Positive bias stress-induced instability in amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (a-IGZO) bottom-gate thin-film transistors (TFTs) was investigated under high $V_{GS}$/low $V_{DS}$ and low $V_{GS}$/high $V_{DS}$ stress conditions through incorporating a forward/reverse $V_{GS}$ sweep and a low/high $V_{DS}$ read-out conditions. Our results showed that the electron trapping into the gate insulator dominantly occurs when high $V_{GS}$/low $V_{DS}$ stress is applied. On the other hand, when low $V_{GS}$/high $V_{DS}$ stress is applied, it was found that holes are uniformly trapped into the etch stopper and electrons are locally trapped into the gate insulator simultaneously. During a recovery after the high $V_{GS}$/low $V_{DS}$ stress, the trapped electrons were detrapped from the gate insulator. In the case of recovery after the low $V_{GS}$/high $V_{DS}$ stress, it was observed that the electrons in the gate insulator diffuse to a direction toward the source electrode and the holes were detrapped to out of the etch stopper. Also, we found that the potential profile in the a-IGZO bottom-gate TFT becomes complicatedly modulated during the positive $V_{GS}/V_{DS}$ stress and the recovery causing various threshold voltages and subthreshold swings under various read-out conditions, and this modulation needs to be fully considered in the design of oxide TFT-based active matrix organic light emitting diode display backplane.

Spinoglenoid cyst of the shoulder is a rare clinical entity and several treatment modalities have been reported. Recently, arthroscopy is effectively used via communication hole or posterior capsulotomy through the glenohumeral joint. With this method, the complete cystectomy is impossible if the cyst is a large size or extended anteriorly and there are few reports about such cases. We present extra-articular complete cystectomy through bursal space in 3 cases of huge and anteriorly extended spinoglenoid cysts. All patients were able to return to work with no restrictions and 2 patients who performed the follow up MRI demonstrated complete resolution of the cyst and some recovery of the mass of infraspinatus muscle.
The simultaneous occurrence of an intracranial and a spinal subdural hematoma (SDH) is rare. We describe a case of cranial SDH with a simultaneous spinal SDH. An 82-year-old woman visited the emergency room because of drowsiness and not being able to walk 6 weeks after falling down. A neurological examination showed a drowsy mentality. Brain computed tomography showed bilateral chronic SDH with an acute component. The patient underwent an emergency burr-hole trephination and hematoma removal. She exhibited good recovery after the operation. On the fourth postoperative day, she complained of low-back pain radiating to both lower limbs, and subjective weakness of the lower limbs. Spine magnetic resonance imaging revealed a thoracolumbosacral SDH. A follow-up spinal magnetic resonance imaging study that was performed 16 days later showed a significant decrease in the size of the spinal SDH. We discuss the pathogenesis of this simultaneous occurrence of spinal and cranial SDH.
In most cases, subdural hematoma (SDH) is regarded as a complication of head injury and nontraumatic causes are rare. Moreover, spontaneous chronic SDH in child or adolescent is very unusual. Here, we present the case of a healthy 14-year-old girl who was diagnosed as a spontaneous chronic SDH. The patient presented with severe headache following blurring of vision two weeks ago without any history of trivial head injury. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging depicted a chronic SDH. The cause of the hematoma was not established. After performing burr hole drainage of the hematoma, the patient made an uneventful recovery. We explore the potential risk factors and pathophysiology implicated in this condition. Possible pathogenic mechanisms of this unique case are discussed and a review of the pertinent literature is included.

Engine mount is used to soften the impact of bumper with elasticity recovery and damping capacity. Inner noise and vibration to influence the comfortableness for passenger cause the engine to the chattering phenomenon. In this study, structural analysis can be done by engine mounts designed with 3D modelling. Natural frequencies and harmonic responses are analyzed by using models with some kinds of configurations. When the simulation model is applied by the force of 600N within the range of natural frequencies, the magnitude of deformation becomes 0 to 3mm. As the number of holes around inside mount increases, the capability of vibration absorption and durability becomes larger. In case of 5holes around inside mount, it can be safest on durability. The life of mount becomes larger by changing the configuration of model. The engine mount improved with durability can be designed through the result of simulation.
Adult nonpregnant female rabbits were subjected to the study of the effects of carbon monoxide inhalation on the uterine motility. Animals were anesthetized with intravenous injection of nembutal, 35 mg/kg, and the uteri were exposed. Polyethylene tubing which had a small hole near the blind tip was inserted in the loop and normal saline was infused at a constant rate of 1.5 ml/min. On the other end of the loop, an outlet of fluid was made. When a peristaltic wave proceeded to the hole, a rise of the pressure was ensued and it was transmitted to the pressure transducer, making an upward deflection of the recording pen on the physiograph. Carbon monoxide, 1,000 ppm in the concentration, was inhaled through a tracheal cannula for 30 minutes, following fresh air for 30 minutes. In some cases, pure oxygen was also supplemented for another 30 minutes. Uterine motility was expressed in terms of the impulse that was the time integral of the pressure and of the frequency of the peristaltic waves. The results obtained were as follows. 1. When 1,000 ppm carbon monoxide was inhaled for 30 minutes, the impulse dropped to $72{\pm}16.5%$ and the frequency to $75{\pm}22.7%$ of the values obtained before the gas administration. 2. By fresh air for 30 minutes, the impulse and the frequency restored to $77{\pm}25.7%$ and $92{\pm}21.1%$, respectively. 3. By the supplement of pure oxygen for 30 minutes, no remarkable improvement were revealed, showing $89{\pm}35.2%$ in the impulse and $91{\pm}10.8%$ in the frequency, respectively. 4. There was an appreciable discrepancy in the recovery courses of the impulse and the frequency, suggesting different mechanisms attributable to the alteration by carbon monoxide inhalation.
In wireless sensor networks, the multipath prefers energy efficient routing method due to the characteristic of low-power sensor which uses geographic method to transmit data packet through information of the neighbor nodes. However, when multipath meets the routing fail area called hole area, path overlap problem can occur, resulting in failed maintenance of disjoint multipath. To solve this problem, multipath research studies have been performed to exploit the modeling and detouring method in routing fail area by keeping the disjoint multipath. However, in an energy point of view, additional method like modeling can lead to a lot of energy consumption of sensor node. Moreover, lots of energy consumption of sensor node can shorten the life span of sensor network. In this study, we proposed an energy efficient geographic routing by keeping the disjoint multipath in routing fail area. The proposed scheme exploited the face routing using the geographic recovery method without additional method like modeling.
The bleeding of 39 Acer mono trunks by wounding was investigated at the altitudes of 400m, 500m, 800m, and 1100m on Wangsirobong (1,214m), Mt. Chiri area (127°34'E., 35°14'N.) from February 4 to March 21, 1993 and from February 23 to March 23, 1994. The amount of sap in a day was clodely related to the change of air temperature and wind speed. Especially, the abundant sap was exudated at the ranges of -4~13℃ in the daily range of temperature and it was below 0.14m/s in wind speed. The most abundant bleeding was exudated from Acer mono trunk located south facing slope in 800m altitude. Also the amount of sap increased with incereasing suface area of crown. The maximum bleeding of sap was collected from the hole punctured at 80cm height from the ground surface at southern part of the trunks. And the number of exudation holes had an important effect on bleeding of sap but the number of holes should be controlled by DBH of trunks. These results suggested that the exudation was influenced by the daily range of temperature and wind speed. And the altitude, direction of sloped where the trees occurred, surface area of crown, the number of exudation holes, height form the ground surface and the direction of the hole was 91.6% when germicide (Dimethyl-4,4' -ophenylene bis 3-thio alonate) was treated from April to October after bleeding of sap in the year.

Introduction: Chronic subdural hemorrhage (CSDH) primarily affects the elderly, and its incidence is rising due to aging trends. Although burr-hole craniostomy is a common treatment for CSDH, it often has a high recurrence rate and can sometimes result in poor outcomes. Oryeong-san, a traditional Korean medicine, is emerging as a potential remedy, with documented cases in both Korea and Japan. Case Presentation: In March 2021, a patient was diagnosed with an intracerebral hemorrhage in the left basal ganglia. A subsequent brain computed tomography in June 2022 revealed CSDH. Given the potential need for surgery if no CSDH absorption occurred, the patient was treated with Oryeong-san. Later computed tomography scans indicated that surgery was no longer necessary. Conclusions: This study evaluated the efficacy of Oryeong-san in treating CSDH. The results demonstrated complete CSDH absorption with no observed side effects, highlighting Oryeong-san as a promising and safe therapeutic option.
Recently, there has been an increasing number of ground subsidence (sink-hole) in the downtown areas, and in such a case, it is important to minimize accidents and passages through prompt recovery. With respect to the present recovery method for ground subsidence, the methods of applying the back filling after excavating the ground subsidence or using the grouting injected materials to restore the ground are mostly used, but there has been few studies on materials used for recovering the ground subsidence. Therefore, in order to clarify the characteristics of back filling materials used in the ground subsidence, this study uses the environment-friendly hardening agent to improve the dredged clay, and then, the mixture ratio of hardening agent and mixture ratio of decomposed granite soil is changed to cure for 3, 7, 14 and 28 days to analyze the intensity characteristics of the unconfined compression, and it was compared with the unconfined compression intensity for the previously used cement, a hardening agent. In order to evaluate the characteristics of intensity on the back filling materials, the C.B.R test was carried out, and for the review on whether the back filling materials influence on corrosion of water and sewer pipes and others, the soil non-resistance test was carried out. As a result of the test, for the case of the recovery work of the ground subsidence that requires urgency, it is considered as prudent if the hardening agents of 12% are integrated to cure for 3 days or longer, and for not having the influence on the corrosion of the gas tube or water pipes, it is proposed to mix for 30% or more of the decomposed granite soil. Door model test were conducted To confirm the bearing capacity characteristics of the solidified layer.
