This study is on landscape design of existing rural village focused on for improvement of community. It's so one of serious problems in landscape in almost rural area of the nation. For the finding clue of landscape design of village view through this study, we surveyed 1 village located in Sangju city. By surveying landscape design factor of village, we can propose design method and a few results as follow; Firstly, the structure of village landscape has five principle factors. The five factors of landscape are history and culture, housing and building, nature, agriculture, and environment design. Secondly, color existing of housings is to contain a primary color on roof which is not in harmony. Nevertheless, we can also find the reform measure and the possibility because of the knowledge of village people.

A gearbox can be regarded as a self-exciting dynamic system, which has a vibration source. Transmission error (TE) is considered to be an main excitation source for gear noise and vibration. The TE excitation is transmitted through the gears, shafts, bearings, and housings. Thus, an experimental approach to each mechanical parts is useful in order to understand and evaluate the dynamic behaviour of a gearbox. This study is focused on the transmission and vibration characteristics of a helical gear system in development stage. In addition, by considering the tolerance factors and resonance characteristics, the vibration response of actual dynamic system is analysed.

Nowaday, The Sustainable Development about global environment is the most important subject. In urban environment, a variety of the nature energy utilization such as the solar energy are the most efficient solution to solve this issue. One of these efficient solutions, a photovoltaic system using sunlight has been introduced to the building with an advantage such as cost-effective, safe for using and good for environment friendly in light with energy utilization. Recently, many of the apartment housings are built in domestic country. The apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970's. now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in korea. The apartment housing applying to a photovoltaic system has been extensively studied in the foreign country but our county runs short. So, It was necessary to technical development of PV application which is suitable in Korean house culture. The objective of this study is to develop the building integrated PV application method for apartment building.

This study is for the insulation construction of inner wall in a bathroom facing on the outside in the housings. This new dry construction method can be constructed by a dry panel which is bonded tiles on the extruded and expanded poly-ethylene panel in stead of the existing wet construction method. Compared to the existing method, this panel is light movably and is constructed simply. These representative construction merits are getting wide span in a bath due to reducing wall thickness and saving construction period.

The need for urban-scale energy simulation is increasing as the world is aware of urgency to decrease $CO_2$ emission. As a bridge of building energy simulation and that of urban, this paper presents a case study to examine the effect of changing resolution of a model in case of complex apartment unit. Also it suggests a modeling strategy to correct differences caused by simplification of the model and evaluate the extent of its use.

Recently, the apartment building has been constructed in large quantities to provide housings due to the gravitation of population towards large cities. However, we're faced with a critical problem of deterioration of our dwelling environment caused by the trend toward high-rise apartment which could be an obstruction in obtaining sufficient sunlight. Therefore, there have been several legislative actions against infringement on the right of sunshine. In the building law, sunshine hours and the minimal separated distance between apartments are regulated as the criteria for the site planning, However, the minimal separated distance was defined without consideration of the parameters like building orientation and thermal effect of the sunshine hours in the site planning for the apartment building. In this study, the sunshine hours and heating energy during the underheated season for various arrangements in site planning are carefully considered and analyzed.

A housing market in an urban area is not just a single market but a combination of regionally different submarkets. This study begins with a critical mind that previous researches did not consider the spatial autocorrelation of each area where the housings are located. The clustering analysis of housing submarket which considers spatial autocorrelation is performed as it follows. First, 4 housing market attribute variables are reducted to 1 variable by principle component analysis. Then, after calculating $Gi^*max$ by AMOEBA, 7 housing submarkets which have similar characteristics based on $Gi^*max$ are classified. The characteristics of each submarket are investigated, then political implication is deduced as the following. Different level of housing policy should be made to each cluster because each cluster has different level of spatial autocorrelation.

This Study is, under the Situation that the Germ of the Autogenetic Capitalism were Broken by the Imported Force, and were Transplanted the Western Capitalism by force, and go through Imperialized Procedure, the Resaerch how the Modernizing of our Capitalistic Constructions were settled down, how Developed the Tradition of Native Architectural Technologies by those technocrafts, and What Came out the Architectural Productive Character in those Housings. The Conclusions of this Study are as Follows. First, Improvemental Tradition Housing Constructions by the Native Capital were Hard Tasks, under the Situation that Japanese Imperial Constructions have Monopolized the Whole Korean Constructions and it has been Prosperous. Second, Improvemental Tradition Housing Constructions by the Native Capital Imported Modernized Capital Management System, It, after that, Influenced our Constructions Seriously. Third, It is a Desiable Fact that Acceded Traditional Style, Provided the Small-middle Class Housing for the Common People on those Demand. Fourth, It is a Point that Contribute the Mooing Problem of Korea. Fifth, It is that Supply the Low-class Housing.

This spatial inclusion in actual housings are realized in the division of cellular space, formation of room through frontality, transition of room through material surface, and the dual-systemizing of circulation into function and formality. This simultaneously establishes the self-sufficiency of individual spaces and the interrelations between volumes, and leads to Raumplan, which is a form of architecture that gradually includes space within space. Though its dichotomous consideration of space. It economizes their use, which answers to the actual request of architecture in the modern era.
