서울시 홍대상권 내 업종변화 필지의 공간적 특성 분석 - 상업 젠트리피케이션의 관점에서 - (Analysis of Spatial Characteristics of Business-Type-Changed Parcel in Hongik-University Commercial Area, Seoul - Focused on the View Point of Commercial Gentrification -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcel in the Hongik-University commercial area, from the view point of commercial gentrification. A commercial gentrification occurs through a business-type-change in a spatial basic unit (microscopic spatial unit such as parcel) of an area which has not been considered in relavent policies and research. So, this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcels using the Cox's proportional hazard regression model. The main results of this study are as follows. First, as new developments in the adjacent area occur, the business-type-change probability increases. Second, by the commercial area division, the business-type-change probability is different. Finally, the accessibility is better, the probability is higher. These results could suggest that a consideration of the spatial characteristics form microscopic viewpoint is necessary to understand the commercial gentrification. And these could be used as basic data for a gentrification diagnostic and management system, which can predict gentrification from the view point of business-type-change on the basis of a parcel.

병렬 T-정합 회로를 이용한 차량 유리 부착형 광대역 안테나 설계 (Design of a Broadband Window Antenna Using a Parallel T-Matching Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 서비스 이용을 위한 WiBro 대역(2.3~2.4 GHz) 차량용 광대역 안테나를 개발하였다. 개발된 안테나의 급전부는 T-정합 방식을 응용한 다단 구조의 병렬 T-정합 방식을 이용하여 광대역 특성을 가질 수 있게 하였으며, 각각의 T-정합 회로는 비아-홀을 이용하여 연결하였다. 성능 검증을 위해서 설계된 안테나를 상용 세단의 후면 유리에 장착 후 반사 손실과 안테나 이득을 측정하였으며, 강전계와 약전계에서의 수신성능 필드 테스트를 수행하였다. 측정 결과, 제안된 안테나는 WiBro 대역에서 300 MHz($S_{11}$ <10 dB, 2.296~2.596 GHz)의 대역폭을 가지며, azimuth 방향에서 평균 -5.13 dBi의 안테나 이득을 보였다.

도시 시설 특성을 반영한 고령 보행자의 사고 심각도 모형 개발 (Development of Severity Model for Elderly Pedestrian Accidents Considering Urban Facility Factor)

  • This study analyzes the influence factors on elderly pedestrian accident. Elderly people are easy to be badly injured by car accidents compared to younger people. Therefore, various plans and measures are required to protect elderly pedestrian from accidents. However, pedestrian accidents studies only focused on microscopic factors such as attribute of driver, pedestrian, road design. In order to prevent pedestrian accident and reduce the severity of the accident, not only microscopic factors but macroscopic variables such as urban planning and facility should be considered. In this regard, this study develops an ordered probit model introduced the characteristics of urban facility which were not considered in the previous studies. The result shows that there is higher level of accident severity in such areas as large commercial area, well-developed area with transportation infrastructure service and non-pedestrian safety zone. Thus, various and appropriate countermeasures should be prepared in order that pedestrian accident can be prevented in the areas mentioned above. In addition to the aforementioned variables, it is revealed that other variables including vehicle speed, gender and age of pedestrian, weather condition, type of vehicle, etc. partly affect the severity of pedestrian accident.

제지슬러지와 적니를 이용한 VOC 제거를 위한 흡착제 개발 연구 (A Study on Adsorbent Munufacture for Removal of VOC by Recycling of Paper Sludge and Red mud)

  • 알루미늄 제조 공정에서 부산물로 발생되는 적니와 제지슬러지를 이용하여 휘발성 유기화합물을 제거하기 위한 흡착제 개발 연구를 수행하였다. 흡착제의 제조를 용이하게 하기 위해 고밀도폴리에틸렌과 저밀도폴리에틸렌을 이용하였다. 흡착제에 고밀도폴리에틸렌을 사용한 것이 저밀도폴리에틸렌을 사용한 것 보다 비표면적 값이 높아서 흡착량이 증대되었다. 제조된 흡착제의 비표면적 값이 활성탄과 비교하여 상대적으로 매우 낮은 값 ($10^{-2}$에서 $10^{-3}$ 정도)을 가졌는데 이는 흡착제 제조시 제지슬러지를 완전히 분해하는데 충분한 시간을 주지 못하였기 때문으로 생각된다. 그러나 제조된 흡착제의 흡착용량(단위 표면적당 흡착량)은 활성탄에 비하여 약 10배에서 100배 정도의 높은 값을 가졌다. 그러므로 제조된 흡착제가 활성탄과 같은 성능을 갖기 위해서는 비표면적을 증대시키는 것이 중요하다.

패션 디자인 분석 시스템(Web-SFAS) 활용 국내 남성 스트리트 패션 조사 분석 -2005년 S/S를 중심으로- (A Study on Application of Web-based Fashion Information Analysis System for Domestic Men's Street Fashion, 2005 S/S)

  • This study has surveyed and analyzed in 2005 S/S domestic men's street fashion by using the Web-SFAS system that was developed and completed in the earlier research. Total of 270 men who were sensitive to fashion were surveyed around 5 nationwide cities and 9 commercial zones. The analysis results of the questionnaire and image survey in 2005 S/S for each commercial zone was shown as follows. 1. The most interest in producing fashionable shape when they go out was in the order of clothes>hair style>shoes and it was found that the proper reason for visiting the commercial zone was to meet with friends>watching movies>shopping etc. 2. T-shirts were most preferred as upper garments and as for bottoms, blue jeans were preferred. Black, gray, and white colors were most preferred and blue color was most preferred primarily due to the preference for blue jeans. The color image was proven mainly modem and light tone, comfortable and casual items were preferred. An active comfort casual image emphasized with activeness by coordinating comfortable T-shirts or shirts with blue jeans were most preferred in 9 areas. 3. A clear difference was confirmed in color by commercial area. Blackish color was most prevalent in Daehakro whereas simple color was mostly shown around Hongik University area. Bright and unique colors such as green and violate were dominant at Dae-Gu Dongseongro, and basic colors such as white and black were preferred in Masan Hapseong-dong and Changwon Sangnam-dong. Through the results of nationwide street fashion survey, the each commercial zone has unique characteristics in fashion trend even in the same city, rather than the regional difference in Seoul and local city.

포스파젠 고분자를 이용한 이온교환 분리막 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preparation of Ion-Exchange Membranes with Polyphosphazenes)

  • 페녹시기와 트라이풀루오르에톡시기가 함께 치환된 포스파젠 고분자를 기초로 한 새로운 형태의 이온교환 분리막 재질을 제조하였다. 합성된 고분자의 구조를 핵자기 공명 분석기, 적외선 흡광 분석기, 원소 분석기와 겔침투 분석기를 통해 확인하였다. 기본 포스파젠 분리막은 친수성과 이온 투과성을 높이기 위해 술폰화시켰다. $[NP(OC_6H_4SO_3H)_{1.58}(OCH_2CF_3)_{0.42}]_n$으로부터 얻은 분리막을 상용 분리막과 비교한 결과 매우 뛰어난 이온운반율, 면적 저항 및 이온교환용량을 나타내었다.

  • This was to confirm the Web-SFAS and street Fashion trend 2005. Korea women's street fashion in 2005 S/S was analyzed by using the Web-SFAS(Street Fashion Analysis System) that was developed and completed in the earlier research. Total 270 women who were sensitive to the fashion were surveyed around in 5 nationwide cities and 9 commercial zones. The analysis results of the questionnaire and image survey in 2005 S/S for each commercial zone is shown as follows: 1. The sequence of care with most interest in producing fashionable shape is in the order of clothes>accessory>hair style>make up>shoes, and it was found that the proper reason for visiting the commercial zone is to meet with friends than shopping. 2. Most preferred item for tops were shirts and T-shirts, while for bottoms were blue jeans of denim material in various colors and designs. The color had the clear winner in white color with the pink or yellow line of colors preferred in all commercial zones. The blue jeans and skirt items were the most dominant with the preference on the blue color. The color and image were diversely favored with light, natural, modern, elegance and warm images. 3. The semi-formal image was preferred in women's street fashion, 2005 S/S in Apgujeong-dong, Hapseong-dong, Myeong-dong, Hongik University area, Dongseong-ro, and the active comfort casual image was preferred by womens in Seo-myeon, Nampo-dong and Sangnam-dong. However the retro image were represented in Daehak-ro specially. The tendency of street fashion for women had the difference of their own trends for each commercial zone, rather then the regional differences for each city with the conspicuous preference of color for the items.

  • DC transit system has been adopted in the metropolitan area, Korea since 1974. EMU in this system always reiterates that acceleration and retardation. When EMU decelerates using electric breaking, regenerative power occurs. Regenerative power can be consumed in vicinity EMU on the same line or in resistor. If DC transit system has inverter for reusing regenerative power, Energy efficiency in DC transit system will be increased. This paper present the adoption of developed inverter in commercial railway line and the test result procedure of developed inverter is presented.

누적합 관리도를 활용한 생활인구 이상치 탐색 (CUSUM Chart Applied to Monitoring Areal Population Mobility)

  • Purpose: Certain places in Seoul such as Shinchon, Hongdae, and Gangnam, often suffer from sudden overflow of mobile population which can cause serious safety problems. This study suggests the application of spatial CUSUM control chart in monitoring areal population mobility data which is recently provided by Seoul metropolitan government. Methods: Monitoring series of standardized local Moran's I enables one to detect spatio-temporal out-of-control status based on the accumulation of past patterns. Moreover, we visualize such pattern map for more intuitive comprehension of the phenomenon. As a case study, we have analyzed the female mobility population aged 25 to 29 appeared in 51 Jipgyegu near Hongik university on fridays from January, 2017 to June, 2018. They are validated by exploring related articles and through local due diligence. Results: The results of the analysis provide insights in figuring out if the change of the mobility population is short-term by particular incident or long-term by spatial alteration, which allows strategic approach in constructing response system. Specific case near popular downtown near Hongik University has shown that newly opened hotels, shops of global sports brand and franchise bookstores have attracted young female population. Conclusion: We expect that the results of our study contribute to planning effective distribution of administrative resources to prepare against drastic increase in floating population. Furthermore, it can be useful in commercial area analysis and age/gender specific marketing strategy for companies.

접근성 지표를 도입한 보행로 서비스 수준의 영향요인 규명 (Determination of Key Factors for the Pedestrian LOS Introducing the Accessibility Index)

  • 보행로 서비스 수준 평가에 활용된 기존 지표는 보행의 양적인 측면에만 집중한다는 점에서 서비스 수준을 올바르게 평가하지 못하는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 평가를 위한 효과척도로 접근성 지표를 제안하였다. 특히 대중교통수단과 보행로간의 접근성에 주목하여 변수를 구축하였다. 본 연구는 3단계로 구성된다. 1단계에서는 버스와 지하철 등의 대중교통 지표를 활용해 접근성 변수를 수단별로 정의하였다. 2단계에서는 접근성 변수와 보행류율간의 상관관계를 검토하였다. 3단계에서는 접근성 변수를 포함한 보행로 서비스 수준의 영향요인을 규명하는 모형을 개발하였다. 개발 결과, 접근성, 보행로 기하구조, 주거와 상업 등의 토지이용 용도 등이 보행로 서비스 수준에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 접근성, 상업용도 면적 비율은 보행 활동을 유인하여 서비스 수준을 떨어트리는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 함께 지장물과 버스 정류장이 입지하는 경우에도 서비스 수준은 하락하였다. 그러나 주거면적 비율이 높거나 유효보도폭이 넓을수록 서비스 수준은 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 보행로 서비스 수준 산정, 유효보도폭 결정 등의 분야에 활용될 수 있다.
