The purpose of the study were to :(1)determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum, (2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by home economics teachers, and the factors affecting it. (3) use the findings to make recommendations for developing home economics curriculum and teaching home economics in the secondary school. The questionnaires were distributed to the 385 home economics teachers, lived in seoul, local cities and rural area. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test one way ANOVA with scheffe test, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. Resource use, environmental concerns, consumer rights and consumer problems were the concepts which showed the highest level of educational needs perceived by the teachers. The educational needs were affected by school level, residence area of the respondents, age, career, and other factors related to the perception about home management education.

Purpose: We present improvements to the Korean home visiting healthcare service based on analysis of Korean home visiting healthcare services considering recent sociodemographic changes and demands for healthcare services. Methods: This is a review study in which the results are derived through a literature review and data analysis. We collected data through a search of electronic databases, Google Scholar, and governmental websites. Results: Changes in Korean home visiting healthcare services are classified into four stages: 'introduction (1990-2000)', 'pilot project (2003-2006)', 'nationwide expansion (2007-2012)', 'various types (2013-2018)'. Korean home visiting healthcare service based on public health centers has achieved outcomes such as improved health behavior and health management, increased health management ability, and establishment of comprehensive healthcare infrastructure. Conclusion: In the future, the demand for home visiting healthcare service will increase steadily because of deepening social polarization, rapid aging of the population, and increases in chronic diseases. To improve health management and health equity, we suggest that Korean home visiting healthcare service will expand to all the people as a core public health service. It is necessary to establish a management team for various types of home visiting healthcare service in the public health center.

The specification of the Home Evolved NodeB (Home-eNB), which is a small base station designed for use in residential or small business environment, is currently ongoing in 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution) systems. One of the key requirements for its feasibility in the LTE system is the mobility management in the deployment of the numerous Home-eNBs and other 3GPP network. In this paper, we overview the characteristic of Home-eNB and also describe the mobility management issues and the related approaches in 3GPP LTE based Home-eNB systems.

This study is intended to forecast changes in Ubiquitous technology-based residential environment since the digital revolution so as to suggest the direction of furniture design in the near future. Among Ubiquitous technologies, the intelligent digital technology applied to a residential environment is defined as "Smart Digital Technology." Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy named the residential environment where such technology is applied "Smart Home." Smart Home is strategically creating intelligent residential environment where interactivity is made between human, furniture and residential environment, based on home automation, home network and intelligent sensor technology. Smart furniture is based on strategic characteristics of smart home. Its convergence with IT equipments is being made. Largely, smart furniture has three characteristics as below: First, smart furniture provides users with information on home management, health management, education and fashion. not just functioning as storage space. Second, smart furniture that is a new lifestyle pattern will suggest a new aesthetic standard based on unsettled shapes and innovative structure. Finally, it gives convenience to users intelligently. Namely, smart furniture, "intelligent informative furniture", will be suggested as a new paradigm.

This study aims both to find the desirable orientation of the home management which have been often discussed in the academy of the home management since 1970's and to present a curriculum as a practical way of solving the problem of orientation. We conclude that the problems of the orientation have due partly to unprofessionalized mixture of sub-areas in the home management and partly to narrowed specialization in each sub-area. We suggest that the problems can be solved when 'family lives' is the main object of the home management and when the home management is approached on the viewpoint of 'integration' rather than 'specialization' The curriculum based on the analysis is consisted of 4 spheres; 1) basic subjects of family lives ) basic concepts and theories 3) subjects for Korean family lives 4) subjects for family counseling and policy.

Stress man-agement, leisure time activities, resource use, making money for adolescents, work simplication methods were the concepts which showed the highest level of educational needs perceived by the students. The educational needs were affected by sex, school level, residence area of the respondents, and other factors related to the perception about home economics such as preference, GPA, etc.

The purpose of this study was to expand the home-based rehabilitation services in the long term care insurance. This study was reviewed on the home-based physical therapy in the OECD. The way of this study was literature search and review. This was to reviewed Proquest, Sciencedirect, SpingerLink, Pubmed. Kew word is "home-based therapy". This was collected 71 articles and final analyzed article was 49. The results were as follows; The article number is seven in Canada, fifteen in USA, five in UK, six in Australia, three in Sweden, five in New Zealand, two in Netherlands, one in Turkey, South Korea, Japan, France, Spain, Italy respectively. Randomized controlled trial is fifty, case-control study is eleven, interview is three, literature review is two, and case report, cost-analysis, cost-effectiveness, pilot study, single blinded parallel design, demonstrative study, survey is one respectively. Physical therapist played an important role in home-based rehabilitation among OECD than nurse. Therefore, we must introduce home-based physical therapy in long term care insurance in South Korea.

In smart home environment, certificate based signature technology is being studied by communication with Internet of Things(IoT) device. However, block - chain technology has attracted much attention because of the problems such as single - point error and management overhead of the trust server. Among them, Keyless Signature Infrastructure(KSI) provides integrity by configuring user authentication and global timestamp of distributed server into block chain by using hash-based one-time key. In this paper, we provide confidentiality by applying group key and key management based on multi - solution chain. In addition, we propose a smart home environment that can reduce the storage space by using Extended Merkle Tree and secure and efficient KSI-based authentication and communication with enhanced security strength.

With the progress of both wire and wireless home networking technology, various projects on smart home have been carried out in the world (Harper, 2003), and at the same time, new approaches to interact with smart home systems efficiently and effectively have also been investigated. A gesture-based interface is one of these approaches. Especially with advance of gesture recognition technologies, a variety of research studies on gesture interactions with the functions of IT devices have been conducted. However, there are few research studies which suggested and investigated the use of gestures for controlling smart home appliances. In this research the gestures for selected smart home appliances are suggested based on a user centered approach. A total of thirty-eight functions were selected, and a total of thirty participants generated gestures for each function. Based on the Nielsen (2004), Lee et al. (2010) and Kuhnel et al. (2011), the gesture with the highest frequency for each function (Top gesture) has been suggested and investigated.

The purpose of this study was to estimate home care nursing cost for the patient with Cerebrovascular Disease based on a bundle of home care nursing services This study was conducted through four steps. The first step was to investigate home care nursing activities that were offered to the patient with Cerebrovascular Disease(CD) by home care nurse. The second step was to investigate the time spent on home care nursing service and to calculate labor and manufacturing cost. The third step was to calculate home care nursing cost per minute. And at the fourth step, home care nursing cost for a patient with Cerebrovascular Disease based on a bundle of home care nursing service was calculated. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The number of direct home care nursing activities for the patient with CD was 108, and the time of each activity was spent from 1 to 10 minutes. 2) Average time per visit was 51 minute, and the firs visit time were spent 1.6 times higher than 2nd visit time. 3) Nursing cost per minute(cost per visit ${\\}\;22,565\;\div\;$ average time per visit 51 minutes) was ${\\}\;442$. The cost per visit was calculated on Basic visiting cost(nurse's labor cost ${\\}\;15,760$ + management cost ${\\}\;6,805$) divided by average time per visit(51 minutes). 4) Home care nursing cost to the patient with CD based on bundle of home care nursing service was consisted of basic home care nursing cost, the cost of a bundle of service practiced on visit. and transportation fee. Basic home nursing cost(the time spent on basic home nursing service 20 minutes ${\times}$ nursing cost per minute ${\\}\;442$) was ${\\}\;8,840$. The cost of the bundle of home care nursing services to the patient with CD was calculated as self care ${\\}\;2.898$, Tracheostomy care ${\\}\;10,166$, immobility care ${\\}\;6,188$, sore care ${\\}\;6,188$. Foley care ${\\}\;6,630$, and Levin tube or Gastrostomy care ${\\}\;7.514$. Transportation fee which was composed of the labor cost for transportation(${\\}\;5,122$) and the car management cost(${\\}\;3.876$) was ${\\}\;8,998$. Home care nursing cost to the patient with CD based on bundle of home care nursing services consisted of basic home care nursing cost, the cost of a bundle of service practiced on visit, and transportation fee. It will contribute to improve quality of home care service, because of giving appreciate incentives to home care nurses. And it will be more efficient than current cost of hospital based home care. But it need to management than calculation of the current fee-for-services of home care.
