사무시설에 수직형 지열원 냉 난방시스템의 경제성을 고려한 인입온도(EWT)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Entering Water Temperature in Vertical Closed Ground Loop System Considering the Economical Feasibility in Load of the Office Building)

  • Recently, Vertical-Closed Loop system using geothermal which is the most efficient among the building cooling and heating systems is coming into wide spread due to assistance of domestic policies. However, there is a limitation that a design of ground heat exchanger taking 60% of construction cost is done by GLD and GLHEPRO programs without specific guidelines and consideration on Entering Water Temperature(EWT). For getting an optimal EWT, we analyzed the costs for construction of ground heat exchanger and cooling and heating for 15 years. In the results, reduction of construction costs as the length of ground heat exchanger shortens was much greater than increase of the electrical power consumption as COP gets low. EWT that COP of heat pump can be 3.76 or above was below $31^{\circ}C$ in cooling and was over $5^{\circ}C$ in heating.

춘천시 주거지구내 수목피도의 차이가 난냉방에너지 이용 및 비용에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Difference in Tree Cover on Use and Cost of Heating and Cooling Energy in Residential Neighborhoods of Chuncheon)

  • This study quantified shading, evapotranspiration and windspeed-reduction effects of trees on use and cost of heating and cooling energy in two residential neighborhoods of Chuncheon different in tree cover. Annual savings per residence of heating energy were approximately 1,210 MJ(1%) and those of cooling energy, 130 kWh(10%) in study district 1 having tree cover of about 10% . For district 2 with tree cover of about 20%, annual heating and cooling savings were 2,130 MJ(2%) and 180 kWh(19%) per residence, respectively. Trees annually saved energy costs by approximately ₩31,000 ($26, $1=₩1,200) per residence in district 1 and by ₩49,000($41) in district 2. One tree taller than 3 m resulted in annual energy savings of ₩8,000($7) in the study districts. Energy savings by trees in district 2, which had higher tree cover by 10% difference than district 1, were about 2 times greater than those in district 1. This implies that more tree plantings could enhance energy saving effects. Of the total costs saved, 58% was attributed to windspeed reduction and 47%, evapotranspiration. However, shading increased energy costs by 5% due to tree plantings at the wrong locations. Full tree plantings on the west and north of buildings and avoidance of shade-tree plantings of use of solar-friendly trees on the south are recommended to increase building energy savings efficiently.

저온온수 모세유관 바닥복사 난방시스템의 성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on a Low-Temperature Hot Water Capillary Radiant Floor Heating System)

  • Radiant floor heating systems with capillary tubes are energy saving systems in which hot water is circulated into capillary tube with a small diameter. In this study, the heating performance of capillary tube system is investigated in an experimental study and a simulation model. The results of the study showed that, the capillary tube radiant floor heating system maintains a more stable floor surface temperature in comparison a PB pipe system. In terms of energy consumption, the capillary tube radiant floor heating system proved to be more efficient than the PB pipe heating system at $40^{\circ}C$ of low temperature hot water supply. The difference between water temperature and room temperature can be held low for heating which saves energy. Low temperature radiant floor heating system with capillary tubes have significant advantages such as health improvement, low energy cost, optimum use of heat source(boiler) and higher operational efficiency.

선상가열시 위빙방식의 효율성과 최적 가열조건 결정에 관한 연구 (The Effectiveness of Weaving Motion and Determination of Optimal Heating Condition in Line-heating)

  • Inherent strain method for analyzing deformation of line-heating is substituting experiments of high cost, because of its high accuracy and quickness. Nowadays, the progressing forms of line-heating are not straight moving motions used to traditional studies, but weaving motions which can diversely input heat source. In shipyard, reasons of weaving motions are induction of a special characteristic by water cooling, maximum temperature limitation for keeping plates from melting, and rhythm for workman's maintaining velocity. On this study, a method which can obtain optimal weaving heating condition was presented, some examples were introduced, and the results corresponded to works of shipyard. Lastly, what the specifications of plates on efficiency are is presented, through the quality standard of shipyard and FEM heat transfer simulation. The ultimate purpose of line heating is the automation, so in case of plates which need weaving heating, the optimal heating condition suggested by this study can be used well in designing coil specifications of induction heaters which are heat input sources of new generation.

국부가열용 고주파 유도가열 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristic of High Frequency Induction Heating for Local Heating)

  • Since the curved hull plate was made by a series of manufacturing process including cold bending, manual local heating and correction work, the accuracy of curved plate strongly depends on the proficiency of worker. So the demands on the automatic local heating system for curved hull plate have continuously increased and the various researches relevant to it have been performed. Generally, the heat sources used for local heating were flame and induction heat. In terms of initial cost, flame heating is in a better favorable position than induction heating. However, from the viewpoint of the control of heat, induction heating has more advantage. So the various researches related to apply the induction heating to the automatic forming system has been performed. The purpose of this study is to establish the proper capacity of high frequency induction heating system for forming the curved hull plate. In order to do it, the proper coil shape for local heating was designed and the efficiency of induction heating system was determined by comparing of temperature results obtained by FEA and experiment. With the results, the extensive FEA was performed to identify the effect of heated plate dimension, cooling method and the capacity of induction heating system on the amount of heat loss introduced by induction heating. Based on the results, the proper capacity of high frequency induction heating system was proposed.

제주지역 지하공기를 이용한 농업시설용 히트펌프시스템의 난방 성능 분석 - 제주지역을 중심으로 - (The Analysis of heating performance of heat pump system for agricultural facility using underground air in Jeju area - Focused on the Jeju Area -)

  • Purpose: The underground air is the warm air discharged from the porous volcano bedrock 30-50m underground in Jeju, including excessive humidity. The temperature of the underground air is $15-20^{\circ}C$ throughout the year. In Jeju, the underground air was used for heating greenhouses by supplying into greenhouses directly. This heating method by supplying the underground air into greenhouses directly had several problems. The study was conducted to develop the heat pump system using underground air as heat source for resolving excessive humidity problem of the underground air, adopting the underground air as a farm supporting project by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs(MAFRA) and saving heating cost for agricultural facilities. Method: 35kW scale(10 RT) heat pump system using underground air installed in a greenhouse of area $330m^2$ in Jeju-Special Self-Governing Province Agricultural Research & Extension Services, Seogwipo-si, Jeju. The inlet and outlet water temperature of the condenser, the evaporator and the thermal storage tank and the underground air temperature and the air temperature in the greenhouse were measured by T type thermocouples. The data were collected and saved in a data logger(MV200, Yokogawa, Japan). Flow rates of water flowing in the condenser, the evaporator and the thermal storage tank were measured by an ultrasonic flow meter(PT868, Panametrics, Norway). The total electric power that consumed by the system was measured by a wattmeter(CW240, Yokogawa, Japan). Heating COP, rejection heat of condenser, extraction heat of evaporator and heating cost were analyzed. Result: The underground air in Jeju was adopted as a farm supporting project by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs(MAFRA) in 2010. From 2011, the heat pump systems using underground air as a heat source were installed in 12 farms(16.3ha) in Jeju.

고효율 유도가열형 전기온풍기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electrical Fan Heater using High Efficiency Induction Heating)

  • A proposed the electrical fan heater using induction heating is innovative system which applied IH(Induction Heating) magnetic induction heating generated from induction-heated metallic package and high-frequency power circuit technique for thermal converse technique. In this occurs not burning, so that the working environment and deterioration of products can be improved. The existing heater that low efficiency by heated resistance or using fossil fuel of coal, diesel, kerosene has problems about burden for high cost price. In this paper are compared efficiency the existing heaters and designed electrical fan heaters using 3[kW]-Class full-bridge resonant inverter. In addition, action analysis and application of system are discussed.

  • Indoor environment of the classrooms in most school buildings have not been maintained comfortably during the heating and cooling seasons due to the insufficient installation of the heating and cooling systems and their operation in our country. This study aimed to suggest the guideline for installing the appropriate heating systems to make a better environment of the classrooms in the elementary school buildings. Field survey and the computer simulation of the model school were carried out, and the cost of the both installation and operation were compared with different heating systems.

난방방식에 따른 아파트 관리비용의 실태에 관한 연구 - 대전광역시를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of Management Costs of Apartment Complexes by the Types of Heating Systems)

  • 본 연구는 대전광역시의 아파트단지 중 150세대이상 128개 아파트단지를 대상으로 2011년 3/4분기에 부과된 관리비 자료를 수집하여 연구하였다. 아파트 관리비는 난방방식에 따라 차이가 발생할 것이다는 가설을 가지고 연구에 접근하였다. 연구 결과를 도출하기 위하여 SPSS를 이용하여 다중회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째로 아파트 특성에 따른 관리비에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 공통적으로 관리면적, 입주년도, 난방방식이 관리비에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 둘째로 난방방식에 따른 일반관리비, 경비비, 수선유지비의 경우는 개별난방방식이 유리하고, 청소비는 난방방식과 차이를 보이지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 난방장치로서 통상 가스 및 기름보일러가 많이 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 기존의 가스 및 기름 보일러에 의한 난방방식과 달리 밀폐된 X-L 파이프 내에 특수 제작된 전열선을 삽입하여 그 전열선에 전압을 인가함으로써 X-L 파이프 내 열매체의 온도를 상승시켜 난방하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 특수 제작된 전열선의 가닥수와 인가전압을 변화시켜 X-L 파이프 보일러의 특성과 발열 메카니즘을 파악하였다. 또한 X-L 파이프 보일러와 가스 및 기름보일러와의 난방비용을 객관적인 자료에 근거하여 서로 비교를 함으로써 그 경제성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 X-L 파이프 보일러는 기름(보일러등유)보일러의 28%, 가스(천연가스)보일러의 58%의 비용으로 난방이 가능함을 확인하였다.
