주거단지의 환경지속성 평가지표 개발을 위한 중요 평가항목 선정에 관한 연구 (Selectioni of the Important Evaluation Items for Development of Environmental Sustainability Indics of Housing Estate)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the important evaluatio items for developing the environmental sustainability indices of housing estate. In this research, the principles of environmental sustainability were established on the concept of ESSD, and twenty-two evaluation items were explored on the basis of questionnaire of experts, the twenty-two items are ranked in order of iportant level and it is a appeared that 'development density' is most iportant evaluation item. In conclusion, twelve important items were selectd; 'development density', 'preservation of natural forest and topography' , 'amount of green area', 'reduction of water pollution','reuse of wastes','garbage discharge','reduction of air pollution','distribution of land use','rainwater infiltraton and preservaton of underground water','site planning for energy saving','separated collection of wastes','access to natural forest andwaters around housing estate'

  • 건축물에서 사용되는 에너지 저감을 위한 노력이 활발히 진행되고 있는 가운데 공동주택 건설시 에너지 저감형 자재를 활용하는 것이 국내 에너지 소비량을 줄이는데 효과적이다. 하지만, 에너지 저감형 자재에 대한 성능 검토 및 시공관련 자료들이 체계화되어 있지 못해 설계 및 시공 시 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 공동주택 에너지 저감형 자재의 재료적 특성, 상세도, 시방서 등 설계에서 시공에 이르는 자료들을 DB로 구축하기 위해 효과적인 방안들을 제시하였다.

아파트 거주자의 생활 및 운영관리가 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Apartment Inhabitants' Life Management and Administrative Management on Housing Satisfaction)

  • This study aims to find the causal relationship between the effects of apartment inhabitants' life management and administrative management on housing satisfaction. The study results are as follows. Firstly, life management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, the better the management of public order and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing satisfaction. Thus, the principal agent of management needs to increase inhabitants' housing satisfaction through education and training on developing life management techniques. Secondly, administrative management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Thus, the more accurate the completion documents and management transfer process necessary for administrative management, the higher the cost-cutting effects of accounting, construction, and service contracts, the more transparent the resident agreement process in accordance with management policies, the more transparent the election process of building representatives and resident representatives, and the higher the effects of energy saving, the higher the housing satisfaction of inhabitants. This revealed that the principal agent of management needs to increase housing satisfaction through education and training on developing administrative management techniques because the level of administrative management had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. As a result, in order to create reliability between inhabitants and the principal agents of management, the transparency of administrative management such as document disclosure must be ensured, thus improving the housing satisfaction of inhabitants.

아파트의 리모델링시 적합한 열관류율 대안의 도출 (Derivation of Appropriate Thermal Transmittance Alternatives in Apartment Remodeling)

  • 본 연구에서는 2020년까지 리모델링을 하는 국내 아파트에 에너지절약을 할 수 있는 방안을 제공하기 위하여 해외 패시브하우스에 적용된 에너지절약을 위한 기술들에 대해 알아보고 이를 통하여 우리나라에 적용 가능한 패시브적인 요소기술을 도출하였다. 또한 이를 적용 시 에너지절감율을 알아보기 위하여 국내의 건물에너지효율등급인증제도를 사용하여 선정한 5개 사례의 에너지절감율을 산출하고 등급을 부여하여 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 통하여 에너지를 절약할 수 있는 합리적인 열관류율 대안을 도출하고, 국내에서 추진되는 아파트 리모델링 프로젝트에 제시하였으며, 이 방안은 표준주택 대비 에너지를 40%이상 절약 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 그린 홈의 보급확대와 평가기법 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구체적으로는 기 조사된 실측 데이터를 기본으로 시뮬레이션 결과 값의 보간 및 설비시스템의 교체에 따른 효과 검토를 통하여 에너지 절감량 및 이산화탄소 배출 삭감량 평가 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한, 그린 홈의 보급확대에 따른 비용 검토를 통하여 그린홈을 건설하는 사업자에게는 지방세법 개정에 따른 취등록세 감면 등의 지원대책을 수립하였다.

기존 설계기준 아파트와 친환경 저에너지 아파트의 $LCCO_2$ 비교 ($LCCO_2$ Comparison of Existing Apartment Housing and Environment-Friendly Apartment Housing)

  • In October 2009, the Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs noticed 'Environment-friendly housing construction standards and performance' to build energy saving environment-friendly housings (Green Homes) for the reduction of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission. In this study, the $CO_2$ emissions were evaluated during the life cycle of the existing apartments which were built in 1980's and Green Home apartment. $LCCO_2$ was evaluated by dividing the life cycle into three stages which are construction, maintenance and destruction stage. $CO_2$ emission from the materials for improving insulation performance was estimated by Input-output analysis. As a result, in 40 year-life cycle of $84\;m^2$ apartment, 400.68 T-$CO_2$ was emitted from 1980's apartment, on the other hand 231.02 T-$CO_2$ was emitted from Green Home apartment.

도심 임대아파트의 에너지 및 상수 소비 특성에 관한 연구 (An Analysis on the Characteristics of Energy and Water Consumption in Urban Rental Apartment)

  • It has been a serious problem to consume the energy of apartment while increasing to use of heating & cooling System because of residence environmental upgrades. Great attention has been shown to the problem of the rental apartment, so there are few reports of energy consumption about the rental apartment in korea. To solve the lack of housing, our country has supplied an enormous volume of apartments, and these days it occupies 75% of our buildings. As apartments occupy most of our housings, the rate of energy usage from them are also high. On this, setting apartment energy reduction as a target, by researching the actual conditions of energy consumption and drawing a basis data, we can apply this as a way of saving energy, rationalization of the scale of energy supply facilities and a standard when planning facilities. To grasp the present condition of energy usage of the urban rental apartment, this research analysed the use of electricity, gas and water monthly and annually of a rental apartment that is located in Daegu. The results showed that in 2003 the electricity usage was 1,198MWh but 1,315MWh in 2007, which means 9% of electricity usage increases every year. The average of water usage was $85,072\;m^2$ per year and typical energy consumption unit was $604.2\;MJ/m^2$ on $74.4\;m^2$ of area and $448.8\;MJ/m^2$ on $105.8\;M^2$. By showing the usage of energy and water of the urban rental apartment, understanding the tendency and preparing an typical energy consumption unit standard through this research, apartments should use energy more efficiently.

외기냉방을 이용한 냉방부하 절감 연구 (Reduction of Cooling Load using Outdoor Air Cooling)

  • Due to enhanced sealing and insulation of buildings, extensive use of glasses for building envelopes and increased use of heat generating office equipments, energy consumption of modem buildings for cooling is steadily increasing. With outdoor air cooling(ODAC) system, cooling load can be reduced by exchanging indoor air with the cold outdoor air during spring and fall seasons. If ODAC is operated based only on temperature, total cooling load may virtually increase if the outdoor humidity is high. To overcome this problem, ODAC should be controlled based on enthalpy. In this work energy saving characteristics of enthalpy controlled ODAC is studied using dynamic simulation. The result shows that cooling load can be reduced by 27% by adopting ODAC.

농촌주택 표준설계도의 관련 법적 기준에의 적합성 분석 연구 (A Suitability Analysis on the legal standards of the Rural Housing Standard Plans)

  • The Rural Housing Standard Plans for improving the quality of life and housing stability in rural areas has been developed 87 types from 1994 to 2012. However, some types of Plans do not satisfy the current legal standard in accordance with social and legal changes. Standard plans has the same effect as a building permit, and replace it, so legal suitability of Plans is an important. Therefore, it is required the suitability analysis on the legal standards of Rural Housing Standard Plans. The Purpose of this study is to derive improper types and items of the Rural Housing Standard Plans on the legal standards. In this study, we analyzed its suitability on the legal standards(law on fire-fighting system installation and safety management, energy saving design criteria for buildings, structural checklist for small buildings, the types of drawing for building permit) in accordance with "rules for the operation of standard plans". And we analyzed the utilization of the Rural Housing Standard Plans through downloads from welchon portal.

이중외피시스템의 차음성능 평가에 관한 연구 -전면형 이중외피시스템을 중심으로- (A Study on the Evaluation of Sound Insulation Performance of Double Skin Facade -Focus on the Multi-story type of Double Skin Facade-)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sound insulation performance and present fundamental data for sound insulation plan about open and close windows of inner facade and outer facade of Double-skin Facade system applied to multi-story type. The Headquarter of Green Building and the Energy Saving Building in the Korea Institute of Energy Research was selected for experiment. Measurement method which are specified in the Korea Standard 2235 were selected for this study. As the result of this study, 1) Sound insulation performance of Multi-layer type of Double-skin Facades is very excellent about outdoor noise. 2) Vertical level is higher, it shows that more decreases sound pressure level.
