서울시내 10개소 노인 복지관 이용자의 가족 형태에 따른 식습관 분석 및 영양소 섭취량 조사 (Evaluation of Eating Habit and Dietary Intake by Family Type of Seniors Utilizing Social Welfare Center in Seoul)

  • The objective of our study was to evaluate the dietary intakes and eating habit for seniors utilizing ten different social welfare centers in Seoul, Korea. The total number of subjects of this study was 543(male: 199, female: 344) of 60 years of age or older. The survey was performed through personal interview questionnaires from May 3rd to June 1st 2006. After assigning subjects to four categories based on family type, single, couple, joint family, and other, these categories were compared with the estimated total nutrient intakes and eating habit. Validity was assessed by comparison with 24-hour dietary recalls and dietary variety score(DVS). The results showed that senior in single family type was far lower than that of couple family type in terms of frequency of meal per day and intake of snacks. Dietary variety score represented that a single female with social security beneficiary showed the lowest variety score compared with other family type. The lunch meal provided by social welfare center turned out to be the most nutritious diet and had significant proportion of daily intakes in essential nutrients such as protein, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Taken together, the family type was a significant factor and the accompaniment is another effector on dietary pattern in the elderly. We strongly suggest that the current lunch program in welfare center should be expanded to breakfast meal, and furthermore the small commodity program is also needed to provide the elderly with meal for social communication.

  • 본 연구는 동아시아 지역이 유교 문화권으로 일컬어져 온 지역이지만 유교 문화권 안에서 발달했던 가족 중심의 문화, 전통 문화, 대인 관계 등의 인간관계와 생활습관 문화에서 차이가 있음을 전제하고, 앞으로 국가간 교류의 활성화와 원활한 의사소통, 인간 관계 형성을 위해서는 동아시아 지역의 문화 다양성을 인식하고 이해하는 교육으로의 전환이 필요함을 제시하였다. 그리고 지리수업에서 동아시아 문화 다양성 교육을 위한 내용을 구성하여 제시하였다. 교과와의 연계성을 높이기 위하여 2009개정 교육과정 지리 영역 단원과 단원별 성취 기준을 분석하였고 분석에 의거하여 초, 중, 고등학교 수준에 적합한 학습 내용을 구성하여 제시하였다.

가장의 실직에 따른 가정생활 변화 (Family Life Style Changes According to the Householder's Job Status)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of householder's job status m the family life style. Data was collected from 475 parents in Chonbuk province by using a self administered questionnaire from June 10 to 30, 1998. Frequencies, percentages, and averages were calculated T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were followed. The results were as follows; 1. The families who suffered householders' job loss were 1/4 of the respondents and over 4/5 of the families felt economic stresses. 1/3 of the respondents had debts and 1/5 had not any savings. Most of the families were in good or normal marriage relationships, experienced economic crises, and had sparing habit. 2. In out-of-job families, couple cohension, couple satisfaction, and total marriage relationships were lower than in-job families. Also, out-of-job families spared more in buying and using clothes and foods, total clothes living and total food living. 3. In out-of-job families, the economic pressures on marriage relationships, clothes living, and food living were stronger than in-job families. 4. Family resources such as savings, ordinary marriage relationships, and sparing habit effected on the marriage relationships, clothes living, and food living in out-of-job families and in-job families.   • 1. Objects of Research This research is purposed to find role and treatment mind of Sasang constitutional medicine in human genome age, through summarizing recognition of human and etiology. treatment on diseases proposed in Sasang constitutional medicine 2. Methods of Research It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose Bowon(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷${\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions 1. The outlook on human of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was completed in the base on Confusianism and it recognized that human is consisted with congenital element based on 'Human nature-shape' and acquired element based on Knowledge-Acting. Dong-mu emphasised acquired element than inborn element. 2. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is thought that we ran overcome inborn limitation of each constitution through moral culture of aposteriori Knowledge-Acting. and that self-correction is methods which is applied to treatment of disease recovering Essential Qi of each constitution with moral culture of personality 3. Sasang Constitutional Medicine is recognizing Essential Qi by main standard that foretell prognosis of disease and emphasize recovery of Essential Qi through self-correction than way of 'Assisting-Good Qi' and 'Removig-Bad Qi' in treatment of disease. 4. Self-correction can be divided into non-herbal self-correction and herbal self-correction. Non-herbal self-correction is to control greed by aposteriori Knowledge-Acting and herbal self-correction is to recover Essential Qi by herb. 5. It is thought that the present constitutional disease is consisted by accumulating life habit nature of a disease of ordinary times, and Sasang Constitutional Medicine that present constitutional disease is treated through administration of life habit nature of a disease of ordinary times in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 6. Treatment mind to correct oneself into Golden Mean through controlling Knowledge-Acting in Sasang Constitutional Medicine may get into important treatment guide of gene medicine age.

습관 형성으로서의 예배에 대한 기독교교육적 이해 (Christian educational understanding of worship as habit formation)

  • 본 논문은 습관 형성에 대한 기독교교육적 이해를 예배라는 기독교의 실천적 장을 통하여 살펴보고 있다. 제임스 스미스(James Smith)는 문화적 예전 시리즈에서 지금까지의 주지주의적인 기독교교육에 대해 비판하면서 습관 형성에 관한 탁월한 연구를 통하여 기독교교육에 대한 전혀 다른 차원의 가능성을 열어주었다. 그는 머리를 통한 교육이 아니라, 행동을 통한 교육에 방점을 두고 습관과 몸의 관계, 습관과 지식의 관계, 습관과 의미체계의 관계, 습관과 인간 형성의 관계를 심도 있게 다루고 있다. 그 가운데 예배는 습관을 통하여 참여자들의 정체성을 형성하는 주요한 예전임을 강조한다. 이러한 스미스의 입장을 긍정적으로 수용하여 본 논문은 우선 습관에 대한 주요 사상가들의 개념과 이해를 다룬다. 두 번째로, 몸을 통하여 이루어지는 습관적 앎에 대하여 살펴본다. 그리고 마지막으로 습관 형성의 장으로서 예배에 대한 기독교교육적 이해를 다루고 있다. 예배는 일회적 사건이 아니라 규칙적으로 이루어지는 몸의 실천이라는 측면에서 습관과 뗄 수 없는 관계에 놓인다. 예배에서 이루어지는 참여와 몸의 활동을 통한 경험의 축적은 예배자의 세계를 이해하는 지평과 배경을 형성하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 습관 형성으로서의 예배의 기독교교육적 가능성을 조명하고 재확인하는데 그 의의가 있다.

광주지역 초등학교 아동들의 식습관 및 식품 기호도에 관한 조사연구 (The Research Study on the Eating Habits and Food Preferences of the Elementary School Students in Gwangju)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey eating habits and food preferences of elementary school students, and to offer basic informations for proper guiding method. The findings of this research were as follows : (1) In regularity of eating habit, boys had more regular terms than girls. In other words, girls more often did without meals or didn't have regular eating habit. (2) Boys were more likely to overeat than girls. On the other hand. girls tended not to eat up all food. (3) The 60% of the children, who were given the questionnaire. answered that they were greedy for delicious foods. It shows that good table manner will have to be taught to children. (4) The 70% of the children answered that they were eating the unbalanced meals. It shows that systematic and continuous guidance for correcting unbalanced meals will be necessary to children. Also, considering that the eating habit of unbalanced meals is more serious in lower grade students, the children will have to learn about balanced meals from lower grade. (5) The research showed that the children were eating out more often than before and that the 90% of the children were eating snacks. So, the table manner when eating out and food selection for snack will have to be taught to children systematically. (6) The children were likely to prefer rice to cereals and to prefer meat to fish. (7) The children tended to like fried food better than any ether food. In addition, they showed higher preference for instant foods like noodles. Therefore, the systematic guidance will be necessary for children not to select acidified fried food.

전북 군산지역 중학생의 식생활 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dietary Attitude of Middle School Students in Kunsan City, Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore dietary attitude among middle school students by sex. The subjects were collected from 211 boy students and 198 girl students in the city of Kunsan, Jeonbuk province. The mean age of the subjects was 13.7 years old. The average score of food habit was 4.61 $\pm$ 1.92. The average score of food habit of boy students was higher than the score of girl students. The correlations between the score of food habit and father's education level. family income, and nutritional supplements were positive. The correlation between the scores of the nutrition knowledge and father's education level was also positive. On the other hand the mother's occupation did not have any influence on the scores of food habits and the scores of the nutrition knowledge. As a staple food, cooked rice was preferred on boy and girl students at breakfast(82.7%) and supper(94.3%). The preference of snacks was fruit and fruit juice. The reason of skipping breakfast was the lack of time and no appetite, and skipping lunch was due to no appetite. Lastly the main reason of skipping supper was playing computer on boys. on the other hand no appetite and weight control on girls. In order to improve the nutritional status of the middle school students, they must establish good food habits by eating three regular meals per day and balancing their diet. Also they should be notified that severe weight control is very harmful for health. This study indicate that nutrition education and correct information for body image. balanced diet. regularity of meals and food selection are required for middle school students at both school and home.

대학생의 거주형태에 따른 영양상태 및 식사의 질 비교 연구 (Nutritional Status and Dietary Quality by Their Residing Types in College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dietary habit, nutritional condition and quality of everyday meal for college students. The number of the subjects was 102 and they were divided into three groups by their residing types; students living with their parents (n=34), students living in dormitory (n=34) and students living independently off the campus (n=34) Questionnaire, 24hour dietary recall for food intakes, and body composition analysis were used. SPSS program was used for the statistics. In general health matter, the average age for each group of students was $21.2kg/m^2$, $20.9kg/m^2$, and $21.9kg/m^2$ respectively. And heights, weights, muscle mass, body fats and BMI were not significantly different between groups. Results on dietary habit showed that students living with their parents had better meal pattern and regularity for breakfast than other groups. Also, for dietary evaluation, students living with their parents showed better extent of intake of milk than other groups. Evaluation on nutrients intake showed that amount of calcium, vitamin $B_2$, folic acid intake in student living independently off the campus were lower than those of the other groups(P<0.05). And MAR(Mean Adequacy Ratio) was not significantly different between groups, however INQ(Index of Nutritional Quality) and NAR(Nutrient Adequacy Ratio) of calcium were lower in off the campus group than other two groups. In conclusion, students living independently had worse eating habits and showed lower intake of calcium than those living with their parents or living in a dormitory. Therefore nutritional education for improving well-balanced dietary habits and optimal intake of nutrients are required especially for students living independently off the campus.

아동 체중에 대한 부모의 관심 및 아동의 외모도식과 식습관이 우울감에 미치는 영향 (The influences of parental interest in children's weight, children's appearance schema, and eating habit on depression)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between (1) differences in parents' interest in their children's weight, appearance orientation, eating habits and appearance evaluation, and depression based on children's gender, and (2) the pathway to children's depression. The participants in this research included 641 fourth-grade children (300 boys and 341 girls) who participated in a Korean Survey on Obesity of Youth and Children in 2009. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlations using SPSS 19.0 and path analysis with AMOS 7.0. The findings are as follows. First, girls demonstrated higher scores in all variables except depression when compared to boys. Second, all variables indicated a direct or indirect influence on boys' depression, and appearance orientation had the greatest total effect on boys' depression. For girls, all variables again indicated a direct or indirect influence on depression, and again appearance orientation had the greatest total effect on girls' depression. However, the pathways to depression were different based on children's gender. The implications for future studies are also discussed.

대전지역 주부의 건강식생활과 관련된 식습관과 식품구매행동 조사 (A Study of Food Habit and Food Purchase Behavior on Healthy Dietary Life by Housewives in Daejeon)

  • This survey was conducted to compare the housewife's food habit and food purchase behavior on healthy dietary life. The questionnaires were collected from 151 working housewives and 159 housewives in Daejeon. The average meal time was 20~30 min., 67.6% of respondents ate breakfast and bap with guk(72.9%) was the most favourite foods. Almost half of them ate egg, fruit, vegetable everyday. They concerned highly about less intake of frozen foods(64.2%) and food additives(61.6%) for wellbeing dietary life. Because of close distance and various foods items, big discount store was chosen as food purchase place. The most considering purchase factor was food additives in working housewife and nutrition in housewife(p<0.05). In grocery shopping, working housewife considered children and their husbands(p<0.05). The most important purchase factor was the freshness in vegetables fishes fruits seaweeds eggs. TV or Radio was utilized the most frequently to obtain the useful knowledge on healthy foods. It is suggested that practical information should be offered housewives to purchase proper foods within their income and to manage dietary life according to their family's health condition.
