사출 금형 수축률 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on injection mold shrinkage estimates)

  • It is true that the plastic shrinkage is inevitable. Shrinkage rate in effect at the time of mold design will soon determine the size of the global product. Process for the shrinkage of the plastic that provides how made, yet it has identified a process for making the question whether the shrinkage that can be trusted, and by the experimental results were as follows: as shrinkage, see ISO but, according to circumstances the process can go to the agreement between the parties. shrinkage ratio of the pressure sensor installed in the specimen mold is essential, amount of pressure sensor is that it is appropriate approximately 2-3. proper holding pressure is a significant effect on shrinkage Mitch, so that the effect of selecting the contraction ratio data according to the appropriate holding pressure during mold making. shrinkage CAE analysis results are difficult to utilize in the mold-making chamber. Based on these results, it concluded by looking forward to the improved products produced shrinkage.

간극수압 소산경향을 고려한 자가굴착식 프레셔메터로부터의 수평압밀계수 결정법 (Determination of Horizontal Coefficient of Consolidation from the Self-boring Pressuremeter Holding Test by Considering Pore Pressure Dissipation Trend)

  • 본 논문에서는 자가굴착식 프레셔메터 시험의 변형을 유지시험(strain holding test)에서 관측된 소산시험 결과의 초기 소산경향으로부터 점성토 지반의 수평압밀계수를 추정하기 위한 최적화기법의 적용에 대하여 기술하였다. 프레셔메터의 확장으로 인한 초기 과잉간극수압의 분포는 Randolph. & Wroth(1979)의 해석적 해(analytical solution)를 이용하여 지반의 강성지수의 함수로 모사되었으며 연속된 간극수압 소산과정까지 전과정이 모사되었다. 제안된 기법에서는 이를 소산곡선과 정규화 된 관측 소산곡선이 초기 50% 범위에서 소산경향이 가장 일치하도록 하는 수평압밀계수를 최적화기법을 이용하여 결정하였다. 제안된 기법을 김제와 양산에서 수행된 기존의 자가굴착식 프레셔메터 연구결과의 해석에 적용하였으며 제안된 방법으로 얻어진 수평압밀계수를 기존의 연구결과, 실내 및 원위치 시험결과와 비교하였다. 연구결과 제안된 방법은 피에조콘 소산시험과 매우 일관성있게 일치하는 수평압밀계수를 제공할 뿐 아니라 부분배수가 발생하는 지점에서도 간극수압 소산경향을 반영함으로 인해 보다 적절한 수평압밀계수를 결정할 수 있음을 알았다.

스팀-에어 레토르트의 온도분포에 미치는 공정 변수 영향 (The Effect of Various Processing Conditions on Temperature Distribution in Steam-air Retort)

  • 공기 주입식 스팀-에어 레토르트 내에서 스팀온도, 내부가압, CUT 등의 공정변수가 레토르트 내부의 온도 균일성에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 고온살균(121℃)이 저온살균(82℃) 보다 공정구간동안 온도분포가 더 균일하고 안정적이었다. 내부 가압이 클수록 저온살균조건의 공정에서는 온도분포가 안정적이었고, 이와 반대로 고온살균조건의 공정에서 온도분포가 더 불균일한 것으로 나타났다. 승온구간을 조절한 경우에는 레토르트 내의 온도분포에는 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 공정구간동안 레토르트 내부에서 냉점은 수직방향 1층의 위로 확인되었고, 수평방향에서는 맨 뒤쪽 중앙 부분이 가장 높은 온도를 유지하여 공정 동안 이 위치들을 주의를 할 필요가 있었다. 또한 레토르트 내부의 양 옆 위치가 다른 위치에 비해 특히 온도분포가 불안정한 것으로 확인되었으므로 레토르트 가공 공정에서 주의해야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

PEMFC 고분자막의 화학적인 열화에 의한 두께 감소 보정이 성능 및 내구성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Compensation for Thickness Reduction by Chemical Degradation of PEMFC Membrane on Performance and Durability)

  • 상용차용 수소 전기 차량 수요가 증가하면서 고분자 전해질 연료전지 (PEMFC) 내구성은 승용차용보다 5배 이상 증가해야 하므로 내구성 향상 연구개발이 시급한 상황이다. PEMFC 막전극접합체 (MEA)가 화학적 열화가 진행되면 MEA 두께가 감소하고 핀홀이 발생하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 화학적 열화 가속 실험인 개회로전압 (OCV) holding 후에 단위전지의 체결압을 상승시키면서 MEA의 성능 및 내구성의 변화를 측정하였다. 체결압이 상승하면서 고분자막의 저항과 막/전극 접촉저항이 감소하여 I-V 성능이 향상되었고, 수소투과도가 감소하였다. 수소투과도 감소에 따라 OCV는 증가하였다. 핀홀 부위를 제거하고 MEA 체결압을 증가시켰을 때 수소투과도가 급감하여 국부적인 열화가 전체 셀의 성능과 내구성에 미치는 영향이 큼을 확인하였다. 핀홀 부위 제거 후 재체결하고 OCV holding 평가를 하였을 때 막 저항과 수소투과도 감소에 따라 내구성이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

Effects of High Pressure/High Temperature Processing on the Recovery and Characteristics of Porcine Placenta Hydrolysates

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of high pressure/high temperature (HPHT) treatment on the recovery efficiency and characteristics of porcine placenta hydrolysates. The placenta hydrolysates were characterized by solubility, free amino acid contents, gel electrophoresis, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and amino acid composition. Placenta was treated at 37.5 MPa of pressure combined with various temperatures (150, 170, and $200^{\circ}C$) or various holding times (0, 30, and 60 min at $170^{\circ}C$). Insoluble raw placenta collagen was partially solubilized (> 60% solubility) by the HPHT treatment. Free amino group content of placenta collagen was increased from 0.1 mM/g collagen to > 0.3 mM/g collagen after HPHT treatment, reflecting partial hydrolysis of collagen. The molecular weight ($M_w$) distribution showed evidence of collagen hydrolysis by shifting of $M_w$ peaks toward low molecular weight when treated temperature or holding time was increased. Alanine (Ala), glycine (Gly), hydroxyproline (Hyp), and proline (Pro) contents increased after the HPHT treatments compared to a decrease in the others. In particular, the increase in Gly was obvious, followed by Hyp and Pro, reflecting that placenta hydrolysates were mainly composed of these amino acids. However, increasing temperature or holding time hardly affected the amino acid compositions. These results indicate that the HPHT treatment is advantageous to hydrolyze collagen derived from animal by-products.

손마사지 프로그램이 백내장 수술환자의 불안과 면역기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a Hand Massage Program on Anxiety and Immune Function in Clients with Cataract Surgery under Local Anesthesia)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effect of a hand massage program on anxiety and immune function in patients during cataract surgery. The hand massage program, in this study, consisted of hand massage and hand-holding. The subjects were sixty-three patients, thirty for the experimental and thirty-three for the control group, who were admitted at Kang Nam St. Mary's Hospital for cataract surgery. This study was carried out from December 10, 1997 to February 26, 1998. The level of anxiety as measured by the Visual Analogue Scale, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate were measured before, after hand massage, and after hand-holding. Epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, blood sugar levels, neutrophil, lymphocyte, and natural killer cell percentages also were measured before hand massage and five minutes before the end of the operation. Data were analyzed by t-tests, ANCOVA, repeated measures ANOVA, and Bonferroni multiple comparisons. The results were as follows : 1) After hand massage, psychological anxiety levels decreased significantly compared with before hand massage in the experimental group, not in the control group. After hand holding, there were significant decrease in both groups. 2) There were not significant differences on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rates in both groups. 3) The hand massage program decreased epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol significantly in the experimental group, and increased epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol in the control group. 4) There were no differences in blood sugar levels, neutrophil and lymphocyte percentages in white blood cells after the hand massage program. However, natural killer cells in lymphocytes were significantly increased in the experimental group. These findings indicate that a hand massage program could be a effective nursing intervention in decreasing the psychological and physiological anxiety levels and improving immune function in clients having cataract surgery under local anesthesia.

보압 및 압축이 원반형 사출품내의 복굴절 분포에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Effect of Holding and Compression Pressures on The Birefringence Distribrtion in Injection-Modeled Disks)

  • Recently, injection molding process became more popular than ever to produce large quantities of high precision products or optical products. Especially, optical disk that was made by injection mol ding process has been used for many years as a music play media or computer sub-device. The density of data in disk media has been increased continuously. But those optical disks can cause sensorial problems because of high birefringence or deformation from the residual stresses in the media. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effects of various process conditions on the final bireffingence structure in injection-molded disks for producing precision injection-molded products. In the present paper we have focussed on the effect of holding and compression pressures on the optical anisotropy remaining in the MOD by examining the gapwise distribution of birefringence and extinction angle. The effect of holding pressure was found to form the inner two bireffingence peaks. But the effect of compression pressure on the bireffingence distribution was found to make the uniform distribution near the center in the gapwise direction. Finally, the value of the birefringence near the wall decreased as the mold temperature increased.

금속인서트 사출성형품의 수축현상에 관한 연구 (Research of Shrinkage Phenomenon on Metal Insert Injection Molded Parts)

  • Engineering plastics have been magnified its usability due to its outstanding mechanic al, electrical and chemical properties, for example, in the area of computer, electricity, electronics, automobile, camera industry. In recent, automobile speedometer system is changing from manual operation to motor operation. All plastic gears inserted by metal shaft are used In motor operated speedometer system. Therefore, in this research, experimental investigation of the shrinkage phenomenon was executed according to various inserted depth and injection conditions. In experiments, the inserted depth was controlled as 30% and 90% of the total thickness of the plastic gear. The main parameters of injection process were selected as injection pressure, holding pressure, melt temperature, injection rate. As main results, free shrinkage rate of the test part is increased about 4 times to restricted shrinkage rate and shrinkage phenomenon against all injection conditions have a trivial effect on the test parts as conventional parts.

  • In this study, the friction test was performed to find friction characteristics of advanced high strength steel (AHSS) sheets and the multiple regression method was employed to obtain friction models. The friction coefficients associated with the lubricant viscosity, drawing speed, and blank holding pressure are measured. Differently from GA steel sheets, the effects of the lubricant viscosity and pulling speed are a little, which are explained by a theory of adhesion and wear as well as a deformation of friction surface. In addition, the effects of friction parameters are numerically represented by friction regression models.

  • Stainless steels in general has passive film having strong corrosion resistance on surface. Therefore it must be necessarily removed by etching in mixing solution of sulfuric and chloric acid before Nitriding treatment. But in the ion nitriding, nitride layer was easily formed because passive film was removed without difficult by sputtering effect. The removal extent of these passive films was greatly effected by gas mixing ratios and pressure and holding times of pre sputtering factors in pre sputtering stage. As a results of experiment it has been known that pre sputtering pressure and holding time was not nearly effective on the formation behavior of nitride layer. But when A/H2 gas mixing ratios was 1/2 (vol%) was the most effective of the all pre sputtering conditions. It was resulted from the combination of mechanical reaction byArgon bombardment and chemical reaction by reduction of hydrogen on the passive film.
