매스티지 브랜드의 소비가치와 소비자 행복과의 관계에 관한 연구 (Study on Relationship Between Consumption Values of Masstige and Consumer Happiness)

  • Purpose - The objective of this study is to verify whether there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in the importance of the attributes such as shopping value and loyalty in social commerce. With the purpose of finding out these differences, the following questions are set up as research questions. First, will there be a difference between Korea and China in the importance of attributes of social commerce? Second, will there be a difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value? Third, will there be a difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in their loyalty? Research design, data, and methodology - The researchers collected data through self-administered questionnaires from Korean and Chinese consumers who had used social commerce within the past six months before answering the questionnaire. First, for social commerce users in Korea, comprising male and female university students in Chungcheong, a questionnaire was circulated. For social commerce users in China, university students within Beijing were surveyed. Responses to 336 questionnaires were used, excluding those with no answers or unreliable answers. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used. First, exploratory factor analysis is done to verify the validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient is used to verify credibility. For factor analysis, the Varimax method is used. To verify the internal consistency reliability of each factor, the Cronbach's α coefficient is used to verify the credibility. Second, a T-test is done to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers for the importance of attributes. Third, ANOVA (Analysis of variance) is done to verify differences between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value and loyalty. Results - When Korean and Chinese consumers use social commerce, first, the importance of the attributes of social commerce is affected by four factors; playfulness and economic factors are more important to Korean consumers than Chinese consumers. As for informativeness factors, including product information and quality, and buyer comments, there was no confirmed difference between Korean and Chinese consumers. The convenience factor is more important to Chinese consumers than Korean consumers. Second, the factors affecting shopping value for Korean and Chinese consumers were hedonic shopping value and rational shopping value. To see the difference between Korean and Chinese consumers in shopping value factors, a t-test is conducted. As a result, in the rational shopping value factors of social commerce, Korean consumers scored higher than did Chinese consumers. These results were verified to be meaningful through statistics. In the hedonic shopping value factor of social commerce, Korean consumers scored higher than Chinese consumers. These results showed a significant difference. Third, loyalty in social commerce is higher for Chinese consumers than for Korean consumers. However, there is no difference in loyalty depending on sex. Conclusions - These results will hopefully be valuable and used in the future by Korean companies that wish to enter the Chinese social commerce market.

국내 아파트 관련 연구의 연구주제 시계열 분석 (A Study on the Time-Sectional Analysis of Apartment Housing related research in Korea)

  • Currently, apartments have become an important research subject for the overall area of politics, economics, and culture as well as urban architectural study. However, there are few analyses of the research trends related to the current interest in the apartment research and prediction of the future changes of an apartment in politics and industry. In this study, the research information related to the apartment has classified, and the changes in the research trends have analyzed. Based on the classified data, the first thesis and dissertation related to the apartment and changes of academic notation have discovered. In addition, future interests and future research directions through Frequency of Appearance, Degree Centrality Analysis, and Betweenness Centrality Analysis of author keywords were predicted. As a result of the analysis, 'Space,' 'Residential Mobility' and 'Apartment Complex' studies were found to be important research topics throughout the entire period. 'Han Gang Apartment,' 'Small Size Apartment,' 'Civic Apartments,' 'Jamsil,' and 'Child' were newly interested topics until 70's era. '(Super) High-rise Apartment,' 'Perception,' 'Jugong Apartment,' 'Housing Environment,' 'Housewife,' 'Apartment Layout,' and 'Busan' were newly interested topics during the 80's and 90's era. 'Apartment Price,' 'Energy,' 'Remodeling,' 'Noise,' 'Resident Satisfaction,' 'Community,' and 'Apartment Lotting-out' were newly interested topics after the year 2000. New concerns for last decade are found to be 'Super High-rise Apartment', 'Remodeling', 'Indoor'(2007), 'Apartment Reconstruction Project', 'Brand', 'AHP', 'Housing Environment'(2008), 'Ventilation'(2009), 'Apartment Lotting-out'(2010), 'Economic Assessment'(2011), 'Cost'(2012), 'Green Building', 'Apartment Sales', 'Law', 'Society'(2013), 'Floor Impact Noise', 'Seoul'(2014), 'Noise'(2015), 'Hedonic Model'(2016). In addition, following research topics are expected to be active in the future: In maturity stage of the research development is going to be 'Apartment Price', 'Space', 'Management of Apartment Housing'; the hedonic model, which is research growth and development stage, is going to be '(Floor Impact) Noise', 'Community', 'Energy.

Home Use Test를 적용한 고추장 소스의 관능 및 활용도 평가 (The Sensory Evaluation and Practical Use of Kochujang Sauce Adopted to Home Use Test)

  • The purpose of the study was assessing Kochujang sauces(BBQ & Chicken) using a Home Use Test(HUT) focused on England food consumer. To achieve of the purpose, 58 England food consumers were selected by CCFRA's customer database. The qualification of the sample was responsible for the households' main grocery shopping, cooking Oriental/ Far Eastern cuisines at home, enjoying hot/spicy chilli based food and would be willing to buy hot chilli based Oriental sauce. 3 times of HUT were accomplished. The test was continued during 3 weeks, and each test was continued during one week. To check the sensory evaluation results on these sauces, 9 point hedonic scale and JAR(Just About Right) were used. The frequency analysis was adopted for the study. The results of a study were as followed. The overall satisfaction(upper 7point) on BBQ sauce was 60%, and the chicken sauce was 55.1%. The sweetness, hot taste, and BBQ aroma were suitable as a upper 40% using JAR scale. On purchase intention, BBQ & Chicken was slightly increased. These sauces were proper lunch & Dinner time. Also, good for dip, stir fry, and marinade. The result of put to use the sauces on food material as followed. BBQ sauce was proper Chicken(45.5%), vegetable(29.9%), and turkey(19%) in the order named. In case of the chicken sauce was ordered chicken(46.2%), vegetable(27.5%), beef(17.5%).

의류쇼핑성향에 따른 점포 내 환경에 대한 인지적${\cdot}$감정적${\cdot}$행동적 반응 (Cognitive, Emotional and Behavioral Responses on In-Store Shopping Environment according to Apparel Shopping Orientation)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the difference on the consumer's cognitive response, emotional and behavioral response in regard of the in-store shopping environment according to their apparel shopping orientation. The subjects of this study were consumers who finished shopping in the stores, and 300 questionnaires were completed. Data collected in this survey were analyzed by using Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan test as a post identification. The results were as follows; 1. A significant difference was found on cognitive responses in regard of the in-store environment, such as a store atmosphere, salespeople, the assortment of products, and the fashion of products, according to types of apparel shopping orientation. The hedonic shopping type tended to have the higher evaluation toward a store atmosphere and salespeople than did other types. 2. Results showed statistically significant differences on emotional responses such as the outward/inward pleasure and outward/inward displeasure of the in-store shopping environment according to apparel shopping orientation types. The outward pleasure was found most highly in the high involvement shopping type. 3. There were significant differences on behavioral responses of the in-store shopping environment, such as the shopping satisfaction, the store revisit intention, recommending to others, and the unexpected consumption, according to apparel shopping orientation types.

의복 구매 의사 결정에 관련된 소비 비젼에 관한 연구 (Consumption Vision in Apparel Buying Decision Making)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of consumption vision related to the apparel buying decision-making. They propose that consumers form mental images of future consumption situations and that these consumption visions influence their decision-making. Consumers can imagine themselves consuming apparel products and experiencing the consequences of this consumption. By imagining the likely outcomes, they are able to identify the salient characteristics of each alternative and develop beliefs about their outcomes. Also, they can experience affective reactions to the outcomes they imagines. In this way, they form the cognitive and affective basis for their preferences and construct several consumption visions in the apparel buying decision-making. A consumption vision is "a visual image of certain product-related behaviors and their consequences....(they consisted of concrete and vivid mental images that enable consumers to vicariously experience the self-relevant consequences of product use"(Walker & Olson, 1994). We conducted unstructured, depth interviews with 9 groups participating 48 students at universities located in Busan, based on the results of previous studies. The results show that consumption visions related to the apparel buying decision-making are characterized as self-image, reactions of others, affection and mood, visual imagine, and self-satisfaction. By constructing consumption visions based on the various perspectives, consumers are influenced in the apparel buying decision-making. Many subjects reported experiencing positive affect when imagining positive outcomes of product use. Other subjects mentioned using consumption visions for purely hedonic reasons. With no intention of purchasing apparel products, consumers may evoke consumption visions to escape from the daily life, to fantasize and daydream about pleasurable consumption situations, and to enhance the mood. That is, the consumption vision related to the apparel buying decision-making helps consumers anticipate an uncertain future and make the purchase of apparel products.

일본의 인터넷 쇼핑 실태에 관한 연구: 쇼핑동기, 지각위험, 혁신성을 중심으로 (Internet Shopping in Japan: Shopping motivation, Perceived Risks, and Innovativeness)

  • 일본 전체 전자상거래 시장 규모는 2006년에 15조엔을 넘었고, 2009년에 B2C 인터넷 쇼핑 규모는 6조 5,700억엔을 넘는 등 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 일본의 대표적인 인터넷 쇼핑 업체로는 락쿠텐을 들 수 있다. 락쿠텐은 인터넷 쇼핑 시장에서 45%의 점유율을 보이고 있고, 등록된 상점 수만 7만개가 넘는다. 사이트내의 과장 광고에 대한 규제 및 판매자에 대한 철저한 사전 통제로 소비자들의 높은 신뢰를 받고 있다. 일본 소비자들은 새로운 기술에 대한 수용과 동화가 빠른 편이고, 인터넷과 모바일 통신 사용률이 높다. 본 논문에서는 우리의 이웃이면서 큰 인터넷 쇼핑 시장이 있는 일본의 온라인 쇼핑 실태에 대해서 분석하였다. 즉, 인터넷 쇼핑 동기, 인터넷 쇼핑 지각 위험, 인터넷 쇼핑 혁신성 등에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑 이용의도, 만족도, 추천의도 등과 인구통계학적 특성을 고려해 살펴보았다. 총 464부 설문지에 대해 SPSS를 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 분산분석 등이 이루어졌다. 분석 결과 이용의도는 연령이 높을수록 높았고, 만족도는 주부가, 추천의도는 월 평균 소득이 높을수록 높았다. 또한 혁신성이 높은 집단일수록 이용 빈도, 만족도, 추천의도, 지속 사용의도가 높았다. 인터넷 쇼핑 동기와 관련해서는 여성과 주부의 쾌락적 동기가 높았고, 월 평균 소득이 높을수록 경제적 동기가 높았다. 또한 혁신성이 높은 집단이 경제적, 편의적, 쾌락적, 사회적 인터넷 쇼핑 동기 모두 높은 평균값을 보였다. 또한 학생일수록, 여성일수록, 소득수준이 낮을수록 인터넷 쇼핑 지각된 위험을 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났으며 혁신성 정도가 낮은 집단이 역시 지각된 위험을 높게 평가하였다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 일본 전자상거래에 진출하고자 하는 우리나라 기업에 실무적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

한식에 대한 하와이 현지 소비자들의 평가 (Consumer Test of Korean Food in Hawaii)

  • 하와이 호놀룰루에서 현지인을 대상으로 돼지갈비, 순두부찌게, 돼지불고기, 닭볶음, 삼계탕 등 전통 한식 10개 품목에 대하여 소비자 기호도 평가를 실시하였다. 참여자들은 총 436명이었으며 인종별로는 일본인 32.8%, 전형적 미국인(코카시언(백인)+아프리카계 미국인(흑인)) 25.3%로 주를 이루었으며 나이별로 거의 고른 분포를 보였고 성별에서는 남성이 여성 보다 20% 많았다. 기호도 평가 결과, 전반적으로 향 7.2~8.2점, 색상 7.0~8.2점, 맛 7.2~8.2점, 종합적 기호도 7.0~8.1점으로 우수하였고 종합적 기호도에서는 돼지갈비 8.2점, 돼지불고기와 감자조림이 8.1점, 닭볶음 8.0점, 김치제육볶음 7.9, 순두부 7.6점, 잡채와 두부조림 7.5점, 오징어볶음 7.2점, 삼계탕은 7.0점의 순으로 우수하게 평가되었다. 한편, 한식 시험운영 2달 후 전체적 기호도, 음식의 양, 음식의 품질, 가격, 조화도, 추천의사, 재구매의사, 민족음식으로서의 유일성, 타민족 음식과의 차별성, take-out의 편리성에 대하여 5점 척도법으로 평가한 바 4.1~4.6의 범위로 매우 우수하였다. 상기 결과를 통하여 평가된 10종의 한식 품목들은 미국 하와이 시장에서 충분한 경쟁력을 가질 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다.

Why Genuine Luxury Brands Are Consumed? Counterfeits? Examining Consumer Identification

  • Owing to increased number of luxury brand users, both genuine and counterfeit luxury product consumption continues to increase every year. Luxury brand is defined as use or display of a particular branded products which brings the ownership prestige apart from its functional utility(Grossmand and Shapiro 1988). Some luxury brands have imitations sold in marketplace due to their popularity. These imitations or counterfeits have been jumping on the bandwagon of the upturn in sales of their originals. The purpose of our study is to understand consumer's underlying motives to consume luxury brands, genuine and or counterfeits. To do this, we propose functional theories of attitudes, decision-making styles, and life attitudes to form the determining causes for different consumption choices of luxury brands: genuine brands, counterfeit brands, both genuine and counterfeit brands, and no consumption on luxury brands types. In proposed causal pathways, we examine moderated effects of socio-psychological factors to further investigate if consumer profiles would exert influences in causal relationships. From the existing theories of functional attitudes: value-expressive and social-adjustive attitudes, we developed and introduced a new measure of rationality-consumptive attitude. From the existing eight decision-making characteristics of consumer styles inventory(CSI), three measures of high-quality, hedonic-shopping, and price-shopping styles were primarily applied in the study along with newly introduced measure of 'high-price' being added, which makes four total. Seven life attitude measures of life purpose, life control, will to meaning, goal seeking, future mean to fulfill, life satisfaction, and religiosity were applied. Finally, such socio-psychological measures as age, gender, marital status, income, and age-gap between couples were assumed to function as moderators. With 430 valid study samples, ages from 20s to 50s, with more females(316) than males(114), with average personal possessions of 5 genuine and 9 counterfeit luxury brands, we conducted questionnaire survey. Results indicated that social-adjustive function is totally disappeared in the relationship due to current social trend of widespread consumptions on both genuine and counterfeit brands which in turn, make consumers feel less special on wearing or carrying them unlike in the past. Self-expressive function and rationality-consumptive functions act as strong catalysts for genuine brand consumption and counterfeit brand consumption, respectively. On consumers' decision-making styles, high-price sublation is the most powerful indicator anticipating counterfeit consumption, even more powerful than personal incomes. In life attitude, the overall model fit was not validated, and only life control and life satisfaction are proven to be significant on both genuine and counterfeit product consumptions. Employment of socio-psychological factors in the model improved understanding of users further. Young consumers tend to go for genuine products over counterfeits. Consumers in different income groups; low, medium and high, all significantly consume genuine products for reasons of different decision-making styles. The results indicated that consumers whose personal disposition is predisposed to consume products in the form of reflection of his or her personality, go only for genuine brands for quality reason, while consumers who rationally consume products for its function or usability, go only for counterfeits for high-price sublation reason. Meanwhile, both product users support for high-price orientation who are not well off.

차추출물과 마늘식초를 이용한 생선회용 소스의 항균활성 및 관능특성 (Antibacterial activity and sensory characteristic of sauce for raw fish with tea extract and garlic vinegar)

  • 본 연구는 여름철 식중독의 주원인균으로 알려져 있는 Vibrio parahaemolyticus와 Vibrio vulnificus를 대상으로 마늘식초와 차 추출물을 이용해 제조한 생선회용 소스의 항균활성을 평가하고, 실제 생선회에 적용 시켰을 때의 관능특성을 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 제작한 생선회용 소스는 시판 간장, 고추장과 비교했을 때 V. parahaemolyticus와 V. vulnificus에 대해 생육저해환을 생성하며 항균활성을 지니고 있음을 보여주었으며, 두 균주의 생육을 저해하였다. 또한 생선회에서도 생선회용 소스가 살균효과를 나타내는지 확인하기 위해 고추장-생선회용 소스, 간장-생선회용 소스로 제작하여 광어회에 적용시켰을 때에도 두 균주의 생육을 뚜렷하게 저해하였음을 보여주었다. 생선회용 소스를 실생활에서 회를 섭취할 때 쉽게 수용할 수 있을지 알아보기 위해 관능평가를 실시한 결과, 고추장-생선회용 소스 및 간장-생선회용 소스가 시판 고추장 및 간장에 비해 전체적으로 높은 점수를 얻음으로써 선호도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 이 중 고추장-생선회용 소스는 조직감 측면에서 유의적으로 우수하다는 평가를 받았으며, 간장-생선회용 소스는 외관, 조직감, 향미, 맛, 종합 기호도 등 모든 측면에서 유의적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로부터 마늘식초와 차추출물로 제작한 생선회용 소스는 V. parahaemolyticus와 V. vulnificus에 대해 효과적인 살균력을 갖는 것으로 확인되었으며, 간장과 고추장에 활용할 경우 그 항균활성으로 인해 생선회 섭취로 인한 식중독을 예방할 뿐만 아니라 소비자의 만족도를 향상시켜 여름철 생선회 소비를 촉진시킬 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. 더 나아가 여러 가지 소스에 적용할 수 있도록 기능성평가 및 관능평가를 실시하는 등 보완된 연구를 계속한다면 다양한 소스에의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

공동주택 평면특성의 가격영향에 관한 연구 - 강남3구의 2005년 이후 분양주택을 중심으로 - (Effect of Floor Plan Characteristics on Housing Price - Focused on the Apartment in 3 Gangnam Districts since 2005 -)

  • 본 연구는 아파트의 평면특성이 가격에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해, 서울의 주요 아파트 시장인 강남3구의 최근 십년 간 입주한 국민주택규모 이하의 아파트 평면특성과 주택가격의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 부엌창고와 드레스 룸과 같은 수납공간은 가격에 정(+)의 효과가 있으며, 개방성이 높은 3면 개방형 평면과 부엌과 거실이 부분 차단되어 있으나, LDK통합형으로 설계된 평면이 높은 가격을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 부엌공간의 경우 1자형 부엌이 더 높은 가격을 보이며, 거실은 중앙에 위치하는 것이 가격에 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 그 동안 경향분석이나 기초분석 및 만족도 분석 위주의 평면연구가 진행 되어온 것과 달리 평면특성이 직접적으로 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다는데 학술적 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과가 향후 평면 설계 및 분양가 책정에 시사점을 제공하고 주택구매자들의 의사결정에 활용되고자 하는 연구목적을 가진다.
