The purpose of this study is to analyze the personality level of industrial-field specialized high schools and Meister high schools. The study objective for this is to analyze the differences per background variable and personality level of students of industrial-field specialized high schools and to analyze the differences per background variable and personality level of students of industrial-field Meister high schools. The study result is as follows. First, students of industrial-field specialized high schools showed personality level above normal in all 10 virtues, but this value fell short of the average for high school students suggested in Hyeon et al(2014). Second, students of industrial-field Meister high schools showed personality level above normal in all 10 virtues, and compared to the average for high school students suggested in Hyeon et al.(2014), categories of consideration and communication, manners, honesty/courage, and justice showed values below average. Third, students of industrial-field specialized high schools and Meister high schools showed differences in personality level according to nurturing style of parents, respect for teachers, stress for academic achievement, and school satisfaction, and additionally, students of Meister high schools showed differences in personality level according to career plans. That is, when the student perceived his/her parents to put higher value on his/her happiness rather than academic achievement, when the student respected the teacher, and when the student was more satisfied with te school life, the student showed higher personality level, and in case of students of Meister high schools, the student with detailed plan for his/her career showed high personality level than the student who has not yet decided on his/her career.
The purpose of this study is that the Van Hiele theory can be applied to even vocational high school students. Through the comparison of Van Hiele level distribution of middle school students and high school students, it is that the aims of this study is to study the geomatric level of vocational high school students and to analize them, even so it can be to find for them the effective method of Geomatric education The subject of study is three kinds of vocational high school - commercial high school, industrial high school, fisheries high school - boys (240), girls (120) in Boryeong city, Chungchong Nam Do. We referred to Kim Mi-cheong′ thesis(1994) and Cheong Yean-sok′s thesis(1992) and compared my result with them. The method and the process of the study were based on the th method of CDASSG project. And we used Van Hiele Level Test as an instrument of measurement. We got the following conclusion as the result of the study 1. The 86% of the subject of the study was applied to the theory of Van Hiele - "Any students can reach level n just through level n-1." Even so the propriety of the theory proved to be from this study again. 2. The 88% of the subject of the study is applicable to below level 2. So if the proof is introduced to them in the class, it was very difficult for them to understand it. 3. The geometric level of vocational high school students is the same as the second grade of middle school. But we think to be desirable that a basic concept puts first in importance through recomposed teaching materials, because 68% of the students is seldom changed at level 1.
The Ca and P balance studies were carried out with two different diets varying Ca levels : the current Korean RDA level(normal Ca diet) and the high level (High Ca diet) which was determined by adding 2SD to mean Ca intake of all subjects. The subjects were sever healthy adult woman, aged from 25 to 32 years old. The metabolic studies were conducted for two weeks with a days recess in between : during the fist week with normal Ca diet and during the second week with high Ca diet. The composition of nutrients excepting Ca of both diets was similar to subjects usual intake. The result were summarized as follows: Mean daily Ca intake was 728.8mg from norma Ca diet and 945.5mg from high Ca diet. Fecal excretion of Ca increased significantly(p<0.05) on high Ca diet, but urinary excretion of Ca did not show any differences between the two diet periods. There were also no significant differences in Ca retention between the two diet periods but it tended to be greater during high Ca diet period: 112.1mg/day during normal Ca diet period vs 208.2mg/day during high Ca diet period. Mean apparent Ca absorption was 41.2% on normal Ca diet and 42.1% on high Ca diet, indicating it was not affected by high Ca intake level used in this study. On the contrary, P retention was significantly increased up to 109.4mg/day with high Ca diet as compared to- 41mg/day with normal Ca diet. There were no significant differences in fecal and urinary excretion of P but those to be lower during high Ca diet period. The above results showed that higher Ca intake more than current RDA(700mg/day), in the level of 945.5mg/day, could increase Ca retention through Ca absorption comparable to the rate appeared on RDA level intake. P retention was also improved by high Ca intake. Therefore, higher Ca intake than the current RDA level seemed to produce favorable effects on bone health in adult women. However, the current RDA level seemed to be relatively appropriate, considering the results that all the subjects but one maintained positive Ca balance with normal Ca diet. In this study, the risk level of architectural works was calculated by applying work period and number of input workers based on accidents records from 2012 to 2014 and the architectural works were divided into four groups(High-High, High-Low, Low-High, Low-Low) according to risk levels of fatal accidents and loss time accidents. And then questionnaire on the job stress level of workers was performed for 670 workers working in the architectural work using Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Form developed by KOSHA. And then the relationship between the risk level and job stress level of four groups was analyzed. Results showed that 1) risk levels of fatal and loss time accidents applied by work period and input workers were analyzed to be different with those of previous research based on the number of fatal and loss time accidents; 2) job stress level of workers has been analyzed to have a significant relationship with the risk level of fatal and loss time accident; 3) specially, the average of job stress level of 'HH(High-High)' group was higher than those of other groups; 4) among the subfactors of job stress, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system and lack of reward were analyzed to be key factors to affect the risk level.
This study was intended to examine whether dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and dietary fat level or source could modulate glutathione utilizing detoxifying system activity and the cytosolic NADPH generation in rat liver. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed semipurifed diet containing either 2%(w/w) corn oil (low level of corn oil diet: 5 ca% of fat) 15% corn oil (high level of corn oil diet: 31 cal% of fat) or 13% sardine oil plus 2% corn oil(high level of fish oil diet: 31 cal% of fat) for 9 weeks. Half of the rats in each diet group were fed a diet supplemented with 0.2% DHEA (w/w). DHEA administration increased plasma total cholesterol level in low corn oil diet-fed rats. The high fish oil diet significantly decreased plasma total cholesterol level compared to the high corn oil diet. Plasma triglyceride level was not significantly changed by DHEA administration and dietary fat level and source. Fasting plasma glucose level was increased by DHEA administration and fish oil diet. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration and high fat diet, especially fish oil diet. Malic enzyme activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration and high fat diet, especially fish oil diet. Malic enzyme activity in liver tissue was significantly increased by DHEA administration. DHEA suppressed the glutathione peroxidase, glutathione-dependent enzymes compared to the low corn oil diet, while fish oil diet elevated the activity of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase compared to corn oil diet. These results suggest that DHEA administration and high level of corn oil diet may suppress the cellular detoxifying system activity through reduction of glutathione utilization, while the fish oil diet did not show these effects.

This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of Yukgunja-tang(YGJT) on the change of weight and serum total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid, total lipid, phospholipid level in obese mice induced by high fat diet. I fed normal group fed normal diet and administered DDW 0.2㎖ during 7 weeks, control group fed high fat diet and administered DDW 0.2㎖ during 7 weeks, sample A group fed high diet and administered YGJT 300mg/kg 0.2㎖ during 7 weeks, sample B group fed high diet and administered YGJT 500mg/kg 0.2㎖ during 7 weeks. The results were as follows ; 1. Sample A and Sample B were significantly decreased body weight(4weeks) and serum free fatty acid level in comparison with control group. 2. Sample A was significantly decreased body weight(7weeks), serum total cholesterol level and serum total lipid level, but significantly increased serum HDL-cholesterol level in comparison with control group. 3. Sample A was decreased serum LDL-cholesterol level, serum triglyceride level and serum phospholipid level in comparison with control group. 4. Sample B was increased serum HDL-cholesterol level in comparison with control group. 5. Sample B was decreased body weight(7weeks), serum total cholesterol level, serum LDL-cholesterol level, serum triglyceride level, serum total lipid level and serum phospholipid level in comparison with control group. According to above results, I suggest YGJT is able to be used for the herbal medication of obesity.

This paper proposes a high speed SRM drive system for blower application with a new 4-level inverter and precise excitation position generator. For a high speed blower, a proper inverter and control method are proposed and the output characteristics are analyzed. In order to get a fast build-up and demagnetization of excitation current, a 4-level inverter system is proposed. The proposed 4-level inverter has additional charge capacitor, power switch and diode in the conventional asymmetric converter. The charged high voltage is supplied to the phase winding for fast current build-up, and demagnetization current is charged to additional capacitor of the 4-level inverter. In addition, a precise excitation position generator can reduce turn-on and turn-off angle error according to sampling period of digital control system. The proposed high speed SRM drive system is verified by computer simulation and experimental results.
To investigate the influences of physical exercises on lipid metabolism in human, serum lipids were determined in swimming, weight lifting and wrestling athletes after loading their proper exercises for certain periods of time. Atherolipid numbers were also determined in these hardly exercising athletes. Besides same time, experimental studies were carried out in rats to see the effects of high-carbohydrate, high-lipid and high-protein diets of 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks duration upon serum total cholesterol level after the physical exercises. The results obtained were as follows: 1. In studies with athletes, the serum concentration of various forms lipids and atherolipid number were increased for some periods of time by imposing physical exercises. 2. In experimental studies with rats, various dietary effect upon the serum total cholosterol level after loading physical exercises were as follow; on high-lipid diets, the serum level increased upto the 4th week and thereafter kept the same increased level until the 8th week; on high-carbohydrate diet, the level increased upto the 2nd week and extended to the 4th week with the same increased level, but somewhat decreased at the 8th week; and on the high-protein diet, the level increased upto the 2nd week, and decreased progressively from the 4th week.
Objectives: This study was to get database of health service for smoking preventing through investigating the smoking status of students and the knowledge, attitude on smoking. Methods: The subjects were consisted of 463 students who were currently enrolled in 1, 2 and 3 grade of 6 high schools located in Ulsan-city. The instruments for this study were smoking knowledge and smoking attitude questionnaire(each 20 items) developed by WHO. Results: Among the students 25.8% answered they had the experience of smoking. The experience of smoking related to general characteristics were showed significantly different according to opposite sex friends. Student's knowledge level about smoking prevention is high score to mean get obtain 0.65 out of 1. Smoking prevention knowledge level related to highest score(0.82) were have affect on pregnancy and an unborn child. Smoking prevention knowledge level related to low score(0.19) were get rid of stress. Therefore smoking prevention knowledge high level is non smoker rather than smoker. Student's attitude level about smoking prevention is high score to mean get obtain 2.0 out of 3. Smoking prevention attitude level related to highest score(2.5) were no smoking allowed public area and put a stop smoking to friends. Therefore smoking prevention attitude high level is non smoker rather than smoker. Conclusion: It follows from this study that education for smoking prevention should be continued from lower grade student and sustaining teaching for refusal skill against smoking is needed.
The high complexity of digital circuits has changed the digital circuits design mehtods from schemeatic-based to hardware description languages like VHDL, verilog that make hardware faults become more hard to detect. Thus test generation to detect hardware defects is very important part of the design. But most of the test generation methods are gate-level based. In this paper new high-level test generation method to detect stuck-at-faults on gate level is described. This test generation method is independent of synthesis results and reduce the time and efforts for test generation.
