The core of this study is to develop an edutech utilization program to be applied to 5th grade students by utilizing school curriculum time, and the conclusions based on the results of the study are as follows. First, for the development of future educational programs using edutech, a content preference survey was conducted and significant responses were confirmed from 27 teachers and 216 students, excluding missing values. In the future education implementation, UCC (video shooting, editing, etc.) and work activities (3D pen, 3D printer, etc.) were selected based on the need for separate edtech devices. Second, in order to develop a future education program using edutech, the future education class module was set in 4 stages based on previous research. First of all, in Make a foundation, theories by subject are developed, and in Open an activity, future education experience activities using key edutech are developed. In Organize evaluation, individual self-evaluation was conducted, and based on this, customized in-depth supplementary activities were conducted in Act individually. Third, in order for future education programs using edutech to be organized in the regular curriculum, sufficient connectivity with the curriculum must be secured. The basis for systematic and stable research was prepared by analyzing the curriculum of the 5th grade subject of the study and securing hours in connection with creative experiential activities. The data developed through this process were modified and supplemented based on the content validity test. The fact that the program application and verification steps were not performed is a limitation of this study, but it is expected that this program will expand the possibility of future education practice in the school field.
This study has attempted to figure out differences between emotional labor and psychosocial stress by occupation-related variables against hairdressing industry workers. For this, a total of 191 hairdressers in Busan were examined using emotional labor scale and psychosocial stress scale. The survey was conducted from July 1 to 30, 2011 using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe's test. Then, the following results were obtained: First, according to analysis on difference in emotional labor by occupation-related variables, difference was found by monthly income in 'control of emotion' category. In terms of 'emotional dissonance,' difference was observed by job title and monthly income. In 'positive expression of emotions,' difference was detected by monthly income and number of off-days per month. Second, according to analysis on difference in psychosocial stress by occupation-related variables, differences were found by age, job title, education, work experience, monthly income, working hours and number of off-days per month. According to the analysis above, monthly income is related with both emotional labor and psychosocial stress among occupation-related variables.
To investigate the comparison of dietary status and health behaviors according to obesity, 239 male workers were selected and classified as normal (18.5-22.9 27.2%), overweight (23-24.9, 37.7%), and obese (25-29.9, 35.2%) by body mass index ($kg/m^2$). The SAS (ver. 9.2) program was used and verified by the chi-square and f-value methods. Drinking frequency(2-3 times a week) was higher in normal males(45.3%), but not as high as in obese males (48.1%) (p<0.001). Smoking frequency and amount were the highest in overweight males, but not-quit-smoking was high in obese males(51.9%) (p<0.001). Exercise time was longer in normal males(108 minutes) than other groups(69 overweight males, and 82 obese males (p<0.01). Obese groups(73.8%) slept well (p<0.001), but overweight males(44.4%) showed less than 6 hours of sleep (p<0.01). Meal frequency differed by group(two meals a day 67.7% in normal males (p<0.001), no-snack 65.5% in obese males(p<0.001). The frequency of eating-out was once a day in normal males (38.5%), differed in the eating-out time (lunch(45.8%) in normal males, dinner in overweight males(52.1%) and obese males(59.5%) (p<0.01). Korean food (49.3%) was selected, but noodle differed by group(10.2% normal 21.5% obese (p<0.01). Self-perception of body differed from the body's actual condition(p<0.001). For weight control, exercise(56.4%) was practiced more than diet(18.6%). Nutrition knowledge was poor (correct answer rate was 36.7% in normal males, 41.7% in overweight males, and 46.7% in obese males). For eating attitudes, obese males answered more in "flexible to change eating habits", "supplemented when poor eating"(p<0.001), normal responded in "impact on nutrition to health", "try new food for health"(p<0.01). From these results, it is evident that male workers, especially overweight ones, must work to learn more about health and nutrition so as to combat chronic diseases.
In recent years, an increase in deaths and injuries of port cargo handling workers, has raised the need for more effective accident management. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accident risk for port cargo handling workers and assess ports with high accident risk within the Korean alternative ports using the Entropy & GRA (Grey Relational Analysis). To achieve this purpose, first, 11 Korean ports were selected and the evaluative factors for their outranking evaluation by brainstorming were extracted. Second, the Grey Relational Coefficient of 11 alternative ports was calculated using the GRA. This paper, finally, determined the priority orders of accident risk through calculation of the Grey Relational Grade as the link Grey Relational Coefficient method and the weights of the evaluative factors were calculated by using the Entropy method. In the proposed model, eight criteria such as cargo worker, old cargo worker, work hours, facilities environment, steel cargo volumes, cargo volumes, injury numbers, and death numbers were collected. Busan port was identified as highest accident risk port, and so it should be a top priority to develop a plan to mitigate the risk.

It works as intermediation of communication of publics these days. Since 20 century, We, Koreans, have established new chaotic multi culture with traditional Korean culture and other different culture from everywhere. Meanwhile, we occupied the most powerful semi-conduct and IT indusry. Within those circumstance, people feel very confused in political, cultural and social aspect. The society armed with economy and popularization promotes material satisfaction with this potential possibility of anonymous masses. However, it results to cause loneliness, isolation, alienation, anonymity, non individuality and commodity of culture. In my work, such phenomenon reveals through human character in a city. People are exposed culture of consumption and surrounded and tempted by all those artificial and superficial atmosphere. Human are possessed and exposed to attractive products and visual images. Finally they make themselves stuck in their case of this world. People lose their own identify and shape of bodies. That is our portrait, who are living this moment. Also, this is a symbol that destroys this modern society. As a result, 1 consider such aspects through those elements above to think how to keep and rethink our identity and what to do for this world.
There are a lot of kinds of shrimps for fishing baits, but Palaemon modestus is dominant species in the Karak River. The ecology in the natural environments was reported by the author (1970) and this work is an elemental task for the larval stage in shrimp farms. Shrimps were collected from the Karak River and carried to the laboratory. Hatched larvae were reared from June 6 to June 24, 1970 for pre-experiment, and main experiment was provided from August 10 to August 24, 1970. The following is a summary of the results: 1. Hatching period in the laboratory water tank was eight hours ($20^{\circ}C\~20.9^{\circ}C$). 2. The larvae died off from the sixth day after hatch without food. 3. Feeding begins on the third day after hatch. 4. The relationship between the density of food and the consumption was not concerned when the number of Artemia nauplii was 2 to 6 per ml of water. 5. In general, security employees are more vulnerable to the risk of various incidents and accidents due to the specificity of their work, and they are less exposed to job satisfaction due to irregular working hours such as night shifts and physical labor. There is a concern that conflicts over turnover will be intensified. Therefore, companies should pay attention to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention through effective human resource management of security employees who have influence on company's profit creation, so that companies should strive for competitiveness and development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of casino security employee's job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intentions in a questionnaire survey of security employees at Grand Korea Leisure Corporation. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. As a result of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the job satisfaction of the public enterprise security workers, the higher the organizational commitment and the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, if the company has competitiveness through effective human resource management that affects the wage satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, boss satisfaction and turnover intention affecting the organizational commitment, This study can be applied in the sense that it is possible to give.
The purpose of this study was designed to help the operation of the hospital organization through analysis of factors influencing organizational commitment of general hospital nurses. 129 nurses in general hospitals were targeted in G City. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of group efficacy, self-efficacy, and nursing professionals on organizational commitment. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Descriptive statistics and multiple regression were used. Stepwise regression analysis found that organizational commitment was affected by group efficacy(β=0.240, p =.003), nursing professionalism(β=0.229, p =.004) and daytime work(β=0.249, p =.003), The F statistic was 10.478 (p <.001). Therefore, in order to improve organizational commitment, it will be necessary to prepare communication programs and cooperation programs per unit to improve collective efficacy. In addition, it is necessary to improve the system, such as a system dedicated to night workers, so that the working hours of nurses in general hospitals can be maintained constant. In addition, it is necessary to develop a support program so that nursing professionals do not decrease due to disappointment in reality in the nursing field.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of beginning science teachers' subject matter knowledge (SMK) as revealed in their classroom teaching methods. In this research, we explored six beginning teachers' classroom teaching episodes on the 'work and energy' unit. Using open-ended interviews with the teachers and group discussions taking place on a regular basis to analyze and compare the classes of six beginning teachers, we extracted the features of beginning science teachers' SMK. Using grounded theory methods, the characteristics of beginning science teachers' SMK drawn from this research are: (1) beginning teachers' positivistic epistemology on science, (2) claiming the teacher's authority based on rich subject content knowledge, and (3) beginning teachers' science elitism. These epistemological characteristics are realized such PCK as (1) representational errors caused by the teacher's own science misconception, (2) doing harm to students with too much content knowledge, (3) sporadic content presentation lacking a focus, and (4) surplus class hours with lack of effective science teaching explanations. Suggestions for alternative perspectives on science SMK are presented by experienced teachers. In conclusion, science teachers' SMK is necessary, but not sufficient, for effective teaching. Science teachers' SMK does have an effect on science teaching, mediated by other types of teacher knowledge. The beginning teachers need a systematic support to transform their SMK into a viable PCK.

With the introduction of the maritime safety supervisor system in Korea following the passenger vessel Sewol accident, the safety control system for coastal vessels has been reinforced. A maritime safety supervisor performs marine accident prevention activities by offering periodical or occasional guidance and supervision. When a deficiency is found during guidance or supervision sessions, an order for improvement is issued to rectify the problem by such measures as supplementation or replacement of vessel facilities, improvement of work hours and working conditions for employees, educational and training programs for executives and employees, or the improvement of other affairs relating to maritime safety control. However the present order for navigation suspension by a maritime safety supervisor is limited solely to supplementation or replacement. For this reason, orders for navigation suspension against other facilities is impossible, even if a serious deficiency that could lead to a marine accident such as poor cargo loading conditions or unqualified crew is identified. Therefore, the order for vessel navigation suspension to secure seaworthiness should be expanded to include cargo loading/unloading operations, certificates and documentation, maritime safety management systems, and human elements including emergency drills and working conditions, in addition to the supplementation or replacement of vessel facilities that exists.
