This paper has been studied Design and Implementation Using the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) Education System on the Web. And then this paper has designed a teaching and learning model for Using the ICT Education System on the Web of management substance in commercial high school, verified and implemented them. After this study, this web-based multimedia data with voice instruction and humanity education data in student's module to develop the local natural environments is more helpful to occur the students' motivations and interests and get higher achievements of study than teach only with the textbook.

The purposes of this study was to find aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics by understanding the unique moral character of care as an art and to suggest the optimal direction of nursing ethics. Method: This study used meaning-heuristic and -interpretive methods of hermeneutics based on philosophical aesthetic theory; Baumgarten's aesthetics, Schiller's theory of aesthetical education and Kant's theory of aesthetical judgement. Result: The concept of care implied aesthetical and ethical character; caring as an art was related to moral feeling based on human dignity und emotional communication in interpersonal-relationship. Caring as an art was interpreted as a moral ideal for the promotion of the humanity und the interaction in personal-relationship according to nursing theories. Philosophical aesthetics could provide the theoretical base for the interpretation of caring as an art. The proper paradigm of care ethics in nursing could be found in character-trait ethics and communication ethics according to the philosophical aesthetics. Conclusion: This study could show aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics in nursing by the heuristic interpretation of caring as an art according to the philosophical aesthetics

The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service elementary teachers' attitudes towards science teaching using 'Dimensions of Attitude Toward the Teaching of Science (DAS)'. After confirming the factors and reliabilities of the translated questionnaire by pilot test (N=68), the survey was administered online at one national university of education in Korea (N=527). The pre-service teachers generally thought elementary science education is important and did not believe gender difference in students and in teachers. Science education majors than other majors, males than females, and those who completed high school science track than humanity track had more positive attitudes toward science teaching in elementary school. The extent of teacher education curriculum completion had a little effect on the pre-service teachers' attitudes toward science teaching. The implications for teacher education were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between the \"spirit of the times\" and the characteristics of each eras clothing in Renaissance and Post-modern Period. Theoretical studies about the \"spirit of times\" and the characteristics of clothing about each time were preceded. The results were as follows: Similarities of \"Spirit of times\" were 1) emphasis on humanity 2) anti-centralization 3) destruction of social status 4) deconstruction of christianity in Renaissance and modernism in Post-modern Period. Global climate change is becoming one of the greatest challenges facing humanity. This article proposes a psychological perspective of climate change adaptation. Climate change-related severe adverse weather events may trigger mental health problems, including increased post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, violence, and even suicide. Forced migration could be considered a coping method for dealing with weather events, but it may also pose a psychological threat. People respond to severe weather events in different ways based on their individual characteristics. Psychological risks from adverse weather events are mediated and moderated by these factors, which are influenced by personal cognition, affect, and motivation. Examinations from a psychological perspective, which have been neglected in the science of climate change thus far, may provide keys to successful adaptation and the prevention of serious psychological problems resulting from the experience of severe weather events. A new prevention strategy has been suggested for coping with climate threats through encouraging attitude change, establishing proactive support systems for vulnerable groups, establishing a PTSD network, and implementing a stress inoculation program.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD-ROM title for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence in middle school students. Method: The process for developing the CD-ROM title consisted of 10 steps proposed by Alessi and Trollip. Results: This CD-ROM title was composed of 4 domains, 11 subjects, and 31 detailed subjects. The 4 domains were: 1) understanding of sexual harassment and violence, 2) cases of sexual harassment and violence, 3) prevention and coping strategies, and 4) sexual knowledge. The subjects included texts, and the detailed subjects included graphics, animations, videos, and pictures. Conclusion: This CD-ROM may reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence and accommodate enriched humanity in middle school students.

This study aims to show the present status of the expressions in the contemporary architecture in Kore under its pluralistic and equivocal situation. Non-residential buildings constructed since 1960 till 1997 have been analyzed focused on the rationality romantic property and koreanity which are the expressional aspects and its expressional characteristics in contermporary architecture in Korea such as the properties of the quasi-thematic approach limitary subsistence unexisting common ownership mixed copy and normative diversity have been grasped. These results prove that the common features after Modernism such as the restoration of humanity search for the architectural forms of plural meaning the pursuit for the regionality are also applied for the expressions of the contemporary architecture in Korea, Also this study can be the attempt to clarity the identity of the contemporary architecture in Korea and where it is now.

With the development of human civilization, humanity has grown to use enormous of energy. As the use of energy increases, although human life has become prosperous and materially plentiful, the consequent problems are becoming more serious day by day. The main cause of the emission of greenhouse gases is the enormous amount of carbon dioxide generated by the burning of fossil fuels. Many land-based wind power generator facilities complexes, which is one of the new renewable energy sources, have currently been completed and put in operation or are planned to bo constructed in Korea. However, in consideration of the economy and the effect on the environment, the progressive trend is to plan and install such complexes at sea rather than on land. In this paper, we shall investigate and analyze the location selection for offshore wind power generator facilities.

The attempts in pursuit of humanity in contemporary architecture brought about meaning to the 'Locality as a main conception which opens new potentiality at this confused period. Contemporary housing design should meet the indigenous ‘Locality’ of the building sites environment. An adequate adaptation to the ‘Locality’ will bring more efficient use, lower running-costs, and longer durability of original beauty of the houses. Our contemporary houses should admit general requirements at this time and they should be expressed through not only space but also form and design. Finally, we must find the direction of elevation planning of Korean contemporary houses, inquiring into design elements of ‘Locality’ in the view point of transformation and analyzing how the elements are represented in contemporary houses. This research was aimed to find how to optimize an elevation design of houses in adapting to the Korean indigenous ‘Locality’ in order to create a domestic housing design suitable for Korean life style, however, one cannot ignored elements of the Korean traditional mode of living.
