  • Purpose: As the proportion of foreigners participating in the domestic labor market is gradually increasing, problems caused by social and cultural differences have also been expressed. As such, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of organizational justice and social support on psychological and cultural adaptation and its effect on turnover intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data was collected for foreign workers who visited the Foreign Workers Support Center operated by the Korea Human Resources Development Service. A total of 224 data were analyzed from March 1 to March 30, 2019 and was analyzed through frequency analysis for basic work environment of foreign workers, factor analysis for reliability and validity of variables, and overall structural model analysis. Results: Organizational fairness did not appear to affect psychological adaptation and significant cultural adaptation but social support had a significant effect. Psychological adjustment did not affect turnover intention, and cultural adaptation had a significant effect on turnover intention. Conclusions: Thus, in order to reduce the intention of turnover and adapt well to the working environment, it would be more efficient to find ways to raise the level of psychological adaptation by strengthening social support rather than organizational fairness.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to derive practical implications for human resource management to improve service quality by demonstrating the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership, job satisfaction, and customer orientation. Research design, data, and methodology - 800 questionnaires were distributed and collected for beauty service companies with two or more employees. Among them, 602 data were analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. For the assessment of goodness of fit of the models, TLI, CFI, RMSEA indices were used. Result -The empirical results are as follows. First, it was found that self-leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, job satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on customer orientation. Third, it was found that job satisfaction had a mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation. Fourth, empirical data showed that the moderating effect of supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership on job satisfaction was significant. Conclusion -This study contributed to the expansion of related theories by analyzing the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership, job satisfaction, and customer orientation, and provides practical implications for efficient human resource management.

  • This study examined the effects of social support on pre-service early childhood teacher's ego-resilience. The participants were 238 pre-service early childhood teachers in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungnam Province. The research instruments were Social Support by Yoon(1993), and Ego-Resilience by Park(1997). Collected data were analysed by F test and Duncon's test for post hoc test, and multiple regression, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS PC program(17.0 version). The results were as follows: First, There were no significant differences in social support by education term. However, there were differences between sub-factors of social support by education term. Two-year had higher scores on social support from friends than three-year. Second, there were significant differences in ego-resilience by education term. In the order of four-year, two-year, and three-year had higher scores on ego-resilience. And, there were differences between sub-factors of ego-resilience by education term. Four-year had higher scores on self-confidence than three-year and two-year. In the order of four-year, two-year, and three-year had higher scores on ego-resilience, and anger regulation. Last, social support from friend and social support from professor explained 15% of variance in pre-service early childhood teacher' ego-resilience.

  • This study was conducted with the aim of exploring methods of fostering professional human resources of the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education and connection between local relevant institutions. To this end, research methods were constructed that combine literature exploration and expert meetings. First, the system for fostering professionals in the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs was presented interlinked with the system for fostering professional human resources in the organizational and academic categories. Next, the link operation plans between relevant local institutions under the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs were presented interlinked with core management measures for curriculum education and cooperative support. In order to conclude the preconditions for the realization of the above research results, we presented leadership of special education convergence on the support system for lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the influences of family resources, i.e. objective resources, perceived adequacy of resources, locus of control, social support, family cohesion, and family adaptability on caregiving stress for dementia elderly in homemakers. The subjects of this study were 141 married women who had cared for dementia elderly. The survey method was a questionnaire. And the data was analyzed by means of Cronbach's, factor analysis, and multiple regression. The main findings were as follows: First, Homemakers' caregiving stress was positively correlated to their academic background and monthly income, but negatively correlated to perceived adequacy of human resources, perceived adequacy of material resource, psychical support resource from relatives, and internal locus of control. Second, caregiving stress of homemakers was affected by family cohesion, monthly income, psychical support resource from relatives, perceived adequacy of human resources, and external locus of control.

  • The purpose of this study was to test the multiple mediating effects between attachment and life quality among university freshmen, regards on positive and negative affect, stress, social support and mental health as mediating factors. 200 freshmen were selected for the questionnaire study in a university in Busan. There were significant correlations among positive and negative affect, stress, social support, mental health and life quality with attachment. The maximum likelihood estimation revealed that attachment had no direct link with life quality. Attachment had indirect effects on life quality, mediated by positive affect and mental health. The results and limitations of this study were also discussed, from the perspective of attachment theory and previous studies.

  • We present the synergy effect of humanoid robot walking down on a slope and support vector machines in this paper. The biped robot architecture is highly suitable for the working in the human environment due to its advantages in obstacle avoidance and ability to be employed as human substitutes. But the complex dynamics in the robot and ground makes robot control difficult. The trajectory of the zero moment point (ZMP) in a biped walking robot is an important criterion used for the balance of the walking robots. The ZMP trajectory as dynamic stability of motion will be handled by support vector machines (SVM). Three kinds of kernels are also employed, and each result from these kernels is compared to one another.

  • This paper introduces m analysis framework and procedure for the support of the cognitive error analysis of emergency tasks in nuclear poler plants. The framework provides a new perspective in the utilization of influencing factors into error prediction. The framework can be characterized by two features. First, influencing factors that affect the occurrence of human error me classified into three groups, i.e., task characteristic factors(TCF), situation factors(SF), and performance assisting factors(PAF). This classification aims to support error prediction from the viewpoint of assessing the adequacy of PAF under given TCF and SF. Second, the assessment of influencing factors is made by each cognitive function. Through this, influencing factors assessment and error prediction can be made in an integrative way according to each cognitive function. In addition, it helps analysts identify vulnerable cognitive functions and error factors, and obtain specific nor reduction strategies. The proposed framework was applied to the error analysis of the bleed and feed operation of nuclear emergency tasks.
