  • 본 연구에서는 엘리베이터 용량, 속도, 제어방식, 아파트 건설공법(현장타설공법 및 조립식공법), 승강로의 벽 및 천장구조 등 여러 요인별로 현장에서 엘리베이터 운행시 소음.진동량을 실측하고 문제점을 파악한 후, 현형 설계여건을 고려하여 PC구조아파트에 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 저감공법을 제시하였다.

보금자리 임대주택 공급목표의 타당성 평가 -민간주택 임차가구의 주거소요 분석을 중심으로- (Evaluating the Supply Plan of Public Rental Housing under the Lee Myung-bak Government -focused on housing needs of tenants in private rental housing-)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the supply plan of public rental housing under the Lee Myung-bak government. According to the supply plan, the government will supply public rental housings by 80,000 unit every year from 2009 to 2018, and achieve 12% as stock ratio in 2018. To evaluate the supply plan, this study analyzed housing needs of tenants in private rental housing by using the raw data of Korea Welfare Panel Survey(2008). The results are as follows: (1) It is difficult for the supply plan to meet the housing needs of tenants in private rental housing. (2) The link between supply plan and stock ratio target is weak. (3) To meet the housing needs, it is necessary to supply public rental housings by 107,000 unit every year for 10 years, and, in this case, the stock ratio will be 10% in 2018. In conclusion, this study proposed that the supply plan of public rental housing should be redesigned.

공동주택 가족구성원별 전력소비성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electricity Consumption Propensity by Household Members in Apartment Houses)

  • Korea is a country with an exceptionally high energy consumption. For economic reasons, Korean households are forced to save more energy. Korea's household energy consumption has grown slowly compared to other sectors and household energy consumption per capita is lower than the OECD average. However, its per capita electricity consumption soared and is expected to remain climbing mainly due to the increasing number of one-person households. To establish an effective strategy against a possible electricity shortage, the actual condition survey of electricity energy consumption first needs to be clearly understood. This study adopted both a general survey and a detailed survey of people living in apartment housings and data was collected on electrical appliance use according to individual schedules. Based on these data, the results were used to attempt to analyze electricity consumption patterns resulting from energy using activities of residents and to determine electricity consumption propensity according to each household member's characteristics in apartment housings.

  • Ecological villages should be designed not only for simply reducing environmental impact such as energy saving and alternative energy use, resource conservation and circulation, harmony with surrounding environment and nature, but also for encouraging social contact and community activities with the residents, especially the aged people. The aim of this paper is to find the ecological and social design elements for the ecological village planning derived through case studies. The case studies are selected from the environmental Co-housings in Western America, surveyed in the years of 2008 and 2009. The results are as follows; 1. The ecological design elements, although there are some differences in size and type, were found to be basically applied in every ecological villages. 2. The community activities are actively conducted with the participation of the residents based on a variety of programs. The two main purposes of the community activities are strengthening the residents' familiarity with each other and the volunteer services to the local community where they belong.

  • Up until the mid-90s, the housing market of Korea has been supplier-oriented with the constant shortage of housing supply. But today, with the surplus of supply over demand and ever-increasing competitiveness in the housing market, understanding consumers needs have become one of the keys to successful business. Consumers overall living standard have increased and they are now looking for better living environment. As a matter of course, there have been much studies focusing on the evaluation factors and consumers preferences of the living environment, somewhat overlooking the asset value of a residential property. Consumers see their house in terms of both a living space and an asset. Therefore, it is these two values altogether that influences the buying decision process of consumers. This study seeks to stress on the importance of the fact that it is both the living environment and asset value of a house that are considered in the buyers valuation of residential property. And the study suggests that influencing factors of housing attributes in the decision-making process of buyers be sub-categorized into two broad groups, value as a living space and value as an asset. This is to serve both the researcher in the academic field and marketers for better understanding of consumers needs and influencing factors of buyers valuation of housings vis-a-vis market.

산소공장 공기터보압축기(ATC)의 회전체동역학 설계특성 분석 및 진동저감 (Analysis of Rotordynamic Design Characteristics and Vibration Reduction of an Air Turbo Compressor for Oxygen Plant)

  • In this study rotordynamic characteristics of an air turbo-compressor (ATC) used in oxygen plant are analyzed and its operating-speed balancing is performed to solve the vibration trouble caused by rotor unbalance. Three dimensional model of the ATC rotor is completed and then analytical FE (finite element) model, which is verified by experimental modal testing, is developed. A rotordynamic analysis includes the critical map, Campbell diagram, and unbalance response, especially considering the pedestal housings supporting tilting pad bearings. A test run of operating-speed, using tilting-pad bearing of actual use, showed that the vibration level increased very sharply as approaching the rated speed. The operating-speed balancing specified by API 684 was carried out by using influence coefficient method. The results showed that the vibrations at the bearing pedestal housings represented good levels of 0.1 mm/s. From the test run and operating-speed balancing, the analytical results, that is, critical speeds are in good agreement with the test results and unbalance responses introducing the correction masses are similar to the as-is test responses in its aspect.

  • As the cities developed and grew into larger metropolises, land value grew and land invariably became an asset. One of very critical causalities of such widespread need for development was the urban residence that got converted into cesspools of urban slum, major crime area and rapidly degraded. Incessant population growth of these cities called for more land to build residences especially the economically affordable and safe housings were needed for the citizens of none or low-income community. However, not enough attentions have yet been given to the essential basics of human habitation that exist within metropolitan limits by social, economical and political aspects. The following paper studies and elaborates the development motivation adopted by the government to develop public housing in the United States under the technical guidance of supporters and developers from national and international communities. The paper discusses current situation of public housing in the United States with a focus on understanding the present status of public housing and physical condition of their surroundings, strategies for fund mobilization, types of local involvement and community participation, ways of continuous monitoring and maintenance, etc. thereby creating a self-sustaining and integrated management plan for public housings in the future.

신축 공동주택의 누기특성 및 기밀성능 분석에 관한 연구 (The Air Leakage Characteristics and Airtightness Performance of a Newly Built Apartment)

  • In responding to the recent framework convention on climate change, and the rise of the need for energy efficient buildings, such as Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB), domestic insulation standards and energy conservation regulations are being reinforced, to prevent heat loss. Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport have made amendments in Chapter 21 "Enforcement regulations for building facilities standards etc.", and Chapter 22 "Energy conservation standard", to reflect these changes. To effectively implement these regulations, it is required to propose air-tightness test methods, and establish air-tightness standards, based on the air leakage characteristics of domestic apartment housings. This research has been done primarily to collect basic technical data, to provide guidance for the establishment of domestic air-tightness standards for new apartment housing, through studying air-tightness test methods, field measurement on air-tightness of new apartment housings, and air leakage characteristics of major developed countries.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the typological characteristics of super high-rise housings in Hong Kong. The results are as follows; 1) The Plan types of the residential building in Hong Kong are mostly tower types and they show lots of curves on the external resident blocks so each resident families can face maximum open air. 2)Household arrangements or resident families form are shown as symmetrical and systematic type of structures that centers around the core. 3)The core types are mostly central core types and a portion of central core is planned to place void and alight garden for improving the lighting and ventilating problems. 4)If we review our room arrangements, they are arranged from entrance kitchen, livingroom bedroom to bathroom to the end. Livingrooms and dinning rooms are normally formed together. 5)If external resident blocks are facing the open air, one of the surface is on view axis, kitchen or bathroom are symmetrically located on the other side which faces the units for the purpose of ventilating.

주택시장 모형을 이용한 그린벨트 축소의 경제적 효과 분석 (An Analysis on the Economic Effects of the Reduction of Green-Belt by Housing Market Model)

  • 본 연구는 주택시장 모형을 이용하여 그린벨트 축소의 경제적 효과를 분석하였다. 그린벨트는 개발이 제한된 토지의 한 종류로 소비자 후생에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그린벨트는 토지의 개발을 제한함에 따라 주택의 공급에 영향을 미치게 되며, 또 다른 한편으로는 주거환경에 녹지를 공급해 줌으로써 주거환경을 개선하는 효과가 있다. 따라서 그린벨트의 축소는 주택시장의 공급을 증가시켜 임대료의 하락을 일으켜 소비자의 후생을 증가시킬 것으로 예상되는 반면 녹지를 파괴함으로써 주거환경을 악화시켜 소비자의 후생을 감소시킬 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 그린벨트의 축소로 인한 임대료의 하락 효과가 녹지파괴로 인한 주거환경 악화 효과보다 클 경우 소비자의 후생을 증가할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 임대료 하락의 효과가 보다 직접적으로 나타나 주거환경 악화 효과보다 커서 그린벨트 해제로 인해 소비자의 후생은 증가하였다.
