The Effects of Consumer Value Perception of PB on Product Loyalty and Repurchase Intention

  • Purpose - This study aimed to identify the impact of consumers' perception of the value of discount store PB products on brand loyalty and repurchase intention and simultaneously check whether consumers showed a different position depending on gender difference and age. Research design, data, and methodology - For data collection, total of 174 valid copies of questionnaire were obtained for analysis. And simple regression, multiple regression and hierarchical moderated regression analysis was conducted for hypothesis verification and implication Results - It was found that functional, social and emotional value perceived by consumers had a positive impact on brand loyalty and repurchase intention. And it was found that consumers who were in a relatively lower age group were positive, in the relation between emotional value and repurchase intention only. Conclusions - It was suggested that consumers accept discount store PB products positively overall. Therefore, discount stores must not only need to develop their strengths in various parts of PB product beyond consumer's positive perception but also make efforts to raise the social awareness of the use of PB products. And they have to promote consumer decision making by concentrating on emotional factors take a different approach to consumers in a higher age group.

교정시설 종사자의 직무소진 영향 요인 (Determinants influencing on the Burnout of correctional workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 교정시설 종사자들의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국법무보호복지공단에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 2018년 2월에 설문을 실시하였으며, 290명의 자료가 최종분석에 포함되었다. 소진에 미치는 요인들을 탐색하기 위하여 개인적 특성, 직무관련 특성, 직무스트레스, 대인관계 스트레스 요인을 주요변수로 구성하였다. 주요변수 측정을 위해 소진은 Baslach 소진척도를 사용하였으며, 직무와 대인관계 스트레스는 한국판 직무스트레스 척도(KOSS)와 한국판 대인관계 스트레스 척도(KIRS)를 사용하였다. 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 기술분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과 척도 간 서로 통계적으로 유의미한 상관(p<.01)이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최종 모형에 따라 소진에 대한 상대적 영향력을 비교하였을 때, 직무 스트레스(직무요구 ${\beta}=.308$, p<.001, 직무자율 ${\beta}=.124$, p<.001, 관계갈등 ${\beta}=.169$, p<.001), 대인관계 스트레스(상사와 관계 ${\beta}=.402$, p<.001, 보호대상자와 관계 ${\beta}=.155$, p<.01), 개인적 특성(성별 ${\beta}=.173$, p<.01) 순으로 나타났다. 4가지 모형을 비교한 결과 개인적 특성과 직무관련 특성이 소진에 영향을 미치지만 높은 직무스트레스와 대인관계 스트레스로 인해 더 높은 소진을 경험하는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과를 기반으로 교정시설 종사자들의 소진을 낮추기 위한 제언과 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

  • Today's health care environment is rapidly changing and nurse administrators' leadership styles need to identify in nursing organization to achieve organizational objectives. By Bass(1985), transformational leadership stimulates the subordinates to be creative and achieve organizational objectives and is related to job satisfaction, job involvement, productivity, and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership process consists of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of transformational leadership and personal characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment. The subjects for this study consisted of 594 nurse from 8 University Hospitals and General Hospitals. The data were collected by personal characteristics scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational commitment scale. The factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical method. The results of this study were found that (1) charisma dimension of transformational leadership has positive influence on nurses' organizational commitment; but another two dimensions(intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) did not showed significant effect on organizational commitment (2) nurses' personal characteristic(internal locus of control) moderated the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of power sources of department store and fashion company, and salesperson's job consciousness on job satisfaction in the middle management system of department store. Questionnaire data from 193 salespeople in the middle management of department store were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, coercive power, informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had significant effects on job satisfaction. The coercive power of department store had a negative influence on job satisfaction, while informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, referent power, expert power, reward power, coercive power of fashion company had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, referent power of department store had a greater influence on job satisfaction than other power sources. Fourth, job commitment and pride, prospect awareness had a positive influence on job satisfaction, while professional self-awareness had no effect on job satisfaction.

소비자의 신체 존중감이 온라인 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 자기 감시성의 조절적 효과 (The Effects of Body Esteem on Purchase Intention toward Online Fashion Products: The Moderating Role of Self Monitoring)

  • 외모와 신체에 대한 관심 증가로 인한 관련 산업들의 폭발적인 성장에도 불구하고 기존 연구들은 신체 존중감과 소비자의 구매의도 사이의 관계에 대한 일관적 결론에 도달하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 패션제품을 대상으로 신체 존중감과 소비자 구매의도 사이의 관계를 검토하고 이들 관계에서 존재하는 자기 감시성의 조절적 역할에 대해 살펴보았다. 172명의 소비자를 대상으로 위계적 조절 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 신체 존중감은 온라인 패션상품에 대한 소비자의 구매의도 형성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기 감시성은 신체 존중감과 온라인 패션제품에 대한 소비자의 구매의도와의 관계에서 긍정적인 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

성별에 따른 노인의 구강 건강정보 이해능력 관련요인 (Gender Differences in Oral Health Literacy related Factors among Elderly People)

  • Purpose: This study is to measure oral health literacy levels and to identify oral health literacy related factors in elders. Methods: The research design for this study was a descriptive survey design using convenience samples. Data collection was done by using a self-report questionnaire with 321 elders from three welfare centers for the aged and two senior centers located in three cities. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$, Pearson's Correlation Analysis and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 Program. Results: The oral health literacy scores of male elders were higher than those of female elders (t=9.73, p=.002). In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, education levels, smoking and oral health statuses were significant predictors and accounted for 29.8% of the male elders' oral health literacy. For female elders, education levels, health statuses and oral health statuses were significant predictors and accounted for 47.7%. Conclusion: These results suggest that interventions for improving oral health literacy are necessary to enhance elders' ability of self-care management. Also, these results could be used in developing oral health literacy programs.

영아 보육교사의 상해예방을 위한 감독과 자기 효능감 및 직무 스트레스의 관계 연구 (The Relationships among Supervision Behaviors for Injury Prevention, Self-Efficacy, and Job Stress of Childcare Teachers for Infants)

  • This study examined the relationship among supervision behaviors, self-efficacy, and job stress of childcare teachers for infants. This study also investigated whether the childcare teachers' supervision behaviors affected self-efficacy and job stress and whether their self-efficacy acted as a mediating effects on job stress and supervisory behaviors. The participants were 292 childcare teachers for infants in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The instruments utilized were the parent supervision attributes scale, Korean occupational stress scale, and teacher self-efficacy scale. The data analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis, Which Baron & Kenny first proposed, was conducted. The significance of the mediation effect was verified by the Sobel test. The results were as follows: First, the childcare teachers' supervision behaviors had a positive correlation with the teachers' self-efficacy, while the teachers' supervision behaviors and self-efficacy had a negative correlation with job stress. Second, job stress appeared to have a negative on supervision behaviors. Self-efficacy appeared to have a positive effect on supervision behaviors. Third, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the relationship between supervision behaviors and job stress. The more self-efficacy the childcare teachers had, the more supervision behaviors they performed. The greater their self-efficacy, the more the childcare teachers were able to control job stress. Therefore, by enhancing the self-efficacy of childcare teachers, their level of supervision behaviors should increase and their level of job stress should decrease.

익명의 알코올중독자(AA) 모임 참여자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Quality of Life of Alcoholics Anonymous Members in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine quality of life (QOL) related factors in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) members based on PRECEDE Model. Methods: A cross sectional survey was conducted with participants (N=203) from AA meeting in 11 alcohol counsel centers all over South Korea. Data were collected using a specially designed questionnaire based on the PRECEDE model and including QOL, epidemiological factors (including depression and perceived health status), behavioral factors (continuous abstinence and physical health status and practice), predisposing factors (abstinence self-efficacy and self-esteem), reinforcing factors (social capital and family functioning), and enabling factors. Data were analyzed using t-test, one way ANOVA, Tukey HSD test and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with SPSS (ver. 21.0). Results: Of the educational diagnostic variables, self-esteem (${\beta}=.23$), family functioning (${\beta}=.12$), abstinence self-efficacy (${\beta}=.12$) and social capital (${\beta}=.11$) were strong influential factors in AA members' QOL. In addition, epidemiological diagnostic variables such as depression (${\beta}=-.44$) and perceived health status (${\beta}=.35$) were the main factors in QOL. Also, physical health status and practice (${\beta}=.106$), one of behavioral diagnostic variables was a beneficial factor in QOL. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed the determinant variables accounted for 44.0% of the variation in QOL (F=25.76, p<.001). Conclusion: The finding of the study can be used as a framework for planning interventions in order to promote the quality of life of AA members. It is necessary to develop nursing intervention strategies for strengthening educational and epidemiological diagnostic variables in order to improve AA members' QOL.

한국 요양시설을 이용하는 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influcing Elderly Care Burden of A Working Family in Korean Nursing Facilities: A Convergence Approach)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직장인을 대상으로 요양시설 노인의 돌봄 부담감을 조사하고 이에 영향을 미치는 특성들을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 서술적 상관관계 연구로 5개 요양시설에 노인을 입소시킨 153명의 직장인 가족이었다. 자료는 2019년 7월부터 10월까지 자가보고형 설문지를 통해 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 독립표본 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 그리고 hierarchical multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 노인과의 관계, 요양비 부담정도, 요양시설 서비스에 대한 만족으로 나타났으며 이들의 설명력은 20.8%였다. 또한 직장인 가족의 노인 돌봄 부담감에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 개인의 특성들을 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 및 신체적 부담영역별로 확인하였으며 이러한 결과는 돌봄 가족의 부담감을 줄이기 위한 중재방안에 활용될 수 있다.
