Oral history has value that steps over the class consciousness and party feeling that records have, and enables a general representation of a human experience. Beside, It must be managed urgently because a collection of oral history has unique and limited. However, domestic related institution do not keep management for release and use of oral history in their mind are only concentrating on accession. Lately, National History Compilation Committee passes through faithful planning procedures and is collecting an oral history collection project. A merit of this project is to have attempted an image photographing. This study is propose that to examines over the all steps to say oral history collection activity to information service and a preservation from collection planning of organization. However, this study is insufficient in the management method how it is connected if does in order to manage the oral history which is collected with a part of a record in a archival institution because this study was only for the purpose of management of oral history. This problem will be studied through a process of checking the real thing of oral history. This study proposed general methodology for oral history management, if institution had a plan of collection and management or had some collection result.

The aim of the research is to focus on the cognitive principles and to achieve human-level intelligence in referring context based browser history and the Windows history. One of the major problems faced by today's computer users is insufficient and single exclusive context based reference of the browser history and the Windows history. Today we search for the browser history and Windows history in different places even though the context is the same. For e.g., When working on a research paper or preparing a business presentation, a user may require to refer many web sites on the internet and various documents on the local computer. The browser can provide only time based history. The windows document history is also time based and limited to list only few documents. Hence, we propose a tool "Cognitive Based Context Aware Reference History Management Tool" which helps to access the exclusive reference of context and time based history in one place. The tool also proposes to store image history with urls and classifies images of a specific topic accessed in different time, bookmarks management and cross browser history management. These features are very useful as we can access all related documents (doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf, txt, and html), web pages, images and bookmarks in one place. The tool uses the cognitive principles like classification and association to achieve the purpose.

이 글은 지난 12년 간의 기록관리의 역사에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하여 그간의 연구동향과 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 연구에서는 기록관리분야의 "한국기록관리학회지"와 "기록학연구" 2종과 기록관리 관련분야 6종의 학술지에 실린 31편의 논문을 선정하였다. 정량적 분석에서는 31편의 논문목록을 작성하고, 분야별 연도별 논문현황을 살펴보았으며, 연구자별 현황에서는 연구당 저자수, 논문편수별 연구자, 연구자의 소속기관 및 소속기관의 유형을 밝혔다. 내용분석에서는 먼저 기록관리의 역사는 일반사, 국내 역사, 국외 역사의 세 분야로 나누고, 각 분야를 세분하여 국내 역사는 삼국시대 -백제-, 고려시대, 조선시대, 일제강점기, 대한민국정부수립 이후, 공공기록관리법 제정 이후의 시대별로 나누었으며, 국외 역사는 아시아, 북미, 유럽, 러시아의 지역별로 나누어 살펴보았다. 향후 기록관리의 역사 분야의 미래 발전을 위해 이론과 실무의 새로운 연구 방향을 위해 몇 가지 제안을 하였다.

본 연구는 '아래로부터의 역사' 서술과 기록물 유형별 관계를 고찰하면서 영국 기록관리의 전반적인 흐름을 파악하고자 했다. 이를 위해 1960년대부터 영국에서 진행되었던 역사워크숍운동과 역사워크숍저널에 발표된 논문들을 분석했다. 이들은 공공기록은 물론 신문, 일기, 편지, 구술 등 다양한 기록을 활용했다. 비록 역사워크숍 운동은 퇴조했지만 공동체 아카이브의 활성화에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 21세기 들어와 공공기관도 이러한 흐름에 동참하면서 기록의 사회적 역할 확대에 기여하고 있다. 또한 기록의 정보자원화라는 기록관리 환경의 변화를 더불어 '아래로부터의 역사' 서술을 위한 새로운 토양이 만들어지고 있다.

경북 산업용 헴프 규제자유특구 사업이 시행된 지 어느덧 1여 년이 지났으며 현시점은 규제자유특구 이후의 국내 대마 산업을 위하여 생산이력관리 측면의 미흡한 점에 대한 보완 및 검토가 필요한 때이다. 본 연구에서는 경북 산업용 헴프 규제자유특구 사업 내 대마 이력관리의 현황과 특징을 알아보고 파일럿 인터뷰, 쉐도잉, 사용자 여정 지도 등의 서비스디자인 도구를 활용하여 현 이력관리에 대한 문제점을 도출하였다. 이어 선행국가인 미국 오리건주의 대마 생산체계 및 합법적인 대마 시장을 위해 권고하고 있는 대마이력추적시스템(CTS)의 사례를 비교·분석하였으며 방향성으로는 생육 특성에 맞는 생산 전주기 이력관리로 안전성 확보, 실시간 관리가 가능한 효율적인 기술 적용 고안, 규제자유특구 사업 내의 이력정보 공유를 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현 대마 생산이력관리 시스템 개선 및 향후 국내 대마 산업화의 이력관리체계에 대한 올바른 정착에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

최근 환경 오염 및 자원 고갈 등의 이유로 대체에너지원은 미래의 에너지원으로 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 국외에서는 대체에너지원에 관련된 정보 시스템의 개발 및 보급이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 대체에너지원 데이터의 효율적인 이력 관리 및 웹을 통한 검색 서비스가 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 대체에너지원 데이터의 방대한 이력 정보를 체계적으로 저장 및 관리하기 위한 대체에너지원 이력 데이터 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 외부 관측 시스템으로부터 대체에너지원 데이터를 수집하여 이력 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 저장된 정보는 이력 질의 처리를 통해 검색되고 테이블, 그래프, 챠트, 등고선 등의 다양한 형태로 인터넷을 통해 제공된다. 특히, 제안 시스템은 실시간으로 이력 데이터를 관리하므로 사용자는 웹 인터페이스를 통해 항상 최신의 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 특징을 갖는다.

본 연구의 목적은 학교역사기록을 수집 및 보존, 활용하는 학교역사관의 실질적인 운영 현황을 조사하고 개선 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 대상의 유형을 학교가 주체가 되어 학교 내에 역사관을 설립하는 단위학교형, 교육청이 지역적으로 동일한 생활권에 있는 학교들의 공동 역사관을 설립하는 통합형 역사관으로 구분하였다. 먼저 학교역사기록과 학교역사관의 유형과 기능을 파악하고 해외의 학교역사관 운영 현황을 조사하였다, 이어 서 국내 현황 조사를 위해 교육청 지원 사업을 통해 학교역사관을 구축한 6개의 단위학교와 5개의 교육지원청을 선정하여 심층면담을 수행하였으며 학교역사관 운영 전반, 기록 수집 현황, 정리 및 보존 현황, 기록정보서비스 현황으로 영역을 구성하여 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단위학교형과 통합형 학교역사관의 운영 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 운영, 기록관리, 기록정보서비스 측면에서 개선방안을 제안하였다. 더불어 단위학교형과 통합형 역사관을 아우르는 종합적인 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 학교역사관을 설립하여 운영하고 발전시키는 데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

In wireless network, we propose a predictive location update scheme which considers mobile user's(MU's) mobility patterns. MU's mobility patterns can be found from a movement history data. The prediction accuracy and model complexity depend on the degree of application of history data. The more data we use, the more accurate the prediction is. As a result, the location management cost is reduced, but complexity of the model increases. In this paper, we classify MU's mobility patterns into four types. For each type, we find the respective optimal number of application of history data, and predictive location area by using the simulation. The optimal numbers of four types are shown to be different. When we use more than three application of history data, the simulation time and data storage are shown to increase very steeply.

The many cities are changing in the city form where the person and nature are mixed. Namely, the government invests many expense in tree field of distance space for the change in the green city. In this paper, we design and implement a tree growth management system using PDA built in 13.56MHz RFID reader and CBD(Component Based Development) for ubiquitous computing environments. Our system provides history management to increase business efficiency for location coordinate of tree and history information of tree which using RFID, the RFlD tag is attaching the new tree and that is inputting GPS location information in PDA and provides tree information of tree by location coordinate to history management. Finally, we show from a performance analysis that our system achieves about 85% average tree read rate of RFID under test scenario environments.
