부를 정의로 포장하기 위한 변명 내지 구실이다. 물론 니체는 이 같은 비판에만 머물지 않고 나름의 대안도 제시하고 있다. 그것은 약함이 아니라 강함에서 나오는 관용으로 소위 위대한 관용이라는 개념으로 칭해질 수 있다. 위대한 관용은 자신과 대립되는 사상이나 견해 등 역시 자신을 위해 이용할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 자만이 기꺼이 발휘할 수 있는 덕목이다.

본 연구는 올바른 창의 인성 함양을 위한 동요지도를 멀티미디어 자료로 개발하여 효과를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해, 초등학생을 대상으로 인성 함양에 적합한 동요를 선별하고, 애니메이션이나 다큐멘터리, 합창이나 무용 공연, 인터뷰 등 다양한 영상 자료를 포함한 멀티미디어를 제작하고, 제작된 자료를 초등학교에서 동요방송으로 운영하였다. 무엇보다, 교사들이 학생들에게 동요를 쉽게 지도할 수 있도록 교수 학습안과 활동지를 프로그램으로 고안하여 재량활동 시간을 통해 '창의적인 교수 학습 활동안'으로 프로그램이 진행되었고, 학급 홈페이지를 통해 가정에서도 연계할 수 있도록 제시하였다. 그 결과, 동요방송을 통해 초등학생의 인성변화가 긍정적으로 나타났고, 초등학교 시기에 가장 강조되어야 할 창의 인성 함양을 위한 실제적인 활용방안을 통합적인 접근방법에서 논의하고자 했다.

This paper is a part of the series on positron annihilation spectroscopy of two-phase diffuse gas-and-dust aggregates, such as interstellar medium and the young remnants of type II supernovae. The results obtained from prior studies were applied here to detect the relationship between the processes of the annihilation of the K-shell electrons and incident positrons, and the effects of these processes on the optical spectra of their respective atoms. Particular attention was paid to the Doppler broadening of their optical lines. The relationship between the atomic mass of the elements and the Doppler broadening, ${\Delta}{\lambda}_D$ (${\AA}$), of their emission lines as produced in these processes was established. This relationship is also illustrated for isotope sets of light elements, namely $^3_2He$, $^6_3Li$, $^7_3Be$, $^{10}_5B$ and $^{11}_5B$. A direct correlation between the ${\gamma}-line$ luminosity ( $E_{\gamma}=1.022MeV$) and ${\Delta}{\lambda}_D$ (${\AA}$) was proved virtually. Qualitative estimates of the structure of such lines depending on the positron velocity distribution function, f(E), were made. The results are presented in tabular form and can be used to set up the objectives of further studies on active galactic nuclei and young remnants of type II supernovae.
