노인장기요양시설 종사자들의 직무스트레스와 인권옹호행동, 직무만족의 구조적 관계: 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Structural Relationship among Job Stress, Human Rights Behavior, Social Support and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 서비스의 질에 중요한 영향을 미치는 치매관련(장기요양시설) 종사자들의 직무만족 및 인권옹호행동과 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지의 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 노인요양시설, 주야간보호시설, 방문요양센터 등에 근무하는 치매관련 종사자 300명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부 후 210부를 회수하였고 부실응답 설문지 13개를 제외한 후 197명의 응답자료를 AMOS와 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 직무스트레스는 사회적 지지에 직접적인 영향(-.276)을 유의하게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분 사회적 지지도 역시 직무만족에 직접적인 영향(.315)을 유의하게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인권옹호에서도 직무만족에 직접적인 영향(.175)을 미치고 간접적인 영향(.102)을 미치므로 .277의 총 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 사회적 지지가 인권옹호와 직무만족을 부분매개 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 -.217의 직접적인 영향을 미치고 .095의 간접적인 영향을 미치므로 -.122의 총 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 지지가 직무스트레스와 직무만족을 부분매개 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 놓고 볼 때 치매관련종사자들의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 사회적 지지를 인식할 수 있는 환경에서 인권옹호행동을 증대하고 직무스트레스를 줄여줄 수 있는 방안이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

  • This study was designed to search for the direction to develop housing service which assists the older people to live independently in their community and provides the systematization of community care. The subjects of the research include 533 older people between the age of 60 to 79 residing in Seoul and 84 welfare officials at a dong(in)-office and 67 social workers working at comprehensive social welfare institutions. The results were as follows: Both demanders and deliverers recognized that housing service for older people was necessary for community care, and, in particular, the deliverers had higher degree of necessity as people charged in welfare service. The most needed service was community alarm service which currently is proceeded partially for low-income and living-alone olders. It needed to expand the scope of the people to be served. It appeared that the need for inside safety measures rather than for housing space or structural problems. It requires less effort and cost for those who need simple repair, such as safety grips or slippery protection, and safety checks. Among financial support services, the need for tax benefits appeared the most necessary service for the older people. It suggested that more 'direct' financial support service is needed for the elderly people.

  • 아동양육은 가족정책에서 중요한 의제 중 하나이다. 아동양육을 사회화함으로써 부모의 노동권과 부모권을 확보할 수 있도록 조건을 형성하는 것은 복지국가를 위한 주요한 관건이다. 이 논문의 목적은 아동양육의 자유선택에 대한 상반된 견해에 대해 고찰하는 것이다. 자유선택은 모든 사회구성원 개개인이 노동권과 부모권을 양립하는데 제약 없이 자유롭게 선택하고 누리는 것을 말한다. 그러나 현재 우리는 '자유선택'이라고 말할 수 없다. 이 논문에서는 자유선택의 쟁점이 되는 분석 기준 - 자유의 개념, 형평성과 평등, 국가의 역할, 재정효율성, 여성의 노동시장에서의 지위 - 에 바탕을 둔다. 분석 기준에 따른 논점을 바탕으로 본 연구자는 몇 가지 정책적 제언을 하고자 한다. 즉, 진정한 자유선택이 되기 위해서는 적절하고 다양한 양육서비스와 보편적인 아동수당제도의 도입, 공공어린이집의 확충이 되어야 할 것이다.

보건소 방문간호사의 서비스 수행빈도 및 교육요구 (The Health service performance frequency and educational needs among the visiting nurses of public health centers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare the health service delivery level and educational needs by work experiences and types of public health center among the nurses who work as visiting health services workers at public health centers. Methods: Data collected from 484 nursing staff for 2 weeks, was analyzed using the SPSS program t-test, ANOVA, and Spearman Rank-Order Correlation. Nurses with more than 2 years experience were 79.1%; and 43.6% of the subjects worked within Gun type public health centers. Results: The health service performance frequency of metropolitan city type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of education, behavior pattern, chronic disease, pregnant women & infants, and multi-cultural family. The health service performance frequency of Gun type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of type of test, fundamental nursing, and basic rehabilitation. In addition, the correlation between the performance frequency and educational needs was positively correlated, and the subjects with greater educational needs performed more. Conclusion: Educational programs should be designed according to the types of public health centers rather than work experiences, especially in systematic training for frequently performed items after reviewing the practice precisely.

직장보육시설을 이용하는 취업모의 양육스트레스에 관한 생태학적 연구 -만 6세 이하 자녀를 둔 전문직, 사무직 및 생산직 여성을 중심으로- (An Ecological Study on Working Mother's Parenting Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate working mothers'parenting stress. The study was approached from an ecological perspective. Data were collected from 185 mothers who were professionals, office or labor workers, and have their children enrolled at the day care center located at their workplace. All the subjects lived in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The working mothers'parenting stress was found to be at a moderate level(Mean=2.30). 2. The hierarchical and stepwise regression analyses revealed that significant variables in explaining the parenting stress of working mothers were the degrees of attachment with the subject's mother($\beta$=-.24), age($\beta$=-.23), the degrees of flexibility in working conditions($\beta$=-.19), educational level($\beta$=.18), the degrees of husbands'participation in child care($\beta$=-.17), and the number of children ($\beta$=.16). These variables explained 17.2% of working mother's parenting stress. 3. It was found that the effect of microsystem variables on working mothers' parenting stress were greater than the combined effects of mesosystem, exosystem and macrosystem variables.

  • 우리 사회는 산업 전반에 걸쳐 빠른 성장을 보이고 있으나 핵가족화와 고령화 시대에 접어들고 있어 노인에 대한 요양 서비스와 같은 사회복지 서비스의 수용가 급격하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 노인과 관련된 요양시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사들의 직무가 명확하지 않아 직무 스트레스가 발생되고 있으며, 직무 만족도가 현저하게 낮아지고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인요양시설의 사회복지사 직무와 관련하여 복지 서비스를 실천함에 있어 보다 좋은 환경 및 표준화된 절차에 의하여 서비스에 집중할 수 있도록 직무와 융합한 지식 기반의 관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템을 통하여 사회복지사들이 자기 개발 및 정보 공유를 통하여 신속한 업무 파악과 직무 스트레스에서의 탈피에 의한 업무 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

소규모사업장 보건관리지원사업에 대한 평가연구 (An Evaluative Study of a Subsidiary Program in Small Scale Industries)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the subsidiary program on occupational health services in small scale industries. The survey of occupational health services was undertaken in 346 industries from July 1 to August 31. 1994. The major results were as follows ; 1. The subsidiary program on occupational health services The evaluation of working environments were conducted in 305 industries, $42.3\%$ of the industries had the harzardous agents exeeding TLV. Special medical examinations were done in 310 industries. the results were detected $C(33.3\%).\;D_1(0.8\%), D_2(5.4\%)$. Health management were done in 341 industries, the average visits for a industry were 3.8 times. The activities of health management were included to check of the workplace. health education, health counselling, etc. 2. The recognition of the employees and employers on occupational health services $91.5\%$ of employers and $87.0\%$ of workers felt healthy themselves. But $39.7\%$ of employers and $21.2\%$ of workers were under the stress from their jobs or home affairs. The workers perceived more harmful for the hazardous agents than the employers. $32.8\%$ of employers and $42.9\%$ of workers perceived that employer's efforts were the most important things to protect for the hazardous agents. The result of the evaluation of working environments were understood by $57.3\%$ of employers and $24.5\%$ of workers. The notification of medical examinations were recognized $83.9\%$ of employers and $50.3\%$ of workers. Many employers and workers felt the necessities of health management in small scale industries. The priorities of health manegement were different between employers and workers. Employers' priorities were as follows ; follow up care of medical examination$(97.3\%)$, health counselling$(93.7\%)$, planning of health$(93.5\%)$, health education of occupational diseases$(93.2\%)$, health education of chronic diseases$(93.5\%)$, etc. Workers' priorities were as follows ; follow up care$(93.4\%)$, health counselling$(94.3\%)$, health education of occupational diseases$(93.0\%)$. first aids$(92.0\%)$. etc.

대구지역 저소득층 기혼여성의 일과 가족생활 실태파악 및 가족복지 대책수립에 관한연구 (A Study on Work and Fanmily Life of Married Female Workers and Family-Welfare Policy Implications)

  • This study examines work and family life of married women and policy implications of the low class in Daegu area. Data were gathered from the use of face-to-face interview method from a sample of 564 married working women. And the political printed materials of family welfare policy(1988~1993) were analyzed. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: Most of the respondents remain unstable in their working situation with the double burden of a paid work and housework. Thus it is necessary for the government to implement family policies for married working women such as establichment of various child care centers study room for adolescence councelling center job-training center and dissemination of egalitarian sex-role attitudes. Finally it is suggested that the formulation of family net works be promoted for the effective utilization of local resources and family welfare programs.

미혼 남·녀 근로자가 보는 맞벌이가정의 심상과 일·가정 양립조건 (Unmarried Workers Perceptions of Image and Work-Family Balancing Conditions of Dual-Earner Families)

  • This study analyzed qualitative data to examine the attitude toward the conditions of and the barriers to the work- family balance among unmarried workers. The data was drawn from 5 focus groups consisting of 4 workers each. The 20 participants, aged 21 through 38, were interviewed in mini groups composed of 2 male workers and 2 female workers each. The research depicts four main themes about their work-family balance: the image of a dual-earner family, women's market labor, housework, and the ideal conditions of a dual-earner family. This research concluded that unmarried workers desperately want to be part of a dual earning family for economic survival. However, they also know that it would be very difficult to make ends meet and to live as dual-earner families because of the lack of a proper social support system. However, most of them believe that they must solve these problems on their own, and they do not expect to receive help from systematic public policies. They think that they should find solutions by rearranging the role divisions between the husband and the wife or by asking for help from their parents or other relatives. The only assistance they expect from the government are reliable child care facilities and governmental incentives to promote stimulate the family-friendly workplace.

노인요양시설의 스마트 기술 도입에 대한 탐색적 연구 -요양시설 종사자 답변을 중심으로- (Adoption of the Use of Smart Technology by Health-care Workers in Nursing Homes: an Exploratory Study)

  • 본 연구는 노인요양시설에 도입가능한 스마트 기술을 탐색해봄으로 시설입소노인들의 삶의 질 향상을 꾀하기 위해 시도되었다. 조사대상자는 노인요양시설에서 노인의 직 간접적 케어에 종사하는 요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호사 등을 대상으로 실시되었으며 총 6개의 요양시설에 근무하는 종사자들을 통해 총 127명의 자료가 수집되었다. 수집방법은 설문지를 이용하되 4명의 노인복지전공자들이 스마트기기에 대한 설명을 병행했다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 평균 및 표준편차를 통한 요구도를 분석한 결과 스마트 기술을 요양시설에 적용할 경우 가장 유용한 영역으로는 가족관계지원 영역, 건강지원 영역, 여가지원 영역, 물리적환 경적응지원 영역의 순으로 나타났다. 구체적 항목별로는 물리적환경적응지원 영역에서는 시설직원익히기, 특정공간 방향찾기였으며, 건강지원영역에서는 안전센서, 프로그램 알람이, 가족관계 지원영역에서는 가족 사진보기, 자신의 사진/동영상 앨범 활용이, 여가 지원영역에서는 음악듣기, 영화/텔레비젼 시청이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 응답자의 인구 사회적 특성 및 스마트기기 특성에 따라 다르게 나타났는데, 이를 토대로 향후 연구에서는 노인을 대상으로 스마트 기술에 대한 욕구를 파악함으로 좀 더 심도깊은 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
