The purpose of this study was to research the college students' life styles, housing satisfaction and future-housing environment preferences according to demographic variables. So the eventual purpose is to offer basic data of future-housing development. This study has a subject of 512 college students living in Jeonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 11.5 for Windows program. The results of this research were as follows; The college students' life style showed higher in the self-confidence-directed and the home-directed types. And the college students' housing satisfaction showed higher in housing equipments. The life style and housing satisfaction were significant difference according to major, their parents' academic career, fathers' occupation, average incomes, type of house. The college students' future-housing preference showed higher in housing equipments and environment. And the significant difference according to gender, school year, major, mothers' occupation, and type of house in the college students' future-housing environment preference. College students' life style, housing satisfaction, and future-housing environment preference have a significant correlation one another. Housing satisfaction variables had positive correlations with life style and future-housing environment preference. Partially, negative correlation was showed between life style and future-housing environment preference. As a conclusion, college students' life style and housing satisfaction constituted important characteristics which could affect future-housing environment preference directly. These results should be provide fundamental information for the new generation's future-housing development.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the recongnition, the tendency of preferences, and the needs of the future residents from the current diversified apartment, and to plan the desirable interior space for the near future apartment based on the results of investigation. The questionnaire survey was used for this study. The sample was taken from 155 female college students. The results were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, X2-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The major findings in this survey were summarized as follows; 1. The majority people wanted diversified interior space. 2. The first majority(23.9%) wanted to choose their own interior image. The second majority(17.8%) wanted to have a inner garden and the third majority(17.2%) wanted to have two story apartment. 3. 35.7% of the respondants survey wanted to have a home-office space. Finally, various diversified apartment plans were suggested for the future.

This study propose the new concept of residence by analyzing the change of residence through the characteristic of popularity and degree of development of technology on home network information appliance for intelligent home. Accordingly, Cyber village represented as home automation and extend to information of society. it encourage need of information and multimedia of home. It expect home information infrastructure for accepting informations, which make smart home to linked home-working home-learning home-treatment. home-shopping and home-banking. The system of intelligent home is the intelligence of human-biology in the side of environmental friendly and multi-function. it distinguish the system of security, controlling system of inside environment, supporting system of house-working, automatic controlling, house working. Future house require to meet demand of young generation, such as small residental space, the multi-functional space, the flexible space, making mood for dual income couple and of single as intelligent home. Accordingly, basic purpose which are pleasantness, the safe and the convenience the mobile multi-function as well as networking with controlling of temperature, security, health-test, home-entertainment, home-office and consider environment together.

본 연구는 사물인터넷 시대를 맞이하여, 기존 스마트 홈서비스의 국내외 사례를 분석하고, 향후 스마트 홈 필요 서비스를 파악하였다. 모든 스마트 홈이 그렇듯, 사용자의 사용성 및 목적 패턴에 따라 필요와 임의의 서비스를 대조해 보았을 때 향후 이용에 관한 실효성이 중요하다. 신뢰성 향상과 발전 방향 제시를 위해 주요 사용자인 20~30대를 대상으로 총 110명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사를 통해서 현재 스마트 홈의 서비스의 신뢰가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 신뢰가 낮은 요소로는 사용성에 부족한 접근방식, 기기 인식 부족 능력 그리고 특성화 서비스 부족을 알 수 있었다. 스마트 홈서비스가 아직 초기 단계인 만큼 사용자의 필요에 따라서 다양한 스마트 홈서비스와 생태계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

최근 스마트 기기를 이용한 다양한 서비스들이 사용되는 시대를 소위 "스마트 시대"라 부르기도 한다. 이러한 가운데 스마트홈 서비스는 주거 환경과 문화에 큰 변화를 가져왔을 뿐만 아니라, 매우 빠르게 진화해 가고 있다. 그리고 스마트홈 서비스는 일반 가정에서 다양한 전자제품들 간의 통신을 통해 사용자에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공해주며, 향후 밝은 미래를 보이고 있다. 특히 '스마트홈 서비스'는 각종 기기들 간의 연결에 있어, IoT 기술과 유·무선 통신을 기반으로 결합된 다양한 서비스들을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 '스마트홈 서비스'는 사물 인터넷과 유·무선 통신기술 같은 기반 기술들의 보안 취약점들을 상속하고 있어, 개인정보의 유출이나 사생활침해 등으로 이어지는 사고가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 기반기술의 취약요인에 대해 예방과 대응방안의 마련이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트홈 서비스의 다양한 보안취약요인들을 알아봄으로써, 향후 응용기술의 개발 및 대응기술의 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본고에서는 가정교육학의 사회적 기여 방안과 미래 가정 교과의 방향을 제시하고 사회에 기여하는 가정교육학의 이론적 틀과 미국과 일본의 가정과 수업과 동아리 활동의 실천 사례를 제시하여 가정교육학의 미래 비전을 제시하는 데 있다. 본고의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정 교과는 다음을 통해서 이 사회에 기여한다: (1) 개인적인 면에서 다양하고 상이한 가족 이데올로기로 가족 피로에 시달리는 개인으로 하여금 그릇된 가족 이념을 비판하여 왜곡된 삶에서 벗어나서 자율적인 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 교한다; (2) 가족-사회관계 면에서 가족이기주의 이념을 비판하고 공동체 사회 지원과 참여를 할 수 있는 민주시민의 자질을 갖춘 성숙한 가정을 형성하기 위한 교육을 한다; 그리고 (3) 남녀관계 면에서 성차별 이데올로기를 비판할 뿐 아니라 비판을 통해서 실제로 생활에 실천할 수 있도록 남녀모두에게 양성평등의식과 가정생활 관리 방법을 교육한다. 둘째, 미래에 가정 교과는 개인적 차원에서는 창의성과 문제해결력을 강화시키고 지식의 습득보다는 삶의 지혜를 터득하고 사회적 차원에서 정직과 도덕성을 겸비하며 서로를 존중하는 전인교육을 강화하여야 한다. 사회적 차원에서는 가정생활이 얼마나 정치, 경제, 사회, 행정 시스템과 연계가 되는지 그 맥락을 파악하고 비판하여 행동할 수 있는 능력을 기르도록 해야 한다. 셋째, Brown과 Paolucci(1979)는 개인과 가족을 변화의 주체로 보고 현존하는 사회 경제 정치 체계가 제시한 사회적 형상과 이념과 이상에 문제가 있을 경우 개인과 가족이 이념과 이상을 변화시키고 사회적 형상을 변화시켜 사회 경제 정치 체계를 바람직한 조건으로 형성시켜가는 개념적 체계를 제안하였다. 본고에서는 Brown과 Paolucci(1979)가 제안한 이론적 틀을 두 가지 측면 즉, 사고와 가치판단을 통한 행동을 이끌 수 있는 것인가의 측면과 과거와 현재, 미래의 시간적 고려를 가능하게 해주는가의 측면에서 그 타당성을 검토하였다. 넷째, 일본과 미국의 가정과 수업이나 동아리 활동에서 학생이 변화의 주체로서의 역량을 기르도록 어떻게 교육하는 지 그 과정을 다룬 수업과 동아리 활동 사례를 소개하였다. 다섯째, 미래 가정과교육의 비전은 빠르게 변화하는 현 사회에서 나타난 가족 문제와 요구를 반영하여 가족의 일원인 학습자로 하여금 왜곡된 가족이념으로부터 벗어나서 성숙한 가족관계와 가정생활을 유지하며 공동체 사회에 참여하는 가족개혁을 이루어내는데 있다. 이러한 가족개혁은 가족이라는 집단을 사회개혁을 이끄는 주체집단으로 여기기에 가정교과에서는 가족이 사회변화를 이끄는 집단이 될 수 있도록 주도적인 의식과 실천적 의지를 갖도록 자율적 힘(empowerment), 의식의 깨어남(enlightenment), 그리고 자주성(autonomy) 교육을 강화하여야 한다. 가정교과를 통한 가족개혁을 위해서 가정교과는 과거의 실업교과가 아닌 실천비판교과로서의 패러다임 전환을 시급히 요구한다.

This study is focused on the levels of life satisfaction influenced by the socio-demographic characteristics, personal activities, personal support and psychological characteristics. We surveyed 504 future elderly people(age between 50 to 64) and the elderly(over 65). The results are as follows; First, future elderly people are more satisfied with their life than the elderly. Second, life satisfaction of the future elderly is rarely influenced by the social demographic characteristics. Whereas, life satisfaction of the elderly is more influenced by the socio-demographic characteristics rather than the personal activities. Supports from neighbors and psychological characteristics are more satisfying their lives. Thus, we should come up with new programs providing opportunities to attend various social activities to maximize their life satisfaction of the future elderly. For the elderly, we need systems to build social network for supports from neighbors and to provide more job opportunities and educating programs.

The Purpose of this study was to develop a lesson proposal about the aging for 7th glade middle school students in the class of home economics. According to this Purpose a lesson Proposal about the aging which contains 1) the nature of generation gap and generational conflicts and problem solving strategies. 2) knowledges about physical. emotional. and social changes of older adults and the process of aging. 3) informations of various order adult-related Professions was devised This proposal will be helpful for younger people to understand older adult much more and to Prepare the adolescents' future life as an older people. It is expected to have effects on decrease the generation gap and conflicts between older and younger people based upon mutual understanding. And it is anticipated that this Proposal will be valuable for many adolescents to have provision about future senior citizen's society and various older adults-related professions .
