모니터링 기능에 대한 인식이 효과적인 BPMS 도입에 미치는 영향 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of the Perception of the Monitoring Function on Effective BPMS Adoption)

  • Recently, there is a substantial interest in implementing Business Process Management System(BPMS) among enterprises with the purpose of business process innovation. BPMS redesigns and coordinates business processes in terms of both automated steps and human involvement in order to maximize the value of both involved people and systems. The reason why BPMS is getting attention from top managers is that it has the possibility to optimize the business processes by cycling the process of modeling, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and redesigning work processes. Thus, it has created high expectations about not only productivity improvement but also business process innovation. However. having an innovative nature, which is used for process innovation, BPMS implementation has great potential to stir up employee resistance. The analysis and the discussion about the prevention of the resistance against IS(Information Systems) is important because IS change the way people work and also alter the power structure within the organization, in general. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that have an impact on the effective adoption of BPMS at the enterprise level. To find out these factors, this study considers two characteristics of BPMS: First. BPMS shares some characteristics with other enterprise-wide IS such as ERP. Second, it has special BPMS-specific characteristics. Due to the lack of previous research on BPMS adoption, interviews were carried out with IT-consultants and CIOs who conducted BPMS projects previously to find out BPMS-specific features that would make BPMS unique when compared to other enterprise-wide IS. As a result, the monitoring function was chosen as the main BPMS-specific factor. Thus, this paper reviewed studies both on enterprise-wide IS adoptions, which applied Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and secondly on computer based monitoring to find out factors that would influence the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review, the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses, out factors that would impact the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The data analysis results showed that two among three monitoring function related factors - enterprise evaluation system and fairness of the boss - were significant. This implies that employees would worry less about the BPMS implementation as long as they perceive the monitoring results will be used fairly for their performance evaluation. However, employees' high self-efficacy on their job was not a significant factor in their perception of the usefulness of BPMS. This is related to cases that showed employees resisted against the information systems because they automated their works (Markus, 1983). One specific case was an electronic company, where the accounting department workers were requested to redefine their job because their working processes were automated due to BPMS implementation.

X선 진단장치의 고압정류방식이 대조도 향상에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Contrast Improvement on High Voltage Rectification Type of X-ray Diagnostic Apparatus)

  • 본 연구는 X선 진단장치의 고압정류방식이 그리드 성능을 측정하는 선택도(selectivity)와 대조도 향상능력(contrast improvement ability : K factor)에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 산란선 함유율을 측정하였다. 정류방식이 서로 다른 X선발생장치를 대상으로 각 장치의 관전압과, 관전류량을 측정하여 출력선량의 정확도를 측정 및 교정한 후 각 장치별 노출조건을 동일하게 설정하고 형광량계를 이용하여 아크릴을 투과한 X선의 산란선 함유율을 측정하였다. Grid 미사용 시 피사체를 투과한 X선의 산란선 함유율 측정 결과는 단상정류방식장치에서 가장 낮은 함유율(34.158%)이 측정되었고, 인버터 정류방식(37.043%)과 삼상24피크 정류방식(37.447%)은 산란선 함유율이 증가하였다. 각 장치들의 산란선 함유율 차이는 최저 0.404%에서 최고 3.289%의 차이를 보였다. 8:1 Gird 사용 시 피사체를 투과한 X선의 산란선 함유율을 측정한 결과는 단상정류방식장치에서 가장 낮은 함유율(18.258%)로 측정되었고, 인버터정류방식(25.502%)과 삼상24피크정류방식에서 산란선 함유율(24.217%)이 증가하였다. 그리드 선택도에 따라 단상정류방식과 정전압(인버터와 삼상24피크)정류방식에서 산란선함유율의 차이는 최저 1.285%에서 최고 7.244%의 차이를 보였다. 통계분석 결과 단상정류방식 및 정전압정류방식에서 대조도 향상계수(K factor)에서도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 그리드 선택도와 대조도 향상계수는 정전압정류방식보다는 단상전파방식에서 모두 증가하여 그리드의 사용으로 선택도 향상과 대조도의 개선효과가 증가함을 알 수 있었다.

Stellite bearings for liquid Zn-/Al-Systems with advanced chemical and physical properties by Mechanical Alloying and Standard-PM-Route

  • An important business-field of world-wide steel-industry is the coating of thin metal-sheets with zinc, zinc-aluminum and aluminum based materials. These products mostly go into automotive industry. in particular for the car-body. into building and construction industry as well as household appliances. Due to mass-production, the processing is done in large continuously operating plants where the mostly cold-rolled metal-strip as the substrate is handled in coils up to 40 tons unwind before and rolled up again after passing the processing plant which includes cleaning, annealing, hot-dip galvanizing / aluminizing and chemical treatment. In the liquid Zn, Zn-AI, AI-Zn and AI-Si bathes a combined action of corrosion and wear under high temperature and high stress onto the transfer components (rolls) accounts for major economic losses. Most critical here are the bearing systems of these rolls operating in the liquid system. Rolls in liquid system can not be avoided as they are needed to transfer the steel-strip into and out of the crucible. Since several years, ceramic roller bearings are tested here [1.2], however, in particular due to uncontrollable Slag-impurities within the hot bath [3], slide bearings are still expected to be of a higher potential [4]. The today's state of the art is the application of slide bearings based on Stellite\ulcorneragainst Stellite which is in general a 50-60 wt% Co-matrix with incorporated Cr- and W-carbides and other composites. Indeed Stellite is used as the bearing-material as of it's chemical properties (does not go into solution), the physical properties in particular with poor lubricating properties are not satisfying at all. To increase the Sliding behavior in the bearing system, about 0.15-0.2 wt% of lead has been added into the hot-bath in the past. Due to environmental regulations. this had to be reduced dramatically_ This together with the heavily increasing production rates expressed by increased velocity of the substrate-steel-band up to 200 m/min and increased tractate power up to 10 tons in modern plants. leads to life times of the bearings of a few up to several days only. To improve this situation. the Mechanical Alloying (MA) TeChnique [5.6.7.8] is used to prOduce advanced Stellite-based bearing materials. A lubricating phase is introduced into Stellite-powder-material by MA, the composite-powder-particles are coated by High Energy Milling (HEM) in order to produce bearing-bushes of approximately 12 kg by Sintering, Liquid Phase Sintering (LPS) and Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). The chemical and physical behavior of samples as well as the bearing systems in the hot galvanizing / aluminizing plant are discussed. DependenCies like lubricant material and composite, LPS-binder and composite, particle shape and PM-route with respect to achievable density. (temperature--) shock-reSistibility and corrosive-wear behavior will be described. The materials are characterized by particle size analysis (laser diffraction), scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. corrosive-wear behavior is determined using a special cylinder-in-bush apparatus (CIBA) as well as field-test in real production condition. Part I of this work describes the initial testing phase where different sample materials are produced, characterized, consolidated and tested in the CIBA under a common AI-Zn-system. The results are discussed and the material-system for the large components to be produced for the field test in real production condition is decided. Outlook: Part II of this work will describe the field test in a hot-dip-galvanizing/aluminizing plant of the mechanically alloyed bearing bushes under aluminum-rich liquid metal. Alter testing, the bushes will be characterized and obtained results with respect to wear. expected lifetime, surface roughness and infiltration will be discussed. Part III of this project will describe a second initial testing phase where the won results of part 1+11 will be transferred to the AI-Si system. Part IV of this project will describe the field test in a hot-dip-aluminizing plant of the mechanically alloyed bearing bushes under aluminum liquid metal. After testing. the bushes will be characterized and obtained results with respect to wear. expected lifetime, surface roughness and infiltration will be discussed.

  • 本研究的目的是对咖啡店的 "重要性"(顾客在光顾咖啡店以前的感知)和积极或消极的 "满意度"(顾客在光顾咖啡店以后的感受)之间的差距进行分类, 并分析这些差距对对购买行为的影响. 为此, 我使用重要性和满意度之间的差距作为选择咖啡店的解释变量, 并通过使用有序Probit模型(OPM)来实证分析差距对购买行为(整体满意度和愿意到再次光顾)的影响方向和大小. 先前使用IPA的研究评估了差距影响的方向和大小的象限, 但是在分析差距对顾客的影响方面却失败了. 在本研究中, 我评估了积极和消极的差距对顾客满意度和愿意去再光顾的影响. 通过使用OPM,我量化了积极和消极的差距对顾客整体满意度和愿意去再光顾的影响. 每个人的支出, 光顾的频率和购买咖啡的地方对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 光顾的频率, 在每人的支出之后, 然后是购买咖啡的地方对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 因此每个人的支出和光顾的频率对顾客整体满意度有最积极的影响. 这一发现意味着一个在咖啡店每次或每周花费5000韩元的顾客的实际的满意度越高(差距), 其整体满意度和愿意去再光顾就越高. 虽然经济效益对总体满意度和愿意去再光顾有显著影响, 但是大专和大学的学生仍然愿意去咖啡馆并愿意消费5000韩元, 因为他们不只是购买咖啡本身而且将咖啡店作为其他活动的场所, 例如工作, 和朋友见面或是放松的地方. 学院和大学的学生还可以在咖啡店通过个人电脑上网, 看电影, 学习, 因此, 咖啡馆应对顾客提供适当的设施和服务. 咖啡店品牌的积极差距对愿意去再光顾有积极的影响表明顾客满意度越高, 顾客越愿意去再光顾. 另一方面, 这一因素的消极差距意味着顾客满意度越低, 顾客再光顾的意愿也越低. 因此, 在本研究中, 与其他评估的因素相比, 品牌因素对满意度有较大的影响. 鉴于国内咖啡文化变得越来越高级, 大专院校的学生对这一趋势也很敏感, 所以学生有很多可选择的品牌. 在韩国最高级的咖啡店, 外墙是玻璃建造的并可以打开, 内部是充满异国情调的开放式厨房. 这些高级咖啡店作为标志的功能复合大专院校学生的品味. 韩国咖啡店已成为一个文化品牌. 从品牌因素来看, 为了让顾客觉得这些咖啡店是高级的, 高质量的设备和提供更好服务的措施应当建立起来. 韩国咖啡馆作为蓬勃发展的行业品牌竞争加剧的结果表明, 提供与竞争对手不同的额外服务是有必要的. 顾客可以免费使用扫描仪. 另一个可以用来提高品牌的战略是提供和经营为集体学习而准备的讨论会议室. 如果咖啡馆采取这些类型的策略, 学院/大学的学生将更有可能认为他们承担的费用是值得的, 随后, 他们将可能更满足这些咖啡馆的品牌, 并更愿意再次光顾. 性别和学习年数对总体满意度和再光顾的意愿有最消极的营销. 女学生比男学生更容易满足和再光顾. 三, 四年级的学生比一, 二年级的学生更容易满足和再光顾. 喝咖啡的学生, 单独在咖啡店看书, 用笔记本电脑是很容易被注意到的. 高年级学生为了有效地利用时间用于自我发展和寻找工作往往独自光顾咖啡店. 从积极的差距来看, 经济效率这一因素对总体满意度和愿意再光顾有最大的影响. 与咖啡价格一起, 学生实际满意度(差距)越高, 总体满意度和再光顾的意愿也越高. 有消极差距的经济效率队再光顾有消极营销的结果表明较小的消极差距可以让再光顾的意愿更高. 在持续恶化的市场环境中, 坐落在大专院校附近的咖啡店采取诸如积分或会员卡, 和信用卡 公司的战略联盟, 发展套餐菜单或季节菜单和免费咖啡服务这些战略来提高竞争力. 就消极差距而言产品功率也有消极的影响, 这表明较高的负差距会导致较低的再光顾的意愿. 因为还有更多的客户比前几十年, 在这十年里更喜欢咖啡, 新一代的客户, 即学院/大学的学生, 希望除了咖啡还有更重菜单项目. 因此, 咖啡店应当增加配菜项目, 如华夫饼, 糕, 蛋糕, 三明治和沙拉. 例如, 星巴克韩国正在努力加强卖草莓糕, 艾草香味, 南瓜产品, 并提供免费的咖啡或奶油. 总而言之, 咖啡馆应注重提高其经济效率, 品牌和产品功率, 以加强大专院校学生的满意度. 由于店铺毗邻学大专院校可享受地缘优势, 就经济效率, 品牌和产品功率而言提供不同的服务, 很可能会提高客户满意度和回访. 咖啡厅的品牌, 因此, 应不断创新和变化, 以满足顾客的愿望. 由于这项研究只是针对在首尔的大专院校的学生, 需要针对不同地区和年龄组的比较研究来概括本研究的结果和建议.

도입주체에 따른 인터넷경로의 도입효과 (The Impact of the Internet Channel Introduction Depending on the Ownership of the Internet Channel)

  • The Census Bureau of the Department of Commerce announced in May 2008 that U.S. retail e-commerce sales for 2006 reached $ 107 billion, up from $ 87 billion in 2005 - an increase of 22 percent. From 2001 to 2006, retail e-sales increased at an average annual growth rate of 25.4 percent. The explosive growth of E-Commerce has caused profound changes in marketing channel relationships and structures in many industries. Despite the great potential implications for both academicians and practitioners, there still exists a great deal of uncertainty about the impact of the Internet channel introduction on distribution channel management. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the ownership of the new Internet channel affects the existing channel members and consumers. To explore the above research questions, this study conducts well-controlled mathematical experiments to isolate the impact of the Internet channel by comparing before and after the Internet channel entry. The model consists of a monopolist manufacturer selling its product through a channel system including one independent physical store before the entry of an Internet store. The addition of the Internet store to this channel system results in a mixed channel comprised of two different types of channels. The new Internet store can be launched by the independent physical store such as Bestbuy. In this case, the physical retailer coordinates the two types of stores to maximize the joint profits from the two stores. The Internet store also can be introduced by an independent Internet retailer such as Amazon. In this case, a retail level competition occurs between the two types of stores. Although the manufacturer sells only one product, consumers view each product-outlet pair as a unique offering. Thus, the introduction of the Internet channel provides two product offerings for consumers. The channel structures analyzed in this study are illustrated in Fig.1. It is assumed that the manufacturer plays as a Stackelberg leader maximizing its own profits with the foresight of the independent retailer's optimal responses as typically assumed in previous analytical channel studies. As a Stackelberg follower, the independent physical retailer or independent Internet retailer maximizes its own profits, conditional on the manufacturer's wholesale price. The price competition between two the independent retailers is assumed to be a Bertrand Nash game. For simplicity, the marginal cost is set at zero, as typically assumed in this type of study. In order to explore the research questions above, this study develops a game theoretic model that possesses the following three key characteristics. First, the model explicitly captures the fact that an Internet channel and a physical store exist in two independent dimensions (one in physical space and the other in cyber space). This enables this model to demonstrate that the effect of adding an Internet store is different from that of adding another physical store. Second, the model reflects the fact that consumers are heterogeneous in their preferences for using a physical store and for using an Internet channel. Third, the model captures the vertical strategic interactions between an upstream manufacturer and a downstream retailer, making it possible to analyze the channel structure issues discussed in this paper. Although numerous previous models capture this vertical dimension of marketing channels, none simultaneously incorporates the three characteristics reflected in this model. The analysis results are summarized in Table 1. When the new Internet channel is introduced by the existing physical retailer and the retailer coordinates both types of stores to maximize the joint profits from the both stores, retail prices increase due to a combination of the coordination of the retail prices and the wider market coverage. The quantity sold does not significantly increase despite the wider market coverage, because the excessively high retail prices alleviate the market coverage effect to a degree. Interestingly, the coordinated total retail profits are lower than the combined retail profits of two competing independent retailers. This implies that when a physical retailer opens an Internet channel, the retailers could be better off managing the two channels separately rather than coordinating them, unless they have the foresight of the manufacturer's pricing behavior. It is also found that the introduction of an Internet channel affects the power balance of the channel. The retail competition is strong when an independent Internet store joins a channel with an independent physical retailer. This implies that each retailer in this structure has weak channel power. Due to intense retail competition, the manufacturer uses its channel power to increase its wholesale price to extract more profits from the total channel profit. However, the retailers cannot increase retail prices accordingly because of the intense retail level competition, leading to lower channel power. In this case, consumer welfare increases due to the wider market coverage and lower retail prices caused by the retail competition. The model employed for this study is not designed to capture all the characteristics of the Internet channel. The theoretical model in this study can also be applied for any stores that are not geographically constrained such as TV home shopping or catalog sales via mail. The reasons the model in this study is names as "Internet" are as follows: first, the most representative example of the stores that are not geographically constrained is the Internet. Second, catalog sales usually determine the target markets using the pre-specified mailing lists. In this aspect, the model used in this study is closer to the Internet than catalog sales. However, it would be a desirable future research direction to mathematically and theoretically distinguish the core differences among the stores that are not geographically constrained. The model is simplified by a set of assumptions to obtain mathematical traceability. First, this study assumes the price is the only strategic tool for competition. In the real world, however, various marketing variables can be used for competition. Therefore, a more realistic model can be designed if a model incorporates other various marketing variables such as service levels or operation costs. Second, this study assumes the market with one monopoly manufacturer. Therefore, the results from this study should be carefully interpreted considering this limitation. Future research could extend this limitation by introducing manufacturer level competition. Finally, some of the results are drawn from the assumption that the monopoly manufacturer is the Stackelberg leader. Although this is a standard assumption among game theoretic studies of this kind, we could gain deeper understanding and generalize our findings beyond this assumption if the model is analyzed by different game rules.

비정형 정보와 CNN 기법을 활용한 이진 분류 모델의 고객 행태 예측: 전자상거래 사례를 중심으로 (Customer Behavior Prediction of Binary Classification Model Using Unstructured Information and Convolution Neural Network: The Case of Online Storefront)

  • 최근 딥러닝 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. 대중들의 관심을 받았던 국제 이미지 인식 기술 대회(ILSVR)와 알파고(AlphaGo)에서 사용된 딥러닝 기술이 바로 합성곱 신경망(CNN; Convolution Neural Network)이다. 합성곱 신경망은 입력 이미지를 작은 구역으로 나누어 부분적인 특징을 인식하고 이것을 결합하여 전체를 인식하는 특징을 가진다. 이러한 딥러닝 기술이 우리의 생활에 있어 많은 변화를 야기할 것이라는 기대를 주고 있지만 현재까지는 이미지 인식과 자연어 처리 등에 그 성과가 국한되어 있다. 비즈니스 문제에 대한 딥러닝 활용은 아직까지 초기 연구 단계로 향후 마케팅 응답 예측이나 허위 거래 식별, 부도 예측과 같은 전통적 비즈니스 문제들에 대해 보다 깊게 활용되고 그 성능이 입증된다면 딥러닝 기술의 활용 가치가 보다 더 주목받게 될 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 때 비교적 고객 식별이 용이하고 활용 가치가 높은 빅데이터를 보유하고 있는 전자상거래 기업의 사례를 바탕으로 하여 딥러닝 기술의 비즈니스 문제 해결 가능성을 진단해보는 것은 학술적으로 매우 의미 있는 시도라 할 수 있겠다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 기업의 고객 행태 예측력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 합성곱 신경망을 활용한 '이종 정보 결합(Heterogeneous Information Integration)의 CNN 모델'을 제시한다. 이는 정형과 비정형 정보를 결합하여 다층 퍼셉트론 구조의 합성곱 신경망에서 학습시키는 모델로서 최적의 성능을 발휘하도록 '이종 정보 결합'과 '비정형 정보의 벡터 전환', 그리고 '다층 퍼셉트론 설계'로 하는 3개의 내부 아키텍처를 정의하고 각 아키텍처 단위로 구성되는 방식에 따른 성능을 평가하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 제안 모델을 확정하고 그 성능을 평가해보고자 한다. 고객 행태 예측을 위한 목표 변수는 전자상거래 기업에서 중요하게 관리하고 있는 재구매 고객, 이탈 고객, 고빈도 구매 고객, 고빈도 반품 고객, 고단가 구매 고객, 고할인 구매 고객 등 모두 6개의 이진 분류 문제로 정의한다. 제안한 모델의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서 국내 특정 전자상거래 기업의 실제 데이터를 활용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 정형과 비정형 정보를 결합하여 CNN을 활용한 제안 모델이 NBC(Naïve Bayes classification)과 SVM(Support vector machine), 그리고 ANN(Artificial neural network)에 비해서 예측 정확도와 F1 Measure가 높게 평가되었다. 또 NBC, SVM, ANN에서 정형 정보만을 사용할 때 보다 정형과 비정형 정보를 결합하여 입력 변수로 함께 활용한 경우에 예측 정확도가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실험 결과로부터 비정형 정보의 활용이 고객 행태 예측의 정확도 향상에 기여한다는 점과 CNN 기법의 특징 추출 알고리즘이 VOC에 사용된 단어들의 분포와 위치 정보를 해석하여 문장의 의미를 파악하는데 효과적이라는 점을 실증적으로 확인하였다는데 그 의미가 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 이를 통해서 CNN 기법이 지금까지 소개된 이미지 인식이나 자연어 처리 분야 외에 비즈니스 문제 해결에도 활용 가치가 높다는 점을 확인하였다는데 이 연구의 의의가 있다 하겠다.

  • 생식독성 및 내분비계 장애물질로 분류되는 프탈레이트가 근자에 유럽 신화학물질관리제도(REACH)의 허가대상 고위험성 물질(SVHC) 목록 및 유럽의 전기전자제품에 함유된 유해물질 규제인 RoHS II의 최우선 고려 물질 등으로 규제가 강화되면서 IEC TC 111에서 분석법 표준화가 진행되고 있으며 KS 개정도 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 프탈레이트 분석법의 KS 개정 및 한국 NC에서 제안하여 진행되고 있는 IEC 62321에 프탈레이트 분석법을 추가함에 있어 기술적 자료로 사용될 수 있도록 현존하는 국가별 표준의 용매 추출 전처리를 비교 및 검증해 보았다. PVC (polyvinyl chloride)에서의 DEHP (diethylhexyl phthalate)의 추출 효율은 메탄올, 톨루엔, 디클로로메테인. 헥세인 순으로 46.9%에서 95.3%까지 증가하였다. DBP (dibutyl phthalate), BBP (butylbenzyl phthalate) 및 DEHP의 속슬렛을 사용한 추출 시간은 6시간이 최적임이 입증되었고, PVC, nitro cellulose, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), and EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber 등의 매트리스로부터의 추출 효율도 90%~99%로 측정되었다. 용매추출에 이은 GC-MS 분석법의 검출한계는 용액 및 고분자 샘플에서 각각 0.08 ~0.3 ${\mu}g/mL$ 및 8~30 mg/kg으로 산출되었다. 공산품에서 프탈레이트를 분석하는 국가표준에서 용매 추출 전처리를 사용하는 EN 14372, ASTM D 7083, 일본 후생노동성 시험법(MHLW 0906-4) 및 KS M 1991을 비교한 결과 4개 국가별 표준 모두 98%~99%의 추출효율을 가짐이 검증되었다. 또한, 국내에서 유통되는 어린이 장난감, 전기 코드, 매니큐어의 공산품 3종에서 프탈레이트 함유 여부를 분석한 결과 DBP 및 DEHP가 22~1,910 mg/kg 범위로 검출되었다.

유방 방사선 검사를 위한 압박 패드의 제작 및 유방 압박 통증에 영향을 주는 요인 분석 (A Study on Development of Mammo Pad and Analysis of Factors Affecting Compression Pain for Mammography)

  • 본 연구는 여러 재질의 맘모 패드를 제작함으로써 환자의 압박 통증 및 불편함 감소 효과와 단일 패드의 대체 가능성을 살펴보고 유방촬영 시 환자의 압박 통증변화와 다양한 요인에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 H사의 맘모 패드를 대체할 수 있는 고경도, 고탄성의 맘모 패드를 제작하였고 제작된 패드의 유용성을 평가하기 위하여 각각의 화질을 비교 평가하였다. 또한 유방촬영 시 통증 관련 요소를 파악하기 위해 2018년 12월부터 2020년 3월까지 서울의 일 종합병원 내원자 중 유방검사를 실시한 환자를 대상으로 설문 조사하여 총 200명의 데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 영상평가 결과, 기존 패드와 신규 제작 패드 모두 화질평가와 임상영상평가의 기준 내 적합치를 나타내었다. 또한 유방촬영 시 압박 통증의 변화와 관련된 요인들을 분석한 결과 일반적 분석항목 요인으로 나이, 키, BMI수치로 나타났으며 여성적·경험적 분석항목 요인으로 생리여부, 출산 경험, 모유 수유 경험, 폐경여부, 유방 GRADE, 유방 형태, 유방촬영 경험으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 나이, 모유 수유 경험, 유방촬영 경험, 폐경여부는 유방촬영 시 통증 변화 정도의 54.0%의 설명력을 나타내었고 유방촬영 시 통증의 변화는 중간 통증에서 유방촬영 경험이 증가할수록 약 0.26배, 심한 통증 이상에서 유방촬영 경험이 증가할수록 약 0.14배씩의 차이를 나타내었다.

설문조사를 통한 연안개량안강망어업의 조업 실태 및 어선 구조 개선에 관한 의견 분석 (Analysis of the operation status and opinion on the improvement of fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery by the questionnaire survey)

  • In order to understand basic data for improving the fishing system and fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 to analyze opinions on the improvement of operation status and fishing vessel structure. The questionnaire survey consisted of ten questions on the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and six questions on the improvement of fishing vessel structure, and the results of each question were analyzed by the region, the captain's age, the captain's career and the age of fishing vessel. As a result of analyzing opinions on the operation status of the coastal improved stow net fishery, it was found that the average time required for casting net was 32.8 to 33.0 minutes and that the average time required for hauling net was 41.0 to 42.2 minutes which took 10 to 12 minutes more than for casting net. The most important work requiring improvement during fishing operation (the first priority) were 'hauling net operation,' 'readjustment and storage of fishing gear,' and 'fish handling' and the hardest factor in fishing management were in the order of 'reduction of catch,' 'labor shortage' and 'rising labor costs.' The most institutional improvement that is most needed in coastal improved stow net fishery was an 'using fine mesh nets.' Most of the respondent to the questions on the experience in hiring foreign crews was 'either hiring or willing to hire foreign crews,' and the average number of foreign crews employed was found to be 2.3 to 2.4 persons. The most important reason for hiring (or considering employment) foreign crews was 'high labor costs.' The degree of communication with foreign crews during fishing operation were 'moderate' or 'difficult to direct work.' The most important problem in hiring foreign crews (the first priority) was an 'illegal departure.' As the survey results on the opinion of structural improvement of coastal improved stow net fishing vessel, the degree of satisfaction with fishing vessel structure related to fishing operation was found to be somewhat unsatisfactory, with an average of 3.3 points on a five-point scale. The inconvenient structure of fishing vessel in possession (the first priority), the space needed most for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first priority) and the space considered important for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first prioprity) was a 'fish warehouse.' The most preferred equipment for the construction of new fishing vessel were 'engine operation monitoring' and 'navigation safety devices.' The average size (tonnage class), the average horse power and the average total length of fishing vessel for proper profit and safety fishing operation was between 13.8 and 14.0 tonnes, 808.3 to 819.5 H.P. and 23.4 to 23.5 meters, respectively. The results of the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and the requirement for improving the fishing vessel structure are expected to be provided as basic data for reference when we build or improve the fishing vessel.

미래문제해결프로그램(FPSP)을 적용한 친환경 의생활 수업이 창의.인성 함양에 미치는 영향 (The effect of eco-friendly clothing teaching using Future Problem Solving Program on cultivating creative character)

  • 본 연구는 미래문제해결프로그램을 적용하여 의생활과 관련된 환경문제를 분석하고 해결방안을 찾아 실천함으로써 청소년의 창의 인성을 함양하는데 목적이 있다. 개발한 교수 학습 과정안으로 2011년 8월 23일부터 9월 8일까지 경기도 소재 고등학교 인문계 1학년 실험집단 2학급 77명의 학생을 대상으로 매일 1시간씩 3주 동안 수업을 실시하였다. 사전 사후 검사를 통해 수집한 자료의 통계는 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 대응 독립 표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학습주제는 '환경을 생각하는 의생활 문화'의 교육내용 요소에서 '섬유의 생산, 의복의 생산, 의복의 폐기와 재활용, 의복의 세탁'으로 선정하였으며, 미래문제해결프로그램(FPSP)을 적용한 13차시 교수 학습 과정안 및 학습 자료(문제 상황 4개, 개별활동지 2개, 팀활동지 10개, 동영상자료 7개, PPT 자료 7개)를 개발하였다. 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 문제해결능력의 창의성은 유의하게 향상되었으며 유창성, 융통성, 독창성의 창의성 수준이 '평균이하'에서 '평균 이상'으로 향상되었다. 집단 간 차이 분석에서는 성별과 학업성적에 관계없이 유창성, 융통성, 독창성이 향상되었으며, 문제해결능력은 여학생에게 더 효과적이었으나 학업성적과는 유의한 관련이 없었다. 인성 변화는 학습내용에서 추출한 인성 요소인 환경보존의식이 가장 많이 향상되었으며, FPSP의 학습 방법적 측면에서 추출한 자신감, 배려심, 협동심의 인성도 유의한 차이로 향상되었다. 이러한 인성의 변화는 성별 및 학업성적의 차이와 관계없이 향상되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 가정교과는 창의 인성교육을 함양할 수 있는 중요한 교과이며, 가정 교과의 다양한 내용 영역에 미래문제해결프로그램(FPSP)의 창의적 문제해결 단계를 선택적으로 적용한다면 학생들의 문제해결능력의 향상 및 인성 함양 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 가정 교과에 대한 흥미를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
