Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP) is a histologically identifiable pulmonary disease without a known cause that usually infiltrates the lung interstitium. IIP is largely classified into idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, idiopathic non-specific interstitial pneumonia, respiratory bronchiolitis-interstitial lung disease (ILD), cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, desquamative interstitial pneumonia, and acute interstitial pneumonia. Each of these diseases has a different prognosis and requires specific treatment, and a multidisciplinary approach that combines chest high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT), histological findings, and clinical findings is necessary for their diagnosis. Diagnosis of IIP is made based on clinical presentation, chest HRCT findings, results of pulmonary function tests, and histological findings. For histological diagnosis, video-assisted thoracoscopic biopsy and transbronchial lung biopsy are used. In order to identify ILD associated with connective tissue disease, autoimmune antibody tests may also be necessary. Many biomarkers associated with disease prognosis have been recently discovered, and future research on their clinical significance is necessary. The diagnosis of ILD is difficult because patterns of ILD are both complicated and variable. Therefore, as with other diseases, accurate history taking and meticulous physical examination are crucial.

Objectives : This study reports a 42-year old female inpatient who visited for recurrent herpes zoster on the right hand and right side of the face on 5 days after coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination. She already had 2 times of herpes zoster prior to this outbreak. Methods : During 10 days of hospitalization, both treatments were simultaneously applied to her. For Korean medical treatment, acupuncture, herbal medicine including Sipjeondaebo-tang, and Hominis Placenta pharmacopuncture were mainly used. Collaborating with internal medicine of our hospital, essential medications for herpes zoster including antihistamine, corticosteroid, and acyclovir were administered. To assess symptoms, taking photos and numerical rating scale(NRS) were used. Results : On the 3rd day of hospitalization, erythema on the right hand disappeared. On the 4th day, discomfort arisen by zoster lesions dropped from NRS 8, which was initially evaluated, to NRS 0. Facial lesion also steadily improved. At the moment of discharge, erythema on the right side of oral angle disappeared and mild traces of vesicular lesions remained on the right hand. Conclusions : Considering her medical history, the recent recurrent herpes zoster was suspected as an adverse event of COVID-19 vaccination. Unlike general course of herpes zoster, the skin lesions and discomfort were rapidly improved owing to the collaborated treatment during the 10 days. This study may be the first literature on herpes zoster following COVID-19 vaccination in Korea.

This paper deals with preservation and restoration as a universal approach to conserve architectural heritage. The questions on how to preserve or restore them have been always major issues for many old buildings. Reading changes in ways of the thinking to solve such matters in the past helps to grasp the fundamental concepts to conserve cultural heritage at this point in time. The method is an important stage that leads to change our current attitude. Both the ways of the thinking for preservation and restoration should be re-interpreted to preserve memory or to restore identity depending on the current situation, and even should no longer be understood as two opposite options. Therefore, this paper focuses on the epistemological notion and reveals the origin and premise of modern historical perception that has become disconnected from the past works. By taking the writings of $Eug{\grave{e}}ne$-Emmanuel Viollet le Duc, John Ruskin, and Camillo Boito into consideration, the thesis shows that their thought, in the common denominator of the time, is a kind of reflection of consciousness according to particular historical contexts and that their ideas echo three dialectical paradigms derived from past and present, memory and forgetfulness, and history and truth.
This article regards the phase of political confrontations in Thailand and Burma as a prolonged and inconclusive political struggle between national revolution forces and civil revolution forces. It argues that in Thai case, anti-monarchy constitutional revolution has led to a right-wing national revolution based on state nationalism consolidating capitalist economic system by Sarit's military coup, while in Burmese case, anti-British imperialism movement in colonial era has resulted in a left-wing national revolution grounded on state nationalism associating with socialist economic system by Ne Win's military coup. It is also interesting to note that the two cases experienced state nationalism denying autonomous civil society as a process of nation-building in spite of their contrasting ideologies. In both cases, it became inevitable to have national revolution forces clinging to official nationalism and state nationalism confronting with civil revolution forces seeking popular nationalism and liberal nationalism. In particular, unlike Burmese society, Thai society, without colonial history has never experienced a civil war mobilizing anti-colonial popular nationalism including ethnic revolt. This article considers Dankwart Rustow's argument that national unity as a background condition must precede all the other phases of democratization, but that otherwise its timing is irrelevant. In this context, Thai democratization without national unity which began earlier than Burmese is taking a backward step. For the time being, there would be no solution map to overcome severe political polarization between the right-wing national revolution forces defending official nationalism cum state nationalism and the civil revolution forces trying to go beyond official nationalism towards popular nationalism cum liberal nationalism. In contrast, paradoxically belated Burmese democratization has just taken a big leap in escaping from serious and inconclusive nature of political struggle between the left-wing national revolution forces to defend official nationalism cum state nationalism and civil revolution based on popular nationalism cum liberal nationalism towards a reconciliation phase in order to seek solutions for internal conflicts. The two case studies imply that national unity is not a background condition, but a consequence of the process of political polarization and reconciliation between national revolution forces and civil revolution forces.
As a key of access to public participation and information, e-government is taking the active role of public service by relevant laws and policy measures for universal use of e-government websites. To improve the accessibility of web contents, the level of deriving the results for each detailed evaluation item according to the Korean web contents accessibility guideline is carried out, which is an important factor according to the detailed evaluation items for each website property and requires data-based management. In this paper, detailed indicators are analyzed based on the quality control level diagnosis results of existing domestic e-government websites, and the results are classified according to high and low to propose new improvement directions and induce detailed improvement. Depending on the necessity of management according to the detailed indicators for each website attribute, not only results but also level diagnosis to strengthen web service quality suggests directions for future improvement through accurate detailed analysis and research for policy feedback. This study ultimately makes it possible to expect government system management based on predicted data through deduction history management based on evaluation score data on public websites. And it provides several theoretical and practical implications through correlation and synergy. The characteristics of each score for the quality management of public sector websites were identified, and the accuracy of evaluation, the possibility of sophisticated analysis, such as analysis of characteristics of each institution, were expanded. With creating an environment for improving the quality of public websites and it is expected that the possibility of evaluation accuracy and elaborate analysis can be expanded in the e-government performance and the post-introduction stage of government website service.

Storing large amounts of data has always been a big problem from the beginning of computing history. Big Data has made huge advancements in improving business processes by finding the customers' needs using prediction models based on web and social media search. The main purpose of big data stream processing frameworks is to allow programmers to directly query the continuous stream without dealing with the lower-level mechanisms. In other words, programmers write the code to process streams using these runtime libraries (also called Stream Processing Engines). This is achieved by taking large volumes of data and analyzing them using Big Data frameworks. Streaming platforms are an emerging technology that deals with continuous streams of data. There are several streaming platforms of Big Data freely available on the Internet. However, selecting the most appropriate one is not easy for programmers. In this paper, we present a detailed description of two of the state-of-the-art and most popular streaming frameworks: Apache Ignite and Hazelcast. In addition, the performance of these frameworks is compared using selected attributes. Different types of databases are used in common to store the data. To process the data in real-time continuously, data streaming technologies are developed. With the development of today's large-scale distributed applications handling tons of data, these databases are not viable. Consequently, Big Data is introduced to store, process, and analyze data at a fast speed and also to deal with big users and data growth day by day.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of dental hygiene curricula related to clinical practice in Korea. Methods: Clinical work included the categories 'history taking, infection control, oral prophylaxis, preventive treatment, education/counseling, radiography/reading, assisting/cooperation, impression/bite registration, anesthesia, etc.', and 66 works were finally selected based on the frequent tasks of dental hygienists. The subjects were made to answer nine questionnaires. Results: It was found that the theory and practice of the main works operated quite differently in lectures and practice in each school. All types of practice were applied to all schools in the case of 'scaling'. The evaluation of clinical practice was also found to be very different from school to school. Conclusions: For dental hygienists to establish expertise in clinical practice and promote quality improvement, it is necessary to develop a core curriculum focusing on clinical practice. The standardized curriculum should be improved to an efficient and competency-centered one defining clearly the role of dental hygienists considering the needs and importance of clinical practice.

The conceptual site model (CSM) is used as a key tool to support decision making in risk based management of contaminated sites. In this work, CSM was applied in Jeonju Industrial Complex where site investigation for groundwater contamination was conducted. Site background information including facility types, physical conditions, contaminants spill history, receptor exposure, and ecological information were collected and cross-checked with tabulated checklist necessary for CSM application. The CSM for contaminants migration utilized DNAPL transport model and narrative CSMs were constructed for source to receptor pathway, ecological exposure route, and contaminants fate and transport in the form of a diagram or flowchart. The component and uncertainty of preliminary CSM were reviewed using the data gap analysis while taking into account the purpose of the survey and the site management stage at the time of the survey. Through this approach, the potential utility of CSM was demonstrated in the site management process, such as assessing site conditions and planning follow-up survey work.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate failed implants and reimplantation survival and to identify the relative risk factors for implant re-failure. Methods: Ninety-one dental implants were extracted between 2006 and 2020 at the National Health Insurance Service Ilsan Hospital, including 56 implants in the maxilla and 35 implants in the mandible that were removed from 77 patients. Patient information (e.g., age, sex, and systemic diseases) and surgical information (e.g., the date of surgery and location of the implants and bone grafts) were recorded. If an implant prosthesis was used, prosthesis information was also recorded. Results: In total, 91 first-time failed dental implants in 77 patients were analyzed. Of them, 69 implants in 61 patients received reimplantation after failure. Sixteen patients (22 implants) refused reimplantation or received reimplantation at a different site. Eight of the 69 reimplants failed again. The 1-year survival rate of the 69 reimplants was 89.4%. Age at reimplantation and smoking significantly increased the risk of reimplantation failure. However, a history of taking anti-thrombotic agents showed a statistically significant negative association with reimplantation failure. Of the failed implants, 66% showed early failure and 34% showed late failure of the initial implantation. All 8 re-failed implants showed early failure. Only 3 of these 8 failed reimplants were re-tried and the second reimplants all survived. Conclusions: The total survival rate of implants, which included reimplants and second reimplants was 99.2%, although the survival rate of the initial implantations was 96.3%. Previous failure did not affect the success of the next trial. Reimplantation failure was more strongly affected by patient factors than by implant factors. Therefore, each patient's specific factors need to be meticulously controlled to achieve successful reimplantation.

This study aims to report a case of facial dermatitis herpetiformis with allergy diseases improved by administration of Mahaengeuigam-tang (Maxingyigan-tang). Multiple blisters appeared on the patient's face, Erythema, papules, and scales were also observed on the neck, back, and knee areas of the patient. The patient has had cough, sputum, and dyspnea symptoms since she was 5-6 months old. After diagnosing the patient's condition as dermatitis herpetiformis, atopic dermatitis, and bronchial asthma through history taking and symptom observation, Mahaengeuigam-tang (Maxingyigan-tang) was prescribed for about 30 days. As a result of evaluation through our own criteria, dermatitis herpetiformis symptoms improved from 18 to 2 points. Atopic dermatitis and asthma symptoms also decreased from 12 to 0 and 20 to 3 points, respectively. Since this study has proven the efficacy of Mahaengeuigam-tang (Maxingyigan-tang) for dermatitis herpetiformis patient, this prescription may be fully utilized as the treatment for other inflammatory skin diseases.
