Let G be a semialgebraic group which is not necessarily compact. Let X be a proper semialgebraic G-set whose orbit space has a semialgebraic structure. In this paper we prove that X has a finite open straight G-CW complex structure.
It has been proposed that G protein interacts with receptor via multiple interaction sites. With regard to this, C-terminus of the G${\alpha}$ subunit is clearly not the only structural determinant on the G proteins that is critical for receptor coupling selectivity, but the extreme N-terminus of Ga subunit and other structural elements were proposed to be responsible for dictating the interaction with receptors. Network densification is regarded as the dominant driver for wireless evolution into the era of 5G. However, in this context, interference-limited dense small cell deployments are facing technical challenges in mobility management. The recently announced results from an LTE field test conducted in a dense urban area show a handover failure (HOF) rate of over 21%. A major cause of HOFs is the transmission failure of handover command (HO CMD) messages. In this paper, we propose two enhancements to HO performance in LTE networks - radio link failure-proactive HO, which helps with the reliable transmission of HO CMD messages while the user equipment is under a poor radio link condition, and Early Handover Preparation with Ping-Pong Avoidance (EHOPPPA) HO, which assures reliable transmission of HO CMD under a good radio link condition. We analyze the HO performance of EHOPPPA HO theoretically, and perform simulations to compare the performance of the proposed schemes with that of standard LTE HO. We show that they can decrease the HOF rate to nearly zero through an analysis, and based on the simulation results, by over 70%, without increasing the ping-pong probability.

Glycerol triacetate(triacetin) is the currently used common plasticizer in the making filters from cellulose acetate tow. For the mono acetate filter, the determination of triacetin contents is already established by CORESTA recommended method (No. 59). But unfortunately, the analytical method of triacetin in the activated carbon filter have not reported so far. In this study, it was established the analytical method of carbon filter's triacetin contents at various extraction conditions, bath ratio and internal standard materials. The confidential level appeared above $95\%$ when the extraction time, ISTD material and bath ratio was 3 hours, tripropionin and below 500 mg activated carbon / 50 $m\ell$ ethanol, respectively. Also, in the distribution of triacetin with filter materials in activated carbon filters, the triacetin amount was the most contained in activated carbon. Therefore, this method can be applied to the determination of triacetin contents in the activated carbon filter.

This work investigated biodegradability for the cellulose acetate, carbon dual, paper and web used to cigarette filter materials by soil test. Also, because of demanded a lot of the time and effort in case of soil test, the possibility of biodegradation by enzyme was studied. The evaluation of degradation for the filter materials by soil test was examined with the naked eye, electron microscopy and weight loss. The biodegradability according to the filter materials was represented in the order of paper > web > carbon dual > cellulose acetate without relating to the evaluation methods. Experiment of biodegradability by the cellulase(E C 3.2.1.4, Trichoderma viride) among the several biodegradability enzymes was demanded reaction time of the $5\~10$ hours and represented the same result with that of soil test.
Characteristics of holdup and flow behavior of fluidized solid particles were investigated in a liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed ($0.102m{\times}3.5m$). Effects of liquid velocity ($U_L$), particle size ($d_P$) and solid circulation rate ($G_S$) on the solid holdup, overall particle rising velocity, slip velocity between liquid and particles and hydrodynamic energy dissipation rate in the riser were examined. The particle holdup increased with increasing $d_P$ or $G_S$ but decreased with increasing $U_L$. The overall particle rising velocity increased with increasing $U_L$ or $G_S$ but decreased with increasing $d_P$. The slip velocity increased with increasing $U_L$ or $d_P$ but did not change considerably with $G_S$. The energy dissipation rate, which was found to be closely related to the contacting frequency of micro eddies, increased with increasing $d_P$, $G_S$ or $U_L$. The solid particle holdup was well correlated with operating variables such as $U_L$, $d_P$ and $G_S$.

A theoretical model for predicting the capability curve of cellulose acetate filter is derived. The pressure drop is expressed as a function of the filter dimensions, the tow fiber characteristics, the filter weight, the fluid flow rate, and a filter fiber factor. Where, the filter fiber factor is affected by the distribution of the tow fibers within the filter, the relative orientations of the tow fibers, and their cross-sectional shapes. The minimum and maximum fraction of solids in capability curves determined from experimental data. Also, the filter fiber factor is expressed as a function of the filter length, tow fiber length, and tow fiber diameter. Capability curves predicted by the suggested model in this work correspond well with capability curves by experimental data.
Fluoride (F-), a known stimulator of G-protein, induced strong contraction in rabbit trachealis muscle. $AlCl_3\;(5{\sim}20\;{\mu}M)$, which is required for G-protein stimulation by $F^-$, potentiated the contractile response to $F^-$. $Ca^{2+}-removal$ and verapamil, a calcium channel blocker, inhibited the fluoroaluminate-induced contraction. Fluoroaluminate increased $^{45}Ca$ influx in the absence and presence of verapamil. In heparin-loaded muscle high $K^+-induced$ contraction was not affected, but acetylcholine and fluoroaluminate-induced contractions were inhibited. The fluoroaluminate-induced contraction was partially relaxed by isoproterenol, a stimulator of adenylate cyclase. Pertussis toxin partially inhibited fluoroaluminate-induced contraction and potentiated isoproterenol-induced relaxation in the presence of fluoroaluminate, but had no effect on acetylcholine-induced contraction and the isoproterenol-induced relaxation in the presence of acetylcholine. These results suggest that fluoroaluminate has the ability to stimulate at least two putative G-proteins in rabbit trachealis muscle; One causes $Ca^{2+}$ influx through the potential-operated $Ca^{2+}$ channel and the other induces intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ release by the increase of inositol-1, 4, 5-triphosphate.
