This study is on the interior design standards which is based on the user participicatiov. The design standards in office planning is relied on user participication with practical method and suitable survey item. On space programming and zonning phase, work relationship, visiting rate and characteristics of work can be applied. The rate to take desk-occupancy, information processing grade, the needs of side work table, visitor table and surplus storage space can help to get workstation unit type. The layout of units can be applied on the grade of communication and work-concetration.

In the last couple of years service management has gained more and more momentum in the research community. Nowadays, as complexity of IT-services is increasing, these services are usually composed of interdependent, layered services hosted by various providers. Therefore, a strong cooperation of providers involved in service provisioning is needed, especially regarding their management processes and systems. One important step is to establish a common understanding about service-related terms in order to be able to specify service functionality and the resulting management tasks. Additionally, means to analyze and identify the necessary actors and the corresponding inter- and intra-organizational relationships are needed. This paper presents an extended version of the MNM service model which provides a generic model defining commonly needed service-related terms, concepts and structuring rules in a general and unambiguous way. Furthermore, we demonstrate the application of the MNM service model by modeling a riser help desk service based on a concrete scenario. The experience gained from modeling is used to discuss the benefits of service modeling in general.

The study aims to identify and measure factors affecting the perception of the selling price of luxury apartments in Hanoi. We conducted a questionnaire consisting of 29 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". Based on the desk review and results of interviews, a total of 500 questionnaires were sent to research participants for collection; 458 of them met standard and were subject to be analyzed. This study employs Cronbach's Alpha test, and regression model. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identify five main determinants influencing the perception of the selling price of luxury apartments in Hanoi, including Physical characteristics of a luxury apartment (PC); Location and position of an apartment (LP); Surrounding Area (SA); Quality of service provided by managers; (QS) and Demographics factor (DF). Based on the findings, some recommendations have been proposed to help the firm leaders design appropriate personnel policies for creating better price satisfaction for customers in the future. On this basis, the authors propose a number of recommendations to improve the quality of luxury apartments, thereby contributing to the development of the market for luxury apartments in Hanoi.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the interior architecture design studio through the pedagogical method of educational technology for college students who lack self-directed learning. The pedagogical method has been organized to make a student-centered class based on the operation of existing architectural design studios. This teaching and learning method emphasizes the role of teachers as facilitators to help students lacking in self-directed learning in the design process, the BIM visualization to give students an expression of design project and the critics to give students an experience of working circumstances. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, This pedagogical model can improve the self-directed learning of students, accomplish the design process well through teamwork, and provide problem based learning (PBL) to settle obstacles that come up during the project. Second, through this model, students can improve their field design capacity by instructor, design feedback and criticism. Finally, This model can suggest new pedagogical methods for interior architectural design studios and management of student-centered studios.

웹 서비스의 위치와 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 제공하는 UDDI 는 현재 IBM, Microsoft 그리고 SAP 에서 공용 UDDI 레지스트리 서비스 형태로 제공되고 있다. 기존의 UDDI 레지스트리 서비스는 웹 서비스 사용자 입장에서 볼 때 이용이 어렵고, 제공업체에 따른 UDDI 의 검색 도구와 방식의 차이로 인한 혼란이 있으며, 검색 효율도 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 보완하기 위해 UDDI 레지스트리 서비스 중 검색을 위한 에이전트 개념 모델을 제안한다 UDDI 검색 에이전트는 사용자와 공용 UDDI 레지스트리 서비스 사이에 위치하며, UDDI 서비스 이용의 편의를 위해 사용자의 정보를 관리하는 UDDI 브라우저, 필요 시 검색 과정의 각 상황에 대한 정보 및 해결책을 제공하는 Help Desk, 사용자의 UDDI 레지스트리 검색 성향을 분석하는 패턴 분석기, 그리고 이전에 검색한 웹 서비스 정보 검색 경로를 기록한 Search Map으로 구성된다. 이 외에 Search Map을 작성하기 위한 Search Map Building Engine 또한 사용된다 이러한 UDDI 검색 에이전트 개념 모델의 구성요소들은 서로 메시지를 주고받으며 유기적으로 협력해, 사용자 입장에서 보다 더 쉽고, 용이하고, 효율적인 UDDI 검색 서비스를 제공한다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of shopping orientation on fashion shopping mall environments and purchase intention in internet fashion shopping mall. Data were obtained from 423 internet fashion shopping mall consumers who have experiences of buying products or visiting to internet fashion shopping mall in Busan, and were analyzed using by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The results showed shopping orientation perceived by Internet fashion shopping mall consumers were consisted five factors: Brand loyalty orientation, Economical orientation, Fashion orientation, Time saving orientation and Internet shopping orientation. Internet fashion shopping mall environments were composed of Visual information, Loading speed, Space composition, Product assortment, Checkout service, and Help desk. Consumers were classified by the shopping orientation into the Economical shopper, Fashion/brand shopper, and Convenience shopper. Economical shopper and Fashion/brand shopper rise in the estimation of Visual information, Product assortment, and Checkout service of shopping mall environment. Additionally, they were likely to have more intentions to purchase than the other types of shoppers in internet fashion shopping mall.

Sedation is an indispensable part of contemporary pediatric dentistry. The Korean Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (KAPD) organized the dental sedation committee to help members perform safer and more effective sedation. The committee surveyed 111 members who practice dental sedation to figure out the present state of sedation in 2014. According to the survey, 86% of the respondents indicated that they were interested in continuing education of sedation. The most interesting topic was sedation related emergency management, followed by safe dosages of sedative drugs. However, it is not realistic to establish the recommended dosages as a guideline since the selection of agents and dosages depend on various factors. In order to provide successful sedation, pediatric dentist should make an individual sedation plan for each procedure. It is important to understand not only the properties of each sedative, but also interactions with other drugs. This article reviews useful information of commonly used agents for dental sedation and summarizes the recommended dosages from the Physicians' Desk Reference (PDR) and some famous pediatric dentistry textbooks.

Antilock Brake System (ABS) is indispensable safety equipment for vehicles today. In order to develop new ABS ECU suitable for pneumatic brake system of a bus, a Hardware In-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) System was developed. In this HILS, the pneumatic brake system of a bus and antilock brake component were used as hardware. For the computer simulation, the 14-Degree of Freedom (DOF) bus dynamic model was constructed using the Matlab/Simulink software package. This model was compiled and downloaded in the simulation board, where the Power PC processor was used for real-time simulation. Additional commercial package, the ControlDesk was used to monitor the dynamic simulation results and physical signal values. This paper will focus on the procedure and results of evaluating the ECU in the HILS simulation. Two representative cases, wet basalt road and $split-{\mu}$ road, were used to simulate real road conditions. At each simulated road, the vehicle was driven and stopped under the help of the developed ECU. In each simulation, the dynamical behavior of the vehicle was monitored. After enough tests in the laboratory using HILS, the parameter-tuned ECU was equipped in a real bus, which was driven and stopped in the real test field in Korea. And finally, the experiment results of ABS equipped vehicle's dynamic behavior both in HILS test and in test fields were compared.

This paper suggests detection system for the movement of patient on bed based on IEEE802.15.4 by using pressure pad and guard sensor. The system is designed to detect ordinary activities of patients on bed as well as patients' falling from the bed while sleeping at night. The node that is installed at bed sends data to gather when the pressure pad and sensor of guard detect patients' activities and falling. These data sent to gather are transmitted to monitor at help desk by TCP/IP communication. To remove unnecessary data that occurred due to switch chattering during tossing and turning, timer of MCU is used. Also, Communication module can change transmission power to apply this system to various environments of hospital room. Therefore, the nurse can take care of patients on bed in real time with data about patients' conditions.

The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the conceptual structure of shopping value, fashion shopping mall attributes and emotions related to internet shopping, 2) to compare between hedonic consumers and utility consumers of fashion shopping mall attributes, emotions and purchasing intention and 3) to investigate the effects of shopping value, fashion shopping mall attributes, emotions and purchasing intention on purchasing behavior in internet fashion shopping malls. Data were obtained from 423 internet fashion shopping mall consumers who have bought products or visited an internet fashion shopping mall. The data were analyzed by using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, t-test and discriminant analysis. The results showed that shopping values perceived by internet fashion shopping mall consumers consisted of two factors: Hedonic value and Utility value. Internet fashion shopping mall attributes were composed of Visual information, Loading speed, Space composition, Product assortment, Checkout service and Help desk. Emotions were composed of Excitement Confidence, Displeasure and Uneasiness. There results demonstrated that hedonic consumers were more likely to perceive the factors of fashion shopping mail attributes, to experience various, emotions and to have more purchasing intention than utility consumers. Additionally, the findings suggest that shopping value is important in predicting the purchasing behavior of consumers' at internet fashion shopping malls. They gave insights into the promotion development of internet fashion shopping malls. Implications are drawn for the information useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers of internet fashion shopping malls.
