The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.

In this study, we evaluated the anti-cancer activity and potential molecular mechanism of 70% ethanol extracts of branches from Taxillus yadoriki parasitic to Neolitsea sericea (TN-NS-B) against human lung cancer cells, A549. TY-NS-B dose-dependently suppressed the growth of A549 cells. TY-NS-B decreased ${\beta}$-catenin protein level, but not mRNA level in A549 cells. The downregulation of ${\beta}$-catenin protein level by TY-NS-B was attenuated in the presence of MG132. Although TY-NS-B phosphorylated ${\beta}$-catenin protein, the inhibition of $GSK3{\beta}$ by LiCl did not blocked the reduction of ${\beta}$-catenin by TY-NS-B. In addition, TY-NS-B decreased ${\beta}$-catenin protein in A549 cells transfected with Flag-tagged wild type ${\beta}$-catenin or Flag-tagged S33/S37/T41 mutant ${\beta}$-catenin construct. Our results suggested that TN-NS-B may downregulate ${\beta}$-catenin protein level independent on GSK3${\beta}$-induced ${\beta}$-catenin phosphorylation. Based on these findings, TY-NS-B may be a potential candidate for the development of chemopreventive or therapeutic agents for human lung cancer.

This paper is concerned with structurizing contents of the ergonomic resources and constructing DB of these resources. Through this internet system developed using ultra 2 DB Server, Sun Solaris(UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web server, the interface (www.gamsung.or.kr), by which ergonomic resources can be provided, has been completed. Information retrieval concerning ergonomic resources produced by the project "Business of Development in Technology of Human Sensibility Ergonomics" is possible. For example, 35 reports and 262 ergonomic characteristics issued from the first step of this project, 255 ergonomic characteristics issued from the second step. In addition, there are also voice data, sound data, expression data, questionnaire data, sensibility data, and information about researchers, manufactories, references.

To analyze the status and needs of the small- and medium-sized garment manufacturing industry in Busan, this study comprised an online survey of companies and interviews with 14 representatives of the 98 companies. The results are as follows: Approximately 34.7% of the garment manufacturers were located in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. The most common type of work was the contracting factory type. Daily production output was between 100pcs and 300pcs. Production materials comprised 42.9% woven and 24.8% knitted fabrics. Main products were menswear, uniforms, womenswear, casual wear, sports and leisure wear, protective clothes, and children's clothing. The main clients were uniform companies, main factories, wholesale markets, online shopping malls and promotion companies, exporters, and department stores. As a result of a survey on industrial needs with company representatives, their satisfaction with company employees was 57.2%, and the most important factor when hiring employees was job-related competencies, among which the ability to understand the sewing process was the most necessary. In terms of computer software literacy, illustrations and pattern CAD/CAM are required. They thought industry-university cooperation is crucial for advantage for advantage research and product development, as it allows for the sharing knowledge, resources, and especially human resources. The greatest administrative issue were human resources and funding.

Substantial growth in the economy and extensive use of natural resources has become a major issue in the modern world. Organizations have started to worry about the environment and are beginning to invest in and practice green strategies. Companies should be responsible for the environment and use sustainable methods to run their businesses. The main purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual approach to Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) in the hospitality industry. The theoretical framework of GHRM practices such as green recruitment, green selection, green training and development, green performance appraisal, green reward and compensation, and corporate environmental responsibility have been comprehensively studied for this purpose. Green Human Resource Management in the hospitality sector is a less studied and rarely implemented phenomenon. The integration of GHRM and CER along with green competitive advantage and green supply chain management in hospitality is new concept in hospitality industry. Study suggests that Corporate environmental responsibility (CER) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) have a significant role in the hospitality industry. However, for sustainable development of tourism and hospitality, this concept should be capitalized with necessary research and development.

본 연구는 글로벌 스타트업 육성에 따른 국내 스타트기업의 해외진출을 위한 장애요인을 규명하기 위한 목적으로 실증조사 하였다. 조사방법은 스타트업으로 참여한 전국 각 지역별 광역시에 소재한 5년 이상 된 기업 300개 기업을 대상으로 조사 후 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석과 동시 구조모형에 의한 AMOS 구조방정식으로 통계 분석하였다. 그 연구결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 글로벌 스타트업으로 성장하기 위해서는 자금, 제품개발기간, 품질, 인적자원이 매우 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 실증해주었다. 그리고 스타트업 장애요인으로서의 자금요인은 유의하지 않았으며 개발기간과 품질, 인적자원은 산업경쟁력에 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 영향을 미침을 입증해주었다. 또한 스타트업에서의 장애요인이 산업경쟁력에 미치는 매개효과에 있어서도 자금요인은 기각된 반면, 품질과 개발기간 및 인적자원 요인은 채택되어 긍정적 매개효과를 있음을 실증해 주었다. 이는 스타트업 기업들의 특성상 자금 요인은 정부의 지속적인 지원으로 인해 경영에 큰 걸림돌이 되지 않으나 제품의 질을 일정 수준 유지하기 위한 독자적 제품 경쟁력과 이를 개발, 제품화 시켜주는 전문 인력의 뒷받침이 없는 한 성장이 요원함을 입증한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

현재 극장이나 TV에서 상영되고 있는 애니메이션은 대부분 3D 애니메이션이다. 국내의 애니메이션 또한 많은 수가 3D로 제작되고 있으며, 이러한 3D 애니메이션 제작 업체 수는 매년 증가하고 있다. 또한 많은 애니메이션 관련 인력들이 국내 제작업체에서 다양한 국내외 애니메이션을 제작하고 있다. 이러한 애니메이션 산업에서 제작 인력의 중요성은 날로 높아지고 있다. 그 결과 국내 많은 대학에서는 3D 애니메이션 제작 전문 인력 양성에 노력하고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 3D 애니메이션 교육과정에 대하여 다룬다. 특히 현재 국내 3D 애니메이션 제작자들이 참여한 설문지를 바탕으로 이를 분석한 뒤, 대학에서 창의적인 3D 애니메이션 제작 인력양성에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이는 대학에서의 3D 애니메이션 교육이 올바른 3D 애니메이션 제작 인력을 양성하고 이러한 인력이 향후 국내의 3D 애니메이션 산업 발전에 기여하는 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다.
