In the past decades, effect of near field earthquake on the historical monuments has attracted the attention of researchers. So, many analyses in this regard have been presented. Tunnels as vital arteries play an important role in management after the earthquake crisis. However, digging tunnels and seismic effects of earthquake on the historical monuments have always been a challenge between engineers and historical supporters. So, in a case study, effect of near field earthquake on the historical monument was investigated. For this research, Finite Element Analysis (FEM) in soil environment and soil-structure interaction was used. In Plaxis 2D software, different accelerograms of near field earthquake were applied to the geometric definition. Analysis validations were performed based on the previous numerical studies. Creating a nonlinear relationship with space parameter, time, angular and numerical model outputs was of practical and critical importance. Hence, artificial Neural Network (ANN) was used and two linear layers and Tansig function were considered. Accuracy of the results was approved by the appropriate statistical test. Results of the study showed that buildings near and far from the tunnel had a special seismic behavior. Scattering of seismic waves on the underground tunnels on the adjacent buildings was influenced by their distance from the tunnel. Finally, a static test expressed optimal convergence of neural network and Plaxis.

This paper takes the Pingjiang historical and cultural district of Suzhou city as an example, collects 1439 visitor review data from Ctrip.com with the help of Python technology, and uses web text analysis to conduct research on high-frequency words, semantic networks and emotional tendencies to comprehensively assess the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscape, historical and cultural accumulation, and the style of Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the tourists' perception of Pingjiang historical and cultural district; tourists hold strong positive emotion towards Pingjiang Road, however, there is still more room for renovation and improvement of the historical and cultural district. Finally, countermeasure suggestions for improving the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage are given in terms of protection first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

The present study examines the connections and effects of these historical events on South Korea's education system. The research seeks to illuminate private education's complex history and the complex factors that have shaped it by examining these historical trajectories. After the Korean War in the mid-20th century, South Korea went from agrarian to industrial, which shaped private education. Unparalleled economic growth in the 1960s and 1980s altered schooling. South Korea quickly became an industrial powerhouse, and education became crucial for families seeking socioeconomic advancement. The growing middle class, believing education was the key to prosperity, demanded more extra education. South Korean private education's fourth major event occurred during the socioeconomic upheavals of the 1960s-1980s. Prior studies explain how the fast transition from agrarian to industrial society made schooling essential for families seeking upward mobility. Due to the demand for extra education, private tutoring and specialist hagwons flourished. In summary, this study insists that the effects of historical events on South Korean private education demonstrate the interconnection of cultural, economic, and sociological aspects. Educational practitioners must comprehend the historical backdrop, recognize the lasting impact of past events, and use literature-based tools to navigate this complex landscape.

The primary objectives of this study is to examine and identify the historical factors that have significantly contributed to the growth/ expansion and prosperity of SMEs in the Republic of Korea and to evaluate and assess the impact of historical factors on the economic progress/ development, innovation, and job creation within SMEs in South Korea. To achieve the purpose of the current study, the present author has investigated the comprehensive literature investigation and figured out a total of four Key historical factors of SMEs for Economic Growth in the Republic of Korea, such as (1) Government Policies, (2) Technological Advancements, (3) Access to Finance, (4) International Trade. In conclusion, this study has undertaken a thorough investigation into the four critical historical factors that have significantly affected the development and achievements of SMEs in the Republic of Korea. By addressing a notable gap in current scholarly work, this study not only adds to the existing pool of knowledge but also provides valuable insights for various stakeholders. Practitioners/ professionals should proactively participate in government support initiatives/ programs and financial aid. SMEs can benefit from monetary incentives and donations/ grants intended to stimulate research and development, creativity, and international trade ventures.

실적공사비 제도는 2004년부터 도입된 제도로서, 과거의 유사 공사의 계약단가를 토대로 공종별 단가를 파악하여 예정가격을 결정하는 방식이다. 이러한 실적공사비 단가는 매년 2회 한국건설기술연구원에서 발표하고 있다. 소규모 공사의 공사비 단가는 작업단위당 생산비용 증가, 장비 및 노무비 등 상승으로 인해 대규모 공사보다 높을 수밖에 없는 것이 건설공사의 특성이다. 그러나 실적공사비 단가가 공사의 규모와 무관하게 일률적으로 적용되고 있어 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실적공사비 제도의 문제점을 파악하기 위해서 대 소규모 토목공사의 실적공사비를 비교 분석하였으며, 소규모 토목공사의 실적공사비가 대규모 토목공사에 비해 21.8% 높은 결과가 도출되었다.

Based on clothing prohibition modelling characteristics, this paper studies historical costumes through the traditional Chinese historical dramas of the 'Kang-Qian' heyday during the 'Qing Dynasty'; represents the research object as a representative Chinese historical drama. This paper systematically analyzed the utilization and reflection of royal women clothing prohibition. The results of the study are as follows. The royal women clothing prohibition of this drama shows three aspects of characteristics found in traditional Chinese costume modeling. First, some special colors that integrated ancient and modern styles were mainly used in this drama such as champagne color, wine color, and macaron color. Second, it mainly utilized the modelling of modern artificial pigments and floral patterns that are different from Chinese traditional female costumes of the 'Qing Dynasty'. Third, stage costumes for this drama are focused more on using a personality method to reflect the beauty of each actress by the application of individual elements. This study analyzed and studied the clothing prohibition of female costume from to show the traditional Chinese costume prohibition in a Chinese historical drama as well as reveal a few aspects of traditional female costume characteristics in the 'Kang-Qian' heyday during the 'Qing Dynasty'. This study examined traditional female costumes characteristics in modern historical dramas based on different figures and dynasties as well as discussed the factors at a deeper level and from varied aspects.

제주도 역사시대 화산활동 기록의 실체를 밝히고자 제주도에서 가장 젊은 화산으로 추정되는 화산 3곳에 대하여 방사성탄소연대 및 광여기루미네선스연대를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 송악산은 최소 3.8 ka 전 이후, 비양도는 최소 4.5 ka 전 이전, 일출봉은 6~7 ka 전 이후에 분출한 화산으로 파악된다. 이번 연대분석 결과로 고문헌상의 천 년 전 화산을 밝혀내지는 못했다. 하지만, 역사기록 재해석을 통해 1002년과 1007년의 두 차례 기록이 하나의 단성화산에서 일어난 일련의 화산분출 사건임을 새롭게 제시한다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 화산분출 기록에 대한 화산지질학적 해석을 통해, 역사서에 기록된 화산은 수성화산활동과 마그마성 화산활동을 모두 가지는 상당한 규모의 화산으로, 분출연대가 3.8 ka 전 이후로 밝혀진 대정읍 송악산으로 추정하였다. 더 나아가, 화산분출 사건이 기록된 고려시대 초기의 탐라와 고려의 실제적 관계, 시대 문화적 배경 등을 고려하여 화산분출 기록 시점과 실제 화산분출 시기가 서로 불일치할 가능성도 새롭게 제시한다.

Objectives :The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the significance of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 by examining North Korea's perspective in its documentation of the history of medicine, and to further understand North Korea's perception of Korean Traditional Medicine. Methods : The focus of examination was on the perspective of historical description as shown in the first chapter of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』. Its unique features were made clear through comparison with historical texts of medicine of South Korea such as the 『History of Medicine in Korea』, and the 『History of Korean Medicine』. In order to grasp the current of historical research in North Korea, various Traditional Medicine related dictionaries and academic journals of North Korea along with the 『Joseontongsa』 were examined. Results & Conclusions : The historical views of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 could be categorized as nation-focused, materialistic, and nationalistic. These are core elements that make up North Korea's self-reliance ideology, which influenced the interpretation of medical facts. While the text is valuable in that it introduced new historical material along with its interpretation, and argued for a more independent development of Traditional Medicine, its limitation of interpreting historical material from a conclusive, pre-determined standpoint cannot be overlooked. The North Korean 'Goryeo Medicine' is defined by its historical nature rather than academic characteristics, and its significance is determined by its clinical efficacy rather than theoretical value.

Higher incidences of adverse reaction associated with the prolonged use of synthetic drugs has once again increased the faith of humans in the traditional systems of medicine and motivated them to return back towards the clinical proven remedies for the treatment. It is also true that number of modern medications used in the present scenario, were developed from various plants. In Unani System of medicine, numerous herbal drugs are mentioned for medicinal purpose. Siras (Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth.) is one of them. It is found all over India. Almost all parts of this plant are used for the treatment of ailments such as migraine, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, jaundice, skin problems, asthma etc. Many chemical constituents have been isolated from Albizia lebbeck such as lebbekannin, echinocystic acid, flavonoids, Linoleic acid, saponins etc. This review highlights the medicinal properties and therapeutic uses of Albizia lebbeck and scientific studies conducted on the drug in human and animal models that will provide the further research direction.
