경험디자인이 적용된 토탈 인테리어 브랜드의 쇼룸 만족도 - 국내 건자재 기업들이 운영하는 쇼룸을 중심으로 - (The Satisfaction with the Showrooms of the Total Interior Brands applied on Experience Design - Focused on the Showrooms Managed by Domestic Building Material Companies -)

  • The home interior market has been expanding due to the continuing increase of single-person households, the craze for DIY interior design, the increasing demands for old-house renovation and the customer needs for good housing conditions. Now the building materials companies are scrambling for the whole interior market share. The heretofore companies have focused only on the single items, but now they are promoting the comprehensive interior products as total interior brands. Besides, they use their own showrooms to share their brand culture experience and have communication with their customers. As for the show rooms, they have got to represent the identities of the building materials brands. And to present them effectively, it needs to meet the customer needs and emotions. In this connection, the object of this study is to clarify the definitions and the characteristics of the show rooms and the experience design through the literature research, analysis the space characteristics of the experience design in the show rooms of total interior brands, investigate their customer satisfaction and present the direction and the effective methods of the space design for the show rooms of the future. And the study result shows the experience design is the key factor to the high user satisfaction. Thus, the show rooms should provide the well-balanced experience with the adoption of a variety of experience design elements. Especially, the experience design elements are needed in the room to display the merchandise. Lastly, the show rooms are expected to increase constantly, so the study targeted at the specific area, Seoul should be expanded to other areas. And this study based on the customer survey alone have a limit to giving the concrete proposals. Therefore, the follow-up studies with the different methods such as one-to-one interview will be in demand.

노인가구 유형별 주거만족도 영향요인 비교연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing Residential Satisfaction by Elderly Household Types)

  • Because of rapid aging, housing stability of elderly household is becoming an important social problem. The population of the elderly people was 11.3% and that of the elderly household was 23.2%, about 407 million, in 2010. Yet, social policies for elderly people are focusing on the household who takes care of the elderly people, not on the elderly headed households. These policies fail to reflect the reality. Housing satisfaction of the elderly household is different based on the tenure type and the satisfaction can be further affected by the types of elderly household within the same tenure group. Thus, strengthening the policies for the elderly headed households as well as differentiating the policies based on the types of household is required in order to meet the needs of the elderly households. For the elderly household living in a rent house in a city, a housing voucher is needed and for the low income elders who own their houses, housing renovation is required. Public housing affects only the residential satisfaction of single elderly households, not for all elderly households probably because public housing does not meet the demand of the elderly households appropriately. Since the elderly households wanting to move is noticeably small, a policy that provides proper facilities within the elders' neighborhood is most necessary. Also, in order to lessen the burden of housing expenses of the elders with low income, a public housing policy, in which 2-3 people living together in one public housing, needs to be examined.

중앙난방방식을 지역난방.소형열병합난방방식으로 전환시의 경제성 비교 분석 (Analysis for the Economic efficiency of District Heating and Gas Engine Co-generation System comparing with Central Heating System)

  • This study was conducted to calculate the LCC of a apartment complex with a type of heating system, district heating and cogeneration system. For the purpose of analyzing LCC according to size of apartment complex, 500, 1,500 and 4,000 houses of model apartment selected. This research performs design of heating system and the life cycle cost analysis including an initial cost, energy cost, maintenance and operation cost, replacement cost and renovation cost during the project period(15years). According to the calculated results, 1) Initial cost of cogeneration system with 500, 1500 and 4000 houses is higher than district heating system each of 20%, 13%, 12%. 2) In case of cogeneration system, the payback period by electric generation is 5.21, 4.92 and 4.47 years and saving cost was calculated 29 billion won, 94 billion won and 262 billion won after payback period. 3) Cogeneration system LCC was 1.12, 1.07 and 1.06 times larger than district system with the size of apartment complex. According to the case of this study district heating system is more efficient than cogeneration system in terms of the reduction of LCC. 4) Gas Engine Co-generation System is more efficient than other systems because it can collect progressive part from electric charge progressive stage system. However, the efficiency is decreasing because of raising of fuel bills(LNG) and lowering of power rate for house use. Especially the engine is foreign-made so the cost of maintenance and repair is high and the technical expert is short. 5) District heating is also affected by fuel bills so we should improve energy efficiency through recovering of waste heat(incineration heat, etc.). Also, we should supply district cooling on the pattern of heat using of let the temperature high in winter and low in summer.

해외거주 한인의 주공간 사용 및 주생활 분석을 통해 본 주거문화의 비교 고찰 - 호주(Australia)와 캐나다(Canada)를 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study of Housing Culture of Korean Immigrants through Analysis of Living Arrangement in Australia and Canada)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide information about domestic living of Korean immigrants in Australia and Canada who have the same cultural background for comparative study. For this, usage of domestic space and living style in housing of 52 Korean households in Melbourne of Australia and 32 Korean households in the region of Waterloo of Canada were analyzed. Ethnographic research with questionnaire were used. Results of the research were as follows. 1. Korean immigrants in each countries were living in houses which was built by company of Australia and Canada. 44.2% of Korean immigrants in Australia were using L+D K and 53.1% of Korean immigrants in Canada were using L D K. 2. Laundry was indispensable for Korean immigrants in both countries and they all wanted to use the laundry as a utility room which could dry, ironing and so on. 3. Drain hole on the floor of the bathroom was not indispensable for most Korean immigrants in both countries for hygienic reason. 4. Korean immigrants in both countries were ironing in master bedroom and they all wanted to separate it from there through renovation and extension and so on. 5. Korean immigrants in Canada were more active to use the formal lounge which has been planned as a traditional element of western house. 6. The seating style of Korean immigrants in both countries belong to chair-seating style mostly. But it was clear that they were making Kimchi with floor seating style in both countries. 7. A level of satisfaction about using carpet was not high for Korean immigrants in both countries cause of uneasiness to clean and it was considered to relate to the floor seating style of them. 8. Almost Korean immigrants were took off the shoes inside of the house and they had shoes cabinet beside the entrance or basement usually. 9. The most popular heating system was ducted heating in both countries. The level of satisfaction about this was different for Korean immigrants in Australia and Canada but most desirable heating system was Ondol for them in both countries commonly.

모듈러 공법을 활용한 신축매입임대주택 계획방안 연구 (A Study on the Planning Approaches for Newly Constructed Purchased Rental Housing Utilizing Volumetric Modular Construction)

  • 본 연구는 매입임대주택을 시공하는데 모듈러 공법을 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 탐구했다. 특히 규모가 작은 매입임대주택을 중심으로 조사하여, 이러한 주택이 기획부터 시공까지의 공급 기간을 단축하고 거주자의 요구를 유연하게 수용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있음을 확인했다. 이러한 민관 협력은 지역사회 계획에도 확장되어 전통적인 임대주택 모델을 벗어나 지역 수요에 맞는 맞춤형 모델을 구축하는데 활용될 수 있다. 현재 매입임대주택은 대도시에서 수요와 공급이 많으며, 주로 다세대 주택, 다가구주택, 연립주택으로 구성되어 있다. 상자형 모듈러주택을 활용할 때에는 모듈 크기와 운반성을 고려하는 것이 중요하며, 이러한 공장 제작 방식을 활용하면 공급 효율성과 품질 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러주택 모델을 계획하고 건설 및 철거 효율성을 높일 수 있는 세 가지 건설기술을 제안했다. 중간에 기둥이 없는 세대 평면, 상자형 모듈러 공법을 활용한 코어 제작, 건축 구성재의 공업화 및 건식 공법 등이 그 예이다. 이러한 공법을 활용하여 노후화된 주택 정비와 수요 대응을 위해 모듈러 공법을 활용한 매입임대주택의 신축 모델을 제시했다. 이 모델은 36m2과 54m2 크기의 16세대로 구성되었으며, 대지의 규모가 660m2 이상이고, 6m 이상 도로에 접한 경우에는 다른 대지에서도 활용할 수 있다. 근거리의 여러 필지에 신축할 경우 클러스터형 개발도 고려하여 건설 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

개방돈사의 무창돈사형 환기시설 개선 효과 (The Effect of Vantilation System Renovation from Winch Style to Non-window Style for Swine Barn)

  • $\bigcirc$ 현장조사 결과 우리나라 개방식 돈사의 측벽 비율은 윈치시설이 90% 이상이었고, 반무창은 5%였으며 무창 또한 5% 전후로 조사되었다. $\bigcirc$ 리모델링 돈사는 복도덕트로 입기를 하였고 지붕 또는 측벽배기로 하였고 이때 돈사의 폭 10~12 m, 길이 30~50m 전후로 조사되었다. $\bigcirc$ 에너지 절감효과를 위한 복도 설치는 개방식 돈사의 리모델링 개조시 돈사 출입문에 복도 2~3 m (돈사길이 비율 7~8%)를 설치가 양호하였다. $\bigcirc$ 리모델링 돈사의 환기시스템은 복도에서의 덕트를 통한 입기를 실시하고 양쪽 측벽을 판넬 등으로 밀폐화 (무창)를 하고 측벽배기를 하였다. $\bigcirc$ 폐사율 저감은 개선전 11% (47두)에서 개선후 3% (12두) (73% 감소) 되었으며, 에너지 절감효과는 개선전 155만 원 (5,595 kw)에서 개선후 73만 원이었다. $\bigcirc$ 경제성을 분석한 결과 400두 돈사를 리모델링 할 경우 겨울철 4개월 (12월부터 3월까지) 사육할 경우 2,835,680원 이익을 얻을 수 있었다.
