Objectives: The purpose of this study was to describe the source, length, number of views, and content of the most widely viewed Zika virus (ZIKV)-related YouTube videos. We hypothesized that ZIKV-related videos uploaded by different sources contained different content. Methods: The 100 most viewed English ZIKV-related videos were manually coded and analyzed statistically. Results: Among the 100 videos, there were 43 consumer-generated videos, 38 Internet-based news videos, 15 TV-based news videos, and 4 professional videos. Internet news sources captured over two-thirds of the total of 8 894 505 views. Compared with consumer-generated videos, Internet-based news videos were more likely to mention the impact of ZIKV on babies (odds ratio [OR], 6.25; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.64 to 23.76), the number of cases in Latin America (OR, 5.63; 95% CI, 1.47 to 21.52); and ZIKV in Africa (OR, 2.56; 95% CI, 1.04 to 6.31). Compared with consumer-generated videos, TV-based news videos were more likely to express anxiety or fear of catching ZIKV (OR, 6.67; 95% CI, 1.36 to 32.70); to highlight fear of ZIKV among members of the public (OR, 7.45; 95% CI, 1.20 to 46.16); and to discuss avoiding pregnancy (OR, 3.88; 95% CI, 1.13 to 13.25). Conclusions: Public health agencies should establish a larger presence on YouTube to reach more people with evidence-based information about ZIKV.

To access PDF documents on an electronic book, PDF documents need to be converted into EPUB which is a standard format of the electronic book. When converting a PDF document into EPUB format, we need to convert color representations from CMYK into RGB representation. It is possible to give a visual effect and a user interaction using a video and JavaScript supported by EPUB format. The schemes for converting from PDF to EPUB are studied in this paper. (1) The first study is to carry out not to lose the color conversion effect using an ICC profile. (2) The second one is a layout configuration in the conversion process. (3) The third one is to highlight a specific content such as quiz platform to provide interactive visual effect for electronic book readers. Finally, in this paper we will show the usability of EPUB based eBook converting scheme through user study.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) affects 4-12% of chool-age children worldwide and is characterized by three core symptoms: hyperactivity, inattention, and impulsivity. Although standard pharmacological treatments, such as methylphenidate and atomoxetine, are available, concerns about drug-induced psychological and cardiovascular problems, as well as growth retardation and sleep disturbances, highlight the continuing need for new therapeutic interventions. Using a neonatal hypoxia-induced hyperactivity model in rats, the potential positive role that oral administration of red ginseng extract may have in relation to the hyperactive phenotype was investigated. Hypoxia was induced in 2-day-old male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat pups by placing them in a nitrogen chamber for 15 min. The neonatal hypoxia-induced rats showed a significant increase in hyperactivity phenotype, such as increased movement duration, movement distance, and rearing frequency, which was determined by monitoring their spontaneous locomotor activity using the Ethovision video tracking system. One week of oral treatment with red ginseng extract decreased the hyperactivity phenotype of the neonatal hypoxia-induced rats and increased the locomotor activity of the control rats. In the neonatal hypoxia-induced rats, expression of the norepinephrine transporter in the forebrain was increased, and red ginseng treatment partially prevented its up-regulation, while increasing its level in the control rats. Taken together, these results suggest that red ginseng extract decreased the neonatal hypoxia-induced hyperactivity phenotype, although it increased locomotor activity in normal animals.

This article focused on contemporary American animation since the 1990s and later detailed clues to the theory that contemporary pop art style influenced contemporary American animation art creation expression and contemporary American animation. Knowing why American animation swept the world summarizes the art creation characteristics of modern American animation. After a combination of theoretical and actual animation works, the main manifestations of the postmodern pop art style in contemporary American animation: exaggerated and superficial shapes highlight character characteristics; rebellious colors reconstruct emotional perception; creation impacts the mass media-dependence; bizarre collage and repetition, embodying the postmodern pop spirit of jokes and spoofs, Etc. Through this, it is expected that the current analysis of American animation will provide new innovative ideas for domestic animation design and increase the competitiveness of domestic animation in international video animation.

This paper presents cross-national perspectives on challenges in implementing current mathematics education reform ideals. This paper includes detailed qualitative descriptions of mathematics instruction from unevenly successful second-grade classrooms both in Koran and in the U. S with regared to reform recommendations. Despits dramatic differences in mathematics achivement between Korean and the U.S student. problems in both countries with regard to mathematics education are perceived to be very similar. The shared problems have a common origin in teacher-centered instruction. Educational leaders in both countries have persistently attempted to change the teacher-centered pedagogy to a student-centered approach. Many teachers report familiarity with and adherence to reform ideas, but their actual classroom teaching practices do not reflect the full implications of the reform ideals. Given the challenges in implementing reform, this study explored the breakdown that may occur between teachers adoption of reform objectives and their successful incorporation of reform ideals by comparing and contrasting two reform-oriented classrooms in both countries. This comparison and contrast provided a unique opportunity to reflect on possible subtle but crucial issues with regard to reform implementation. Thus, this study departed from past international comparisons in which the common objective has been to compare general social norma of typical mathematics classes across countries. This study was and exploratory, qualitative, comparative case study using grounded theory methodology based on constant comparative analysis for which the primary data sources were classroom video recordings and transcripts. The Korean portion of this study was conducted by the team of four researchers, including the author. The U.S portion of this study and a brief joint analysis were conducted by the author. This study compared and contrasted the classroom general social norms and sociomathematical norms of two Korean and two U.S second-grade teachers who aspired to implement reform. The two classrooms in each country were chosen because of their unequal success in activating the reform recommendation. Four mathematics lessons were videotaped from Korean classes, whereas fourteen lessons were videotaped from the U.S. classes. Intensive interviews were conducted with each teacher. The two classes within each country established similar participation patterns but very different sociomathematical norms. In both classes open-ended questioning, collaborative group work, and students own problem solving constituted the primary modes of classroom participation. However in one class mathematical significance was constituted as using standard algorithm with accuracy, whereas the other established a focus on providing reasonable and convincing arguments. Given these different mathematical foci, the students in the latter class had more opportunities to develop conceptual understanding than their counterparts. The similarities and differences to between the two teaching practices within each country clearly show that students learning opportunities do not arise social norms of a classroom community. Instead, they are closely related to its sociomathematical norms. Thus this study suggests that reform efforts highlight the importance of sociomathematical norms that established in the classroom microculture. This study also provides a more caution for the Korean reform movement than for its U.S. counterpart.

The commercialization of medical dramas includes 'Sales of Drama OST Albums', 'Organizing Online Live Concerts (PPL in Advertising)', 'Publishing Piano Music', 'Picture of People-Oriented Photography', 'Making Music Video Editing Drama Highlight', 'YouTube Upload Profits', 'Mask' and 'Disinfectant'. it is predicted that the touching story of Corona 19 and the charming humanity will unfold. The limitations of the research will require analysis of various works by genre and attempts to analyze consumer values by industry.

Currently, there is a lack of research that directly applies and integrates science and technology in the field of dance and translates it into creative work. In this study, the researcher applied motion capture to creative dance performance 'Youth' and described the process of incorporating motion capture into scenes for the performance. The research method involved utilizing practice-based research, which derives new knowledge and meaning from creative outcomes through the analysis of phenomena and experiences generated on-site. The creative ballet performance "<Youth>" consists of a total of 4 scenes, and the motion-captured video in these scenes serves as the highlight moments. It visually represents the image of a past ballerina while embodying the meaning of a scene that is both the 'past me' and the 'dream of the present.' The use of motion capture enhances the visual representation of the scenes and plays a role in increasing the audience's immersion. The dance field needs to become familiar with collaborating with scientific and technological advancements like motion capture to digitize intangible assets. It is essential to engage in experimental endeavors and continue training for such collaborations. Furthermore, through collaboration, the ongoing research should extend the scope of movement through digitized processes, performances, and performance records. This will continually confer value and meaning to the field of dance
