힘든 일 활동의 적용에 따른 지적장애인의 문제행동과 수면의 질, 삶의 질의 변화 (Changes of Problem Behavior, Sleep Quality, and Quality of Life of the People with Intellectual Disability Through the Application of Heavy Work Activities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 힘든 일 활동의 적용에 따른 지적장애인의 문제행동과 수면의 질, 삶의 질의 변화를 분석하여 이에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 지적장애인 10명이며, 대상자들에게 힘든 일 활동을 12주간 적용하였다. 힘든 일 활동의 적용에 따라 문제행동과 수면의 질, 삶의 질을 평가하였으며, 문제행동은 한국판 적응행동검사 도구를 활용하였고, 수면의 질은 수면의 질 평가도구를 활용하여 평가하였다. 삶의 질은 Satisfaction with Life Scale 평가도구를 활용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 힘든 일 활동의 적용에 따라 대상자들의 문제행동이 감소하였고, 수면의 질과 삶의 질이 향상되었다. 힘든 일 활동의 적용은 지적장애인의 문제행동을 감소시키고, 수면의 질과 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있다. 이에 따라서, 지적장애인들에게 힘든 일 활동의 적용을 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.

Immobilization of Heavy metal mechanism in Contaminated Coastal Sediment using Biostimulant Ball (BSB) with Modified Zeolite

  • Although many metals contaminated sediment from coastal area contain both anionic and cationic heavy metals, the current remediation technologies are not effective for stabilize heavy metals of both anionic and cationic elements from contaminated coastal region. the present work investigated the efficiency and mechanism of immobilization of Fe, Zn, Cr, Cu, Pb and Cd metal solutions in modified zeolite based biostimulant ball. Biostimulant ball containing acetate, nitrate and sulphate which are enhance the activity of marine microorganisms and it can act as electron donors and electron acceptors. Modified zeolite and chelating agent is greatly enhance the metal stabilization due to increased immobility of the analysed metals. The XRD, FT-IR and SEM of modified zeolite which cheating agents containing heavy metals were investigated. The results indicated that heavy metals could be effectively immobilized in modified zeolite and chelating agents in BSB added sediment. The immobilization of heavy metals in modified zeolite and chelating agents along with BSB could be due to stabilize of heavy metal cations. Immobilization of heavy metals using BSB with modified zeolite and chelating agent has lower cost effect and enhance the sediment quality.

열간 단조용 작업보조로봇 개발 및 근전도 신호를 이용한 성능 평가 (Development of an Assistant Robot for use in Hot Forging Work Sites and Its Performance Evaluations using Electromyographic Signals)

  • Hot forging industry workers are prone to encounter several health risks due to lack of automation and poor working environment conditions. These workers particularly suffer from muscle fatigue owing to the constant handling of heavy products during the forging process. Thus we developed an assistant robot for workers who carry out hot forging tasks. The purpose of a robot is to compensate gravity-loads for heavy products. To verify the functionality of a robot, we performed a muscle fatigue analysis using Electromyography (EMG) signals. Four muscles of the upper extremity were chosen to measure muscle activity. And experiment conditions were setup to imitate the hot forging process. Post experimental analysis of the captured muscle activity revealed a reduction in the median frequency of the EMG signals, which means clear fatigue reduction due to a robot's assistance. The developed assist robot with compact and economical components can be efficiently utilized at forging work sites to create better working conditions for operators.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

  • We work for big offshore project in the Korean shipyards as a EPC contract. There are a lot of risks even though the FEED Engineering was taken in the famous engineering company. In case of ICHTHYS CPF, it worked on the FEED activity for several years. Here is mention that design modification was carried how to modify material and specification according to shipyards human resource and yard practice for your reference. Furthermore, I expect that this paper is used for Korean engineer for their reference.

과학동산 운영에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study of Running질 Science Garden질)

  • 'Science Garden' is a science program that develops acquirements of science & technology at an early stage through experiential study and inspire the spirit of scientific inquiry by carrying out laboratory work, science movie, science lecture, scientific work, outdoor activities, computer classes and science experiment which is hard to do through the regular educational course. It is targeted grade 4,5,6 students during summer and winter vacation. 'Science Garden' is conducted by selective participation freely. It is a wholelistic activity that develops children's potential talents or creativities, improves interest and attitude toward science, and also gives opportunity for self-realization by extending capacity for inquiry to show each student's ability. This study is observed and is compared how it is conducted in elementary school using qualitative study. This study is used narrative observation, in-depth interview and document analysis. Objects of narrative observation are two elementary schools, each from Jellabukdo and Gyeonggido, and 7 teachers were interviewed in-depthly. Here are results of the study. 1 A teacher in school G never takes part in student activities, tends to be indifferent to classes, but focuses on observation and experiment in laboratory. And feedback or evaluation about student's activity is never done. On the other hand, a teacher in school S guides students to understand the principals of science on themselves, and wide variety forms of activities such as role playing, discussion, and games are being done. But an effort to evaluate student's activity is not being made properly. 2. Teachers set a high valuation on the need of 'Science Garden'. Observing the way of conducting 'Science Garden', usually teachers who is in charge of science for official work is selected as a teacher in charge, and groan under a heavy burden of conducting it without anyone's help. Participating students are selected by volunteering or teacher's recommendation, but because of low Participation rate, teachers have difficulty in conducting it. Plan for conducting ‘science Garden’ is made 20 days before it, after getting an official document from Office of Education, refering to booklets produced by National Jungang Science Institute, or data from Office of Education, and internet. Teachers evaluate rarely Most school principals have interest in 'Science Garden' but parents are not well aware of it, The budget is made at the same time with the plan, and scale is varied between 200,000∼500,000 won. Because of the improper way of selecting teacher in charge, difficulty in selecting students, heavy works caused by planning, conducting the program, as well as reporting teacher's work, and lack of parents' awareness, 'Science Garden' has been conducted formally and superficially. Next gives you direction to change, for the right way of conducting' Science Garden'. It is important to motivate competent teachers to instruct students actively. For students' active participation, They should publicize thoroughly beforehand, and develope 'Science Garden' program for teachers to be able to make better use of it. Evaluation of student activities and program should be done in the aspect of developing students’ faculties. Beside of school facilities, they need to put diverse local facilities and places to practical use for immediate natural experience. And not only separate schools but also associated form of schools to conduct it is necessary.

Boosting Power Generation by Sediment Microbial Fuel Cell in Oil-Contaminated Sediment Amended with Gasoline/Kerosene

  • The high internal resistance (Rint) that develops across the sediment microbial fuel cells (SMFC) limits their power production (~4/10 mW m-2) that can be recovered from an initial oil-contaminated sediment (OCS). In the anolyte, Rint is related to poor biodegradation activity, quality and quantity of contaminant content in the sediment and anode material. While on the catholyte, Rint depends on the properties of the catholyte, the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), and the cathode material. In this work, the main factors limiting the power output of the SMFC have been minimized. The power output of the SMFC was increased (47 times from its initial value, ~4 mW m-2) minimizing the SMFC Rint (28 times from its initial value, 5000 ohms), following the main modifications. Anolyte: the initial OCS was amended with several amounts of gasoline and kerosene. The best anaerobic microbial activity of indigenous populations was better adapted (without more culture media) to 3 g of kerosene. Catholyte: ORR was catalyzed in birnessite/carbon fabric (CF)-cathode at pH 2, 0.8M Na2SO4. At the class level, the main microbial groups (Gammaproteobacteria, Coriobacteriia, Actinobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria) with electroactive members were found at C-anode and were associated with the high-power densities obtained. Gasoline is more difficult to biodegrade than kerosene. However, in both cases, SMFC biodegradation activity and power output are increased when ORR is performed on birnessite/CF in 0.8 M Na2SO4 at pH 2. The work discussed here can focus on bioremediation (in heavy OCS) or energy production in future work.

대표공종의 선정을 통한 약식 기성 산정 방법에 관한 연구 - 자연형 하천공사를 중심으로 (A Study on Simplified Payment Method by Progress Measurement for Specified Activity - Focusing on Construction of Eco-River)

  • 내역서를 기반으로 하는 국내 공공공사의 기성 산정 방법은 작업진도의 산출과 무관한 기성고 산정과 많은 양의 서류작성과 복잡한 절차 등의 많은 문제점이 있다. 국가계약법에서 정식과 약식 기성 산정 방법으로 구분되며, 이중에서 약식 기성 산정 방법은 절차와 신청서류를 간소화하여 이와 같은 문제점을 상당 부분 해결 가능하지만 이의 활용이 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 작업분류체계의 수립과 이를 기반으로 선정된 대표공종의 진도율을 이용하여 기성을 산정하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 자연형 하천공사의 실적공사 데이터를 수집하여 이를 적용을 통한 국내 공공공사의 기성 산정 방법과의 비교를 통해, 기성 산정을 위한 관리항목의 감소로 인한 업무 부담의 감소와 빠르고 효과적인 기성 산정을 통한 업무효율의 증가 등 그 효율성을 검증하였다. 이러한 기성 산정 방법론의 도입은 기존 방법의 문제점 해결을 통한 업무효율의 증가뿐만 아니라 향후 공공공사의 사업관리에 있어서 그 효율성이 검증된 공정-공사비 통합관리의 기반을 다지는 데 있어 큰 의미가 있다.

정적인 자세에서 근전도를 이용한 목 근육의 작업부하 평가 (A Study on Evaluation of Neck Muscle Workload in Static Work Using EMG)

  • Computer dominated jobs and industrial automation have rapidly created work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) and WMSDS are expanding to employee of other general industry. Specific risk factors associated with WMSDs include repetitive motion, heavy lifting, forceful exertion, contact stress, vibration awkward posture and rapid hand and wrist movement. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of the neck muscle workload according to posture(joint angle) and load weight. Seven male students participated in this study. To analyze neck muscle workload was studied on electromyographic(EMG) activity for sternocleidomastoid and trapezius, was subjectively rated using a Borg's CR-10 scale. ANOVA showed that the CR-10 ratings and most EMG root-mean-square (RMS) value were statistically significant improvement according to posture(joint angle) and load weight. The results of this study indicate the joint angle and weight of neck muscle workload to provide safe working conditions. To reduce the large number and severity of WMSDs employees have been experiencing, we need to redesign the job in workplace to identify and control hazards that are reasonably likely to be causing or contributing to the WMSDs.

한국인(韓國人) 서어비스업(業) 종사자(從事者)의 대사량(代謝量)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on Energy Expenditure of Korean Service Personnel)

  • These studies were carried out on 176 persons ranging in age from 20 to 50 years to determine the basal metabolic rates, energy expenditure of various activities, and daily energy expenditure of service personnel in Korea. The measurements of basal metabolic rates were made on 42 subjects by indirect calorimetry using a Douglas' bag and Scholander's gas analyzer. The energy expenditures of various activities of daily life were also measured. The greatest increase in ratio of energy expenditure in the basis of resting metabolism was 277.3% in floor sopping and the least was 40.9% during hair cutting by beauticians. The assessment of the dailly energy expenditure for each subject was made by the factorial method, using a record of their activities throughout each of 24 hours of every survey day. Certain activities were recorded in minute units. The total daily energy expenditure is the sum of all energy expenditure. This was calculated by multiplying the caloric value of the metabolic rate by the time spent on each activity. The result of the total daily energy expenditure records for 17 occupations are summarized. In respect to the daily energy expenditure, most of the occupations are moderate or light work. But the janiter (F), laundress, cook (F), room maid and nurse's aid do heavy work.
