블랜디드 수업에서 자기조절의 구성 요인 중 인지조절에 대한 인지적 실재감의 영향에 대한 학습동기의 조절효과 탐색 (Exploring the moderating effect of learning motivation on the effect of cognitive presence on cognitive control among the components of self-regulation in blended classes)

  • 연구 목적 : 본 연구는 인지조절에 대한 인지적 실재감의 영향에 대한 학습동기의 조절효과 탐색이 목적이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 본 연구는 대학의 사범학부에 재학중인 예비교사 160명을 대상으로 인지조절, 인재적 실재감, 학습동기를 설문조사를 통해 측정하였다. 수집된 자료 중 학습동기는 평균을 산출하여, 학습동기가 낮은 집단과 높은 집단을 구분하였다. 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위해서 학습동기 수준에 따라 인지조절 수준의 평균을 비교하였고, 인지조절에 대한 인지적 실재감의 영향을 탐색하기 위해 다중회귀(선택적 방법)분석을 수행하였다. 먼저 전체 집단을 대상으로 다중회귀 분석을 수행하였고, 다음으로 학습동기가 낮은 집단과 높은 집단을 구분하여 다중회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 결론 및 제언 : 분석 결과 학습동기가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 인지조절 수준이 높게 나타났고, 학습동기가 높은 집단은 인지절 실재감의 하위요인 중 내용이해만 인지조절에 영향이 나타났고, 낮은 집단은 인지적 실재감의 모든 하위요인이 영향을 주었다.

Top-down Behavior Planning for Real-life Simulation

  • This paper describes a top-down behavior planning framework in a simulation game from personality to real life action selection. The combined behavior creating system is formed by five levels of specification, which are personality definition, motivation extraction, emotion generation, decision making and action execution. Along with the data flowing process in our designed framework, NPC selects actions autonomously to adapt to the dynamic environment information resulting from active agents and human players. Furthermore, we illuminate applying Gaussian probabilistic distribution to realize character's behavior changeability like human performance. To elucidate the mechanism of the framework, we situated it in a restaurant simulation game.

신임경찰관의 입직동기 (Effects of Police Officer's Job Motivation)

  • 조직에서의 인간행위의 보다 중요한 관점의 하나는 동기이다. 동기란 조직 구성원으로 하여금 특정한 방향으로 행위 하도록 만드는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 조직 활동에서의 인간의 동기는 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들인 것이다. 따라서 조직의 목표가 효과적으로 달성될 수 있도록 구성원들의 노력을 향상시키기 위해서는 그들의 욕구를 파악하고, 이를 충족시키기 위한 요인을 규명 작동하여 동기부여 하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 경찰공무원의 입직동기를 측정해보고 이 연구결과를 토대로 경찰조직에 있어서 유효한 인적자원 관리방법과 조직몰입 향상을 위한 각종 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 또한 연구결과들은 적극적 모집의 필요성 함께, 현대의 경찰활동에서 요구되는 지역사회와의 관계의 개선, 협력치안 등의 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 신임경찰관들에게 시민들에 대한 적극적인 책임과 봉사의 태도를 갖도록 교육과정을 개편하고 새로운 교육프로그램의 필요성을 제기하고 있다.

음악심리치료가 학습부진아의 학습동기에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Music Psychotherapy on Improvising Motivation of Underachieving Students)

  • 본 연구는 학습부진아에게 음악심리치료를 실시하였을 때 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 9명의 대상자들을 4명의 실험집단과 5명의 통제집단으로 구분하고, 실험집단에 주 2회 총 18회기의 음악심리치료를 실시하였다. 측정도구로는 김용래(2000)의 학교학습 동기척도를 사용하였고 검정은 집단 간의 동질성 비교를 위해 Mann-Whitney U, 대상자들의 사전 사후 점수결과에 대한 Wilcoxon 검정을 실시하여 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 실험집단 대상자들의 범주화된 언어분석을 함께 하였다. 이를 통해 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 전체 학습동기는 유의한 차이가 있었고(p < .001), 둘째, 실험집단의 학습동기척도 하위영역별 사전 사후 점수를 비교하였을 때 모두 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p < .1), 셋째, 회기별 내용 분석을 통해 학습동기 향상에 긍정적인 변화가 있었음이 확인되었다. 이상의 결과들은 음악심리치료가 학습부진아의 학습동기를 향상시키는데 효과적임을 증명하며 음악심리치료가 학교현장에서 학습부진아의 학습동기를 향상시키기 위한 심리 치료적 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

중학생의 내부통제성이 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향: 자율적 동기와 부모의 학업성취압력의 조절효과 (The Effect of Internal Control on Academic Procrastination among Middle School Students: The Moderating Roles of Autonomous Motivation and Parental Pressure on Academic Performance)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether internal control, autonomous motivation of middle school students, and perceived parental pressure on academic performance affect academic procrastination, while verifying the moderating roles of autonomous motivation and parental pressure on academic performance. The participants were a total of 371 middle school students. Academic procrastination, internal control, autonomous motivation, and parental pressure on academic performance were measured using the Procrastination Inventory (Aitken, 1982) revised by Jeon and Park (2014), the Internal-External Control Scale (Ko, 2014), the Academic Self-Regulation Questionnaire (Ryan & Connell, 1989) revised by Kim (2002), and the Scale of Kang (2003), respectively. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and a Process Macro Model 2 (multiple additional modulation effect). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, middle school students' internal control, autonomous motivation, and perceived parental pressure on academic performance directly affected the students's academic procrastination. Second, the moderating role of parental pressure on academic performance was significant. On the other hand, the moderating role of autonomous motivation was not significant. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that in order to reduce and prevent academic procrastination it is important to improve internal control by helping middle school students become confident enough to believe that they have the ability to change their behavior and achieve their aims. At the same time, parents need to be interested in the process rather than only the academic performance of their children and support their autonomy.

패션기업의 지속가능경영을 위한 CSR 활동의 평가 - 지각된 적합성과 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of corporate social responsibility activities for fashion company's sustainable management - On the moderating effects of consumers' perceived fit and motivation -)

  • The social responsibility of fashion companies has become a crucial factor considering company image and awareness. Businesses have thus increased their CSR activities. However, few studies have shown clear and consistent results regarding the effectiveness of CSR activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the evaluation of the direct effect of CSR on trust and corporate reputation including its moderation by consumer's perceived fit and motivation. A total of 284 completed questionnaires were obtained from adult consumers in the fashion market with promotional leaflets for CSR activities as stimuli. The results were as follows. First, the dimensions for CSR activities were categorized as follows: Social welfare responsibility, environment protection, economic responsibility, social regulation compliance, customer protection, and culture and arts support. Further social regulation compliance, and economic and social welfare responsibilities positively affected corporate trust and reputation. Second, the main effect of perceived CSR activities and fit on corporate trust and reputation was significant, and the interaction effects of the social welfare, environment protection, and culture and arts support of CSR activities and fit were significant. Finally, the interaction effect of perceived CSR activities and motivation on corporate trust and reputation was not significant, but the main effect was significant. Implications of how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of CSR activities are offered.

안전 동기요인에 대한 시공관리자와 사업관리자간 요인별 중요도 순위 비교 (A Comparison of the Ranking for Safety Motivations Factors between Construction Engineers and Construction Managers)

  • 우리나라의 건설재해 사망자 수는 증가하고 있으며 건설재해 발생 원인의 대부분 인적요인이었다. 건설근로자의 안전활동에 대한 자발적 참여는 이러한 인적요인 개선과 건설재해예방을 효과를 높일 수 있다. 그러므로 건설근로자의 자발적 참여를 위해 근로자의 동기요인 충족에 대한 연구의 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 건설현장 근로자의 안전활동 동기요인별로 현장 시공관리자와 건설사업관리자는 근로자의 어떤 안전 동기요인을 중요하게 다루고 있는지를 비교하고자 한다. 본 연구는 20개의 근로자의 안전 동기요인에 대한 설문결과를 분석하였으며 요인에 대한 T검정을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 근로자의 임금과 같은 경제요인 부분에서 시공관리자와 건설사업관리자 간의 가장 큰 의견 차이를 보였다. 그러므로 근로자의 경제적 동기에 따른 안전관리는 두 집단 간의 의견조율이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

The Influence of Organizational Justice on Employees' Motivation to Participate in Training: A Quality System Perspective on Human Resource Practices

  • This study sought to examine the effect of three (distributive, procedural, and interactional) justice perceptions in predicting employees' motivation to participate in training activities. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, full mediation and partial mediation models by perceived benefits of training were developed. The models were tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) on responses from 302 employees of three wireless operators in the Republic of Korea. The results showed the partial-mediation model is a dominant model. It also confirmed that interactional justice directly influence motivation to participate in training, whereas procedural justice influence the variable through perceived benefits of training. Furthermore, limitations and implications of the current study and directions for future work are discussed.

Digital Signage User Satisfaction Model: The Dual Effect of Technological Complexity

  • This paper seeks to suggest user satisfaction model of digital signage to see how new in-store technology can effectively lead to customers' shopping satisfaction in fashion retails. Authors in particular focus on technological complexity, which is expected to serve a subtle role in using digital signage. This study employed a scenario-based online survey. Interactive digital signage with virtual try-on and video-captures functions was used as stimuli. Data were collected from 320 respondents and 307 useable responses were analyzed to examine a proposed model. Research model compares dual paths of motivators: the extrinsic motivation route that leads from usefulness to shopping outcome satisfaction and intrinsic motivation route that leads from enjoyment to shopping process satisfaction. Technological complexity of digital signage indirectly and negatively influences shopping outcome and process satisfaction, mediated by usefulness and enjoyment, but directly and positively affects shopping process satisfaction. In omni-channel environments, the findings have implications for fashion retail managers in using digital signage to maximize customer satisfaction and to counterbalance the advantages and disadvantages of technological complexity.

인천 지역 대학생의 커피 이용실태와 관련된 식습관, 식이섭취 및 식사의 질 (Dietary habits score, nutrients intake and dietary quality related to coffee consumption of college students in Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the food habits score, nutrients intake and dietary quality with regard to coffee consumption of college students in Incheon. The data were collected with a self-reports questionnaire with a total of 190 subjects, comprised with 101 male and 89 female college students. We classified these subjects into three groups using percentile of coffee intake to assess the nutrients intake and dietary quality. The correlations among coffee intake, food habits score, nutrients intake and dietary quality were evaluated. The average coffee intake of male and female college students were 156.8 mL and 157.4 mL, respectively. The coffee preferences with respect to specialty coffee were caramel macchiato, cafe latte, americano, cafe mocha, and cappucino in male college students, and caramel macchiato, americano, cafe mocha, cafe latte, and cappucino in female college students, in preference order. The coffee intake motivation score of the high 1/3 percentile group according to coffee intake was higher than that of the low 1/3 percentile group according to coffee intake in emotion motivation and utilitarian motivation. The highest scores were 'flavor and aroma' in emotion motivation, and 'prevention of sleepness' in utilitarian motivation. The average food habits score of "I often eat the natural food" was significantly higher in the low 1/3 percentile group according to coffee intake compared with the other groups (p < 0.05). There was a significantly positive correlation between coffee intake and 'I purchase the processed food after examining nutrition labels' of food habits score (r = 0.280; p < 0.01) in female college students. The energy intake of the high 1/3 percentile group according to coffee intake was significantly higher in that of the moderate 1/3 percentile group according to coffee intake in male college students (p < 0.05). Therefore, it may be necessary for college students to undergo a well-planned nutrition education regarding proper coffee intake, choice of coffee, energy intake related to coffee intake, and dietary habits.
