The human instinct toward nature is biophilia as a psychological term. There have been a number of empirical evidences confirmed that natural features in buildings enhance human's comfort focusing on biophilia. However, the evolution of society, science, and industry has separated modern buildings from nature. Therefore, this paper addresses the assumption that the admiration for historical buildings in contemporary society is attribute to the qualities of biophilic design. Prospect and refuge, one of the strategies for biophilic design, ultimately provides the opportunity to recover from stress and tension. The purpose of this study is to figure out elements of prospect and refuge based on the design theory of biophilia for psychological healing. This study explores the Gyeongbokgung Palace with the design elements of prospect and refuge in biophilia. It also measures these elements quantitatively with the contrast using Adobe Photoshop CS6, and the area ratio of prospect and refuge. The results of this research verify that the conflicting characteristics of prospect and refuge are identified simultaneously, it is significant to attract people. Gangnyeongjeon Hall and Gyotaejeon Hall, the living quarters for the king and queen, propose the intense pattern of refuge characteristics more than other areas. The mathematical properties of the area ratio show that the pattern of prospect-refuge characteristics change in particular design elements.

The ideologie of modern society as per something to phenomenology problem is to show various different looks. And this paper suggestion is composition method of community space in technology advanced, Interactive interface form for human, sustainable to community space direction elements. First, I'll rearrange the distinctive features of modern society through references of various scholars. This is to understand how interactivity affects the whole society and what is the importance of this interactive wave. Second, I'll analyze several trends of modern community space and figure the change of methodology of design based on the advancement of design technology. This is to understand the interactive relation of the subjects. Third, I'll seek how community space design has changed in modern society and under which process design is made. This is to clarify the fact that the portion of interaction will increase in future design according to the intervention of equipment, which is one of the objects of interaction space.

We have previously reported that NS-398, a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)-selective inhibitor, inhibited replicative cellular senescence in human dermal fibroblasts and skin aging in hairless mice. In contrast, celecoxib, another COX-2-selective inhibitor, and aspirin, a non-selective COX inhibitor, accelerated the senescence and aging. To figure out causal factors for the senescence-modulating effect of the inhibitors, we here performed cDNA microarray experiment and subsequent Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. The data showed that several senescence-related gene sets were regulated by the inhibitor treatment. NS-398 up-regulated gene sets involved in the tumor necrosis factor ${\beta}$ receptor pathway and the fructose and mannose metabolism, whereas it down-regulated a gene set involved in protein secretion. Celecoxib up-regulated gene sets involved in G2M checkpoint and E2F targets. Aspirin up-regulated the gene set involved in protein secretion, and down-regulated gene sets involved in RNA transcription. These results suggest that COX inhibitors modulate cellular senescence by different mechanisms and will provide useful information to understand senescence-modulating mechanisms of COX inhibitors.

Laughter is one of the most important nonverbal sound that human generates. It is a means for expressing his emotions. The acoustic and contextual features of this specific sound are different from those of speech and many difficulties arise during their modeling process. During this work, we propose an audio laughter generation system based on unsupervised generative models: the autoencoder (AE) and its variants. This procedure is the association of three main sub-process, (1) the analysis which consist of extracting the log magnitude spectrogram from the laughter database, (2) the generative models training, (3) the synthesis stage which incorporate the involvement of an intermediate mechanism: the vocoder. To improve the synthesis quality, we suggest two hybrid models (LSTM-VAE, GRU-VAE and CNN-VAE) that combine the representation learning capacity of variational autoencoder (VAE) with the temporal modelling ability of a long short-term memory RNN (LSTM) and the CNN ability to learn invariant features. To figure out the performance of our proposed audio laughter generation process, objective evaluation (RMSE) and a perceptual audio quality test (listening test) were conducted. According to these evaluation metrics, we can show that the GRU-VAE outperforms the other VAE models.

The purpose of this study is to study the tragic world perception that appears in Kim Sung-han's novels 'Frogs' and 'Five Minutes'. The main emotion that emerges in his novels in the 1950s is non-polarity. His novels "Frogs" and "Five Minutes" satirically express the relationship between God and humans, and the human figure in comparison to animals In the 1950s, in Korean society, individual lives were distorted in postwar situations, and the relationship between individuals and society was inconsistent. Kim Sung-han wanted to create new ethical and social values through novels. In "Five Minutes" and "Frog," Kim Sung-han expresses and criticizes the crisis in Korea's post-war society as a tragic reality that God has no ability. In the novel, Kim Sung-han criticizes the degenerate reality of humans without God and criticizes the slave grit of humans who cling to God. After all, what he wants to say in the novel is the perception of human free will and existence. In the two novels, the author talks about a tragic world perception that denies the realm of God, but finds out that there is no other world to live a new life that denies God.

The digital economy is becoming an increasingly important source of regional competitiveness enhancement. The purpose of this research is to examine the spatial distribution characteristics of China's digital economy from 2016 to 2019. Moran's I analysis was performed to see if China's digital economy has spatial self-correlation. The Getis-Ord General G test was used to determine the clustering type of China's digital economy. In addition, we used OLS and GWR methodologies to figure out what drives China's digital economy level. The findings show that the digital economy is rapidly expanding throughout China; yet, there is a significant regional imbalance in the digital economy level in China, and the agglomeration of the digital economy is increasing over time. Furthermore, the findings reveal that human capital, information staff, telegram income, and Internet access are vital factors in the development of the digital economy. To close the digital economy gap, policymakers must invest in human capital and technology innovation. Simultaneously, the government must speed up the development and implementation of electronic information services.

Body has been high-lightened as one of the most important theme since the philosophy and the arts are focused on it in the late 20th century. It would be of worth to study the characteristics of contemporary fiber-art works, especially done by Abakanowiz who has been regarded as a dominant pioneer in the contemporary fiber-arts from the viewpoint of inter-grade of the physicals and the mental. This paper, therefore, deals with the Abaknowiz' works in the context of human body and body-signs. Life and works might be classified into 5 stages: first, learning period since her birth in 1930, second, creation period of Abakans, third, remodelling period of Abakans, fourth, composition and dissolution period of Abakans and the last and fifth, new transformation period of Abakans. 'Abakans' through her whole life as an artist have been a plastic language and based ultimately on external human body but in various materials and forms. Abakan as a human-sign uses the past experiences and the texts of the other world in mixed and overlapped forms. Life-size Abakans by Abaknowiz can be easily understood as Abakanowiz herself and her Polish ancestor at the same time. The neuter Abakans with mashed face and obscure body is a expressive figure of coexisting world with opposite concepts like war and ideology, anxiety and freedom, man and woman, and etc. Human body as body-sign is an extensive image has existed since our forefathers and overlapped with the inter textual and the popular images. 'Abakans' that is our world and inner-self at the same time might be a window through which she tries to show what the world is.

The IBC (Intra-Body Communication) benefits from a wireless communication system for exchanging various kinds of digital information through wearable electronic devices and sensors. The IBC using the human body as the transmission channel allows wireless communication without the transmitting radio frequency waves to the air. This paper discusses the results of experiments on electrostatic coupling IBC based on FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) and 1 bit error correction. We implemented FSK communication and 1 bit error correction algorithm using the MCU boards and aluminum tape electrodes. The transmitter modulates digital data using 50% duty square wave as carrier signal and transmits data through human body. The receiver performs ADC (Analog to Digital Conversion) on carrier signal from human body. In order to figure out the frequency of carrier signal from ADC results, we applied zero-crossing algorithm which is used to detect the edge characteristic in computer vision. Experiment results shows that digital data modulated as square wave can be successfully transmitted through human body by applying the proposed architecture of a 1ch GPIO as a transmitter and 1ch ADC for as a receiver. Also, this paper proposes 1 bit error correction technique for reliable IBC. This technique performs error correction by utilizing the feature that carrier signal has 50% duty ratio. When 1 bit error correction technique is applied, the byte error rate at receiver side is improved around 3.5% compared to that not applied.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of nutrition education program and pamphlet for the lower grades elementary students focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System. Program consisted of four lessons (40 min/lesson), "5 major nutrients & function", "6 food group and sources", "daily needed food exchange units for normal body weight", and "smart snack choice and exercise". Pamphlet as activity book was developed for the program. The subjects were 3rd grade elementary students (educated group, 31 vs. non-educated group, 31). Educated group were lessoned as group and/or individual. We examined the differences in nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes, dietary intakes and satisfaction of the program and pamphlet. In educated group, there were positive improvements on nutrition knowledge score "function and foods of 5 nutrients" and on dietary attitudes "type of breakfast and snacks". In the evaluation of dietary intakes according to KDRI, there were positive improvements on intakes level of riboflavin, vit. C, folate, Ca, P, Fe and Zn in educated group. In satisfaction with the program and pamphlet, contents, font size, visual, figure, difficulty and program curriculum were over 2.90/3.0. It showed that the developed nutrition education program and pamphlet focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System improved nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and nutrients intake level in the lower grades elementary students.

Freed from its traditional confinement to the human body, postmodernism in fashion exposes the defectiveness of body and abstracts from the body under. Deformation of the body denotes the break away from the idealized and standardized body for mass productions. It tends to experiment with extreme exaggeration in form, refusing to subscribe to the traditional values that build on the balance and symmetry of the body. Bodily deformation carried out historical and cultural pastiche opposes the sartorial convention and symbolism which results in the discord between signifiant and $signifi{\acute{e}}$ of clothing. As a type of intimate architecture, fashion always mediates the dialogue between clothes and body, or fashion and figure. My study suggests a framework to analyze bodily deformation as pastiche, focusing on the relationship between clothes and the body. In order to inquire the deformation of the body in fashion, my study examines subjects of the fashion collections of the turn of the 21st century, using the method of literature research and content analysis.
