The purpose of this study is to suggest successful strategies through which the effect of the information system of a hospital can be forecasted at the nursing department. In order to set up successful strategies, in the first place, both the methods of CSF(Critical Success Factor: Rockart, 1979) and ULD(User-Led Development) method and the method suggested by the Korea Productivity Center were applied. In order to measure the improvement of nursing productivity, the Dissonance theory was used. The data were collected from 100 employees serving at the clinic department of Kwangju Patriots' and Veterans' Hospital from July 4 to July 25, 1998 with reference to all 222 cases, for sampling work; then the part of the efficiency of the treatment or management of hospital business - simplification of the process of the treatment of hospital business and reduction of the time of the treatment of hospital business were measured; and in order to forecast organizational behavior, 100 cases of organization behavior were analysed, based on the well structured, questionnaires. In order to forecast the user's organizational behavior, a tool(Ronald. 1988; Stephen, 1982: Senn, 1992: Olsen, 1980: Anderson, 1988: Kim. 1992: Cho. 1994) to measure the extent or degree of the user's recognition or understanding whose reliability coefficient is 0.63 was used: and regarding the items expected by the users concerning the convenience of the system, a tool created by Bernadett, Szajna and Richard W. Scamell(1993) whose reliability coefficient is 0.88 was used. And finally, those data were analysed, utilizing the statistical package of SPSS/PC 6.0. successful strategies are suggested as follows: 1. In order that the Kwangju Patriots' and Veterans' Hospital's purpose can be successful through its strategic, information system, the quality of its services should be elevated. and for elevating the quality of medical services, elevation of the quality of medical expertism or specialty is an important factor in determining such quality. 2. In order to make the hospital information system to be successful, the hospital's top manager should participate in the effort making it successful with helping hands of the members or personnel of the hospital. 3. In order to make users participate in the hospital information system, it is prerequisite that all nurses in a hospital should voluntarily participate in the system 4. In order to reduce the expense, the time in coping with business per duty should be reduced by 10${\sim}$33.23%. The time of the direct nursing care which added value is relatively high should be elongated in order to elevate the quality of hospital services. 5. Since the introduction and spread of the hospital information system are influenced by the duration in the experience of computer use, the user of the hospital information system should have a plan to receive well-planned computer education. Finally it is suggested that the forecast of long-term productivity through a review of the user's expectation of the system should be inspected and tested through continuous studies of its effectiveness.

Although the accounting system is a very useful information system for manager, that of the National University Hospitals is not settled until now. Specially, when it will adapt the responsibility management system itself, it will more important tools for them. The purpose of this research is to make the standard accounting system for National University Hospital. It was surveyed the 7 National University Hospital's accounting system, and compared to that of Private University Hospital. The results are fellows; First, it must be match financial report with budgeting system. By comparing to each other, it can make to evaluate the performance of hospital. Second, it must make same format and contents in financial report among 7 hospitals. Specially, the cost information is needed to be made more details. This research suggest the new direction to make the basic information form. It was confirmed with financial manager in private university hospital. We hope it will contribute to make the new accounting system for National University Hospital.

국내 대형병원 중심의 통합의료정보시스템은 2000년 초반을 기점으로 부터 처방전달시스템(OCS : Order Communication System)중심에서 전자의무기록(EMR : Electronic Medical Record)시스템을 포함한 시스템으로 확장발전하고 있다. 하지만, 오늘날의 고도화된 의료정보시스템은 정보 사용자의 요구도가 복잡 다양해짐에 따라 단위 시스템으로 개발되어 점차 통합되는 과정에 이르렀고, 이에 따라 대형병원과 같은 복잡한 조직체계에 적합한 의료정보시스템의 권한관리는 해결되어야 할 큰 문제점이다. 또한 다양한 사용자의 적절한 권한관리의 부재로 인하여 개인정보 및 민감정보 노출의 심각성 또한 대두되었다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 과거 병원정보시스템(HIS: Hospital Information System)의 문제점들을 분석하여 의료정보운영 환경에서의 효율적이고 적합한 권한관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 통합의료정보시스템의 특성에 맞는 적합한 권한 관리를 개발하여 대형병원 EMR 시스템에 적용된 사례를 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 차세대 EMR을 비롯한 통합의료정보시스템에 맞는 권한관리 솔루션 개발에 기반이 된다.

In this paper, we propose a plan for the introduction of a knowledge-based system proposed by the traditional computing sciences, in order to operate the computer system computerized hospital workers effectively. Hospital computational features of the operating system for this purpose, were made about the working conditions, computational difficulties of the hospital administrator. It is necessary for a knowledge management system for results-effective IT system operational review findings apply to the hospital, where a hospital computer system having features and hospitals computational workers must be resolved on the technical and environmental constraints with It became aware of the need. This study further shows that an effective hospital computer system to derive additional operating a variety of issues to consider for the base and the introduction of a knowledge management system can gradually solve the problem.

병원정보시스템은 의료계에서 병원의 전반적인 행정 업무 및 의사들의 의료 업무까지 다양한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 OpenCV를 이용해서 비전기반 얼굴인식 인증 및 등록 지원 병원정보시스템을 제안하였다. 구현한 보안 모듈 프로그램을 이용하여 병원정보시스템에서 접수 등록 시 병원관계자의 얼굴촬영을 통한 및 수납, 진료 및 처방 과정까지 보안성을 강화하고 개인정보의 2차적인 유출 없이 처리하고자 하였다. 구현한 보안 모듈 프로그램을 통하여 병원정보시스템에서 간호사가 확인할 수 있는 기존의 스티커 종이 태그와 손목 밴드 타입의 개인정보의 출력, 노출 및 인식이 필요 없게 하였다. 보안 모듈 프로그램에서 원본과 대조하여 영상을 아이디와 패스워드로 대신 입력되어하여 개인정보보호 및 인식율을 향상시키도록 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 DeLone과 McLean이 제안한 정보시스템 성공모형을 기반으로 병원정보시스템에 대한 성공모델을 제안하는 것이다. 병원정보시스템의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질과 사용자 만족, 개인성과, 병원성과와의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 정보품질은 정보의 정확성과 적시성, 시스템품질은 보안성과 신뢰성, 서비스품질은 편리성과 유희성으로 살펴보았다. 2020년 10월부터 12월까지 병원에 근무하고 있는 직원들을 대상으로 209부의 설문지를 회수하였고, AMOS 25를 활용하여 구조방정식 모델로 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 병원정보시스템의 정보의 정확성은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미쳤지만, 정보의 적시성은 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 시스템품질인 보안성과 신뢰성은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미쳤지만 편리성은 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 반면, 유희성은 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 사용자 만족은 개인성과와 병원성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 병원정보시스템뿐만 아니라 헬스케어 관련 분야의 연구자들과 실무자들에게 의미 있는 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest how to develop the internet homepage of the general hospital. The research was operated with 72 general hospitals which were titled 'general hospital' by subject in internet web search engine. The contents of general hospital homepage was studied by internet screen. On the other hand, It was surveyed for homepage operation by mail questionaire. The contents was mainly composed with (1) introduction of hospital (2) medical examination and the treatment-related information (3) the information & communication (4) the general medicare service, specialist & employee service. In order to operate homepage effectively, inquiry system, reservation system, consulting, information search, phone number, etc, web database shall be established inside of hospital homepage which will link compatible with computer database in hospital. Human resources employment & purchasing order system used by a enterprise shall be in consideration of adopting, since it has various merits in light of hospital management.

In this paper many discussions are raised regarding the outside director system in order to establish the position of the outside director within institutional organizations and to review ways to activate the outside director system in for-Profit Hospital. it seems to be more desirable in Korea for each company to establish an efficient system by itself in accordance with suggested guidelines suitable for each for-Profit Hospital management circumstances rather than to apply a unilateral outside director system to for-Profit Hospital through legalization. In this regard, while keeping the current outside director system for the time being, it is necessary to review and improve the management status of companies and the usefulness of the system, and various recommendations from lawyer associations, Hospital business associations, and academia should be allowed rather than just for-Profit Hospital recommendation by the government.

IT has affected the hospital management via information systems and multimedia systems such as hospital information systems(HIS) and Order Communication System(OCS). A large number of researches have been done on the topic of success factors of information systems implementation, but a few on the topics of hospital information systems. Thus in this study, the success factors of the military hospital information systems implementation was analysed. To this end, a number of previous researches were reviewed and about 71 items of success factors were deduced. For doing empirical analysis, a questionnaire with 71 items was prepared and sent to proper organizations. The statistical analysis such as factor analysis was applied to about 400 of them returned. The six success factors and 20 sub success factors were resulted from factor analysis. The six success factors include systems management factor, technology and organization factor, the efficiency of IT department factor, technology application factor, outsourcing factor and environment factors. This study finds the outsourcing and environment factors are very important factors as much as other success factors which previously were mentioned.

In order to improve their hospital services in unlimited competitive situations, the general hospitals, particularly, have since the 1990s been concentrating more on hospital information processing systems and the automation of the patients' convenience. They also give priority to the advance of integrated hospital information systems centred around the patients. Introducing more progressive information technology to already established hospitals, the OPD has been most affected by HIS because there are a lot of patients and doctors. On this background, this study analyse the change of OPD and some related departments around the 1990s with the general hospitals as it's object. It investigates the way of building hospitals and presents some information about the planning of building hospitals.
