Ground anchor expands the hollow wall of settled part and has the structure which resists the designed tensile load by the bearing pressure generated by the wedge of the anchor body pressing in the expanded part. Such ground anchor has been recognized for stability and economicality since 1960s in technologically advanced nations such as Japan and Europe, and in 1970s, the Japan Society of Soil Engineering has established and announced the anchor concept map. The ground anchor introduced in Korea, however, has the structural problem where the tensile strength is comes only from the ground frictional force due to expansion of the wedge body. In an interval where the ground strength is locally reduced due to fault, discontinuation or such, this is pointed out as a critical weakness where the anchor body of around 1.0m must resist the tensile load. Also, in the installation of concrete block, the concentrated stress of concrete block constructed on the uneven rock surface causes damage, and many such issues in the anchor head have been reported. Thus, in this study, by using the expanded bit for precise expansion of settled part, the ground anchor system was completed so that the bearing pressure of ground anchor can be expressed as much as possible, and the bearing plate was inserted into the ground to resolve the existing issues of concrete block. Through numerical analysis and pullout test executed for verification of site applicability, the pullout-behavior characteristics of anchor was analyzed.

In order to investigate the effect of punching condition on the stretch flange formability of sheet for deep drawing hole expansion tests at various edge condition were done. Edge conditions were changed by altering tool clearances artifical defects grinding and deburring. For a determination of optimum edge condition of side panel of automobile punched section analysis and forming results were studied and the laboratory test results were used. In case of considered side panel tool clearance should be less than 15% and punched edge should be uniform without defects for safe forming
When a saturated clay is sampled in an undisturbed manner from a bore hole, the sample extends vertically and shrinks horizontally under undrained conditions due to stress release. The conventional consolidation test specimen is trimmed from the expanded sample so that its diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the consolidation test ring, and this test procedure does not reproduce the actual consolidation behavior. The measurement of sample extension was conducted by means of overcoring method showed that the extension strains were 1 to 2%. To simulate the in-situ consolidation behavior, we proposed the consolidation test method that uses a specimen with a slightly smaller diameter than the inside diameter of consolidometer so that the specimen expands laterally to the inside of the ring.

In this study, reliability tests of torsion control expansion anchors according to drill bit diameters were performed. The standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the anchor were reviewed through the tests for each variable, and the results were compared and evaluated with the standard test results. As a result of the reliability test of the M12 and M16 anchors with 1.04 times the drill bit diameter, they were within 20% of the ultimate tensile load permissible standard coefficient of variation. It was found that the pulling-out performance of the anchor installed in the large hole was sufficiently secured. However, it was found to be about 253% and 210% of the design strength, indicating that the pulling performance of the anchor installed in 1.04 times the drill bit diameter was sufficiently secured. As a result of the reliability test of the M12 and M16 anchors with 1.02 times the drill bit diameter, the value of the coefficient of variation of the ultimate tensile load limit was within 20%, which satisfies the test standard. It was shown to be about 136% and 168% of the design strength, indicating that the pulling-out performance of the anchor installed in 1.02 times the drill bit diameter is sufficiently secured.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees who attend graduate school on the expansion of the knowledge sharing network in their company. For this purpose, the researchers chose 10 worker-graduate students and 75 members of company 'A' that they belong to and 107 members of university 'B' that they belong to, 172 members in total. 10 overlapped employee-students were excluded. The results of this study are summarized as follow: First, the personal relations of the employee-students enhanced after they have entered the graduate school. The score for the question was 3.85 out of 5 points. Second, the employee-students played the role of the knowledge bridge between company's co-worker network and graduate school's classmate network. It was confirmed that the density of the company's network was higher than the density of the connected network of the company and the graduate school. The analysis result confirmed that the difference of the two groups was significant. This means that the company carried out exchange with more members and therefore gained various kinds of knowledge. Also, in all types of network, the structural hole of the company network was lower than that of the connected network of the company and graduate school. The ANOVA test using QAP procedure confirmed that the difference of two groups was significant (friendship network F=1.2856, p<0.05; information network F=1.278, p<0.05; and trust network F=1.23, p<0.05). It means that the company not only gained the newly acquired knowledge by the knowledge bridge of the employee-students, but also was able to share it more effectively with members. Third and lastly, the employee-students share various information related to the organization, duties and roles rest in the company throughout break time, working hours and direct inquiries. This means that the employee-students contributed to the innovation of knowledge sharing in the company by sharing knowledge that they gained from the graduate school within the company.
An improved packer and injection system was developed to improve the efficiency of excavation by hydraulic rock splitting by reducing vibration and noise. Field testing of the system found hydraulic fractures limited in expansion and extension due to the loss of injection pressure by leackage from the cracks, and then the single packer applied to injection hole allowed to produce a sufficient tensile displacement for rock excavation. Numerical analysis based on the field test data could explain the development of cracks in the field experiments.
Recently, the expansion of the domestic solar market due to the promotion of eco-friendly and alternative energy-related policies is promising, and it is expected to lead the high-efficiency/high-power module market based on M10 or larger cells to reduce LCOE, 540-560W, M12 based on M10 cells Compared to the existing technology with an output of 650-700W based on cells, it is necessary to secure competitiveness through the development of modules with 600W based on M10 cells and 750W based on M12 cells. For the development of high efficiency/high-power n-type bifacial, it is necessary to secure a lightweight technology and structure due to the increase in weight of the glass to glass module according to the large area of the module. Since the mechanical strength characteristics according to the large area and high weight of the module are very important, design values such as a frame of a new structure that can withstand the mechanical load of the Mechanical Load Test and the location of the mounting hole are required. In this study, a structural analysis design model was introduced to secure mechanical reliability according to the enlargement of the module area, and the design model was verified through the mechanical load test of the actual product. It can be used as a design model to secure the mechanical reliability required for PV modules by variables such as module area, frame shape, and the location and quantity of mounting holes of the structural analysis model verified. A relationship of output drop can be obtained.

Recently, market demands of miniaturization, high interconnection density, and fine pitch of PCBs continuously keep increasing. Therefore, SLP (substrate like PCB) technology using a modified semi additive process (MSAP) has attracted great attention. In particular, SLP technology is essential for the development of high-capacity batteries and 5G technology for smartphones. In this study, the reliability of the microvia of hybrid SLP, which is made of conventional HDI (high density interconnect) and MSAP technologies, was investigated by experimental and numerical analysis. Through thermal cycling reliability test using IST (interconnect stress test) and finite element numerical analysis, the effects of various parameters such as prepreg properties, thickness, number of layers, microvia size, and misalignment on microvia reliability were investigated for optimal design of SLP. As thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of prepreg decreased, the reliability of microvia increased. The thinner the prepreg thickness, the higher the reliability. Increasing the size of the microvia hole and the pad will alleviate stress and improve reliability. On the other hand, as the number of prepreg layers increased, the reliability of microvia decreased. Also, the larger the misalignment, the lower the reliability. In particular, among these parameters, CTE of prepreg material has the greatest impact on the microvia reliability. The results of numerical stress analysis were in good agreement with the experimental results. As the stress of the microvia decreased, the reliability of the microvia increased. These experimental and numerical results will provide a useful guideline for design and fabrication of SLP substrate.

In this study, applicability of compressed air form (CAF) fire water was verified in a bid to use the undersea effluent as fire water. Foam collector was fabricated in accordance with KS B ISO 7203-1 (Specification for low expansion foam concentrates for top application to water-immiscible liquids) and the test was conducted using fresh water as fire water for 19 times and using seawater as fire water 15 times that totaled 34 times. Foam reduction time was 237.73 seconds on average with fresh water and 215.60 seconds with seawater, which proved the applicability of CAF fire water using seawater. Besides, window breaker was fabricated to directly extinguish the fire in train and a full-scale fire test was conducted three times. At the final 3rd test, window glass was broken in 2 seconds to make the hole for fire extinguishing and suppressed the fire in 3 seconds using CAF fire extinguisher.
