  • 과거 냉전시절의 우주개발은 성능이라는 목표에 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 하지만 냉전 이후 경제성이 우주개발에 있어서 중요한 목표가 되었으며, 이러한 경제성을 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단으로 재사용 발사체에 대한 관심과 연구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 진행되고 있는 현재 세계 각국의 재사용 발사체 및 미래추진기관에 대한 기술발전 전망과 방향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

자동차 네트워크 시스템을 위한 FlexRay 드라이버 개발 (The Development of FlexRay Driver for Vehicle Network System)

  • As the demands for the safety and convenience applications of the vehicles increase, the data load for the In-vehicle Network has increased significantly. As a result, a deterministic and fault-tolerant communication system is required to implement the safety critical applications such as X-by-wire systems. FlexRay communication system is a new standard of network communication system which provides the high speed serial communication, time triggered bus and fault tolerant communication between electronic devices. In addition to time-triggered communication, as providing of the event-triggered communication such as CAN, FlexRay protocol is able to manage the restricted communication resource more effectively. This paper presents the development of FlexRay driver which will be applied to the future ECU's communication system. To develop the FlexRay driver, the FlexRay requirement specification and FlexRay specification is analyzed. The developed FlexRay driver is implemented by using MPC5567 microprocessor of the Freescale semiconductor. To verify the developed FlexRay driver, the waveform of the FlexRay driver was measured and compared with the CAN communication system. As a result, the bus load is reduced about 13% compared with the CAN communication system.

  • This paper presents the analysis of the analysis of thrust characteristics of linear induction motors(LIMs) according to secondary reaction plate. LIMs are well known as high speed transport systems, which can obtain thrust directly without gears and links, or auxiliary mechanisms. A simple structure, easy maintenance, and less environmental pollution are advantages of LIMs. In transport systems using LIMs, the secondary reaction plate is an important design factor, because it has considerable impact on the cost of the railway as well as the performance of the LIMs. This paper deals analyzed the characteristics of linear induction motor used for moving the vehicle of container scanner. Thrust, efficiency and load characteristic were interpreted with FEM regarding two models whose material of secondary reaction plate was copper and aluminum. It suggested the interpretation of thrust, efficiency and power factor characteristic along slip and compared the operation ability of linear induction motor through characteristics analysis along the load.

차량용 무선 비디오 시스템 내 EMI 노이즈 개선 방안 (Improved Design Method of a EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference Noise for Wireless Video System in Vehicle)

  • 본 논문은 EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) 잡음의 주된 원인인 각 회로의 임피던스 부정합, 고속 데이터 인터페이스 그리고 PCB(Printed Circuit Board) 상에서 전원/접지 구조에 의한 불안정 잡음을 주파수 대역별로 분석하여 각 원인별 잡음 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 통해 무선 비디오 데이터를 전송하는데 사용되는 차량용 무선 비디오 스트림 시스템 설계방안을 제안하였다. 잡음 개선 방안으로 회로 신호의 임피던스 정합과 PCB 라인의 내층 설계, 전원/접지 구조 개선을 통해 시스템의 잡음 개선을 수행하였다. 구현된 시스템은 EMI 규제에 따라 각 대역에서 40[dBuV/m]와 47[dBuV/m]내로 잡음 개선을 하였다.

  • In this study, on-line measuring system were developed to verify performances and functions of traction system that are used in KTX(Korea Train eXpress) synthetically and efficiently, and have been measuring electric signals of vehicle as well as mechanical signals up to the present. Running-braking measuring equipment was constructed in vehicle to optimize signal acquisition and analysis ability of the measuring system. Measurement data of signal were performed acquisition, analysis and evaluation using this equipment. KRRI(Korea Railroad Research Institute) described about main specifications of measuring equipment. Also, the structure and principles as well as main circuit system were explained in brief. KRRI analyzed the characteristics comparing design values with experimental values about running distance, running time and positive acceleration for KTX is running in full traction. We analyzed the distance and time according to number of motor block. In result, running characteristics of traction system in KTX were verified and could be evaluated.

The Noise Reduction of a DC Motor Using Multi-body Dynamics

  • The DC motor of a vehicle may cause noise and vibration due to high-speed revolution, which can make a driver feel uncomfortable. There have been various studies attempting to solve these problems, mostly focusing on the causes of noise and vibration and a means of preventing them. The CAE methodology is more efficient than a real test for the purpose of looking for various design parameters to reduce the noise and vibration of the DC motor. In this study, a design process for reducing brush noise is presented with the use of a computer model, which is made by using a multi-body dynamics program (DADS). The design parameters to reduce the brush noise and vibration were proposed using a computer model. They were used to reduce the noise and vibration of the DC motor and verified by the test results of the fan DC motor in the vehicle. This method may be applicable to various DC motors.

  • 본 연구에서는 실시간 무선 철도시스템 모니터링을 위하여 열차 주행에 따라 발생하는 열 및 진동 에너지를 전기자원화 하는 신재생 에너지 개념의 전력원인 자가발전 구동 기술에 대한 철도시스템 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 실제 주행 중인 고속열차를 이용하여 철도차량의 운행환경 하에서 발생하는 열에너지와 진동에너지를 실측하여, 주행 중 이들 에너지 발생량 및 변화를 분석하고 이를 통해 진동 및 열 에너지를 이용하는 자가발전 모듈의 예측 전력량을 계산하고, 이 전력량에 대한 이 모니터링 시스템 적용 가능성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

철도차량 수를 유연하게 구성할 수 있는 통신시스템 구현 (Implementation of Communication to Flexibly Configure the Number of Railway Cars)

  • This paper presents the implementation for a network structure of railway cars using a point to point communication. Most of network's representative specifications for a train are the FIP (Field Bus), MVB (Multifunction Vehicle Bus), CAN and WTB (Wire Train Bus) which is used by ALSOM, SIEMENS and BOMBADIER as major in this field. These networks in a physical layer use a multi-drop method, connected from $1^{st}$ car to $n^{th}$ car of a train through a cable without any extra services such as an electric part, amplifier. However waveforms which is passed through a long cable in the multi-drop are distorted by a capacitance or resistance of the cable or environments. Also since using a cable connected directly from $1^{st}$ car to $n^{th}$ car, if over two trains make double head, it isn't easy to distinguish ID for each railway cars. So by using the point to point network per each car, it is able to reduce a distortion. Also since reducing distortion, this communication speed can be been higher and transmit and receive any packets more stably. Using proposed token in a packet, this can make ID per each railway car automatically. Finally experimental results show the good performance and effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • IEEE WAVE는 고속 이동 중인 차량 네트워크에서 운전자 안전 정보 및 상업적 서비스를 제공하기 위한 무선 전송 기술로써 현재 표준화가 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE WAVE를 기반으로 하는 안전운전 지원 서비스를 위한 응용계층 프로토콜과 이를 기반으로 하는 응용 시스템을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 다루는 안전운전 지원 서비스로는 공사구간 정보 서비스 및 사고차량 신고 서비스, 응급차량 알림 서비스, 프로브 서비스, 딜레마구간 의사결정 지원 서비스를 포함한다. 시스템의 기능 검증을 위하여 에뮬레이터 시스템을 구현하였으며 에뮬레이터는 차량과 도로의 모든 상황을 관리하는 에뮬레이터 서버와 각각의 기능 개체(차량 및 노변, 교통 센터)를 포함하는 클라이언트로 구성된다.

  • Recently, For the material transport is increased, the AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) is the most important part in the industrial factory. So we treat the navigation control problem and experimental results using microprocessor. In navigation control, we have faced with velocity control problem related to guide path tracking problem. Carefully, In the straight line, the AGV moves at its high speed, but in the curve line, especially when the radian ratio is very big it is difficult to follow guide line. So, Using fuzzy controller we have simulated the guide path following AGV according to the varying velocity and experimented it with microprocessor.(Intel 80C196KC) Now, If we use the AGV industrial factory, we will improve the product and efficiency in spite of changing the factory environment.
