무선 인터넷 서비스가 다양화됨에 따라 핸드폰에 올라가는 시스템 소프트웨어들은 매우 복잡해지고 이에 따라 출시되는 시간도 오래 걸리게 되었다. 경쟁적인 휴대폰 시장에서는 새로운 서비스가 올라간 새 휴대폰을 빨리 시장에 출시하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 따라 휴대폰 개발사와 통신사는 어플리케이션과 운영 체제 사이의 통일된 실행 환경으로 모바일 핸드폰 플랫폼을 채택하려 한다. 본문에서는 한국의 최초 무선 인터넷 서비스 회시인 SK 텔레콤이 개발된 핸드폰 플랫폼인 T-PAK에 대해서 설명하도록 한다. T-PAK은 여러 어플리케이션과 서비스를 지원하기 위해 C와 C, 그리고 J2ME MIDP 까지 지원하는 일관된 API 집합들을 제공하고 있다. 이들 API 집합들은 전화 기능과 단말 리소스 관리 기능, 그리고 유연한 UI 기능을 포함하고 있으며 이들을 이용하여 T-PAK 이 핸드폰의 모든 기능을 가지게 하는 것이 가능했다. 또한 T-PAK에서는 이들 API 집합들을 구분된 DLL 형태로 가지고 있어서 내부에서 지원하는 동적 모듈 지원 기능을 이용하여 전파를 통하거나 케이블을 통해서 각자 확장하거나 업데이트 하는 것이 가능하다.

In order to develop a thin type ESP(Electrostatic Precipitator) for high efficient air-conditioner with low concentration of ozone generation, collecting electrode spacing should be narrower than that from Deutsch formula and minimizes discharge current in ionizer. In this paper, the effect of applied voltage on the precipitation efficiency and ozone concentration of scroll type ESP was studied. As a result, precipitation efficiency(one pass) was improved by about 30[%] from increment of collector voltage(3.5[㎸]). Precipitation efficiency was increased with increasing ionizer voltage. And after some point, the efficiency was saturated. At the point, voltage and ionizer current was 5.2[㎸] and 95$[\muA]$ per meter respectively. At these applied voltage conditions, ozone concentration was saturated about 0.01[ppm] after 3 hours in 23$[m^3]$ closed room test.

변장비의 변화가 사각실린더에 작용하는 유체력에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 EDISON_열유체를 사용하여 수치해석을 하였다. 낮은 레이놀즈수 영역($100{\leq}Re{\leq}200$)에서 사각실린더의 변장비(W/H)를 0.5, 0.75, 1, 2로 변화시키며 해석을 수행하였고, 레이놀즈수와 변장비에 따른 스트로할수(St), 항력계수($C_D$), 양력계수($C_L$)를 비교하였다. 본 논문에서는 레이놀즈수와 실린더의 변장비가 스트로할수, 항력계수, 양력계수에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 중점을 두었다. 해석결과 레이놀즈수가 증가하고 변장비가 감소할수록 스트로할수, 항력계수, 양력계수가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문을 통해서 레이놀즈수와 사각실린더의 변장비가 사각실린더에 작용하는 유체력에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The basidiomycete fungus Cryptococcus neoformans is an important pathogen of immunocompromised people. The ability of the fungus to sense its environment is critical for proliferation and the generation of infectious propagules, as well as for adaptation to the mammalian host during infection. The conserved cAMP/protein kinase A pathway makes an important contribution to sensing, as demonstrated by the phenotypes of mutants with pathway defects. These phenotypes include loss of the ability to mate and to elaborate the key virulence factors capsule and melanin. This review summarizes recent work that reveals new targets of the pathway, new phenotypic consequences of signaling defects, and a more detailed understanding of connections with other aspects of cryptococcal biology including iron regulation, pH sensing, and stress.

To test preschool children's medium- long distance stereoscopic vision normal average value, and intermittent strabismus children,s medium-long distance stereoscopic vision acuteness is the goal of this study. The software of random stereoscopic vision and graph, which is developed by Hu-Chong etc has been used, to test 414 cases normal preschool children and 19 cases intermittent exotropia childrens medium-long distance (1-5 m) stereoscopic vision (before operation and after operation). The normal average value of preschool children's medium-long distance stereoscopic vision was achieved. Intermittent exotropia children's stereoscopic vision acuteness was declined with the increase of distance. This method can provide reference as screening abnormal stereoscopic vision during scientific research and clinical work.

In this paper, we have obtained the Electron Energy Distribution Function(EEDF) in plasma by using two differentiators and investigated the EEDFs by sawtooth and triangle waveform voltages with the working pressures and the positions of single probe. It is found that as the working pressure is decreased, the EEDFs approach to theMaxwellian distribution independent of the waveforms of probe voltage. On the otherhand, as the position of probe is moved from the center of the plasma to its edge, the EEDF of sawtooth waveform probe voltage approaches to the Maxwellian distribution, but the EEDF of triangle waveform probe voltage deviates from the Maxwellian distribution.

The $LiFePO_4$ as cathode materials for lithium ion batteries was synthesized by the solid-state reaction using ballmiller and employed one step heat treatment at $650^{\circ}C$. The influence of the heating time on the structure, particle size and cycle performance was investigated. $LiFePO_4$ heated at $650^{\circ}C$ for 3 h exhibited higher discharge capacity of 140 mAh/g and excellent cycle performance.

We have prepared p-type ZnO:Al films in pure oxygen ambient on n-type Si (100) and homo buffer layers by RF magnetron sputtering system. Hall effect measurement shows that the film annealed at $600^{\circ}C$ possesses p-type conductivity and the film annealed $800^{\circ}C$ does not. PL spectra show different properties of p- and n-type ZnO film. The corresponding peaks of PL spectra of p- and n-type show at about same positions. The intensities of high photon energy of n-type film on buffer shows decreasing tendency.

Enhancement of the exchange bias and optimization of the structure have been the focus that many researchers studied, recently [1]. In this report, magnetic properties of MTJs with structure of Si/Ta (5)/Cu (10)/ Ta (5)/ Ni$\sub$80/Fe$\sub$20/ Cu (5)/ Mn$\sub$75Ir$\sub$25/ (10)/ Co$\sub$70/Fe$\sub$30/ (2.5)/ Al-O (1.5)/ Co$\sub$70/Fe$\sub$30/ (2.5)/ Ni$\sub$80/Fe$\sub$20/ (t)/ Ta (5) (t=0,10, 30, 60 and 100 nm, respectively) were investigated. The relationship between the structure and magnetic parameters of interfacial exchange coupling and interlayer coupling in as-deposited and annealed junctions was studied. The temperature dependence of exchange coupling was considered.

In this study, the quality of mineral admixture, Comparison of blast-furnace slag(BS) and fly ash(FA)in Korea and China. In the case of BS, Korea is mainly classified into 1 type to 4 types according to the specific surface area, whereas China is classified into S105, 95, and 75 according to the activity index of 28 days of age. In the case of FA, Korea is like BS, is mainly classified into types 1 to 4 according to specific surface area, whereas China is classified into F, C (class F, class C) by ingredients and class I, II, and III according to powder and ignition loss.
